I dare you to the fire, I dare you to the fatwa

Al-Zahid Abu al-Layth (may Allaah have mercy on him) said: Some people disliked fatwa and were generally interpreted by scholars if the man is fit for that.

As for the argument of the first sect, it is narrated from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) that he said: "I dare you to the fire, I dare you to the fatwa." Narrated from Salman that people were asking him.

It was narrated that 'Abd-al-Rahmaan ibn Abi Laila said: I understood a hundred and twenty companions of the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), and none of them was updated except that his brother was able to talk. On the authority of Ibn Sirin, he said: Hudhayfah ibn al-Yaman said: It is only one of three people who does what is copied from the Qur'aan, or a prince who does not find it, or an idiot who is arrogant. Ibn Sirin was asked about something that says: I am not one of these. .

As for the hadeeth of the one who forbade that, what was narrated from Abu Hurayrah, Zayd ibn Khalid and Shu'b ibn Maabid, they said: "We were with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and a man stood up and said: 'I ask you to be guided by Allaah. So I asked the men of the scholars, so they told me that your son had a hundred and a hundred swans, and that his wife must stoned. "In this hadeeth, it is a proof of the permissibility of the hadeeth. Fatwa because he said I asked men of the science Vkbrooni did not deny them the Messenger of God (Peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). And in the hadeeth is also evidence that the fatwa is permissible, even though others know that it is not permissible to see that they were fatwas in the time of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him).

Umar b. Khattab (Allah be pleased with him) reported: I donated a pedigree horse in the path of Allah. Its possesser made it languish. I thought that he would sell it at a cheap price. I asked Allah's Menengsr (may peace be upon him) about it, whereupon he said: Don't buy it and do not get back your charity, for one who gets back the charity is like a dog who swallows its vomit.

This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Malik b. Anas with the same chain of transmitters but with this addition: "DON'T BUY THAT EVEN IF HE GIVES YOU FOR ONE DIRHAM."

Consanguineous Marriages: Jurisprudence vs. Medicine

Abstract

Marriage is a human necessity that has been extensively addressed by all religions. Islam determines the rules which regulate the marriage. Also, it determines the criteria that should be available in the man and woman to marry. Thus, this marriage would lead to the building of a family based on fairness and equality. Subsequently, the social bonds will be strengthened between the families, tribes, and the society as a whole.

However, a consanguineous marriage is not necessary to increase the strength of such these bonds. In some cases, consanguinity may lead to breaking up of the relationships between the individuals of the family due to problems, which may result in a divorce at the end. Research in human genetics has also proven that unrelated marriage is much better than consanguineous marriage, because inherited diseases are transmitted from parents to their progeny by consanguineous marriage more than unrelated marriages. However, this theory is correct only in certain cases, such as the inheritance of rare diseases; therefore, we can not consider it as a general law. Consanguineous marriages are not the reason for increase in the prevalence of autosomal recessive diseases in all cases. Basically, it depends on the prevalence of the gene causing the disease in the entire society. Hence, pre-marital genetic testing should be performed for both related and unrelated individuals. This test would not result in providing complete protection from inherited diseases, but it will decrease the prevalence of inherited diseases. To conclude, Islam neither prefers nor discourages consanguineous marriages.

Qudsi 64: O child of Adam..??

[God, ever mighty and majestic is He, says:] “O child of Adam, if you give generously of the surplus you have, that is good for you, but if you withhold it, that is bad for you. You will not face reproach for having a sufficiency, and I shall take over with whoever you have to look after. The highest hand is better than the lowest.”

I have transmitted this tradition from the Ía¢¨¢ of Muslim ibn al-±ajjåj. He did not mention the following:

God, ever mighty and majestic is He, says: “If My servant has lost his state of purity and does not make an ablution, he maltreats Me. If he makes an ablution and does not pray, he maltreats Me. If he prays and does not then call to Me, he maltreats Me. If he calls to

Me and I were not to respond to him, I would maltreat him. But I am not a Lord who commits maltreatment.”

This tradition which I have transmitted comes from ¡Abdallåh ibn Kham¨s al-Kinån¨, known as al-Jarrå¢..[1]

Ketika terbit pada tahun 1969 dengan judul De Atjvh Oorlog, buku ini dipuji sebagai buku yang sangat mengasyikkan, dan secara ilmiah dapat dipertanggungjawabkan mengenai suatu perang yang mengguncangkan Hindia Belanda maupun Belanda dan ada kalanya bahkan seluruh Eropa - perang terbesar yang pernah dilakukan Belanda. Tentang buku Acehnya ini Paul van 't Veer sendiri berkata: "Saya menganggap telah dapat membuktikan, bahwa perang Aceh adalah suatu provokasi yang disengaja, bahwa sesungguhnya orang harus berbicara tentang empat perang Aceh dan bukan satu, bahwa empat babakan waktu ini berkaitan dengan perubahanperubahan politik dan sosial di Negeri Belanda, dan bahwa perang Aceh bagi Belanda merupakan babakan dalam memulai dan mengakhiri imperialisme."

Paul van 't Veer (1922 1979) sejak tahun 1945 menjadi wartawan di Indonesia, New York, dan Amsterdam. Dikenal sebagai wartawan politik yang memiliki minat sejarah dan sastra, ia juga tergolong wartawan Belanda yang paling ahli mengenai Indonesia. Hal ini terlihat dalam artikel politik, reportase perjalanan, dan karangan dalam majalah, yang banyak ditulisnya dan dalam bukubuku karyanya. Sebagian besar membicarakan Indonesia atau tentang soal-soal yang bertalian dengan Indonesia. Di antara bukubukunya yang lain dapat disebutkan biografi tentang Daendels dan Soekarno. Bekerja sama dengan Dr. W. Drees Sr., pada tahun 1972 ia menyusun biografi dokumenternya Dries, neerslag van een werkzaam leven (Drees, endapan suatu hidup yang tekun). Jasa Besar Paul van 't Veer, tulis Joop van de Broek dalam Algemeen Handelsblad, terletak pada pelukisan yang luas tentang latar belakang perang Aceh dan terutama tentang orang-orang yang memainkan peran ulama di dalamnya. Bagaimanapun buku ini adalah hasil studi yang mendalam dan merupakan sumbangan berharga bagi penulisan sejarah lokal di Indonesia.

Beasiswa Ultima adalah beasiswa untuk membantu pengembangan Sekolah dan Kampus Orbit Hasri Ainun Habibie.

Perbedaan utama beasiswa yang diberikan oleh Yayasan AAB ORBIT Hasri Ainun Habibie dengan beasiswa lain adalah beasiswa ORBIT tidak semata-mata memberi bantuan dana, tetapi juga bantuan pelatihan dan pembekalan pada setiap Anbim, agar mereka menjadi lulusan yang tidak hanya cerdas di bidang akademis, tetapi juga menjadi SDM yang beriman, taqwa, terampil dan profesional yang mampu mengubah masa depan Indonesia menjadi lebih baik.

Jadwal Pendaftaran dan Proses seleksi Program Beasiswa Yayasan AAB ORBIT Hasri Ainun Habibie tahun 2016 adalah sebagai berikut :
Januari ‐ Pertengahan Mei : Pengumuman dan Penerimaan berkas
Januari ‐ Mei : Proses Seleksi
Mei - Juni : Verifikasi Keabsahan & Persetujuan Pengurus
Juni : Pengumuman Akhir
