A cancer survivor turned teenage bodybuilder has inspired others by posting his selfies online and he is now a viral Internet star.
Zach Zeiler, of Ida, Michigan, was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma in 2010 at age 15, and his weight dropped to 100 pounds, the Daily Mail reports.
But the young cancer patient refused to be defeated as he began to work out for two hours each day, which led to an amazing transformation.

“I started lifting after my radiation treatments because I knew it would help me gain weight and look less sickly,” Zeiler told MailOnline. “It was a great way to channel a lot of the anger I felt — and I got addicted to it, it became my passion.”
He went on to beat cancer and now weighs about 175 pounds.
Zeiler has also become an Internet sensation with over 69,000 fans on Facebook and 11 million views on YouTube.

These days Zach has upwards of 41,000 followers on Instagram after sharing his story and posting loads of shirtless selfies, showing off his amazing new body. With 20" arms and 170 lbs. of solid muscle he is real force in the fitness world

Congrats Nate Berkus and Jeremiah Brent! Nate and his husband announced the birth of their FIRST daughter, Poppy! The couple revealed their little angel was born on March 23 via a surrogate and it's more than obvious that the new parents could not be any happier! Former Rachel Zoe employee Jeremiah Brent is the star of Banana Republic's newest campaign, along with his celebrity interior designer husband Nate Berkus.

The new spring campaign, tilted 'True Outfitters', aims to illustrate 'life's most precious and authentic moments shared between loved ones,' the company said in a statement.

The handsome hunk Jeremiah Brent [known as 'Miah'] was the interior design genius who made our hearts flutter as we watched him become Rachel Zoe's protégé on the last season of The Rachel Zoe Project. [I was blown away at how he decorated Rachel's home in neutrals and his attention to detail like the custom white sofa he designed with nail heads.] He loved how passionate Rachel is – and that there's no time off as far as his boss was concerned.

Some has criticized Jeremiah for the way he dressed on the show with all neutrals and layers of sweaters; but I love the way he dresses; possibly he might be a little shy and modest and under all those layers is a killer body!

When asked by the Belfast Telegraph what it's like to work with Rachel, 'Miah blurted, "Non-stop! I have no life! People always ask me, 'What time do you check in and out?' Everything has ultra clean lines." So – any tips for the chic décor wannabes at home? "In order to add some warmth, I really tried to play with textures. For example, the sofa I got her has a modern, simple silhouette, but it also has a chesterfield detail, which is a little more traditional. I really tried to find her pieces that were going to keep the space cozy, while still holding onto that modern clean look she loves."

As I continually update my list of 'FITHOTGUYS'; I love to follow their bio and life stories...none is more exciting and fascinating than 'Erictastic' Eric Turner. Just wishing my friend Eric Turner a big congrats on his marraige to Morné Coetzer in Capetown, South Africa.

On a visit to the UK, Eric traveled with his friend and fitness model Morne Coetzer. Morne is quite a hunk as you can guess. It wasn't long before Eric and Morne announced that they were 'in a relationship'. Eric returned to London last June where Morne lives as well as visiting Germany and the Netherlands. Q.- How did you start your career?
A - I sent my pictures into Empire Model Management and Ryan Colby called and said he wanted to see me in person. I started modeling because of the company that picked me up when I was 17 years old. This was all a result of my hard work in the gym since I was 14 years old. My driving force is definitely the fact that I use to be a skinny small kid and I wasn't really satisfied with that look, I felt like I needed to upgrade myself.
Q - How do you feel about modeling and what do you like most about it?
A - I Love modeling, my favorite part is the constant motivation from photographers to look the best you can for the pictures.
Q - What's a working day like?
A - A working day is like ten and I am in the city and I don't leave the city for like five hours.
Q - Who/What inspires you most in life in general?
A - My one inspiration in my life probably comes from my mother....she tells me exactly when I am not on cue and when something needs to be worked on, she also pushes me to go to the gym and makes myself look the best I can.
Q - How was one of your latest assignment and what was the job like?
A - It was a photoshoot for my portfolio. The job was really fun, quite a lot of travelling involved (being in New Jersey) but the photographer was awesome and he offered to feed me!
Q - How do you spend your spare time?
A - My hobbies definitely have to be electronics and boxing or grappling (ultimate fighting) and bodybuilding. I spend my spare time at the gym and hanging out with my friends.
Q - What are your projects?
A - My projects are to keep pushing myself until I make it onto a Billboard somewhere !
Q - Sounds great. And what would be the perfect next assignment like?
A - The perfect assignment is like this:
....1. the photographer comes to my house. (save me travelling)
....2. a crew comes with unlimited food (protein)
....3. a complimentary shopping spree afterwards be quite delightful too.
Q - You know what you're after!.... and is love important to you?
A - Of course it is....isn't love important to everybody?
Q - What do you wear to bed?
A - In bed....in the winter I wear pajama pants and a t-shirt. In the summer usually just a pair of underwear and that's it.
Q - I see...Do you spend much time on the internet?
A - I would say like 35% of my day is usually on the internet.
Q - Answer the question you'd like to be asked.
A - Do I pluck my eyebrows? I get them cleaned now. But being from Long Island, I would do my eyebrows with wax all the time. They were extremely shaped and looked kinda girly, I did live on Long Island where it's normal there so I had no idea until I met Ryan at the Empire and he looked at me and had a heart attack. He told me if I touch them, my hands would be chopped off.
Q - He's right. But take care, just in case!
Q - You've done a lot of fitness work lately, how does doing fitness compare with doing more edgy/fashion?
A - I love doing fitness and I also love edgy fashion...with fashion I feel a little more classy in front of the camera as I wear a little more than a single piece of underwear. Plus the nice clothes are definitely a plus.
Q - Where do you see yourself in this industry in 3-5 years?
A - Hopefully in some sort of Hollywood acting profession, maybe on Billboards, definitely don't want to picture myself a bum who is doing nothing with himself.
Q - What was your MASCO photo shoot experience like, working with Michael Downs?
A - Michael Downs is great He knows how to get the job done but also at the same time incorporate some fun into the job.

Some of Philip's jobs have been with "Vista Video", John Falocco, AAG, as well as gracing the coveted front cover of "Exercise Magazine" for men.

Personally I just love his new style, Philip projects masculinity and a certain sexiness. You might see Philip sporting a mustache and pencil-wide style beard. I like both of his looks. This is one very hot, handsome and sexy man.

Most people automatically assume that bodybuilders and fitness models are genetically gifted. Although this may be true for some bodybuilders and fitness models, there are others who started with nothing and who had to build their physiques from the ground up. Zack Skoglie, a bodybuilder and fitness model from Grants Pass, Oregon, United States, is one of those. A self-described “hardgainer,” he started out very thin but managed to put on muscle through hard work and determination. Zack Skoglie is a 28 year-old bank manager and personal trainer from Grants Pass, Oregon, United States. He is 5’8″ and 170 lbs. He got started in modeling after competing in his first bodybuilding show, the 2010 NPC Seven Feathers Classic Bodybuilding Competition, where he placed first in the novice lightweight category and was approached by some photographers to do shoots after the show. After that, he worked as the “lighting guy” for Troy Davidson (TDImages) when Troy took some photos of Zack’s wife; when Zack jumped into the river to cool off, Troy took some photos that in Zack’s words were “killer.” Since then, Zack has worked with various photographers such as Andre Lindauer of AJL photos and Eric Wainwright of Wainwright Images to build his portfolio.

In the short term, his goal is to be the face of supplement and clothing companies within the fitness industry. He would also love to have a spread in a print fitness magazine. In the long term, his goal is to make a name for himself as a fitness model and then use his credibility and influence to purhcase and manage his own fitness club. He plans to own and operate his own club while he returns to school to become a Physical Therapist.

Zack Skoglie is a self-described hardgainer. He started working out at age 19 when he only weighed 106 lbs. It has taken 9 years of working out, 4 very seriously, to get to where he is today. Although he says that he has earned every ounce of muscle he has, he is very proud that he has transformed himself through dedication , education, and persistance.

How long have you been modeling and when did you decide to model?

That’s a long story - This way of living for me was unfortunately put to the test when my Mother was diagnosed with stage 4 Breast Cancer in fall of 2009. My mother was my complete and total support system growing up and her children were her number one priority. She worked as a waitress and a cashier for Diamond Shamrock before finally being able to attend college to make a living as a substance abuse counselor. I definitely acquired her determination and drive to see where I want to be and work my way there.

Having moved to Dallas a year prior to my mom being diagnosed, I had started a successful career in real estate and was selling homes while getting my commercial designation. Being 22 and realizing my success at such a young age, I decided I could build what I had again, that my mother needed me, and so I got a part-time job in San Antonio and took my mom to her appointments and chemotherapy treatments.

The thought of losing my mother overwhelmed me daily. One morning while I sat through her treatment I tried to think of an outlet. I discovered fitness. I channeled all of my energy into the gym and decided that morning I would be strong for my Mother. I went 5-6 days a week-not going wasn't an option. I changed my diet completely and created a balance in my life that hadn't been there before. I started at 145lbs and about 20 months later I was weighing in at 215lbs.

I looked like a completely different person and I was so surprised when people would come up to me and ask me for advice-It was all so new to me. July 22, 2011 my mother passed away at home in her room. Weeks before, when she was still conversational, every time I would walk in the room she would say "there's my model" She told me you need to be a spokes model for something--I know no one else with your drive and determination.

Have you traveled for your job? If so where was your favorite assignment, if not where is your dream assignment?

I have traveled to Cancun for a pajama shoot— It was absolutely beautiful and pictures haven’t been released yet so I’m excited to see them— you can stay up to date and look out for them at my facebook modelwarren.

When not modeling, what hobbies do you enjoy?

My mother was a clinical psychologist and always told me I should get into social profiling—I love the human mind and so I have shelves of psychology books. I’m looking into becoming a spokes model in the future—I want use what I know to help motivate and inspire in a way that makes it seem effortless and easy to understand in a way no one else has done before—a more genuine and realistic approach. In addition to reading, I play the Piano and Saxophone when I get a free moment. Obviously working out is a big part of my life, so I’d say my second home is the gym. Lastly Dark chocolate and coffee is a must have when I’m allowed to eat/drink it…errr—okay even sometimes when I’m not! :X

DREW DOYON ON THE RISE

Here is what top photographer Scott Hoover says about Drew: "I first met Drew a couple years ago and since then we have shot at least 4 or 5 times. He is hands down one of my favorite models to work with. We have become friends and I love watching to see where his career takes him."

Drew is the book cover model Patch from the HUSH HUSH book series and he is getting ready to leave on a tour with the author for his book covers for these books.

DESIGNER HUNK DAVID BROMSTAD

David Bromstad was born August 17, 1973. He is an American designer and television personality. In 2006, he became the winner of the debut season of HGTV Design Star. He is the host of his own television show, Color Splash with David Bromstad, which debuted in March 2007 on HGTV as well as Color Splash Miami on HGTV which debuted in 2010. If you watch his shows you will agree TV’s Top Designer is a hunk!

Recently he gave an interview on how he stays in shape and also gave a few diet tips. When asked if he feels the same pressures to be fit like the big Hollywood celebrities he replied,

“I’ve always been the exact same way as I am now. I really…I like to feel good about myself and working out is part of the equation…. I like being that way. I think TV is an extra added motivation to stay on top of it…I want people to see me and be motivated by it.”

When asked if he had any words of wisdom he said that a person needs to live and love the healthy lifestyle everyday, it’s not just reaching a goal weight but maintaining a healthy weight. As for David’s workout he said that while filming the show he goes to the gym in the evenings and since he keeps to a strict schedule, the busier he gets, the more he exercises. His hour long workout involves lifting weights in intervals in order to keep his heart rate up since he doesn’t do cardio training.

Lastly, David said that as he gets older he’s seeing that his metabolism has slowed down. Likewise, he’s sure to keep healthy snacks such as bananas and protein bars on the set so that he doesn’t eat junk.

“In my mid-thirties I’m realizing I can’t really eat what I want anymore.”
