Indeed it was a night to remember for my cousins debut last night Actually, her birthday is today February 5 2012 but twas Sunday so, she made it Saturday, february 4 2012 atleast she welcomed her 18th Birthday with us, now truly as a Lady. I'm also one of her 18th candles, thou i wasn't able to tell her everything. I just want her to know that I'm always here for her. I love you Cous! Happy Birthday :-)

Early life

Channing Tatum was born in Cullman, Alabama, the son of Kay, an airline worker, and Glenn Tatum, who worked in construction. His ancestry includes Irish, French, and Native American. Tatum's family moved to Mississippi when he was six, and he grew up in the bayou near the Mississippi River, where he enjoyed a rural existence.

Tatum was athletic while growing up, playing football, soccer, track, baseball, and performing martial arts; he has said that "girls were always [his] biggest distraction in school." As a child, he practiced kung fu. Tatum spent most of his teenage years in the Tampa, Florida area and initially attended Gaither High School before going to Tampa Catholic High School. He graduated in 1998 and was voted most athletic. Afterward, Tatum was awarded a football scholarship to Glenville State College in Glenville, West Virginia, but he turned it down. He returned home and started working odd jobs. US Weekly reported that around this time Tatum began working as an exotic dancer at a local nightclub, under the name "Chan Crawford." How to make Palitaw

Ingredients:
2 cups glutinous rice flour
½ cup granulated sugar
1 cup water
1 cup grated coconut

So this is how the glutinous rice flour looks like but, i got this from my mom she bought it from paris but you can look for this at any supermarket :)

Steps:

Combine glutinous rice flour with water and mix until a dough is formed.

Scoop about 2 tablespoons of dough then mold it into a ball-shaped figure. Flatten the ball-shaped dough using the palm of your hands. Boil water in a cooking pot then put-in the flattened dough. When the flattened dough starts to float, remove them from the pot and set it aside allowing water to drip.

Dunk the rice cake in grated coconut

Arrange in a serving plate then serve. Enjoy your snack! :)

My cousin's fetch me at home for the photo shoot of Glendhale for her 18th Birthday. We shoot at Abandoned Hospital, Clark field Pampanga. Afterwards, we went to Clear Water Resort, the staffs and caretaker were all kind they allowed us to take a tour for 10 minutes then before they'll drop me at University of the Assumption, Sfdo Pampanga to meet my Hs friends we first had our dinner at San Matias Ihaw-Ihaw Restaurant :-)

This Year's New Year for me wasn't a blast compare from last year because, we just stayed at home. And also we weren't complete like, my Ate toni celebrated New Year with his husband and Family and My Dad is in Qatar likewise, My Mom is at Paris.

Ate Bembs bought us Lasagna, Grahams and Nilagang Baka.

I made this one, my Mango Float. the top coating was fail - twas my first time to do this.

Traditionally every occasion we usually make our own Rice Cake, for last year's Christmas 2011, we made a "Squash Rice Cake". We also prepare Pasta with white sauce, Siomai, Cheese sticks dip with Sweet n Chili sauce, Brownies and Fruit Salad for our Noche Buena.

We all know Christmas getting nearer. From attending the First Simbang gabi to the last Christmas Shopping, wrapping gifts, preparing foods to eat for the Noche Buena etc.. but, for the Sendong Victims down south how can they feel the Spirit of Christmas due to what happened to them. I feel sad but, at the same time thankful that this incident didn't happen to us And hope so "IT WONT HAPPEN" ever, again.

Christmas isn't about getting expensive clothes and everything you want it is also sharing of what you have. Let us all unite and help the Sendong Victims in our little ways. All of us can help;

Yesterday was 11.20.11 same date for "Run for Pasig" My friend ask me to join her to run for Pasig but, i already book that date for my Little sister to go with her at Subic, Zambales. We had our Educational tour @ Zoobic Safari then, Ocean Adventure where we watch the whales and Sea Lions afterwards had their swimming at Adventure Beach.

Where do you go every November 1? Particularly "UNDAS"? Actually its in our tradition every November 1 to go to cemetery and pray for our departed love ones. Before I don't actually visit Cemetery every November 1 but, when our Grandpa passed away (lolo viring) we then started to go spend our day there.

What happen today?

Went to UST today to helped my dearest friend Ynna Lim Pilea get her Schedule because, it wasn't still encoded, And look the number? We arrived at University of Santo Tomas around 10am then went to Fr. Roque Ruano, O.P Building ( Engineering Building ) to fix her schedule, unluckily she got "#58" Ok, thats number 58! Because the last number of their cut-off at 12nn is number 75! came back at 1:30pm to continue the processing then finally comes 50-60!! badly when it was her turn a parent complain and told them that my friend # was 85. gosh!!
