Where to even begin?!! The price... I'll start there. This tub of wax & strips costs $8! I had high .. very high hopes that this wax would work wonderfully, but I was disappointed. When you first open the jar, the smell of peaches rises in the air. I admit, it does smell great, but that does not help with hair removal. The box has a great quantity of wax strips, which I appreciate that as it will take almost all of them to even do 1 area. This wax just simply, in a nutshell: Does NOT work. I looked at the ingredients, so maybe some additives they have in it causes this, I am unsure, but for $8 I'd expect it to take off more than 5 hairs in 1 area. Honestly, for $8 I shouldn't even have had to microwave it! LMAO! *Just trying to find some light in this gloom of peach mess*. I won't be buying this again, but I won't give up on at-home waxing just yet. Anyone know of any brands of wax that DO work?

Cafe Escapes Milk Chocolate Hot Cocoa 12ct K cups box

I'll start off by saying that I received 2 of these boxes in the mail from a sampling giveaway. I like the concept of these hot cocoa K cups. The contents looked & smelled good (yes! I had to open 1 to see how it looked and smelled), but to be honest, it takes 2 K cups of cocoa to make the perfect cup for me. Using just 1 cup makes a light semi-sweet cocoa drink, which I know some would love. For me though, I love tasting the cocoa ... the chocolate taste... seeing actual deep brown liquid in my cup. With 1 K cup, it was light in flavor and in color (although, this review is not based on color, I mentioned it as it was something I first noticed). The cocoa itself is good (using 2 K cups), but would I pay $11.98 for this at Wal-Mart? Of course not. If this were the winter time, with using 2 K cups at a time for the perfect cup; I'd use up the 12ct box within less than a week. I'm to price conscious for that. Maybe a great coupon will come out for them soon!?! Right now, I am drinking them in the mornings when I don't necessarily need coffee, but just love that warmness of a hot drink (the mornings are cool outside anyway). Overall, I like the product.... it just needs a price adjustment, in my opinion (so that those that didn't get it free will be willing to buy it).

Who doesn't love cute activewear! Well, Old Navy has made the best there is with their new style of active wear clothing! The designs are sleek and they really do pop! A little over a week ago there were great sales on them also. What did you get? I bought so many items (how can you resist a bargain like that!?!) My friend & I went to Old Navy after I got my coupons for free activewear and we shopped till we dropped. There's so many items to choose from in there. I love that about Old Navy! You can't say they don't have a wide selection, because there's so much and the colors they make for their clothing is always awesome. I love to match, but I also love the fact that you can mix and match the activewear styles up and it will still look great. Thanks Crowdtap and Old Navy for this opportunity.

Fiber One 90 Calorie Chocolate Fudge Brownies

I bought this box of brownies a few days ago. There is a Peanut Butter kind also, but the Chocolate Fudge kind sounded quite nice at the time so I picked that up. They were $4.29 at CVS and I used a .75 off 1 box coupon from the newspaper. In my opinion, for the price - these could use a bit of work. Of course, with something that is 90 calories a pack I am not expecting some ooey gooey brownie or a brownie with lots of chocolate chips, but what I was expecting was more flavor. With a bit of tweaking these brownies will be liked by all. I love though, that these brownies are a small portion and 90 calories isn't bad for a small serve brownie product.

Hello everyone! Yesterday, I received a free pair of Old Navy's new flip flops in the color black! I absolutely love that this color was sent to me as it will go well with anything in my wardrobe. Flip flops are great to wear and these from Old Navy are very stylish and comfortable. They are thin, but sturdy and durable. I like the straps on these flip flops too - they are not tight at all and are very smooth underneath where your feet would rub against them. The fit of these flip flops is more of a "true to size" feel to me. There is not any flipping and flopping, so you could walk without tiring yourself out in these. Thanks so much Old Navy and Crowdtap for this sampling opportunity. It's great to try out a new product before it's launched in stores. This is a great item !!

Veggie Stix

I received some 7 oz. bags of Veggie Stix and I'll admit, at first I thought these "chips" were quite plain. I am a regular potato chip eater too, so I guess that is why I felt that way at first, but after a week of only eating them and not any other snack products, I began to taste the flavors more and more each time. It's funny how when you first try something and it's not the "norm" -- you somewhat push it aside, but for once I did not do that. I honestly like these stix! The children here love them (they never complained anyway) and now I think I will ask other family members to try them too. There's nothing wrong with eating healthy anyway, so I am going to go open another bag!

Crowdtap provided me with 2 free Jeans coupons for Old Navy! I loved the fact that my friend and I could go try on all of the ones they had in store and walk out with free ones! OF COURSE, we didn't just get the free jeans! My friend was so grateful for the free slim flare jeans that she bought us both shirts to match. We made it a girls night out and wore our jeans and tops to dinner and a movie with our other friends. It was a fun night. Thanks to Crowdtap and Old Navy for this opportunity. These jeans are so comfortable and are made VERY well so I know that they will last such a long time. With kids and pets around, these jeans will be put to good use. Wow. Twice now in the mail, I have received a free product coupon good for any Borden's Single Sensations 10ct cheese pack. I was so excited I ran to the store and saw this one.... Southwest Pepperjack ... *drool*. I used it on hamburgers and as a simple cheese sandwich and loved every last bit. I like that this product is not that expensive too. When I went to get my free packs I saw that they were priced around $2.14 to $2.50 depending on the store, but not more than that. My tip is to always stock up during store sales. I love reduced prices for good items and coupons were floating around in magazines a while back to lower the price even more. If you want to try this brand, I suggest this kind.... but there ARE 5 others to choose from also.

I have had this product for quite some time now and I am please with it, but it did take some getting used to. I am not one to put on lotion or anything of the sort on a lot of times during the day, but this called for it. Sometimes I forgot, but I kept a pretty good schedule for using this product.
Something that amazed me was how smooth it is and it is not greasy at all. A lot of my family members agreed that they would use this product all of the time because of its lightness and subtle scent. The scent reminds me of some baby products and it is colorant free so that's a plus. The same person who sent me the Skin MD sent this. This coffee is not to strong and not bland at all. My initial thoughts were that this coffee would be like most other flavored coffees and just taste like coffee with a flavored syrup in it, but this did not. I liked the smoothness to it. I have not had a flavored coffee in a while that has been this smooth... I did not even have to add anything to it which was a plus to me. I normally have to dump in the milk or cream and sugar to even get half of any coffee down, but this was different. I like different.

Skin MD Natural Shielding Lotion

OH MY! --Are the first words to come to mind. This lotion is lovely on my crazy skin. I call my skin crazy because I feel like I have combinations of oily, rough, dry, & normal skin all at once most days on various parts of my body. I've used many products, but nothing seemed to make all of my skin FEEL the same as this lotion. The lotion is very smooth - almost water-like, but not watery in the least... but still took a little getting used to as I am not used to this type of texture/feel of lotions AND it dries quickly, something I was actually skeptical about upon first glance.
The scent -- Mmmm... very subtle. I like all of my products to have subtle or no scents since I have sensitive skin and this smells lovely. I didn't suffer from any types of red spots or rashes as I have in the past from products being overly scented. This scent is perfect.
I tried this product on my left hand and arm for a couple days and not on my right hand and arm, and after a while... I noticed the difference in the way my skin felt. On the right side, it was still a bit dry and rough... while on the left.. all smooth and soft. I can't knock a product that's given my skin backs its youth to go along with my actual age, of 21.
