God watches how in our life we express our devotion to Him.He does not watch how we worship Him.

Jesus can heal you physically and spiritually.He renews your strength.

The presence of God felt at worship must continue to be reflected in our daily life.If so then there will be no tension in life.

A pious life that is not based on good intimate relationship with God and a spiritual way of life without reflecting Godly attitudes will block the blessings from God.The tasty food served in a dirty vessel is like the pious acts of an unrighteous person.

Our claim to be with Jesus is a mere imagination if we do not possess His characteristics.If we have His characters and fear His name,the sun of righteousness shall rise with healing in its wings.You shall go out leaping like calves and shall tread down the wicked says the Lord.

Do not love anything that cant give back love.Use that thing when you need and more of that will be your destruction.But love the one who can love you and supply all that you need.Then you’ll see how Blessed you are!

For God had something better in mind for us so that they would not reach perfection without us.

We have giants we have to deal with in life.It may be a giant of fear or a giant of addiction or sickness.As you look at this problem,this obstacle,this challenge don’t be discouraged thinking that you can never overcome it.Remember God is bigger than the giants you are facing today.We are conquerers in Jesus Christ.

Cast all your anxiety on Him like Joseph who encountered lot of unpleasant situations and be victorious in your life.Because our problem is not as big as Joseph’s.Dont carry tensed moments.

When we have a desire that what we must do must be blessed we must also check whether our plans are pleasing to God.We might even look forward to a definite guidance from God.Then surely we will be Blessed.

Reach to grasp what God intends to give but strive not to get what God in his infinite wisdom wants to withhold.

God can do fresh miracles for us similar to the fall of jericho and parting of jordan.Even when the whole situation appears bleak and barren .For that we first need to abandon working for our goal and fix our gaze on God’s will.Then new miracles will happen.

God’s plan is always the best.Sometimes the process is painful and hard but don’t forget when God is silent He is doing surprisingly best for you.

God sometimes delays His help to test our faith and energize our prayers.Our boat may be tossed while He sleeps but He wakes up before it sinks.

When we look at our defects in a right way we can approach God with free mind and thereby can get freedom from satan’s bondage.Submit to God and be free.

If things are happening according to your wish you are lucky but if they are not you are very lucky because they are happening according to God’s wish..Do not worry as God is keeping you in His hands.

The psalms of David are all prayers that flowed fom His heart.They are the expression of His deep intimacy with God and affirm His true fellowship with Him.

Prayers and seeds are similar in nature..Both have nothing within but have the potential of creating everything..

Three factors which bring us deliverance are : we need to be saved,a good relationship with God and our life must be pleasing to God..If we have these qualifications then our prayers will be heard and answered…Have this three and be blessed…

Hatred,bitterness and resentment are fatal viruses that could destroy us…The medicine which can cure it is Jesus’ love and we can get it by having intimate relationship with Him like David and be blessed…

Relationship never dies a natural death..They are murdered by ego,attitude and ignorance..

Being imperfect doesn’t disqualify us from serving God.It just emphasises our dependance on His mercy..

Jesus did everything that you may be able to lead a holy life.His hand protects you from evil and sin.

It matters not what race or gender,rich or poor,great or small..The God who made us all is not partial..He sent christ to die for us all..

Jesus expects a heart that gives up its own desires to fulfill His desires..Offer yourself..

Get on your knees before you start the day’s life’s journey so that God will be pleased that you honoured Him first and whoever you Bless today,they will be blessed abundantly..

God is love so we can draw near to Him..But He is like consuming fire so let us be extremely careful.

Iced pineaple coffee

Iced pineapple coffee is a yummy cup of beverage...

Ingredients:

Vanilla ice cream:1/2 cup

Cold fresh milk:1/2 cup

Pineapple juice:1/2 cup

Coffee powder:1/2 tsp

Ice cubes:1/2 cup

Preparation:

Put all the above ingredients in a blender and blend for about a minute..

Transfer contents to a serving glass..

You can top it with grated chocolate or pineapples pieces..

Lemon mayonnaise

Lemon mayonnaise

Ingredients:

Egg yolks:2

Canola oil:1 cup

Lemon juice:1 tsp

Salt

Lemon zest:1/4 cup

Preparation:

Take a large bowl and whisk the egg yolks until light and fluffy…

Begin adding the oil one drop at a time until the mixture beings to lighten in colour.

While adding the oil keep on whixking the mixture with the other hand.

When ¼ of the oil has been added,start adding the lemon juice a little at a time to thin out the mayonnaise.

Keep on adding the oil little by little and whisking at the same time.

Stir in the lemon zest and the salt and mix well..

Refrigerate and use..

Tasty lemon mayonnaise is ready!

Grilled summer vegetables

Grilled summer vegetables is an easy to make dish and tastes great...

Ingredients:

Zucchini:2,chopped

Yellow squash:2,chopped

Red bell pepper:1,seeded and cut in to strips

Orange bell pepper:1,seeded and cut in to strips

Onion:1,quartered in to 5 wedges

Tomatoes:2,sliced

Salt to taste

Pepper:1/4 cup

Butter:3 tbsp

Olive oil:1/4 cup

Preparation:

Take a large bowl and add in the zucchini,yellow squash,red bell pepper,orange bell pepper,onion and tomatoes..

Pour in the olive oil,salt and pepper…

Grill on medium flame until browned and tender..

Take a pan and add in the butter..

Cook the butter till it browns..

Transfer the browned butter to the grilled vegetables and serve..

Tasty grilled vegetables are ready!!

About Asthma:

Asthma is a chronic lung disease that causes inflammation and narrows the airways.There are recurring periods of wheezing,chest tightness,shortness of breath and coughing.The coughing worsens at night times and also early in the mornings.

Airways are tubes through which air passes in and out of the lungs.When a person suffers from asthma the airways are swollen and become very sensitive.The airways react very adversely to certain substances that are breathed in.The muscles around the airways react and tighten.As a result less air flows in to the lungs.The swelling also can worsen which in turn will make the airways even narrower.

Causes of Asthma:

Genes play an important role in asthma.Certain type of genes react with the enviornment and lifestyle causing higher incidence of asthma in those who are genetically disposed to be affected by asthma.

Dust mites,animals like cats and dogs,pollens,viral infections,exercise,domestic smoke,cold air,certain chemicals,air freshners,perfumes,mosquito coil,cigarette smoke,food additives and stress are the main causes of Asthma.

Treatment for asthma:

About urinary infection (UTI):

Urinary tract infection occurs in children who frequently delay to go to bathroom.Regular urination and adequate fluid intake is important to prevent urinary tract infection.So children must be taught and encouraged to follow this.Intake of fluids keeps the urinary tract sterile by flushing away bacteria.Holding urine allows bacteria to grow and causes urinary infection.Children with long standing constipation can also have urinary infection.

Causes:

Normal urine is bacteria free.bacteria can however get in to the urinary tract via the skin around the genitals and return by travelling up the urethra in to the bladder.After this there is inflammation in the bladder and this causes swelling and pain in the lower abdomen.If the bacteria can travel up to the kidneys,then there is a kidney infection.After this there is severe pain and fever.If kidneys are involved the condition is quite serious.

Signs of urinary infection:

1.Burning sensation or pain when urinating.

2.Fever.

3.Vomiting

4.Diarrhoea.

5.Less active.

6.Stomack pain.

7.Back pain.

8.Wets the clothes even if the child is potty trained.
