Senior Manager Marketing Planning & Analysis

Responsibilities:

Develop the annual & quarterly commercial plans
Lead the Early Stages of Strategic Initiatives
Manage the development of marketing plans as input for the company’s strategy
Manage the monitoring of marketing implementations to fine-tune current plans and to prepare next quarter/annual plans
Manage the Development of analysis reports on Sales and Marketing performance
Manage Staff Performance and Development

Requirements:

Degree from Marketing/Business/Economics/Engineering with at least 10 years experience in Marketing (preferably from a telecommunication or FMCG sectors) and has worked in a competitive environment.
Demonstrate strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities with an excellent understanding of brand management.
Display strong leadership skills, able to motivate and bring out the best performance in terms.
Display strong understanding of business and commercial matters and relating it to overall department and organizational goals

ACCOUNT MANAGER (AM)

Main Responsibilities:

Identify market potential and qualifying accounts
Collect and analyze market information; plan, organize and implement projects

Build up an effective sales team
Responsible for overall relationship with the customer.

Requirement:

Must be able to communicate effectively in English, proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage

Other Requirement:

Willing to work or travelling to the regions (JKT= Jakarta , WJ=West Java, CJ=Central Java, EJ=East Java, MKS=Makassar, MDN=Medan, BJM= Banjarmasin ).
Fluently in English (verbally & written) is a must. Ability to converse in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
Possess positive working attitude and able to handle pressure independently and work independently with minimum supervision .
Able to work in multicultural environment as well to work in multitasking condition to meet tight deadlines.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
