Haryana Government has decided to recruit 1035 Assistant Professors in Government Colleges of the state. There is no such recruitment in Haryana since last 10 years.

Education Minister Mrs. Geeta Bhukkal said that a proposal for 140 vacant posts of Assistant Professors had already been sent to Haryana Public Service Commission whereas requisition for remaining 895 posts would be sent shortly to the Commission. Maximum number of Assistant Professor for Science stream will be recruited.

Mr. Hooda has already determined to develop Haryana as an educational hub of international standard. Infrastructure and other facilities will also be upgraded in the colleges. 6 new language will also be setup during the current finiancial year. 25 language labs has already been setup in govt colleges across the state.

Haryana Not to Recruit Teachers on Contract Basis | Now Pregnant Women Not Need Fitness Certificate

Govt of Haryana withdraw the decision of Appointment of teachers in Haryana on contract basis. Now appointment of teachers in Haryana will no longer be made on contractual basis.

Haryana CM Mr. Hooda ordered to related department that the appointment of teachers would be made on regular basis only in Haryana. This order shall take effect immediately.

Haryana Govt is going to recruit 15000 teachers in the near future. The advertisement for above said recruitment would be issued shortly through Haryana School Teachers Selection Board (HSTSB).

According to previous notification issued by the Haryana Govt. in this regards “the posts in the Department of Secondary Education shall be filled on contract basis initially for one year which may be extendable on year-to-year basis.” The decision of Haryana Govt apposed everywhere.

Education Minister Bhukkal said that Haryana Govt also dismiss the rule under which 12 weeks pregnant women temporarily unfit to join the duty. Under this rule selected women candidate had to submit fitness certificate issued by senior medical officer.

The University Grants Commission (UGC) has extended the last date of online applications for National Eligibility Test (NET) 2012 from April 30 to May 2 due to Inevitable or technical error. The UGC NET website has some technical problems and crashed down. It was impossible for students to register online.

This is not the first time that students sitting for NET have experiencing problems applying online, Last year, the candidates had encountered such kind of problem.

12 Weeks Pregnant Women Temporarily Disable For Teacher Job in Haryana

Education Department of Haryana has issued a new policy of female teachers. According to said policy women teachers who get appointed for government teaching jobs will be considered temporarily unfit and will not be allowed to join the govt job if the are found pregnant more than 12 weeks. They will have to wait till the delivery. The senior medical officers or civil surgeons will re-examine them to check their fitness. There fitness certificate will be issued after delivery

Haryana School Teachers Association (HSTA) protested the move and sent memorandums to the chief minister. HSTA said that pregnancy is a natural process and not an error. Pregnancy process generally not pre-planed. Every woman has right to be a mother. This decision is a violation of the rights of women.

HSTSB Will Soon Initiate Selection Process of 25000 Teachers

After Supreme Court orders, the Education Department of Haryana will recruit about 25000 teachers in forth coming days. Govt of Haryana have sent a proposal in this regard to Haryna State Teachers Selection Board (HSTSB) which would shortly initiate the selection process.

Spokesperson of Department of School Education said that Haryna State Teachers Selection Board (HSTSB) will recruit 15000 teachers for high school education and 10000 for elementary education in near future.

An estimate said that Haryana state government would spend Rs 8245.58 crore in the current financial year under plan and non-plan schemes, which was 1369.59 crore more than that of the previous financial year.

RTET 2012 Will Take Place in July, Then 20 Thousand Teachers Will be Recruited

Govt of Rajasthan will conduct Rajasthan Teachers Eligibility Test (RTET 2012) before recruitment of 20 thousand teachers in 2nd phase of recruitment. RTET 2012 will be held in July, 2012 through the nodal agency, Rajasthan Secondary Education Board. The spokesperson of Education Board said that the board will start preparation of RTET 2012 as soon as result of Secondary and Sr. Secondary will be announced.

State Govt will recruit 41000 teachers in upcoming days and there are only 300000 qualified candidate for the said recruitment. The official also said that the declaration of RTET result will be completed before commencement of 2nd phase recruitment process of 41 thousand teachers. A large number of students will get a chance to be involved in teacher recruitment. RTET 2012 is expected in the last week of July and the date will be fixed in a few days.

Regular Recruitment of Teacher Will be on Initial 5 Years Contract Basis in Haryana

School teachers will be appointed on contract basis only in Haryana. Contract will increase each year. After five years of satisfactory service, appointed candidates will be regularized and 1st year as regular service will be probation period. Regularization process will be on the basis of individual performance of appointee. Govt of Haryana first time established such type of rules for the appointment of Teachers in Haryana.

The recruitment of PRTs and TGTs would be through related selection board like a regular recruitment. Unlike past recruitment the appointee will be on temporary basis in service. However it will be a regular recruitment but appointee must complete 5 years satisfactory service in year by year basis. After completion of 5 years satisfactory service the appointees will be regular in their service. The Govt argue behind above said rules is to improve the quality and standard or education in the state.

Only 12 casual leaves allowed in 1 year for contract teachers, No other leaves will be acceptable in any circumstance including Medical Reimbursement and LTC expect maternity leave. If the teachers absent for five days continuously without and prior notice, the contract will be disappear itself and appointee will be dismiss. Teacher placed on any contract will not be transferred.

Basic pay and Grade Pay of PRTs, TGTs and PGTs will be Rs. 9300 4200 = 13,500 per month, Rs. 10230 4600 = 14830 per month and Rs. 12090 4800 = 16 890 per month respectively. Lowest pay band and grade pay will be increased by 3% every year. DA, House Rent allowance, Medical allowance and other allowances will not be applicable.

Haryana Govt to Recruit Large Number of Computer Teachers in the State

Haryana Educaton Minister Geeta Bhukkal told that Haryana Government has provided computers in about 2662 Government schools in last year under its ongoing policy of promoting computer education at school level across the state to provide modern computer education to school going students in view of growing employment opportunities in the private sector in this modern era of Information Technology. Haryana Government is attempting all efforts to provide good, basic and modern computer education so that student of government school could become familiar operation of computer peripherals and other computer related technology. Our aim is to prepare students in the field of computer and Information & technology so that they can grebe more opportunities of success. Haryana will become computer hub In near feature

She also told that Haryana Government is going to start process of recruitment of a large number of Computer Teachers very shortly.
