<p dir="ltr">说一说我为什么会来到这工作吧，就因为我是新山人，地利人和都配合了，那为何不过来？不用离乡背井就能到外国工作。而且是个大都会，什么行业都能找到饭碗。</p>
<p dir="ltr">我会来回的主因是因为我的父母还在新山，所以希望多一些时间陪伴他们，虽然每次沟通都不会长篇大论，但我觉得有孩子陪伴会很温馨。</p>
<p dir="ltr">而且我来回公司有直通巴士，太太则有公司巴士到新山。这也让我们缩短了来回的交通时间。</p>

<p dir="ltr">昨天SGD/MYR 破了历史新高<br>
美金也来到了十七年新高 4.25<br>
人民币来到了1.5<br>
泰铢也掉到8.5</p>
<p dir="ltr">这一个月新币从2.7 到3. 起了11%。 也就是说无形中加薪了，但也是说祖国越来越不稳定。是危机还是转机那就之后才分晓了。</p>
<p dir="ltr">这样的波动让我一再领悟货币的重要性，如果让你把你的薪水/产业换成一种货币存一辈子，你愿意收那一个货币？我们控制不到国际货币的波动，但我们有权利去选择你想要的储蓄货币。<br>
我们控制不到国家的未来的路，但我们能选择自己要走的路。</p>
<p dir="ltr">不得不佩服美国，印了那么多钞票解决了债务问题，还可以让它的货币回升到之前的水平。这让我了解到，一张纸在不同领导人的带领下可以有不同的价值。</p>
<p dir="ltr">如果继续贬值，很快的就会升息>外资撤离>生活费高涨>空房率增加>犯罪率增加 等等。。。<br>
当然还有乐观的一面，那就让我们拭目以待。。。<br><br><br></p>

<p dir="ltr">所以我除了继续想创业点子，研究外汇，我因该还要不断的认识一些我想成为的人！现在就让我好好想想有什么途径去认识那些成功人士。。。</p>

去年年底新成员加入！所以要调整步伐好好从新适应了。希望不久后可以带他一起去旅行了。老婆幸苦了，我们又要从新出发了！弟弟终于找到了工，他让我知道了说比做重要，没有文凭只要能说能做一样能进大公司 ：） 他也买了新车，所以因该很难在动不动就休息一年半载了。哥哥去年还过工，但做了几天又跑回去之前的公司了，一是之前的老板挽留，二是新工作还是那么多的外劳，不是他所要的，我是很希望他能换换工尝试新的东西。去年我们家族添加了八个宝宝，真是热闹呀！</p>
<p dir="ltr">工作<br>
还是一样，希望在我离开公司前能帮帮公司上轨道。业绩没有好转的迹象，希望最近能有突破！这么好的老板因该很难找了，陪我去看车，让我在家工作，让我有自由工作时间，换车轮胎。所以希望公司蒸蒸日上！</p>
<p dir="ltr">朋友<br>
丽敏从新西兰回来后，就常和她见面，她的角色就是会凝聚我们这一班老朋友。上几个月有一对大学朋友结婚了，就在龟咯，还举办了马来人仪式，真让我们全部人大开眼界！小学朋友去年交白卷：（一直没机会联络到。</p>
<p dir="ltr">投资<br>
出完了手上的黄金白银，看来不管是外汇还是电子黄金白银都不适合我，卖出是因为需要用到钱，希望不久后能买回实体的来收。马来西亚股票继续成长，虽然年底跌了很多，但我还是很看好的。开始慢慢的加入新加坡股票，希望分散投资，不然马币越来越低就惨了。房地产还是慢慢的增长，希望把一些资金调到股市,让组合平衡些。</p>
<p dir="ltr">个人<br>
去年读了些英文书籍，但我的英文水准还是停留在能普通沟通而已。。。这个月会去上humamdy 的NLP课程，希望之后我能突破现状，投资在头脑永远不会错，这也是我难得付费去上的课，它吸引我的地方就是终身受用，能打开每个人身上的阿拉丁神灯。。。</p>
<p dir="ltr">旅游<br>
去年去了曼谷和韩国后就安心养胎，现在又可以从新计划今年的行程了。带父母出游的这项目标每年都满难达成的,因为我爸不是那么喜欢出门。。。</p>

<p dir="ltr">去年的平安夜迎来了我家的老二，又开始照顾婴儿的生活，还在慢慢适应中，老大很懂事会照顾弟弟，不会乱乱来。</p>
<p dir="ltr">今年的我要做出大改变，用着蜗牛的步伐很久了，是时候加快步伐，早日过着我要的日子。看着父母慢慢变老，孩子慢慢长大，希望能有越来越多的时间陪伴他们。</p>
<p dir="ltr">这半年想着搞搞创业，但左看右看还是没有合意的，之前锁定网络有关系的，想着在网上那里钱的流量最多。。。然后也想了投入投资方面的有关系的工作，比如房地产（接待，律师楼，房屋经纪），股票（股票经济）。。。还想过如果开店的话，应该是吃喝方面比较看得到钱的流量。。。这几天突然想起写外汇程式，这里钱的流量每天都是兆兆声的，也看过很多以此为生的人，我现在还在测试当中希望能有突破。。。</p>

之后拿起计算机算算，如果驾车一个月的交通开销就回比之前的多出RM2700左右。虽然这将会是我们每月最大的开销，但我还是想尝试看看。28/4 就开始寻找比较能负担的车子，因为40%downpayment的原因，我只能看看剩下一两年车龄的车。这也比较符合我的长期计划（明年可能又会有重大改变）。。。<br />

现在的每月开销已近接近十千了。（还真的是蛮吓人的数目）我们一直认为我们已经很节俭了，但开销还真的是随着收入越来越高。。。况且我们还没有买房自住和车贷，真的很难想象如果加了放贷和车贷，那真的很难达到财务自由了。<br />
<br />
要到达财务自由就是要被动收入〉开销。所以不是增加被动收入＋减少开销。<br />
以前想如果一个月有两千被动收入，因该就可以了。。之后三千。。。四千。。。伍千。。。<br />
所以在增加被动收入的同时也要保此以前的开销，这样才不用掉入这金钱的圈套里！<br />
