Seem Different Or Not ?

Am i different from other people or not ?

Yes, why?

The answer to yes is simple. Because they do comparison between themselves and others. They will start questioning other whether it is they do the same thing or have the same thing. Then keen to ask because the desire of knowing is far much greater than the desire to ignore. It good for someone who make comparison as they might improve from it. But there always word "Compare may bring death". Getting to know something is always an option you can either choose to know or not to know.

Let me give u a situation, if u found out that certain physical or act from yours seem to be weird. What would you do?

1st thing they will find through all those resources to identify what it is ?

2nd they will start discussing either with family or closest friend or doctor.

3rd they will start questioning around other people by their own way.

Final, they might know the answer and there possibility the answer is wrong.

Asking would help because at least u know from someone who experience it before. That what i had in my mind. So what this bring toward different meaning? People are different in their action and thinking. Different always in experience and knowledge. So what would you guy do if you found out u are different from others?

No, why?

They don't wan to explore more and know more about certain thing. In other words they totally believe and trusted themselves in matter, situation or problem occurs. I don't know whether i'm right or wrong but for those who answer no, most probably they wont even question, think or said about the matter. Decision were made instantly with highly confident due to their high level of knowledge and experience.

There are people that follow from other. For example they follow on majority and they don't keen to follow their own thought.

Overall

There might be a lot of reason, a lot of process and a lot of thinking in every decision making. Choose wise without following, be sure on what you need, identify the different in your way and most important never regret once decision is decided.

For myself i will choose yes because whenever i feel different or confuse i will start doing research and asking for their experience and knowledge in it. Then only i feel secure and wont regret on my last decision.

Saturday : Will wake up once around 8.00 something but ended up sleep back.

Sunday : Will wake up once around 8.00 something but ended up sleep back.

Public Holiday : Waking time is based on activities that going to be held.

Hometown : Early morning around 8.00 am with alarm.

Found out that my sleeping hours disorder. Sometime i sleep late wake up early, sleep early wake up late and even sleep early wake up early. Sleeping in fluent by the work too, where OT sometime acquired. Don't drink coffee or whatever that make u clear and fresh at night. That what people told me. But i still drink it because i still can sleep after having all those caffeine thing. Its time for me to change. Going to sleep accordingly to time and make sure that i have enough sleep around 6-7 hours.

HACKWEEKEND: OPEN CALL FOR PARTICIPATION FROM "HACKERS"

By definition, there are several meanings to the word "hacker".

- The first and most widely accepted variant usually describes individuals who accesses a computer system by circumventing its security system.

- The second kind, often known as life hackers, are the type that make innovative customizations or combinations of retail electronic and computer equipment to better their use for a specific reason.

As for the third variant, one that's being championed by the organizers of the upcoming Hackweekend event, a hacker is called such "due to their skill and speed in which they can hack together working solutions to problems".

Happening on : 10 December 2011 at

Location : The Bee in Solaris Dutamas.

Expecting : Attendance of 90 to 120 people,

Activities :

Hackers are then placed into groups and are given 24 hours to build a working prototype of the said idea. During this 24 hour window, hackers are expected to cover all the bases such as mock ups, designing, coding, debugging. This is because once the 24 hour deadline is over, each team will be given 3 minutes to present a working demo of their prototype to not only their peers, but also to a group of invited guests who usually comprise of investors.

Note:

Although there are no prizes per se for the winner, the prospect of having your idea scrutinized by potential investors sounds exciting enough! There are no promises that you'll walk out of the event as a fully funded band of hackers either, but what this event offers is an opportunity to work with like minded individuals, and a chance to finally convert those wacky and zany ideas into a working prototype.

Maxis Berhad has announced it will launch the iPhone 4S on Dec 16, with registration of interest now open to customers via its website.

In addition to an 8-megapixel camera with 1080p HD video capabilities, this latest addition to Apple's iPhone family also boasts a more powerful dual-core A5 chip under the hood.

The most highly anticipated feature remains Siri, the voice-activated intelligent assistant that has been the subject of much scrutiny since the model was first introduced in October.

Pricing and plans are expected to be revealed by Maxis on the launch date.

iPhone 4S Malaysia launch all set for 16th December 2011

iPhone 4S Malaysia launch happening this 16th December. Maxis starts registration of interest. According to our regular tipster, the 16th December launch date is more or less confirmed with Celcom being among the first to offer the device. Although they were late for the iPhone 4 party earlier this year, it is likely they will be joining the ranks of other big boys on the big day.

With the iPhone 4S revealed, many are wondering what would the price be. In the US, Apple has revealed its outright pricing as follows:

$649 – iPhone 4S 16GB
$749 – iPhone 4S 32GB
$849 – iPhone 4S 64GB

While iPhone 4S is designed to work on both GSM/CDMA network, these outright devices will only work on GSM networks. We are not too sure if this is a different hardware or they are restricted by software.

I'm been working nearly 1 years already. Never thought that the time passes so quickly without noticing. Year of experience added with 1 same goes with my age. What i learned so far? i learned the way of developing with new programming language, learned the basic requirement for developing a system. Basically i'm still in the learning progress and i tend to absorb more into my working life. I believe the more i absorb the more resourceful i'm. Lately i'm absorbing in quite some different language together. I cant even think of it, thinking of absorbing so much thing together, it would be nightmare. Think about bright side "Life is always about learning".

What can i describe about my working hours lately? A lots of work been assigned lately. Overtime is been implement in part of my life. No option to choose and there will be no option available too. Getting thing done now would be my purpose of working lifestyle. When thing are done, you will feel satisfy. But when problem come out or changes then its gonna bring a lot more toward headache.

Work by brain, type by finger, discuss by word and mouth, eat by mouth and drink by mouth. Been using brain, finger, mouth, eye and ear at working place. Let me direct to the point of using. First programmer life is about work with computer and lack of physical activities. That why programmer intend to gain weight easily. All they have to do are sit, eat, type and drink. That why i added my lifestyle with few kind of sport activities. I'm used to sport but not so lately already. Friends don't do sport already and its hard to find some member.

Start drinking when started to work. But gonna stop soon because drink only get your belly bigger and bigger. No point drinking at all. Feel like wanna go movie and hang out lately due to all those working stress and problems. Somehow i might think my life is set and no changes can be made. As been told get to know what u "Wan" is better than what you "Need". Be sure on the path u taking and make sure of it. Life sucks, Living Fun!

The FBI agent in charge of Shaw tells him that Shaw might walk and recovering the pension fund is unlikely. She tells him that it's been rumored that Shaw has 20 million laying around if he needs. Josh thinks he knows where it is. So with two other employees who also lost their jobs and an evicted tenant, they plan to sneak up to the penthouse and look for the safe box.

At the end they notice that the safe box was empty. But something is worth more then 20 million. That would be the first version of Ferrari car. This car would worth around 40 something million. Find out how they steal the car and hilarious.

A Call From Unknown About Protection and Coverage Of Any Card.

Yesterday i just receive a call from someone but don't know who are them. They claim that they are consultant but what consultant? Credit card consultant? The person didn't clearly describe what she do and what are her post and she from where.

She start asking about credit card protection about loss card and usage on lost credit card and debit card. They claim that they can cover and pay if there were any invalid usage during lost those lost credit card duration. In condition for the protection u need to make a report at police station and make a call to stop the credit card.

Ok the question come. They claim that it hard to call in for customer service, so they provide a solution that is to call this protection plan and automatically whole debit card, credit card including a lot of banks will stop immediately. It is that their customer service easy to call in? Weird?

Ok about the payment its only cost around RM90+ per year and who know anything might happen. So i decided not to trust the person. When i say i will think about it, the person keep on asking me to register now and i dont knw what her point. Cant give me some time to think about it. The person were clear about the maybank website too, because she ask me to check on website whether i have com in front of me or nt.

I know maybe it a scam or what. But for sure i wont believe in the person who call. Due to few thing im curious about.

1. Why cant i consider it first?

2. Why you speak in Malay?

3. The way the person speak unprofessional.

4. Never heard of this thing.

5. Unclear about the person.

and far much more.

For the one that concern. Be aware on any call. Dont simply trust and register easily. Make sure u do enough checking or research on it before even register. Be aware.

UTeM 7th Convocation - 22.10.2011

My Graduation / UTeM 7th Convocation

As preparation for the Convocation i went to Melaka on 20 October night. On 21 October there will be one "Raptai" before the convocation day and on the day i need to take my "Alumi" card, pay for the convocation and take the "Jubah". As the lunch for the day would be Kenny Roger. What a wonderful lunch with friends (Su Ning, Jeremy, Victor and Tiong Lee).

Something happen during the queue for the convocation payment, where i needed a bank draft and the problem is i don't have it with me at the moment. The only solutions was drive all the way outside from campus and get myself a bank draft from CIMB bank.

Finish everything seem relax but the day haven ended yet because i haven't bought myself a shirt for my convocation. Driving all the way to "Dataran Pahlawan" with bunch of friends and bought myself a new Padini dark blue shirt. Now the second problem came out where i forgot to bring out my wallet. As for the solution i drive back all the way just to get my wallet and meet them back at Overtime.

Day ended after we got seperate from the Overtime. Next day would be my convocation time. Picture taken during my convocation :D....Thanks George for helping me to take these wonderful photo.

Concept Map Support:

· Concept maps graphically illustrate relationships between information. In a concept map, two or more concepts are linked by words that describe their relationship. XMIND provides abilities that allow users to put varieties of concepts into floating topics and rapidly build relationships with descriptions between them by several simple operations(e.g. keyboard shortcuts). And more attractively, users can cut one relationship into two by inserting a topic.

Floating Topic:

· Floating topics are not attached to any other topic and free to locate within the map. Users can create floating topics to keep some wild ideas or start new threads of thinking. Use drag-drop to attach any floating topic to another topic as its subtopic, or reversely separate any topic from its own branch to become a floating topic. By the way, a floating topic can also have subtopics.

Boundary:

· It is a well accepted manner to group several topics with familiar information or concepts together within a boundary. In this case, boundaries are used not only as an emphasis, but also as a weak category of the specified topics. Decorated with colors and/or line patterns, different boundaries would be distinctive and clear.

Relationship:

· When two topics has relationship between each other, we usually illustrate this as a line linking them on the map. And we call it a 'Relationship' in XMIND. Users can then write some text on the line as a description of that relationship, e.g., 'gives rise to', 'results in', 'is required by', etc.

Rich Text Notes:

· Rich text notes are used to record complementary details of topics. Users can place more information about the topic, insert images for illustration, or change the appearance of the text, e.g., font size, color, etc. It's also enabled to view and edit notes even in presentation mode.

Theme:

· Theme is a collection of colors, shapes, line patterns and other coordinated attributes of a map. Users can choose from a variety of professional themes XMIND provide to apply to their maps in one easy step. For convenience, XMIND allows users to extract a theme from an existing map and save it for future use.

Marker:

· Marker represents some attributes of a topic as an image icon, and is widely used in project management, planning, etc. Besides the markers XMIND provides, users can add their own images as markers. Once added to a map, a marker can be renamed to express some specific meaning on that map.

Legend:

· Legend is a floatable box on a map which shows all the markers used on that map with their specific meanings behind them, just like legends on ordinary geographical maps. Users can place a legend anywhere within the map by drag-drop, or decide whether to show or hide the legend. Legend is very useful in presentation, planning, printing, etc.

Label:

· Labels are like small tags stick on topics, typically used for simple annotation and category. A topic may have multiple labels separated by commas. When typing a label, XMIND will suggest labels from the existing labels on this map. Users can choose one from the list and pressing 'Enter' to auto-complete with the selected one. By the way, there are still advanced usages of label relating to Filter and 2D Chart.

Powerful Filter:

· Powerful Filter brings tremendous productivity improvement when users face a large, complex map. Basically, filtering enables users to make some contents of a map visible and others not. Users can determine which topics to show by elements representing topic attributes, e.g., markers and labels. XMIND provide a quick marker filter at the bottom of editor area, where users can choose one marker from the popup list to filter out topics on the map with the same marker. This ensures instant filtering and accelerated map review. In addition, there is a full list of markers and labels used on a map in Filter view, where users can choose multiple markers and/or labels as a combined filter.

· What makes XMIND's filtering more powerful is that the result of filtering is no longer to hide the invisible topics completely, but to gloom the whole map while the visible ones are much brighter. In this manner, users can highlight the key points without losing the entire view of map.

Attachment:

· Attachments are represented as topics in XMIND. External files can be attached to a topic as its subtopics or on the map as floating topics. These attachments can be renamed, moved, deleted just the same as other topics. Users can change these attachments' color, shape, line patterns, etc., and even add subtopics or more attachments to them. Attachments traval with XMAP files during distribution and sharing. Viewers are able to open an attachment directly or save it out as a local file. It's easy to drag-drop files from users' local folders into a map as attachments. By the way, when dragging an image file, users can drop it either on a topic as the topic's image or to create a topic with that image.

Hyperlink:

· Hyperlinks can be used to connect to websites, folders, or files such as Excel or PDF documents. Each topic can be a hyperlink when given a URL. A hyperlink are able to be modified or canceled, but not to accept more URLs. Users can open a hyperlink by simply ALT-clicking the topic. When drag-dropping a hyperlink from a web browser on a topic, the hyperlink's URL will be inserted into that topic or replace the topic's former URL if it's already a hyperlink. Similar with attachment, hyperlinks can also be drag-dropped into a map as subtopics of a topic or floating topics. Then users can change these hyperlinks' description, position, color, etc.

Print:

· Printing a map in XMIND is similar to printing in most of other applications. Use the printer options to select the printers, print range, etc. Users are able to add a page header and/or page footer on it, or to decide whether to print with map background and/or border lines. It's a good way to print a map out on paper and stick it on the wall as a notice.

Export:

· To achieve a full scale of compatibility, XMIND is seamlessly integrated with a wide range of third-party applications. Users have a free choice to export maps into a variety of formats, e.g., Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, PDF, RTF, etc. If they only want images, they can export maps into a single image or multiple images with a certain image format(JPEG/BMP/PNG/GIF).

Import from FreeMind/MindManager:

· For users used to work with FreeMind or MindManager as their previous thinking tool, XMIND provides the ability to import their former work of these two types into XMIND without losing anything important. Then users may continue their work in XMIND. This allows users to open these types of maps obtained from others, which protects everyone's efforts and investment.

Multi Sheets:

· Every XMAP file is a workbook that can contain multiple sheets, each containing a map. Users can create maps with different contents or styles for different usages within one workbook. This facilitates storage, distribution and sharing in common project management. Moreover, any single map can be saved out as an independent workbook as required.

Drilldown & Drillup:

· Drilldown enables users to focus in on a specific branch. The focused branch will be displayed as the central branch in the map. Users can then modify the details of this branch and go back to the former level by a simple click. If users don't want some information to be shown in higher levels, they can put them into floating topics which will not be seen after 'drilling up' to full map, yet still can be found by 'drilling down' to this branch later.

Spell Checker:

· The spelling check automatically works as users type text in XMIND. Misspelling words are marked with a red underline. Right-click on the word to correct it, or choose a suggeted one from the popup menu. Users can also add the word to dictionary. More options about Spell Checker can be found in the Preference dialog.

Template:

· XMIND includes a variety of templates for business, educational and personal use. Once users have created their maps using one of these templates, they can easily tailor it to meet their specific needs. Ideas and suggestions for expansion are provided in various notes. To help getting started, XMIND also includes many ready-made project plans for common business activities, such as organizing a tradeshow, producing a publication, launching a product, etc. Users can use these ready-made plans for training purposes or as a basis for their own project plans. Users can also design some particular templates to meet their requirement in work and save them for future use.
