I must say, Ayesha has put her finger on something about which I've always been vaguely uncomfortable. That is the use by male slaves and submissives of possessive pronouns when referring to the Female Whom they serve.

'my Mistress/Domina/Female Owner/Superior Female'

How dare an admitted, confessed slave to a Woman use the pronoun 'my' when referring to his Female Owner!

For a submissive, it's not so clear cut an offensive statement and intention, but still, upon reflection, seems to be an act for which mouth-soaping and probably a vicious caning seem appropriate as initial corrective punishments.

Tuesday FemDom Videos & More: A Selected OWK Retrospective

I've made no secret, either here on my blog, or with my Domina partners/playmates, that my most cherished, affecting FemDom toys/symbols are the leash and accompanying collar. The jist of my own remarks was that fear is an important component of a viable, healthy and growing alternative lifestyle FemDom relationship. And that, for Goddess' sake, a FemDom relationship shouldn't fall victim to the bane of vanilla relationships- boredom and staleness.

Diane's Inept Attempt At Dominance

Some Last Reflections On My FemDom Experiences- Part 2

In this recent post from earlier today I began to opine retrospectively on which FemDom experiences, with which Domina, had been the most fulfilling.

It wasn't XM, my longtime alternative FemDom relationship Mistress. Instead, it was Mistress Amy, a Pro Domme former friend, during an intense overnight FemDom date.

In this post from April of this year concerning Ayesha's beliefs about how males like me should expect to find/become owned by a Domina.

I should note here that I try diligently to evaluate a person's views, rather than the person. Especially when I only know them from online/text.

Thus, even recently, again, as in the further past, Ayesha has taken to excoriating me in absentia. I view her as a sort of randomly-operating FemDom source. Sometimes she writes very insightful, valued prose. Other times, provocative and moving poetry. And then she'll veer into a totally vindictive, solipsistic attack mode for no apparent reason.

But that doesn't detract from her prior, sensible comments and contentions, as embodied in the quotes I included in that post from last spring.

What Ayesha doesn't articulate, but, as a submissively-wired male, I can attest, is that it's different for a submissively-wired male than it is for a self-aware Female Dominant to find a compatible partner. I'm not saying she's blind to it- just that it's not a topic on which I'm aware she has expressed views.

Rather, her view that a Domina should and can simply take the male she wants for her slave pretty much obviates the male searching. And that's what she did reinforce in her comment on that post. That I'd finally come around to accepting her view that a male like me can at best make myself known and available for a Mistress to take, collar and own me.

To me, believing and accepting that doesn't mean I still can't, won't and didn't attempt to more actively solicit the attention of Dominas who may have been desirous of owning me, and seem to me to be compatible.

No matter that XM fell far below ideal standards for being my Female Owner. I'm sorry, but any woman who honestly thinks I'll believe that her near-constant presence each evening on CM was the result of her opening her browser, and not actually logging on, is too stupid to hold me interest for long.

LadyL, in her better moments, understood how to take control of my intellect and talent, while simultaneously harnessing it- literally, if you will- to her needs and curbing it otherwise. Had she acted upon her declared emotional interest in owning me, she could have fairly easily taken and controlled me. She had that in her- just not with me. Every time we became emotionally intimate while physically together, she would withdraw a bit, feeling vulnerable. Some Last Reflections On My FemDom Experiences

As I write the last few posts for which I plan to be available, my thoughts have turned to my own FemDom experiences over the years.

Those of you who've read the blog for some time, or have read a lot of prior posts, know that my longest FemDom involvement was with XM. She and I were involved in a relationship, primarily with a FemDom central theme, on and off for about seven years. The breaks were largely the result of her SADS condition and general inability to maintain consistency in almost any part of her life over time.

I suppose Mazoslav, who left a comment on this post yesterday, read the posts in real time- blew me away that he's been following/reading this blog since 2006. I'm not sure anyone that I'm actually aware of as a fellow blogger whom I knew then is still around.

In any case, with XM I probably experienced most of my most profound moments of surrender, pleasure/pain and deep psycho-emotional. Not wishing to have my earlier post today stand alone, since it really doesn't contain any FemDom elements, here are two little videos to tease your FemDom appetites.

Upcoming Blog Change

It seems an appropriate time to mention an imminent change to this blog.

By the end of the month, I plan to stop publishing posts for an as-yet undetermined period of time. This isn't the last post, but the last post is fairly imminent.

I can imagine the cheers from some who read that or learn of it indirectly, and perhaps some disappointment from others, known and unknown to me. So be it. I don't worry about that which and those whom I cannot control.

Some time ago, I secured the agreement of a close FemDom friend to become Conservator of the blog in my absence, however long that lasts. In perpetuity, if that is the case. The Conservator will maintain the blog through whatever technological evolutions occur, and handle other matters pertaining to maintaining the blog's accessibility.

I will let my Conservator self-identify in Her/his own time. Suffice to say S/he will be instantly recognizable and is fairly prominent among a circle of bloggers, if not a wider audience, as well.

S/he has agreed to maintain the blog's availability, publish appropriate comments, etc., but is not expected to write new posts here.

As I have no specific plans regarding a return to write more posts, let me take this opportunity to thank my readers for their patronage. I'm not going to list the many people with whom I've had positive relationships due to this blog, since I might offend someone via unintentional omission.

Writing on this blog has been a very fulfilling and productive process for me since March of 2006, when I commenced it and linked to Lorena's Enchanted Palms, a now largely-defunct FemDom blog which hasn't been active in almost exactly a year. Apparently, from the many comments, emails and IMs, my blog has been helpful for many readers, as well.

Thus, circumstances allowing, it is my parting wish that the Conservator to maintain it's presence and utility to others who would find it a resource for beginning or continuing a healthy long term alternative lifestyle FemDom relationship.
