What is Haiku Poetry?

Haiku Poetry is known as the traditional Japanese form of poetry. It is a three-line poem with 17 syllables, written in a five, seven, five syllable count. This poem focuses on images from nature, haiku shows simplicity. It is also very understandable because of its simple words.

Haiku was discovered during the thirteenth century. Japan as the starting phrase of renga. This is an oral poem, with one hundred stanzas long, which was also composed syllabically. During the 16th century, another shorter style of haiku was being practiced and being mastered later by famous poet of Japan, Matsuo Basho, who wrote alot of famous haiku poems like this:

An old pond!
A frog jumps in--
the sound of water.

Here are some of the famous haiku poets :
Basho, Yosa Buson, Kobayashi Issa, and Masaoka Shiki.
Modern poets interested in the form include Robert Hass, Paul Muldoon, and Anselm Hollo, where poems are "5 & 7 & 5" includes the following stanza:

round lumps of cells grow
up to love porridge later
become The Supremes

Haiku was traditionally written in the present tense and focused on associations between images. There was a pause at the end of the first or second line, and a "season word," or kigo, specified the time of year.

As haiku poem evolved, many of these rules--including the 5/7/5 practice--have been routinely broken. But the philosophy of haiku has been preserved: the focus on a short moment in time; a use of provocative, very colorful images; an ability to be read in one breath; and a sense of sudden enlightenment and illumination.

There are several ways to remove underline effect below text links. Most of the bloggers found out that this effect is unprofessional. As a result, we want to eliminate this in our blog. In basic html/css, we used "text-decoration:none" to remove underlines in our text links. We also use this process in blogger. However, because of its complex script bloggers who are just starting don't know how to do this. Fortunately, eliminating this is not as hard as you think. Let me show you how to do this.

1. First Log in to your Blogger account.

2. Go to Dashboard > Design > Edit Html

3. Ctrl F and find a:hover . You'll see a script like this, and take a closer look at the word "underline"

4. Change underline to none

Honestly, Im a fan of this old feature. Aside from its better appearance, share button has better features compare to the newer like button. Share button allows you to write something before you share which you cannot do with the like button.

I see a lot of scripts in the net but most of them are not working properly. Luckily, I found a script that really works fine in blogger. Let me show you the scripts.
