"All the world's a stage...."

More akin to a three ring circus, the world offers a dizzying array of venues. Each venue if focused upon can and often does form deep impressions, these in turn can manifest a particular sense of reality for the audience and often does.

Such uni-focal views constitute the constraint of self-realization.

Simply, if a venue is able to captivate your attention it is likely it forms a lens or observation point which then filters and concentrates an individuals view of the world. It is probable said view is skewed and utterly biased.

Stage production cultural or commercial conditioning can in fact define you and usually does.

Conditioning in fact precludes achieving any sort of "freedom" at least of thought if not action. Molded and preformed--we are destined to remain conditioned regardless of personal instinct or preference.

Advertising and "production" availability is paramount for captivating the target audience which thus forms a specific reality for the smitten. It is doubtful you have a belief, it is probable you were provided with one or many.

Acceptance of provided belief does not equate to self-realization--even if you sought out an alternative belief, that belief structure is certainly not your own, it is borrowed. Are we even capable of forming personal beliefs? Probably, yet the pressures of conformance are sure to limit them and anyway, original thought is hard to come by.

It is difficult sometimes to break free of a particularly captivating "stage venue" especially if one is born into a climate of social conditioning complete with an ongoing "stage show" which strongly advocates particular beliefs and continually reinforces them..

One thing that strikes me is the notion... that if an individual carrying strongly entrenched beliefs of its home base culture had been born elsewhere, we would certainly see a much different person as a result... even though physical and mental attributes and capacity would remain identical.

Would that individual be a radical zealot of an opposing faction, if birthplace was reversed?

This thought just may remind us that the certain belief we carry and the zest employed to foster or preserve it was introduced not self-realized, a sobering perspective yet not unbelievable.

This of course suggests we are molded as individuals to act out behaviors grafted onto us through social conditioning.

We in fact are seldom free to be, unless we manage to break free from a particular orchestrated rendition of belief.

This epiphany opens the door to possibility.

It means the human world can never reach a state of harmonious cohabitation due to the morass of competing cultural differences unless each "stage show" imbibes a low common denominator of tolerance for other venues. At the moment such idyllic existence upon our planet seems unlikely when the behaviors of so many productions are in direct competition and conflict. Tolerance for other "lifestyles" is most often nullified in favor of usurping them, eradicating them or converting them.

If I have ever encountered a lose, lose proposition it would be our inability to tolerate differences, that in spite of our much overrated level of intelligence as a specie. It seems nothing alive on the planet is safe from our ingenuity... The human footprint always seems to harbor and portend havoc and carnage not tranquility or idyllic circumstance, meddling is one thing, premeditated wreckage quite another.

In our zeal to find perfection we invariably produce horrendous consequence... be it immediate or long term.

Experience seems to have no truck with us... is our nature such we cannot reform?

There is no point to this missive, other than to dispel the words ("All the world's a stage") of Shakespeare's character who mouthed them... while dreaming of the possibility of a world with one stage or at least many stages with intelligent ideals.

"All the world's a stage" is the phrase that begins a monologue from William Shakespeare's As You Like It, spoken by the melancholy Jaques in Act II Scene VII. The speech compares the world to a stage and life to a play -

The hope I see for our specie involves some sort of spontaneous intellectual maturity, a moment in time when a huge penny drops, and humanity as a whole suddenly realizes uni-focus of one stage production is not only confining, but robs self of true freedom of thought.

I should probably wake up now.... daydreaming is just that.

Too Big for Jail! - Selective Law, for rich for poor!

I will not bore you with the endless cases of blatant larceny perpetrated upon world citizens by senior executives within the various banking and financial services sector for the past decade... it is probable the Internet has insufficient space to house the list anyway.

Suffice it to say, the extent of bald faced deceit and robbery by these scumbags rendered the entire global economy defunct, so large is this criminal activity it needs to be measured in hundreds of trillions of dollars.

The net result is untold misery for millions around the globe, in fact the true extent of crass elitist travesty is quite beyond comprehension and it may take years to quantify the debilitating effect on citizens at large.

Entirely complicit in enabling these heinous and despicable crimes with complete and utter impunity is governance, your paid representation who's ONLY purpose is to ensure legislation and conformance in the better interests of their employer-YOU the tax payer.

The extent of criminal activity condoned by governance or even encouraged by them is quite easily the highest incompetence, or worse... ever displayed by so-called civil servants in the history of democracy... is this global travesty.

Yet, since the crimes were discovered not one single perpetrator has been prosecuted or incarcerated!!!

WHY ARE THEY NOT IN JAIL!
WHY IS PUBLIC OUTCRY NOT HEARD!

Before I proceed it is important the reader understand one key aspect of the token punitive sentences given to rogue corporations when caught red-handed, they are served to pay what amount to token fines... not the individuals involved, the corporation itself.

These laughable fines are regarded by corporations as a cost of doing "business" a kind of fee in their eye which allows and encourages them to continue devious corrupt practices, a toll for running illegal.

BUT WHO BEARS THE COST OF THOSE FINES?

Certainly not the corporation, their customers do, the victims of the crime.

WHAT A SWEET DEAL THAT IS!

The victim customer soon finds either a loss of service of an increase in fee to compensate for the "fine."

THIS SCHEME IS DIABOLICAL!

The only thing that would discourage this blatant scofflaw attitude by elitist corporate employees, is personal recrimination in the form of hard time incarceration. You know, just like all the regular transgressors of laws.

IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT THIS BE IMPLEMENTED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!

Too big to fail means too big for jail

There’s a reason top executives haven’t gone to jail for engineering the worst financial crisis since the Great Depression. Some bankers are just too big to convict.

The latest example came Tuesday with British global banking giant HSBC’s agreement to pay a record $1.9 billion – about six weeks’ worth of the bank’s profits - to settle money-laundering charges with U.S. prosecutors. The deal ends a three-year probe into accusations of a widespread, multi-year string of illegal transactions violating sanctions against Iran and Latin American drug lords.

This is but one tiny example of bad business as usual in the global arena of commerce. The full extent of routine larceny may never be uncovered.

I really don't know what else to say! If you are not personally incensed by this chronic double standard then I need to believe that society and its festering blight of leaches and life sucking parasites is considered ok and elicits shrugs of complacency, then I have to think also--humanity deserves what it encounters.

Such individuals are so far from any deserved assistance I can think of, they could be considered innate as in mindless objects--that thought is just so sad to contemplate--I won't.

Five years after a wave of risky mortgage bets cratered the banking system and sent the global economy into recession, the banks behind the mess have paid or agreed to pay billions of dollars fines and restitution. But not a single senior executive from the biggest banks has gone to jail.

“That’s what has everyone so frustrated .... We’re on the back end of this crisis and there have not been meaningful prosecutions of individuals," said Boston University law professor Cornelius Hurley, who heads the school's Center for Finance, Law and Policy.

Frustrated... frustrated.... WHAT!

Justice Department officials were unavailable for comment. What? better things to do!!

A number of high-profile cases may yet produce criminal prosecutions, which can take years to develop in complex financial cases. But the clock is ticking for the government.

Many of these cases are approaching a statute of limitations that will insulate bankers from prosecution.

How mutually convenient is THAT!

Choose your nut - Disturbing Link Between Psychopathy And Leadership

Intuitively--regular sentient folks have suspected their leadership may be psychotic or even worse.

As much as no one wants despicable events, heinous behaviors and savage approaches these always seem to be a constant throughout human history, even unto today.

In almost all cases of chronic catastrophic event there is a decision maker who displayed abhorrent behavior regardless of consequence to innocent victims.

If so many of the world population crave basic peace and tranquility, then how is it we live in a perpetual state of fear, be it fear of violence, fear of corporate activities, fear of larceny or any number of life elements proven to be dangerous to health and well-being.

With collapse of every kind looming on the horizon one eventually has to consider the source of the condition. It certainly seems time to examine the mental state of our leadership be it governance, corporate or otherwise.

To-date--folks who question the motives and activities of leadership have been labeled conspiracy theorists with the connotation that they are somehow off-base with their thinking, even though the majority of conspiracy suspicions have proven overwhelmingly accurate.

So choose your nuts with care --

The Disturbing Link Between Psychopathy And Leadership

It is not the image we like to have when we think of business leaders. But troubling research indicates that in the ranks of senior management, psychopathic behavior may be more common than we think – more prevalent in fact than the amount such seriously aberrant behavior occurs in the general population.

At first blush this may seem counterintuitive, even outrageous. We tend to think of psychopathy as the province of criminals, with leadership qualities that may land someone atop a fringe religious cult, say – not in a boardroom. But before discussing the research, let’s consider for a moment why this possibility is actually less bizarre than it may initially seem.

The hallmarks of the psychopathic personality involve egocentric, grandiose behavior, completely lacking empathy and conscience. Additionally, psychopaths may be charismatic, charming, and adept at manipulating one-on-one interactions.

It is possible through the ages we have consciously selected the psychopaths among us to be the tribal leadership, it may have been an advantage to have a leader known to other tribes as brutal and unhinged. During barbaric times, having a psychopath as leader may have provided some modicum of protection, but have we reached a point where such selective criteria is now redundant or even undesirable?

In my book yes.

It is defiantly time to review cohabitation relationships, corporate and government conscious and motivation, seeking a new planet is not necessary, rendering this one hospitable is the sensible thing to do. If the personal preferences of the world population ever prevailed, the planet would be a very nice and sustainable place.

With do-days ability to filter out individuals with character faults and mental challenges it should not be difficult to shift the nature of our leadership to individuals with the most desirable traits for achieving peaceful, well-considered and well intention-ed agendas, or at least hold honesty as an ideal.

Until we recognize the Archon presence among us and fail to segregate them to a place of ineffectiveness, psychopathic leadership will prevail along with predictable heinous result

Somehow I think this will not occur, at least within the conventional framework of candidate selection... but who knows?, true democracy may yet prevail and the majority voice may yet be heard.

I suppose we can only hope.

Complexity - The greatest threat to stability and trust.

Progress is good, it smacks of going forward, of improvement, betterment and advantage.

Progress by definition suggests things are improving and innovation is lessening burdens and adding quality to life. The test for advantageous progress is "result", we can assess a progress change through the advantage it provides.

Can a point be reached where progress reaches a place where the gains become overwhelmed by disadvantages?

I find the question interesting. In today's world it is difficult to ascribe the word satisfying to the condition of being alive as a human on this planet, no doubt we have also contributed to dissatisfaction for all other life on the planet, so--explain to me again the intent of "progress."

Often the disadvantages of progress come in a form we call unintended consequence. This occurs when a particular step in progress manifests a series of disadvantages which render the attempted progress as regressive in practice.

Have we reached a point where many intended progressive schemes have added so much complexity to our lives as to render the intended advantages as not worth it, or even worse, layers of complexity which threaten our ability to manage and cope with the aftermath of said "progress"?

Has humanity reached its point of incompetence?

Whether I survey technology, social engineering, economics, politics, legislation, manufacturing, agriculture or any other human contrived state of existence I get the sense of an unsustainable condition through unmanageable conditions directly attributable to the massive layers of complexity associated with the implementation of an unfathomable array of intended "progress."

Are we now stalled out in a quagmire of unintended consequence?

Have we gone beyond a point of innovation where massive layers of cloying complexity inhibit our capacity to enjoy progress, are we at a place of unacceptable mistrust of our own brilliance?

As each day goes by how often do you wonder "Who or what can I trust?"

Trust is a fundamental requirement for healthy human function and one wonders about the effect of not being able to trust things which in past times could be trusted. The stresses of living in an environment of distrust is debilitating and is bound to reflect in an increase of mental strain and resulting bizarre behaviors, this again heaps yet another complexity upon the pile. like a tractor pull competition, the harder you pull the more resistance is applied to the puller, eventually the machinery stalls and dies.

My feeling is, we have reached a point where coping with so-called modern life exceeds the human capacity to cope with it, the result is a time-bomb likely to manifest as a mass hysterical meltdown within society.

As more ill-advised, wanton and even reckless progress is applied we may want to revisit the definition of 'progress' itself and review whether what we are doing is indeed progressive. We may in fact may be deceiving ourselves and are achieving regression rather than progressive headway.

The truth seems to be, we have exceeded some sort of red-line on the dial of human capacity to manage. So complex has everything become no one is capable of managing the machinery behind all of innovation. We are now in a chaotic state where circumstances dictate motion and where decisions are reactionary not strategic.

Simple things have been turned into highly complex, puzzling and confusing things so much so--as an example even knowing when to eat, what to eat and why has become a full time preoccupation.

Complexity has eroded our sense of trust. We are now at a place where we cannot trust anything.

Collapse of everything seems to be a daily sentiment. How long do you suppose we can remain red-lined before a key sprocket, pinion or gear hatches and our entire glorious engine of progress erupts into an uncontrolled ball of hurt?

For those with a heightened sense of personal survival it would seem prudent to take stock, reset expectations and gear for a less complex existence, for one is sure to come. Starting with self--list those things which you can trust, a small piece of paper will be sufficient.

Imagine a world the way a world should be--it will come about. Many doing a little bit of good a lot should do the trick...

The fallacy of state provided security - who exactly is protected?

The world has become a strange and seemingly frightening place--or at least seems so, perhaps because of real-time event reporting and social media.

Perhaps in gentler times the risks presented to humanity on the planet earth were just as potent but isolation contained the wide threat picture to a few affected individuals and preserved individual mental health.

In early time becoming a meal might have been the big risk, followed later by diseases and epidemics with no apparent cause, these days, with those threats by and large contained we now have a new mortal enemy--ourselves.

All over the planet populations quiver in anticipation of brutality as internal or external forces smash their way into positions of control. This is in spite of any particular government promising immunity from such brutal incursions. It seems authorities are woefully unable to deliver any semblance of protection no matter how cooperative the citizens or the sophistication of governments arsenals, tools and strategies, ever larger and more frightening events and circumstances occur--seemingly at the will of the perpetrators of terror and carnage.

It is safe to say - governments cannot provide any more than token safety and protection no matter what steps are taken to the contrary.

Given the results of recent events... be they natural catastrophe, economic implosion, corporate recklessness, engineering failure or bad guy induced carnage, the individual citizen is totally exposed regardless.

To say governance is ineffective in these cases would be an understatement. The effective way to mitigate risk is through risk avoidance strategies and rigorous oversight with companion penalty for transgressors.

As conditions worsen, we are encouraged to trade in the remnants of personal freedom for the implied benefits of government provided security and protection. One has to question the wisdom of this particular trade, especially when one considers the ramification of becoming a hapless ward of the state --- in effect.

So skewed has the "protection" model become, it seems state provided protection is exclusively for the states benefit and and not the citizens. In fact, judging from their behavior the state is more inclined to regard the citizen as the standing threat to the state.

Just the act of stepping outside exposes the common citizen to the potential of public humiliation or worse at the hand of its employee--the civil servant, or worse--the arbitrary forced entry of the "peace-keepers" into an individuals home and sanctuary.

In the meantime and with apparent impunity, corporations routinely loot the economy, protective infrastructure remains untended and in disrepair, significant death traps such as nuclear plants are seeded in high disaster prone areas, food is engineered without understanding effects, water is ruined,while the ability of the individual citizen to self-help is either stunted or abolished.

If it were not for the efforts of amateurs and concerned citizens sounding alerts or whistle-blowing we would have no effective protection at all.

The false choice between security and civil liberties

There is security you see. There is security you don’t see. And suddenly there is a sense that there is no security at all. The last category best describes this terrifying week, which began with two terrorist bombings near the finish line of the Boston Marathon and ended with a running shootout with the suspects through Cambridge and Watertown.

I recently witnessed four days of diabolical terror where thousands of government sponsored specialists were at a loss to either prevent or swiftly contain two young individuals bent on mayhem and carnage--does this not speak directly to the fact that government of any size or capability is incapable of delivering any level of secured living environment.

Given the ratio of enforcers to perpetrators in this case the projection is obvious. Your state cannot effectively protect you and in the other issues cited seems they have no stomach to even try.

Governance should attend to those things that can be remedied and enable population to preserve their own safety.

We are in short paying handsomely for the illusion of "secured living" in a fast collapsing world... survival will come down to self-preservation, make sure you still have the ways and means to invoke such action when your turn comes.

Resist the loss of personal freedoms, especially the right to survive--loss of that could prove fatal.

Climate scientists struggle to explain warming slowdown

Apparently there is a good living to be made proving something known as "global warming." Global warming has the promise of tax grab heaven for the elitist New World Order practitioners.

The theory ostensibly... is needed to prove that the climate of earth is greatly influenced by the activity of humanity in that our carbon output is causing the earth to become warmer.

Never mind we are a carbon based planet.

Should this "warming" case be proven then the legislators move in and place taxes upon us for being alive.

It is easy to see that fitting findings to the agenda is imperative for both the sycophant researchers and their sponsor--the NWO inspired tax fiends.

Towards this end many fancy charts and data has been concocted to make the case.

The taxation scheme was going swimmingly for awhile and the sheep shears were oiled and serviced in anticipation of giving all a short back and sides in the way of a carbon footprint tax. Said tax was to be used for developing some sort of New World Order inspired planetary climate control knob useful for dialing in a pleasant and fixed climate--convenient for industrial and corporate purposes.

As with all tax grabs the stated purpose is always a sham and once collected is used for whatever governance desires... there are no poor governors.

Be that as it may, we are now privy to an inconvenient truth.

A theory for planetary warming needs at least one proven substantial fact... namely that the planet climate is warming up. Unfortunately the total opposite is true and for the past 13 years the climate has cooled.

"The climate system is not quite so simple as people thought," said Bjorn Lomborg, a Danish statistician and author of "The Skeptical Environmentalist" who estimates that moderate warming will be beneficial for crop growth and human health.

Some experts say their trust in climate science has declined because of the many uncertainties. The UN's Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) had to correct a 2007 report that exaggerated the pace of melt of the Himalayan glaciers and wrongly said they could all vanish by 2035.

"My own confidence in the data has gone down in the past five years," said Richard Tol, an expert in climate change and professor of economics at the University of Sussex in England.

Anyone with a passing modicum of historical knowledge knows that the solar system routinely cycles through a perfectly natural state of change and the climate has always shifted in harmony with the immutable solar system machinery.

See temperature variations through the ages

The temperature variations throughout a planets lifetime move from age to age.

Where once was verdant tropical foliage is now ice locked desert and vise versa... all the taxation in creation would not alter this outcome, neither has the presence of humanity or its puny activity.

That aside, we do need to consider the ruination of the habitat by mankind's rude hand.

Unfortunately the phenomena of climate shift and unconscionable poisoning of the environment need to be separated and addressed as two different topics. Until we realize the two are not codependent we are stuck in a place of stasis and confusion.

Climate shift is inevitable and the only solution is for populations to anticipate and then adapt to the coming change. The same can be said for higher magnitude weather phenomena and tectonic activity. These are variables outside our control but not outside our ability to anticipate and adapt.

Crass ruination of the environment can be controlled, our governance is paid by us to ensure it is preserved--unfortunately our governance is in bed with the despoilers, corporate interests and aids and abets their ill-advised, reckless approaches to furnishing "progress."

Corporate interests invariably win over any sane case for regulation, control or moderation.

Sanction and approval is routinely provided for all manner of heinous eco-wreckage. We are faced with ruined water, poisoned land and toxin laced food... all in the name of "progress" and bottom line profitability for the self-anointment elitist cabal... all risk is downloaded to an unsuspecting public at large. When we ask for it to be stopped we are ignored, when we ask for it to be repaired we are charged for it.

What we need to see is a governance willing to do what we pay them to do...

Which in part is to provide oversight in all aspects of corporate and banking activity. They need to monitor and punish those who orchestrate willful damage to our environment, they need to prevent the introduction of toxic food stuff, they need to prosecute the corrupt who have collapsed the economy. Corporations can only do what they do with approval from our representatives in government...

Fining these corporate entities is counter-productive, it is OUR money these use to pay fines.

Individuals need to be incarcerated to make a dent in the chronic abuse's and corruption our governance allows.

Taxation is not the answer, prevention and mitigation of greed inspired risk is.

For those interested in self-preservation do not count on your nanny state protecting your better interests, that has never been the case and never will be. The very nature of the political beast precludes any benefit for the citizen, only for something they call the greater good which never seems to include the welfare of the common, contributing citizen. There is no point in beating a dead horse so instead look to your own council and self-motivated survival strategy.

At the end of day -- you are where the buck stops in that regard.

We are faced with the worst possible scenario - Doltish leadership who cannot control the chaos they created and constituents that cannot control the dolts.

Economic losses from disasters set new record in 2012

Quite often observations about changing environment are regarded as purely anecdotal by many who will often deny or object to the notion that indeed our living circumstances are in flux.

Somehow, many seem to adopt a position of denial in the matter of extreme earth change, be it socioeconomic or ecological, often saying reports of change are insignificant, overstated or do not apply to their circumstance.

I suppose if one has not been directly affected or impacted YET, then reports of said change may seem distant or surreal.

Throughout the known history of our planet--environmental, geographical and ecological change has been the norm rather than the exception, this is with or without human contribution.

Even so, there are many who appear shocked or surprised that the universe cannot or will not suddenly accommodate their preferences by somehow locking into a state of stability to accommodate their personal liking.

Some even labor under the delusion that if sufficient taxes are paid then their governmental representation can somehow regulate the naturally occurring cyclic transitions the solar system and the planets within it are bound to experience. Climates change, that is what they do and always will.

This attitude has to be the new height of "sense of entitlement" evident with today's society in the western world. It is pitiful to see so many so far removed from reality they seriously believe humanity could exert sufficient control over immutable universal flux as to render it harmless.

The solution of course is adaptation.

Adaptation can result if honest reporting is provided, with correct assessments and facts--populations can review options and make changes, even extreme changes such as a complete relocation or change of lifestyle. Avoiding the inevitable is bound to exacerbate the problem, delay is caused by the confusion of authorities who claim solution through tax and control legislation rather than adaptation strategies.

For the informed, this leaves an individual in a position of self assessment of worsening conditions followed by self-determination and self reliance.

Economic losses from disasters set new record in 2012

GENEVA, 14 March 2013 - The UN Office for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNISDR) today stated that for the first time in history the world has experienced three consecutive years where annual economic losses have exceeded $100 billion due to an enormous increase in exposure of industrial assets and private property to extreme disaster events.

Some 310 disasters killed over 9,300 people in 2012 and affected 106 million others and cost 138 billion US$ (mainly in the US, Italy and China).

63% of the economic losses were in the Americas, mainly due to Hurricane Sandy ($50 bn) and the drought ($20 bn). Europe was hit by two long cold waves at the beginning and end of the year killing almost 1,000 people and Africa was severely affected by drought but also by floods such as those in Nigeria which took over 300 lives.

"Globally, most victims this year were from floods and droughts which were responsible for nearly 80% of all victims. But as they occur in poorer countries, the economic losses are low. Even so, the floods of Pakistan cost nearly 2% of its annual GDP which is a lot to recover. Disasters are a major problem in all poor countries and threats to global security.

Government used to equate to civil servant--elected officials duty bound to serve the better interests of their constituents. That, at least has been the theory, how successful this quaint notion has been through history is open to debate if one considers "result.".

When working correctly--tax payers are rewarded with superior life style conditions, stellar infrastructure supplemented with superior social services in an environment of healthy and vibrant economy--.

As time goes by taxes increase and the better interest of constituents seems to become usurped by other interests.

The better interests of the paying citizen invariably buckle then bend to the better interests of influential special interest and corporate lobby groups... at this point the concept of democracy is failed.

Things the folk deem pertinent are ignored while things never desired or requested replace them. Eventually the population experiences a state of very expensive unfathomable idiocy which places them in dire straights. They find themselves in an untenable circumstance whereby all or most of their life style desire has been eradicated, diluted or removed entirely by the civil servant employed to ensure the opposite.

All over the world in 2013 populations are realizing they have been arbitrarily fleeced and deceived by their doltish leadership and left hapless in the wake of collapsing infrastructure, economy and social stability.

Meanwhile the corporate culture flourishes and smugly records what amounts to obscene profit. It is this state of affairs which points towards who's better interests have been served by our errant civil servants. It is obvious their employer and financier the voter has been sold out and corporate fascism has replaced the concept of democracy.

Historically this scenario is not unusual, societies have routinely collapsed under the weight of bloated governance usually engaged in personal enrichment at the expense of the common citizen, 2013 may represent a classic rendition of the phenomena but on a global scale.

As populations wake up to the reality of the situation--rage against the flawed machine which bought them to that place is not unusual... and may explain why we see articles such as this...

Record number of anti-government militias in USA

The number of militias and radical anti-government "patriot" groups operating in the USA reached an all-time high in 2012, a report Tuesday by the Southern Poverty Law Center finds.
The center tracked 1,360 radical militias and anti-government groups in 2012, a nine-fold increase over 2008 when the center recorded 149 such groups, the report says. The explosive growth began four years ago, sparked by the election of the President and anger about the poor economy, the center says.

"As the President enters his second term with an agenda of gun control and immigration reform, the rage on the right is likely to intensify," the center's senior fellow Mark Potok writes in the report.

We are indeed at a place where the population of the planet is awakening to the ill-advised, wanton, reckless rush to implement what is popularly known as the New World Order or NWO... a single world government initiative instigated by the ultra rich elitist element under the auspice of agenda 21 and other centralization schemes.

Such schemes are always wrapped in a sanctimonious wrapper professing to offer motherhood governance for the betterment of all, but always have a center of total subjugation of the populations rights.

Has globalization been a good thing? It depends who you are, for the elite it has been stupendously successful. for everyone else--not so much. The rich are far richer and the rest are now bereft of many freedoms and an equitable share of the wealth and are on the hook for monstrous debts.

This inequitable situation can only result in resentment, frustration and in a worst case civil unrest.

For the situationaly aware who wish to offset the risks of collapsing socioeconomic conditions it is time to take stock of where you are situated, remember also that chronic economic collapses in the past have invariably led to war, be it conventional or otherwise.

The state of world economic climate is so submerged in um-salvageable deficit and debt at all levels there can be no conventional solution.

Even though the deficit and debt issue has been on the radar for years, nothing has been done to address the issue and now the time has expired... in politics it seems if not for the last minute... nothing would ever get done.

Both significant tax increases and deep spending cuts are entirely necessary if sovereign debt slide is to be arrested and slowed to a manageable place, this truism may set the stage for 2013 as doltish world leaders face the unsolvable problem of shrinking income and burgeoning costs of operation, this is a global issue and so carries global impact.

Amazingly the cast of characters who manufactured this obscene situation remain in place and profess to hold the solutions to the effects of their crass fiscal mismanagement stupidity!

This period represents the "hangover" stage of elitist world leaderships drunken spending spree as they vied for personal wealth or power creation on the backs of their hapless constituents whose means of personal economy was variously undermined, obliterated or diminished by their reckless, ill-advised strategies.

As 2012 comes to an end it may be interesting to project forward into 2013, what will the nature of 2013 be?

Back in July 2012 I submitted a projection for 2013 entitled Financial Crisis - Perfect Storm 2013.

Since nothing of noteworthy positive action or activity has manifested in the past six months I stand by the conclusions drawn at that time.

The public thinks there is a debt crisis, not an austerity crisis.

The difference may seem superficial but in real terms the effect of a governments retraction from citizen support obligations have proven catastrophic for the struggling majority of a nation. The rich and privileged can weather these bumps in the road--but the less fortunate are hammered by such proposed austerity measures which invariably cut to the quick and yield painful result to an average citizen.

When one has contributed to the sovereign coffers over the span of a work-life... one should expect a fair return on that contribution, especially in times of most need. Saving and investing has proved fruitless since these modest pools of comfort have been raped and pillaged by unscrupulous elitist interests. For most starting over is not an option for they have run out of road.

As 2012 ends, many find themselves living hand to mouth with no economic certainty whatsoever--the tax fueled social safety nets have been or are being squandered away through irresponsible management or even downright larceny.

It is one thing to lose ones livelihood as is happening to the shrinking workforce--certainly that is bad enough, but when compounded by severe spending cuts of government... populations are subjected to untenable losses of fundamental services and support right at the time they are needed most.

We do know one thing going into 2013, a form of forced self-sufficiency will become the de facto standard for most folk caught up in the aftermath of the catastrophic failure of the New World Order global economic experiment.

While one percent literally made out like bandits, the vast majority of the world population finds themselves well and truly duped, demoralized, disfranchised, devalued and devastated.

There is no sugar coating the stark reality of the next few years... as much as I offer encouragement it is not for some mythical elitist sponsored salvation, it is for self motivated realization of reality combined with a resounding rejection of absurd global leadership and their simpering solution of centralized world governance couched to imply the advantage of one world government and control.

We have tasted the bitter fruits of a centralized economic power grab and can see and feel the tragic result.

Let the lesson be well learned and not repeated in the future.

It is time to set reasonable personal expectations and grasp destiny as a personal objective... it is time to think small but effectively, it is a time to develop village philosophies with reasonable attainable goals of self-sufficiency.

It is a time to tend our own backyards and forge a decent legacy for our children.

We are all familiar with the standard news sections, typically we flip to our personal area of interest... be it sports, travel, entertainment, business or world events and so forth, never did I ever imagine a mainstream newspaper would feel the need to add a section devoted specifically to the genre of Financial Crime. Yet, here it is in black and white. So corrupt has the world of finance become... financial crime now commands a specific section in the Telegraph newspaper.

Such is the volume and degree of daily and weekly financial crime it now commands a "section" all its own.

The cost of such fiscal felony crime is almost incalculable since it comprises personal ruination for the victims and contributes to the imbalance of the capital system, which even without such criminal interference is teetering on the edge of demise with little hope of sustainability.

Unfortunately our leadership seems loathe to prosecute this form of "white collar" crime and instead seems to regard fiscal larceny as a fraternity level mischief, often referring to the crime in the context of "scandal" or a mischievous shenanigan perpetrated by naughty boys and girls.

We now find ourselves in a seriously compromised society where anything goes and moral compass is but a quaint, old fashioned notion. Gradually, society has been desensitized to a point of abject apathy in all regards leaving it entirely vulnerable to promiscuity of every kind... the result is a society thwart with hopelessness and resignation. Such stresses are certain to lead to an escalation of insane behaviors as individuals snap under the strain of socioeconomic disparity. Many current headlines allude to instances of severe social collapse riding in tandem with multi-level, local and regional economic collapse.

The Fiscal Cliff

The so-called fiscal cliff refers to a situation whereby automatic legislation triggers a series of deep cuts to Federal spending while significantly raising personal and corporate taxation for the citizens of the United States of America... unless leadership finds an alternative (less severe) way to balance the books before the deadline.

Sadly, whether the fiscal cliff is avoided or not will not solve the insolvency of the United States of America. Neither will the policy of printing a trillion dollars a year under the auspices of "quantitative easing"

The Next Crisis

Unfortunately, the fiscal cliff isn't the only problem facing the United States right now. At some point in the first quarter, the country will again hit the "debt ceiling" - the same issue that roiled the markets in the summer of 2011 and prompted the automatic spending cuts that make up a portion of the fiscal cliff.

What is the fiscal cliff and the next crisis?

What to expect...

We can only surmise the outcomes and ramifications of negative societal change as populations strive to cope with a myriad of burdens ranging from ever increasing natural disasters, man made travesties of every kind and the compounding fact of continued economic collapse.

Stresses such as these are bound to manifest increased levels of mental instability with resulting abhorrent behaviors within affected geographies and communities.

For those of us interested in minimizing and mitigating personal impacts of deteriorating social climates--it becomes important to recognize and accept the new realities with a view to adapting for the sake of self preservation.

Unfortunately fellow citizens represent a real threat as they find themselves ever disenfranchised from what was hitherto regarded as a rightful place in a bountiful situation and find themselves hapless victim of the unscrupulous and the abysmally managed regional and global economy.

As the pools of income opportunity dry up and as anticipated entitlements fail to materialize or shrink... many will find themselves unable to fund even a rudimentary lifestyle.

Under such conditions it is highly likely populations will find themselves subjected to escalating crime waves and in extreme situations ever rising violent conditions. Anticipating these coming events can go a long way towards forging a personal situation awareness outlook and will certainly aid in developing a tenable coping strategy useful for decreasing anticipated negative environments.

In the coming months we are certain to experience much higher unemployment and taxes coupled with chronic slashing of public services a combination known to fuel widespread civil unrest.

Protecting nuclear plants from nature? What!

That particular headline or viewpoint - Protecting nuclear plants from nature... somehow struck me with a huge pang of astound. Here we have an article which might just show how advanced human devolution has become, at least in the arena of intelligence.

On the one hand we have nature... the very essence and giver of life versus insane potentially lethal technology.

Surely, protecting nature from nuclear plants is what that should read.

That needs to be thought about for a nano-second.

Einstein may have said it aptly, "Nuclear reaction is a silly way to boil water." Me... being me... would probably have said, "Nuclear reaction to boil water is insane."

So the gist of the article is about how nature is the threat to humanity because... humanity has seeded its own habitat with what amounts to an array of poorly designed, poorly located, ill-advised, wanton and reckless proliferation of deadly machinery capable of undoing all of natures handiwork, we may even have set up the demise of life on our own planet as a result.

Yet nature is cast as the villain?

The article alludes to several noteworthy points...

To assess the vulnerability of nuclear power plants globally, we collected information on plant height, sea wall height and emergency-power-generator locations for 89 nuclear power plants that lie next to water. We compared this to historical information on high waves triggered by sources such as earthquakes, landslides and hurricanes.

Our findings were striking. Several nuclear plants in Japan had inadequate protection — the average height of a historical tsunami exceeded the height of the sea wall, the plant itself and on-site emergency generators. Fukushima Dai-ichi was not even the most vulnerable plant in Japan. We found that plants operated by the largest power companies —Tokyo Electric, Kansai Electric and Chubu Electric — were particularly unsafe.

Equally striking, our data also suggest several U.S. nuclear power plants are unprepared for high waves. The U.S. came in second, behind Japan, as the country with the largest number of inadequately protected nuclear power plants.

The 1938 New England hurricane triggered a storm surge up to 30 feet, higher than waves this week from Sandy. A wave that tall would overtake many East Coast nuclear power plants, which on average lie about 20 feet above sea level, with minimal sea wall protection.
According to our data, the U.S. nuclear power plants most vulnerable to inundation are the Salem and Hope Creek plants on the New Jersey/Delaware border; the Millstone plant in Connecticut; and the Seabrook plant in New Hampshire.

All of these are close to large cities: The Salem and Hope Creek plants are about 90 miles from Washington and about 35 miles from Philadelphia. The Millstone plant is about 40 miles from Hartford, Conn., and 100 miles from New York City. The Seabrook plant is about 35 miles from Boston. As points of reference, consider that the U.S. government recommended a 50-mile evacuation radius in the Fukushima disaster, and Tokyo is about 140 miles away from the Fukushima Dai-ichi site.

This and more alarming revelation is intended to lead up to a conclusion, not the obvious conclusion such as who or what allowed the situation to become so dire, but rather what in retrospect we can do to make our dirty little mistakes "nature proof."

The presumption being general citizens at large will respond to a vile form of ransom and cough up the desired "protection money" to apply the remedy.

In other words, attempt to protect the man-applied insanity, rather than applying a sane solution - such as...

Shut them all down!

The solution is so obvious one should cringe at any attempt to justify otherwise.

Evacuation planning should not be the prime consideration when implementing technology solutions to problems. If the problem to be solved was large, the solution to the problem should not be larger--should it?

Now we have the original problem compounded exponentially with the so called "solution", which often carries far graver ramification than the original problem. If there is sense in that somewhere I have yet to discern it.

Like the learned author states... "The threat posed by extreme weather is not hypothetical." He goes on to illustrate many "real-life" examples of how reality is... well real!

Eventually we get to the punchline...

But there are other reasons to question the safety of U.S. nuclear power plants. Our research found that the risk to U.S. plants is probably understated. Historical data regarding tsunamis are available going back about 2,000 years for East Asia and only about 350 years for the U.S.

This uncertainty means we should do much more to protect U.S. nuclear power plants against potential threats. Many nuclear plants on the East Coast are perilously close to major population centers.

More sea walls should be constructed, and existing walls should be raised to minimize the danger of inundation. All backup power generators should be located well above sea level and within watertight structures.

We should not wait for a major disaster to take reasonable precautions.

While taking precautions against such deadly annihilation of our environment smacks of a modicum of common sense, the solution proffered does not.

If you think building walls will nullify the scoundrel natures threats, then think again, nature has a well defined set of characteristics only one of which is extreme movement of water.

In the olden days nature was described as the elements of fire, earth, water and air, all of which in small doses allow us to tick, when amplified to extreme applications they encourage renewal.

The old sciences included a moral component, unfortunately modern science does not.

Here the question is... What does nuclear energy cost?

Of course the fiscal answer is academic, the real answer well may be "Everything!"

The picture is said to be worth a 1000 words.

The greatest problem is our inability to distinguish between the talking points of climate shift and the poisoning of our environment. two disparate topics, two completely different issues. To garner public attention and hoped for taxation opportunity... the politicos have merged the two providing a deceitful cause of convenience.

Amazingly (to some) our planet cycles through climate shift ages. This phenomena appears to be a natural occurrence regardless of inhabitant contribution or desire. Currently we are in a cooler stage and predictive analysis suggests a warming trend. During the last 2 billion years the Earth's climate has alternated between a frigid "Ice House", like today's world, and a steaming "Hot House", like the world of the dinosaurs.

As much as we might wish otherwise, climate shifts are a staple of our small insignificant planet. Some would say the cyclic effect is immutable. Some would say we can control it.

Some say that with enough tax grab and enough misinformation for the gullible that the cycle of immutable climate shift can be harnessed, contained and controlled.

Some say that given enough taxation and constraints upon human activity unruly climate shift cycles can be fixed.

As the current climate moves through its upward warming trend, many are alarmed and wish it would not.

That is how human preference works, somehow the human mind has a tendency to think "Universe, how dare you make inconvenient moves against our state of convenience!" It is as though expectations are... the universe will cease its timeless movements just for us.

Folks do need answers and so many seek to provide answers to them, palatable answers often yield approval--for they suit the thinking of the follower. Such it is we are embroiled yet again in the fruitless debate of climate control and the knobs who would provide it - at a price of course.

With ever increasing indication our climate is changing, it is said that somehow humanity is the root cause, if this is accepted then it is a small step to convincing the gullible that therefore... climate shift can be controlled.

Controlling people will surely control the climate shift.

This idiocy has once again become vogue.

Climate change makes late surge in US elections

In the wake of Storm Sandy, New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg has endorsed President Obama, saying he is best placed to tackle climate change.

"Denial is no longer an acceptable response," he said.

That part is good, we should not deny the obvious and very natural shift of the climate. It is something we cannot avoid, it is as certain as the sun coming up.

The road to mitigating the effects of the unavoidable climate shift is simple. It is a matter of adapting to the change, it is a matter of altering expectations, it is a matter of relocation and changing lifestyle to accommodate the change.

The road to demise is to stay put, not adapt, not change and to put hope into some mystical magical promise that the climate shift will be stopped in its tracks by the self-anointed dolts who would profess to lead us.

These elitist wealth grubbers would have us believe they can, with enough of our money, stem the universal cyclic shifts of our climate.

Useful assistance would be sound information based on fact, solid projections of changes to come and intelligent suggestion on how we can adapt to it.

The greatest problem is our inability to distinguish between the talking points of climate shift and the poisoning of our environment.

The two topics have been melded together making the issues seem to be one and the same. The issues should be separated, Adapting to climate shift and avoiding death caused by implementation of insane technologies and science.

These are the two talking points, one can be fixed, the other not!

There is no doubt we are threatening the livability of our planet through insane application of industrial and commercial effluents and discharges, but these have no connection to climate shift. Until climate shift is separated from the real concern we are destined to spin in a self-defeating cycle of inactivity and redundant political rhetoric.

My advice is to consider both and to formulate your own adaptation strategy for climate shift and to accept the environment will continue to be sacrificed by the two-faced corporate sponsored governance who will... as always... kowtow to wealth creation special interest groups and their profitability-your interests are unfortunately limited to funding their causes.

If nothing else we have learned one thing, when disasters strike there is an initial onslaught of coverage, intense and dramatic coverage with much slick "mainstream" presentation and of course saturation of advertising opportunity.

Disaster coverage has a shelf-life though.... and it seems any particular chronic incident drops off the radar once perceived it has no further promotional juice. This is a terrible pattern because the real news is always in the months and years subsequent to the initial circumstance.

I'm always amazed how quickly the spotlight shifts away from the ongoing daily miseries of the victims and afflicted and often crass "recovery" mismanagement is a mainstay of any later followup "news"... rather than the uplifting words of comfort one would hope for or even expect.

It seems the criminal element is drawn like flies to a rotting carcass when emergency "funds' are made available. It is here I should list examples of both short lived coverage and fraudulent activity surrounding disaster aftermath, unfortunately these lists would overwhelm the internet.

Be that as it may... you will see no shortage of in-depth analysis around the topic of wealth creation as it relates to disaster aftermath. As much as human suffering is soon relegated to the news void, wealth creation bobs up front and center as the pundits and analysts fall over each other to find the ideal strategies to capitalize on the situation, it is there in the pages of financial journals you will find the best assessment of aftermath depth and scope and thus, wealth creation opportunity.

Disaster equates to opportunity these days... and may represent sad commentary about the state of the human condition today.

In what well developed society would wealth creation opportunity usurp the prerogative of human well-being? The answer to that is short! A sick and unwholesome society.

This can be a useful perspective if one is an entrapped citizen of a psychopath run society, it can assist in knowing and understanding the pitfalls of such a situation, it can assist in setting personal expectations which can lead to forming appropriate coping strategies.

Relying on self is paramount. Self-determination is key when formulating coping strategies.

Already the denizens of wealth creation are sifting through the garbage bins of opportunity.

Economists fear worst for super-storm Sandy's damage to fragile US recovery

The real effect won't be felt for several weeks, and it may be months and even years before the final cost of Sandy is calculated.

The initial estimates take the usual response to a major natural disaster: yes, there will be losses caused by damage but these will be largely offset by the stimulus of rebuilding. Much lost production will be made up in subsequent weeks as companies and workers catch up with any backlog, while the consumer spending foregone by the days lost to the storm will be merely displaced to later dates or other avenues. Some sectors, such as tourism and transportation, will have permanent losses – empty hotel rooms and airline seats caused by cancelled bookings can't be resold later – but that effect will be brief and limited to the peak of the storm.

That was the case with Hurricane Irene, which hit the area over a year ago and caused insured property damage worth $4.3bn, according to the Insurance Information Institute. But Sandy had a far bigger impact on the region, and hit a wider area. It may be that the final bill is well in excess of the early numbers being talked about on Tuesday.

One of the first estimates was from Gregory Daco and Nigel Gault of IHS Global Insight, which said said early calculations of infrastructure damage was for losses worth $20bn. Lost economic activity could boost the overall total to $30bn-$50bn.

These initial financial findings set the stage for the next iteration, that of pinpointing wealth creation opportunities.

One does not have to wait long before the opportunists surface.

The age of suspicion, NOT paranoia.

A few decades ago... record storms could be wholly attributed to natural events and circumstances.

Since the advent of extreme technology and demonstrated ill-advised use of it... we now live in a period where the waters of understanding are thoroughly murky and clarity of cause and effects is blurred.

As our world spirals into a state of chaos and overwhelming changes, we can never deduce the causal patterns since government has succumbed to the desires of corporate interests and routinely approves insane implementation of horrendous practices which are known to carry risk far beyond the sensibility of any good purpose.

We have lost all semblance of established baseline, a must if one is to understand what is going on and why. The crime scenes are so trampled with self-anointed elitist boots that we may never know the extent of their culpability.

Who knows what impact insane application of technology has contributed to the ever escalating phenomena of natural disaster.

Gulf oil spill, Fukushima spilling toxic filth and a thousand other hare-brained, ill-advised, wanton... elitist sponsored... reckless money grubbing schemes have had... and continue to have a disastrous impact on our essential life support systems? This is just an acknowledged fact and not a supposition.

We do know that unintended consequence with tragic consequence is a monotonous result of elitist corporate activity enabled by governance approval.

The scale of aftermath catastrophe is unfathomable.

What we do know is this...

HAARP/CERN tech and weather manipulation are a well documented fact.
What that serves to do is make it murky when events like this occur.
NWO-UN is also a well established corporate sponsored reality (did you vote for it?)... chaos and uncertainty are always good for business, that is also a fact.
Whether natural or not... chaos and destruction is used to serve ulterior purpose, another fact.
How much of current turmoil is attributable to elitist meddling will always be in doubt.

Natural Disasters Quadruple - Insurers Getting Queasy?

Anecdotal observation leads many of us to the realization our environment is changing, once in a while "officialdom" discloses information which supports said personal observation, this is usually couched in terms of either a climate change 'taxation" opportunity or as a cost burden to corporate interests, seldom is the human misery aspect considered or practical adaptation strategies offered.

The topic of extreme earth change is most often cited by authorities as a phenomena of huge surprise. The only surprise in these conversations is that folks seem entrenched in a thought we live in a fixed and frozen galactic situation. It is a dynamic environment,extremely fluid and constantly active.

Solar system CHANGE is normal. Observing the changes is normal. Experiencing the changes is normal.

Not addressing the coming and unavoidable "shifts" is abnormal.

If you think the solar system will stay in the (current) short lived "sweet spot" to accommodate your personal desires, is delusional. The cyclic nature of cosmic change precludes accommodating climatic or crustal stability in a convenient state - stay open to the reality of constant change and recognize adaptation is an immutable requirement, not an option, else close your eyes and carry on... regardless.

And no, taxation is not likely to fund a "remedy." No matter what your governance offers in the way of "reversals" or "fixes." Consider options and realize some locales are less prone to the imminent changes... while other locations will prove deadly.

As an aside 80% of the worlds population have been enticed to relocate into "bulls eye" regions...

A recent acknowledgement of extreme earth environment change concerns itself with the drastic insurance risks associated with them, the article laments re-insurers are struggling to raise prices for disaster insurance amid intense competition, and the rise in popularity of catastrophe bonds - seen as an alternative form of cover. There is not much mention of how populations can mitigate personal risk to themselves, or how adaptation should be the focus for risk avoidance, the topic as usual commands only commercial attention.

Reinsurers should price in rise in natural disasters

The study showed the number of weather-related loss events in North America nearly quintupled in the past three decades, compared with an increase factor of four in Asia, 2.5 in Africa, two in Europe and 1.5 in South America.

Hurricane Katrina was the deadliest event and the insurance industry's most costly natural disaster, leading to more than $40 billion of claims, after it struck New Orleans in 2005.

Munich Re said that until now socioeconomic factors such as population growth in urban areas had accounted for rising insured losses, but their records showed evidence that climate change was leading to an increase in natural catastrophes.

This is the case particularly in North America, where the climate is ripe for tropical cyclones, thunderstorms, winter storms, tornadoes, wildfires, drought and flood.

The underlying point is...in the face of undeniable extreme climatic planetary shift and resulting hardship, the authorities are not responding to the rapidly escalating needs of threatened populations through either frequent cautions or intelligent, well thought out adaptation strategies, it seems the only aspect addressed is the "commercial" impacts and how corporations can best preserve their bottom lines during this period of ever escalating turmoil and chaos.

For those interested in reducing personal risk in our adversely changing environment... self-realization and self-preservation is incumbent on the individual who should expect no intelligent council from their governance.

Besides the undeniable environment upheaval we need also to consider the companion socioeconomic degradation occurring throughout societies around the globe, chaos is with us and only perceptive observation will provide the cues for personal diminished risk strategies.

Being mentally prepared for encroaching chaos is a huge part of mitigation.When the upset arrives the time for preparation has passed.
