o Reboot in Recovery mode by pressing vol up+home+Power button together once you enter recovery mode touch screen become function-less so use volume up and down to move up and down, home button for selection and power as back button.

o Now in recovery mode select "apply update from sdcard" and navigate to the root directory of sd card and select cwm file "cwm-madteam-galaxY.zip" this will take you to clockworkMod Recovery.

don't worry use this trick.
First u want to root kit your phone.
To root kit your phone u want to download
a suitable root kit file for u phone or tab.U
can download it by searching in Google.
Then store it in ur sd.
and shutdown ur phone or tab and open it
by pressing Power + Volume Up + Home
keys (IF u are tab Press power+Volume up
+Volume Down)
Then Click on apply update from sdcard
and select the root kit
then press Yes.After updating select
Reboot system Now.
After opening ur phone u can see a
application named SuperUser.then u can
conform that ur phone or tab is root kited.
