Si de atunci o gatim mereu. De fiecare data e altfel. Acum am mai imbunatatit-o si am descoperit ca ne place cu paine prajita cu usturoi.&lt;br /&gt;

O conopida nu prea mare, un morcov, un patrunjel radacina, o felie de telina, o ceapa, un cartof mai maricel. Smantana, un ou, o cana de lapte. Sare si alte condimente. Marar si patrunjel. Unt si ulei.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Jumatate de morcov l-am dat pe razatoare si la-m calit impreuna cu ceapa in putin unt cu ulei. Am pus celelate legume, intregi, sa fiarba si le-am potrivit gustul de sare. Cand au fiert, le-am scos si le-am pasat, apoi am pus piureul inapoi. Noua ne place sa mai ramana si ceva bucatele de legume, de aceea e o semi-crema. Am pus un pahar de lapte. Cand a dat iar in clocot, am pus ou batut cu smantana. La sfarsit marar si patrunjel.&lt;br /&gt;

Am servit cu paine prajita cu usturoi si telemea rasa.&lt;br /&gt;

Dar nu imi place prea mult sa le coc. Parca dureaza o vesnicie. In sfarsit, cand ma &amp;nbsp;prind sa le fac, nu ma mai opresc. Imi plac cele parfumate, cu dulceata. dar anul trecut am mancat la Diana, o prietena din California, clatite amestecuri de branza si sosuri de 3-4 feluri, ciuperci si masline.... Avea vreo 6 feluri pe care ni le-a pregatit in ziua aceea. Au fost atat de bune! De fapt intai le-am copt in tagaie, apoi le-am umplut cu branza si apoi le-am dat la cuptor.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Imi pare rau ca nu am cantitati exacte pentru aceasta reteta. Eu stiu doar cum trebuie sa iasa si asa ajustez ingredientele: cam 1 litru de lapte, doua oua si o cana si jumatate de faina - faina se adauga pe rand, cate o lingura, pana aluatul devine gros ca o smantana. Zahar (dupa gust), coaja rasa de lamaie.&lt;br /&gt;

Am copt clatitele in tigaie cu doar un strop de ulei. Le-am facut putin mai groase, nu coala de hartie.&lt;br /&gt;

Umplutura: o cutie de branza de vaci cu smantana, zahar dupa gust, un plic de zahar vanilat, o picatura de rom, un ou. Am amestecat totul si am intins branza pe fiecare clatita, pe care apoi am rulat-o.&lt;br /&gt;

Apoi am pus vasul pe un alt vas aflat pe foc, ca sa ste al aaburi si am continuat sa bat; in felul acesta spuma se coaguleaza putin. Am pus spuma intr-o punga careia i-am facut o gaura. Si am lasat in tava unsa cu margarina gramajoare albe si stralucitoare.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Le-am copt la foc foarte scazut. Bezelele trebuie mai mult sa se usuce. Ele se mai usuca si dupa ce sunt scoase din cuptor si stau la racit.&lt;br /&gt;

Asa ca la editia iubirii din luna februarie, colorata frumos cu roz si verde, eu vin cu doua nastrusnicii: un chec si toppers.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #ea9999;"&gt;Checul &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;e unul simplu, croit si altoit dupa o reteta pe care mi-au soptit-o fetele din grupul de gatit: 5 oua, 5 linguri de zahar, 5 linguri de faina, 5 linguri de ulei, praf de copt, rom, zahar vanilat, coaja rasa de lamaie, unt pentru uns tava.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
La confectionare a participat toata familia (se poate altfel?! daca-i rost de bucatareala, de putina faina imprastiata si de invartit cu linguroiul?!). Am separat albusurile de galbenusuri. Am amestecat fruuuumos de tot, cu lingura de lemn, galbenusurile cu un praf de sare si cele 5 linguri de ulei (adaugate pe rand), pana a iesit o maioneza. M-am tot certat cu gaza mea: care sa amestece mai mult si mai bine. Stiti voi cum e. A iesit o maioneza bunaaaaaa.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Am batut albusurile spuma; cate putin am pus cele 5 linguri de zahar. Nu trebuia asa. Trebuia sa bat bine albusurile, apoi sa pun zaharul. Albusurile nu cresteau, asa ca a venit tati si a dres nebunia: a zapacit albusurile pana au stat lipite de vas. Apoi iar eu: am amestecat in galbenusuri cate o lingura de faina si doua de albus, alternativ. Printre ele, am imbogatit amestecul cu zahar vanilat, rom, coaja de lamaie. Trebuia si praf de copt, dar eu am uitat! Gaza turna faina. Tati a uns tava cu unt. Eu am tapetat-o cu faina. Cand am terminat de zapacit amestecul l-am turnat in tava. La cuptor: 1 ora. In primele 15 minute nu am deschis usa cuptorului: se zice ca altfel nu mai creste minunatia. Dupa 25 de minute, curiosi, ne-am uitat cu lanterna, fara sa deschidem cuptorul. A fost gata la fix 1 ora. Primul nostru chec crescut si frumos rumenit.&lt;br /&gt;
Merge cu ceai ... de minune!&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: lime;"&gt;Toppers &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;- imi plac la nebunie cupcake toppers. Le poti face din orice material: hartie, carton, panza, spuma... in orice forme. Sunt vesele si dau o nota aparte. De data aceasta am folosit floricele crosetate cu fir roz si tulpina verde (sa fiu in culorile editiei). Sper sa va placa. Incercati si voi.&lt;br /&gt;

Cand am vazut-o, mi-am zis ca da, se poate sa fiu exacta, dar la fata locului, adica la cratita, lucrurile s-au modificat ... usor (??!). Ingredientele mele: supa de pui, rosii in bulion, o ceapa, jumatate de ardei (in reteta originala erau doi ardei, dar noua nu ne place un gust pronuntat de ardei), un morcov, doua radacini de patrunjel, o felie de telina, doi cartofi marunti, patrunjel, o lingura de zahar, sare, piper. Si crutoane de paine prajita cu usturoi. (Am omis orezul - doar de data aceasta, pentru ca de regula pun si orez).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Metoda mea: In supa de pui am fiert legumele. Le-am scos si le-am pasat, apoi le-am pus inapoi in supa. Am pasat sirosiile si le-am adaugat in oala langa suratele lor. Imi place culoarea rosie, proaspata, a rosiilor pasate. Am potrivit de sare si piper, am adaugat o lingura de zahar (mi se pare mie ca accentueaza gustul rosiilor), iar cand a fost gata am adaugat patrunjel tocat.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Crutoanele: feliile de paine le-am uns cu usturoi pisat si amestecat cu sare si ulei. Dupa ce intind bine amestecul pe paine, las putin ca sosul sa patrunda in miez, apoi culeg faramele de usturoi, deoarece daca sunt prea multe dau un gust amar painii. Am copt, mai bine zis am uscat painea in cuptor, la foc scazut si cu tava asezata sus de tot. A iesit super crocanta si aurie.&lt;br /&gt;

Modul meu de servire: jumatate de supa am mancat-o goala pentru ca era fierbinte si buna, cealalta jumatate cu painea crocanta. Apoi doar paine crocanta cu usturoi pentru ca pur si simplu nu ma puteam opri - painea era minunata! (nu mai minunata decat supa - se completeaza reciproc).&lt;br /&gt;

Reteta zicea: 200g faina, 150 g unt, 50 g zahar si 3 galbenusuri. La acestea noi am mai adaugat: o picatura de rom, un plic de zahar vanilat si coaja rasa de lamaie (tati ne-a ajutat cu lamaia). Am amestecat, alternativ, galbenusurile cu zaharul si untul topit, apoi cate putina faina pana am obtinut o coca moale. Am intins coca (am avut si ajutor, deoarece manutele mici stiu cum sa faca cel mai bine, nu eu, mama ei).&lt;br /&gt;

Le-am amestecat pe dumnealor - am avut si ajutor: jumatatea de gurita a venit cu manutele ei mici la framantat aluatul. Apoi l-am lasat la crescut o ora (acoperit cu un servet).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Se fierb spaghetti. Shrimps se spala in apa rece (obligatoriu rece) si se calesc foarte putin in grasimea lasata de kaizer. se pune bulion (dupa gust), sare, piper, verdeata, iar la sfarsit doar o lingura de smantana.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Spaghetti se aseaza colacel in farfurie, iar deasupra lor sosul cel minunat.&lt;br /&gt;

Am curatat si spalat pipotele si le-am calit putin. Am adaugat ceapa taiata fideluta si morcovul ras. Pana au stat toate la povesti de-un clocot, am clocotit si maslinele intr-o apa. Am adaugat bulion la mancare, maslinele, condimente, iar spre sfarsit ploaia de marar si patrunjel.&lt;br /&gt;

Eu am conceput-o. Tot eu am cusut-o. Nu canta singura (desi e o idee buna; as putea incerca). E o carte foarte colorata si soft din fetru. E pentru copii. Si are un cantec tiparit si cusut pentru a fi la indemana mamicilor ce vor sa cante copilasilor si chiar copilasilor mai mari care stiu sa citeasca.&lt;br /&gt;
Eu sunt o fire practica: imi place ca un lucru, mai ales unul in care investesti, sa aiba mai multe functii.&lt;br /&gt;

-"carticica" mea poate fi un tablou potrivit pentru camera copiilor - are nsite fundite care o ajuta pe mami sa prinda tabloul de perete (sau un tablou pentru gradinita, de ce nu?!)&lt;br /&gt;
- cand mergeti la medic, cu trenul, cu avionul sau oriunde unde trebuie sa astepti, cartica mea te poate ajuta sa ocupi timpul copiilor: o iei de la capat cu cantatul, numaratul, inventarea povestilor&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
1. Prima data, tu, mami, inventeaza o poveste scurta. Foloseste dialogul. Schimba-ti vocea pentru a imita pe mama-rata sau pe ratusca.&lt;br /&gt;
2. A doua oara - incepe tu povestea (o alta poveste, cu un alt cadru, vorbind despre o alta intamplare), apoi invita copilul sa spuna ce crede ca s-a intamplat. Continuati impreuna&lt;br /&gt;
3. A treia oara - Lasa-l pe copilul tau sa inceapa o poveste. Daca se impotmoleste si pierde firul, ajuta-l&lt;br /&gt;
4. A patra oara - Alegeti o poveste din cele spuse anterior si rugati-l pe tati sa asculte.&lt;br /&gt;
5. Inventeaza povesti care sa aiba o morala: copiii sa asculte de parinti, copiii sa imparta cu ceilalti, cum sa spui &lt;i&gt;multumesc&lt;/i&gt;, cum sa spui&lt;i&gt; te rog&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
6. Inventeaza povesti scurte, dar nici foarte scurte. Cred ca 10 minute ar fi suficient. Daca observi ca micutul doreste sa asculte mai mult, lungeste timpul.&lt;br /&gt;
7. Valorifica povestile: desenati impreuna o scena pe care sa o expuneti in camera, pe hol sau pe casa scarii, compuneti un cantecel silly despre poveste sau despre un personaj; faceti colaje cu animale; pregatiti impreuna mancare pentru ratuste (o prajitura, o reteta cu peste, o salata)&lt;br /&gt;

De Halloween. Acum ne-am facut una cu pinguini. Pentru ca la gradinita s-a discutat saptamana aceasta despre animalele polare. Am adunat in ea cateva foi de hartie cu desene, labirint si cuvinte care rimeaza, adunari si scaderi, pagini de colorat, decupaj si origami. Totul si cu totul (nu de aur) cu pinguini. In timp ce eu cautam si rascoleam dupa idei, am trimis-o pe gradinarita cea mica sa modeleze pinguini. A zis ca nu stie. Asa zice ea de fiecare data. I-am sugerat sa se gandeasca, sa isi imagineze, sa incerce .... Si asa a facut. A venit peste vreo 10 minute cu mittiteii de se vad in prima poza, asezati frumos intr-o cutie. Imi venea sa-i mananc, nu alta! "Mami, gata pinguinii." Nu au ochi, au doar cioc, dar ... nu e asta esenta si chintesenta unui pinguin?! Cu mintea ei de copil istet ... nu a prins ea bine ideea!? Genial.&lt;br /&gt;

Pregatesti asa: carne de pui, legume (un morcov, o ceapa, un cartof, radacina de patrunjel si telina), sare, patrunjel frunze. Iar pentru galuste: 1 ou, sare, gris, un varf praf de copt.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Faci supa: fierbi carnea, spumuiesti, sarezi si adaugi legumele bucatele sa fiarba. Faci galustele: bati oul cu putina sare, adaugi praful de copt minune si torni gris in ploaie pana compozitia se intareste. Lasi compozitia sa se odihneasca 15 minute, deoarece grisul se mai umfla. Dai focul mic, sa nu clocoteasca supa cand pui galustele, altfel se sfarma. Cu o lingurita pe care tot o s-o treci prin apa rece, iei din compozitie o cantitate o nuca (dupa ce fierb smecherele mai cresc putin si vei avea oala plina) si le dai drumul in supa. lasi sa fiarba, le probezi, gusti una de pofta, mai gusti una ... te opresti. Inchizi focul, presari patrunjel tocat, acoperi oala si o lasi sa se odihneasca. Apoi astepti sa vina zmeii mari si mititei, flamanzi si pofticiosi.&lt;br /&gt;

Am cautat ceva dupa retete pentru blat. Si recunosc, am avut o retinere cand am citit ca cea cu pricina avea gris. Gris! La pizza? Hai sa incercam. Si a iesit buna - buna. Ba nu, a iesit extraordinara.&lt;br /&gt;

M-am abatut de la reteta originala si am injumatatit cantitatile, avand in vedere ca suntem doar 2 guri si jumatate: 400 g faina, 100 g gris, 225 ml apa calduta, 1 plic drojdie, 2 linguri de ulei, sare si 2 lingurite de zahar. Le-am amestecat pe dumnealor - am avut si ajutor: jumatatea de gurita a venit cu manutele ei mici la framantat aluatul. Apoi l-am lasat la crescut o ora (acoperit cu un servet).&lt;br /&gt;

Topping: ciuperci din conserva, salam Victoria, kaizer felioare taiat de mine, cascaval ras de cele doua manute harnice, ardei verde taiat felioare strambe tot de cele doua manute, masline negre si ketchup.&lt;br /&gt;
Am uns firav foaia de pizza cu ketchup, am presarat ingredientele si gata: la cuptor pana s-a rumenit bunatatea.&lt;br /&gt;

Cantitati aproximative: o canita de orez, 3 canite de apa, lapte, zahar, zahar vanilat, coaja rasa de portocala, esenta de rom, un patratel de unt, dulceata.&lt;br /&gt;

Am fiert orezul in apa. Cand s-a umflat destul si nu a mai avut prea multa apa, am adaugat laptele fierbinte, zaharul, cubul de unt si toate aromele. Am mai lasat sa dea un clocot - doua. Si gata. Dulceata e de cirese amare. iar combinatia dintre orezul cu lapte si dulceata aceasta e ... super. Poate parea usor, asa cum mi s-a parut si mie. Dar dupa ce am terminat de taiat primele 15 litere ..., dupa ce le-am insirat frumos sa ma uit la ele, sa le studiez, parca tot greul atunci a inceput. A fost distractiv totusi. Acum, cand le-am terminat, imi dau seama ca mintea mea inca lucreaza la ele. Ha ha ! Parca m-am obisnuit in ritmul acela sustinut. Si acum parca nu am ce face. Ei, nu am ce face! Ma asteapta croseta, acul harnic mititel, ceva idei de felicitari si invitatii ce-mi zboara prin minte, si alte cateva 4-7 proiecte.&lt;br /&gt;

Asa ca, aflata la a doua editie, pentru luna ianuarie, am pornit la cercetat blogul ce mi-a fost dat spre studiu: acesta este&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="http://dulcesausarat.blogspot.com/" target="_blank"&gt;Dulce sau Sarat&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;(merita sa-l cercetati si voi).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Am ales:&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="http://dulcesausarat.blogspot.com/2011/08/snitel-vienez_22.html" target="_blank"&gt;Snitel vienez&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- suna maiestuos, dar e de fapt ... un snitel. Mie mi-a iesit o casuta; iat-o: Casuta din padure:&lt;br /&gt;

M-am inspirat din blogul dulce si sarat numit mai sus si am adaptat la gusturile noastre. Recunosc: am urmat pasii retetei si m-am hotarat chiar sa folosesc lapte amestecat cu ou, asa cum scrie acolo. In rest ... am inlocuit carnea de porc cu piept de pui (fetitei mele ii plac snitelele din piept de pui). Am trisat si am folosit nu doar piper, ci si usturoi si cimbru si am schimbat garnitura. Iata detaliile:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Materiale de constructie: piept de pui, 2 oua, 100 ml lapte, sare, piper, cimbru si usturoi pudra, pesmet, ulei pentru prajit.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Proiectarea si executia: Am acoperit feliile de carne cu o punga si le-am "ciocanit" bine. Le-am sarat si piperat. Am batut cele 2 oua cu lapte, sare, cimbru si usturoi praf si pulbere. Am pregatit pesmetul intr-o farfurie mai intinsa (sa-mi fie usor la tavalit carnea). Cand uleiul din tigaies-a incins, am inceput: felia de carne - prin pesmet - prin ou - prin pesmet - in tigae. Urmatoarea. Urmatoarea. Si tot asa. Cu celelalte doua maini (aici trebuie sa ai mai multe maini, pentru ca snitelele de pui sunt gata imediat) le-am intors pe primele si am continuat cu urmatoarele. Foc continuu.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Intre timp ... cand eu eram prinsa intre snitele tavalite in pesmet si sfaraiala din tigaie, a venit fetita de 5 ani si a zis hotarata: "Vreau sa te ajut." Mmmmm.... Nu prea avea la ce. S-a invartit, a furat un snitel auriu si a plecat. Cred ca de fapt asa m-a ajutat.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Mortarul: fasole verde, ciuperci si felii de morcov calite in unt si vin.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pofta buna. De data aceasta a fost sarat. Data viitoare poate urmeaza dulce.&lt;br /&gt;

Vrajitoria: amesteci branzeturile, grisul, zaharul, si aromele si cele 2 oua. Lasi sa se odihneasca 15 minute, ca grisul sa se umfle putin. Pui la fier o oala cu apa cu putina sare. Cu o lingura inmuiata in apa rece formezi papanasi (ovali, rotunzi, patrati daca iti ies, de ce nu?! daca faci stelute sau dinozauri esti tare! ) si le dai drumul in apa care clocotita. Cand se ridica la suprafata sunt fierti. Eu, de obicei, ii mai las 5 minute ca sa fiu sigura ca grisul s-a fiert.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Magia: prajesti pesmet in unt; adaugi zahar si scortisoara. Faci portii pentru pofticiosii care te pandesc sa vada cand termini. Unii vor vrea cu pesmet si scortisoara, altii cu dulceata, altii simpli.&lt;br /&gt;

Doua manute mici mi-au fost de maaaare si real ajutor. Mai ales la mancat telemea. Apoi la amestecat compozitia cu putina smantana. Dupa ce s-a racit, am turnat spanacul peste branza. Manutele mici nu m-au mai ajutat, deoarece erau ocupate cu desenatul.&lt;br /&gt;

Iata azi una dintre ele: Supa de conopida. Noua ne place foarte mult supa aceasta: e usoara, se prepara repede si are un gust bun-bun de smantana.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;i&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="background-color: purple; color: yellow;"&gt;Ingrediente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/i&gt;: o conopida (4 lei), un morcov, o ceapa, jumatate de patrunjel radacina, 2 felii de telina, un cartof (3 lei toate), un spate de pui (1 leu), 200 g smantana (1.5o lei), 100 ml de lapte (0.35 lei)patrunjel si marar - o lingura din fiecare (0.50 lei), cateva seminte de chimen, Delikat, piper, cimbru. Total - cam 11 lei pentru toata supa (ne-a ajuns la toti 3 timp de 3 zile, deci 9 portii). Am servit-o de fiecare data cu crutoane cu usturoi. Poate lucrul acesta mai mareste pretul cu 1 ron. Deci sa fie in total cam 12 ron pentru 9 portii.&lt;br /&gt;

Cubuletele albe sunt patrunjel radacina si telina taiate si congelate. Le aveam pregatite in congelator. De aceea sunt taiate. Altfel le-as fi pus intregi, ca sa le pot marunti in blender.&lt;br /&gt;

Cand au fiert, am scos legumele si le-am facut piure cu putina supa si lapte, apoi le-am pus inapoi. Am mai potrivit de piper, am adaugat cimbru uscat si cateva seminte de chimion. Dupa inca un clocot am adaugat smantana si mararul si patrunjelul.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Painea prajita cu usturoi: am amestecat usturoi pisat cu sare si o lingura de ulei si am intins amestecul pe feliile de paine. Am cules usturoiul, pentru ca altfel se arde la cuptor. Painea era de doua zile, asa ca a mers numai bine. Am lasat feliile la cuptor cam vreo 7 minute. Au iesit aurii, crocante si aromate. Au fost un succes.&lt;br /&gt;

Reteta mea e urmatoarea: am folosit un picior intreg de pui (mi se pare mie ca pielea si osul dau un gust aparte), o ceapa, un morcov, o radacina de patrunjel, o felie de telina, frunze de patrunjel, Delikat.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Am pus piciorul de pui la fiert in apa rece, am spumat, am adaugat Delikat si am mai lasat sa dea un clocot. Toate legumele le-am taiat cubulete si le-am pus la fiert. Am scos piciorul de pui si am dezosat carnea, apoi am taiat carnea marunt si am pus-o iar in supa. Am lasat la fiert pana legumele s-au inmuiat. Eu nu scot legumele din supa: pentru noi e mai amuzant asa. Spre sfarsit am adaugat o mana de fidea si am mai lasat sa dea cateva clocote. Am presarat patrunjel tocat si ... gata. Supa buna si aurie !&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Trebuie sa va marturisesc faptul ca eu am maaaare incredere in supa de pui: e una dintre acele supe care te pune pe picioare, te invioreaza, iti da un anume confort. Si e buna la starile de gripa. Pe de alta parte, am gatit supa in prima mea zi petrecuta in Romania dupa un 1 an si ceva in America. Dupa ce 3 zile am fost pe drumuri cu fetita mea - din avion in avion, apoi in tren, apoi in masina - cea mai la indemana bucatareala mi s-a parut supa aceasta - usoara si hranitoare.&lt;br /&gt;

Gata, la gatit:&lt;br /&gt;

Ingrediente: 6 oua, 12 linguri de zahar, 2-3 cani de lapte (depinde cat de mare e tava), vanilie, coaja rasa de lamaie verde, 2 mere, unt.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cum am facut: am pus in tigaie 2 lingurite de unt si am pus 6 linguri de zahar sa se topeasca. Am urmarit zaharul sa nu se arda. Cand a fost gata topit, l-am turnat in tava.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

La cuptor: cam 35 minute, in baie de apa, la 200 grade C. Am vrut eu so ornez bradutul, sa arate a bradut impodobit, sa fie frumos si deosebit. Sorry! Nu am mai avut timp. Pofticiosii casei mi-au zis sa pun cate o portie generoasa si sa las ornatul pe alta data. Asa ca iata o portie generoasa. Prima.&lt;br /&gt;

Turtitele mele, la fel de fermecate (pe buna dreptate - s-au terminat rapid, copilul a rontait mereu la ele, tati a intrebat la un moment dat: Mai sunt? Nuuuuu.): 3 cani de faina, 2 lingurite de drojdie, sare, o cana de apa in care am dizolvat 2 linguri de zahar, ulei. Am framantat un aluat moale si elastic. Ei, nu am framantat singura, am avut ca ajutor pe fetita care nu mai stie poezia cu turtita. Am lasat aluatul la dospit. Apoi am facut turtitele si le-am copt in tigaia fara ulei. Pe prima am facut-o cat tigaia. Pe urma ne-a venit ideea sa le facem forme: inimioare, girafe, crocodili, braduti si ursuleti. Inimioarele au fost buuuuneeee: au iesit crocante. Cu ce le-am decupat? Cu formele de plastilina, desigur!&lt;br /&gt;

E clasica. Azi nu am avut porumb. Am inlocuit cu avocado. Si mai bun. Conserva de ton, ceapa taiata marunt, avocado cubulete, putina maioneza, sare si piper. A, era sa uit: frunze de baby spanac pe care bucatarul cel mic a tinut sa le taie si sa le decupeze personal. &amp;nbsp;Asta a fost usor. Le-am pus impreuna si le-am rugat sa se poarte frumos unele cu altele. Nu au fost probleme. Mai greu a fost cu decoratul: fetita mea a avut o idee: sa facem flori. Cu ce? Cu maslinele alea care-i plac ei. Bine. Am taiat maslinele negre, fara sambure, felioare si ea a ornat. A facut flori. Apoi din feliile de paine ornate am facut o floare mai mare. Are si codita. Se vede? Codita ornata si ea. Dar stiti cum a fost la ornat? O felie pentru ornat, doua felii la ea in gurita. O felie pentru ornat si asta care e prea mica tot la ea in gurita.&lt;br /&gt;
