My 1st Half Marathon... n wud b my LAST run for 2014

2014-12-08T12:39:00.004+08:00

For those who didn't know what is "HALF MARATHON"... I hope this could help you to understand what is all about...

1 half marathon = 21.097494 kilometers (21 km)

So, before you dissin / messin peeps who dare took da challenge go for HALF MARATHON, I guess you just need to learn RESPECT 'em...

And ask yourself, are YOU willing to do it?!!...
Dun be suck JERK / PRICK and simply MOCK em...

Coz you dont know what dey actly go thru when doin it...

To all those runners who's been participating / involved in this 21 km race thingy... my SALUTES goes to all of YOU ;)

Oh well...

Now... it's my own story...

My very own 1st HALF MARATHON (purely run, no obstacles).. hehehe!

Yesterday to be exact (Sunday - 7 Dec 2014), me & fara joined the PJ Half Marathon 2014.

Subhanallah...
Baru ku tahu makna lari 21km...
SesungguhNya... mengajar diri untuk sentiasa bersedia, positif, memujuk diri untuk teruskan larian...
I didnt put any target for da timing... just that, i thought i wanna beat my time for 10km & 15km.

Huhuhu...

Didn't managed to snap my time for 10km... but it's 1 hour 15 minutes (my 10km in early run dis year at Gombak is 1 hour 10 min) & for 15km is 1 hour 45 min (last year, my time for 15 km - Malaysia Team Fan Run is 1 hour 59 min)

I managed to finish my 21km at 2 hours 39 minutes...

I already gave up at 15km... my legs already starts lari tak keruan...
I starts to walk, jogg, run... walk.. walk... jogg... walk... ya rabbi ya rasul...

Memang gagahkan diri to finish the balance of km... huhu!

But, once i reached at sponging stesen... water stesen... feelin revived, rejuvanted...

And also, saw markers saying that... few more km... i gathered myself... alhamdulillah.. i made it!

Thumbs up to Fara too coz she managed to finish her 10km at 1 hour 20 min!

"Thinking Out Loud"

2014-12-01T17:23:00.001+08:00

When your legs don't work like they used to before
And I can't sweep you off of your feet
Will your mouth still remember the taste of my love?
Will your eyes still smile from your cheeks?

And, darling, I will be loving you 'til we're 70
And, baby, my heart could still fall as hard at 23
And I'm thinking 'bout how people fall in love in mysterious ways
Maybe just the touch of a hand
Well, me—I fall in love with you every single day
And I just wanna tell you I am

So honey now
Take me into your loving arms
Kiss me under the light of a thousand stars
Place your head on my beating heart
I'm thinking out loud
That maybe we found love right where we are

When my hair's all but gone and my memory fades
And the crowds don't remember my name
When my hands don't play the strings the same way
I know you will still love me the same

'Cause honey your soul could never grow old, it's evergreen
And, baby, your smile's forever in my mind and memory
I'm thinking 'bout how people fall in love in mysterious ways
Maybe it's all part of a plan
Well, I'll just keep on making the same mistakes
Hoping that you'll understand

But, baby, now
Take me into your loving arms
Kiss me under the light of a thousand stars
Place your head on my beating heart
Thinking out loud
That maybe we found love right where we are

So, baby, now
Take me into your loving arms
Kiss me under the light of a thousand stars
Oh, darling, place your head on my beating heart
I'm thinking out loud
That maybe we found love right where we are
Oh, baby, we found love right where we are
And we found love right where we are

Challenge & Obstacle... it's all about ME & not because other peeps...

2014-11-04T16:09:00.003+08:00

It's not EASY... never been EASY!
All the hardwork, training, efforts & sweats needed to fullfill these tasks!
Hei... Im not asking you to judge...
For me... RESPECT...
You can LAUGH it out loud... as you wanted...
But for me, I do it coz i want to do it... not because of my friend.
I've got nothing to proof or to brag other than to myself...
So, if you thought I do all these just to show off...
YOU GOT IT ALL WRONG!

Why not, YOU give a TRY?
Then, you might or will understand why I did all these...

Aite...

2014-10-20T12:25:00.000+08:00

Mannn... i just cant get all these out of my head...
seeing... witness sumthin dat just ain't rite...
i guess, sum of us still not mature enuff... luv bein childish... think like kids...
n luv to see things get so much worst... luv to see da down falls... da negativities...
why?

For god sake...
For me... every thing that happen in our life.... happens for a reason!
and before you being able to do this n dat.. or achieved sumthin... or being better of u...
i dun think, it comes easy... rite?
sum of us, struggles... work hard n not bein appreciated or bein noticed by others too...

But now, when u tot u already got thru dat kind of level... u can simply forget or bein BIG HEAD to those peeps... dat helps u? bein there for u?
really?
Wow... i just didnt really realized dat... sum of us really2 can be that freakin mean by... LUPA DIRI!

And honestly, u can say i am such a da person who luv to slams other peeps just becoz i luv point out sum of da things dat sum peeps just dont realize it or capable of thinking of so many perspectives when it comes to every single situation.

That's when u say... sum peeps r mature / wiser... n not many of us hav dat kind of thinking...
again, im not tryin to self proclaim of sumthin dat i am not...
if u really do sumthin dat u luv, passionate, honest... i guess, u wont put urself above da rest...
and u wont do such thing like left ur peeps just like dat...
dun b such pricks just bcoz sum one said sumthing other peeps come n told u d other way around...
goshhh... dis world still hav dat kind of peeps.... !!!

what's frustrated me even more is... u just walk away... just like dat...
and u dun even try to reflect back... and u just believe e.thing other peeps told u...
wow... really?

u know wat... sum how... i wud luv to see... da down falls of u... really!
but then... y? y do i wanna DOA kan u like dat?
for me... i shud b more POSITIVES & proves to you... u r WRONG!
dats how you teach peeps... so, that they will LEARN, RESPECT & APPRECIATE you in such DIGNITY WAY...

I wont be da person... who will go to you... and say such nice things...
If me.. or even you... still like... those kids dat still need such guidance... maybe... i think...
But... at these kind of AGE... for god sake... i just wish you be more WISER!

Bein WISER... Insya Allah

2014-10-17T10:44:00.001+08:00

Last wix... 8th October... another number added...
Alhamdulillah... Allah still grant me this beautiful LIFE.

I cudn't be more happier or even asked for sumthin else...
Being surrounded by most luvly peeps.... dat's gut enuff for me.
Syukran...

Thank you for all the wishes...
via all the media sosial or even personal msgs...
Syukur Alhamdulillah

if ONLY...

2014-08-15T16:42:00.000+08:00

You know what... sometimes & somehow, I just don't get it.
Why certain peeps just don't really MOVE ON & try to be a BETTER PERSON than they used to be? Why they need to be the same ol' 'em?
Don't you ever TIRED or BORED surrounding with all those stupidity?
Don't you ever wanna be the other way around of life if you have the chance to be... at least, glimpse of some GOOD THINGS?

That's all that I can summarize all the madness / craziness that I've been thru for quite sometimes

JayTee ~ Strawberry Bubblegum

2014-06-12T12:32:00.005+08:00

Hey pretty lady
This goes out to you
I know I said it like a thousand times
But everyday still feels like the first day
This is dedicated to you...

This goes out to you
This goes out to you, this is dedicated to you.....
Dedicated to you, dedicated to you, dedicated to you

Pretty lady
When you walk by...

It was such a mellow, mellow, mellow, mellow, mellow, mellow day
When you walk by
It was such a mellow, mellow, mellow, mellow, mellow, mellow day

I, I can't deny the way you caught my eye
And then something strawberry filled up the sky
And everything on you intoxicates
It's a mystery,
I don't know why I let you kick in my "Do not disturb" sign
But I guess your mouth in motion got me so high
And I could tell it's pure just by the taste
And you kiss me

So tell me you wanna get close somewhere far away, far away
Don't worry about your loving it won't go to waste, go to waste
Don't ever change your flavor 'cause I love the taste, love the taste
And if you ask me where I wanna go, I say all the way

'Cause she's just like nothing
That I ever seen before,
Baby please don't change nothing
Because your flavor's so original

And it all started when she said
Hey hey hey, smacking that strawberry bubblegum
You really got me when you said
Hey hey hey, popping that strawberry bubblegum

Go ahead girl
This goes out to you,
Yeah, this goes out to you,
You know what time
I'll give it to you

So tell me why
We're making love like professionals on the first time
Acting all professional but it works out
'Cause you don't wanna work here anyway
And baby I, I, girl I'm all addicted and I won't fight
You and me that's the recipe for a good time
And it ain't really nothing but clothes in the way

Tell me you wanna get close somewhere far away, far away
Don't worry about your loving it won't go to waste, go to waste
Don't ever change your flavor 'cause I love the taste, love the taste
And if you ask me where I wanna go, I say all the way

'Cause she's just like nothing
That I ever seen before,
And baby please don't change nothing
Because your flavor's so original

And it all started when she said
Hey hey hey, smacking that strawberry bubblegum
You really got me when you said
Hey hey hey, popping that strawberry bubblegum

My little strawberry strawberry strawberry bubblegum
My little strawberry strawberry strawberry bubblegum
She's my little strawberry strawberry strawberry bubblegum
My little strawberry strawberry strawberry bubblegum,
Hey, hey, hey, my little, hey, hey, hey

Come in, sit down, let me elevate your appetite.
Any flavor you want. Now my selection is the tasty kind
But you, you're delicious on your own.
After I break you down my fingers, it's so sweet
That's what you told me when I touched on your lips.
Towel under the door, girl, before they pick up your scent ah

If you'll be my strawberry bubblegum,
Then I'll be your blueberry lollipop
If you'll be my strawberry bubblegum,
Then I'll be your blueberry lollipop
Then I'll love you 'til I make it pop.

If you'll be my strawberry bubblegum,
Then I'll be your blueberry lollipop
(little girl would you be my)
If you'll be my strawberry bubblegum,
Then I'll be your blueberry lollipop
And then I'll love you 'til I make it pop

Hey, hey, hey.

My little strawberry strawberry strawberry bubblegum
My little strawberry strawberry strawberry bubblegum
My little strawberry strawberry strawberry bubblegum
My little strawberry strawberry strawberry bubblegum

If you'll be my strawberry bubblegum,
Then I'll be your blueberry lollipop
(little girl would you be my)
If you'll be my strawberry bubblegum,
Then I'll be your blueberry lollipop
And then I'll love you 'til I make it pop

Nobody Knows

2014-06-10T10:35:00.002+08:00

Tony Rich Project - Nobody Knows

Wish I'd told her how I felt, then maybe she'd be here right now,
But, instead...

I pretended I'm glad you went away
These four walls closing more everyday
And I'm dyin' inside
And nobody knows it but me

Like a clown I put on a show
The pain is real even if nobody knows

And I'm cryin' inside
And nobody knows it but me
Why didn't I say, the things I needed to say
How could I let my angel get away
Now my world is just a tumblin' down

I can say it so clearly, but you're nowhere around
The nights are lonely, the days are so sad
And I just keep thinkin' about the love that we had
And I'm missin' you
And nobody know it but me

I carry a smile when I'm broken in two
And I'm nobody without someone like you
I'm tremblin' inside
And nobody knows it but me

I lie awake it's a quarter past three
I'm screamin' at night if I thought you'd hear me
Yeah, my heart is callin' you
And nobody knows it but me

How blue can I get, you could ask my heart
But like a jigsaw puzzle it's been torn all apart
A million words couldn't say just how I feel
A million years from now you know I'll be lovin' you still
The nights are lonely the days are so sad
And I just keep thinkin' about the love that we had
And I'm missin' you
And nobody knows it but me

Yeah, Ohh, uhh, whoa, omom
Nobody, nobody, but me

Tomorrow morning I'm hittin' the dusty road
Gonna find you where ever, ever you might go
And I'm gonna unload my heart
And hope you come back to me

Yeah, sad when the nights are lonely
The nights are lonely, the days are so sad
And I just keep thinkin' about the love that we had
And I'm missin' you

And nobody knows it but me

JayTee ~ NOT A BAD THING...

2014-05-26T10:58:00.002+08:00

[Verse 1:]
Said all I want from you is to see you tomorrow
And every tomorrow, maybe you'll let me borrow your heart
And is it too much to ask for every Sunday
And while we're at it, throw in every other day to start

I know people make promises all the time
Then they turn right around and break them
When someone cuts your heart open with a knife, now you're bleeding
But I could be that guy to heal it over time
And I won't stop until you believe it
'Cause baby you're worth it

[Chorus:]
So don't act like it's a bad thing to fall in love with me
'Cause you might look around and find your dreams come true, with me
Spent all your time and your money just to find out that my love was free
So don't act like it's a bad thing to fall in love with me, me
It's not a bad thing to fall in love with me, me

[Verse 2:]
Now how about I'd be the last voice you hear tonight?
And every other night for the rest of the nights that there are
Every morning I just wanna see you staring back at me
'Cause I know that's a good place to start

I know people make promises all the time
Then they turn right around and break them
When someone cuts your heart open with a knife, now you're bleeding
Don't you know that I could be that guy to heal it over time
And I won't stop until you believe it
'Cause baby you're worth it

[Chorus:]
So don't act like it's a bad thing to fall in love with me
'Cause you might look around and find your dreams come true, with me
Spent all your time and your money just to find out that my love was free
So don't act like it's a bad thing to fall in love with me, me
It's not a bad thing to fall in love with me, me
Not such a bad thing to fall in love with me
(Not such a bad thing to fall in love with me)

No I won't fill your mind
With broken promises and wasted time
And if you fall, you'll always land right in these arms
These arms of mine

[Chorus:]
Don't act like it's a bad thing to fall in love with me
'Cause you might look around and find your dreams come true, with me
Spent all your time and your money just to find out that my love was free
So don't act like it's a bad thing to fall in love with me, me
It's not a bad thing to fall in love with me, me
Not such a bad thing to fall in love with me

bein SOCIAL FUTSAL

2014-04-25T16:41:00.000+08:00

I've been longing to write about this...
Da luv in FUTSAL still strong thou these days I choose to be in SOCIAL FUTSAL after 3 years committed for a team.

6 years back, after most of my frens got married & hav kids, I starts to join team coz I luv to be in sports.
Previously, in a wix, I must hav netball, futsal, jogging & badminton.
I managed to join only TWICE futsal training wit Harimau Malaya (FUTSAL) for women's back in 2008 & that's it coz dey hav training in fasting month.
Then, in 2010... from a fren dat i knew from HM, Sarra... she invited me to come & join her new futsal's team dat base in Kota Damansara.
In my head, I just wanna hav futsal activities & never tot dat Im gonna stick / committed to da team.
But through out the years, of coz... I am thankful & greatful to learn & earn... knowledge, skills & experience from da team. Plus, dey did helped thru out my hardest time...& as for that, I always said to myself, I owed alot to em, to da team

Towards d end of 2012, came in few players joined da team. Thou da team had been together almost 2 years, nuthin much we achieved from every tournaments / frenly futsal dat we had.

In 2013, I starts to take a big step... since we hav quite numbers of players dat hav quality & skills.
Wit da help of my colleague / work out partner / coach, Dharmain... I starts my work out routines...
I starts to go for a jogg, then got to know about TRX, gym wit main mission, to be FIT & bein able to achieve sumthin greater wit my futsal team.

Alhamdulillah, I can see da differents.. a lot actually.
Da stamina, da strength, da confidence... man, it's totally beyond what I expected!

2013 also... gav a lot of opportunity not just to me, but to my team mates too.
And also, I got to know a lot of good peeps dat really gav me a whole lot of different perspectives in dealing with healthy & fit life.

Sumwhere around March 2013, I joined futsal tournament wit my capten to help my kazen's team for local radio station. We won 2nd place!
The experience to play futsal on FIFA's court... totally challenged myself.

In fasting month of 2013, with da help of colleague from my work place, I managed to go for a national women's football selection. I bring along few players dat I trust & believe... players that can play & have skills.
Thou Im not selected for da nex 3 days training camp... d experience, knowledge... totaly taught / gave me a whole lot of definition in always being fit, never stop learnin / improves myself

I decided to leave my futsal's team right after we joined futsal tournament dat we entered on few days before da fasting month end.
Da last tournament dat we joined, really gav me impact & make me wonder alot...
I dun blame others... in fact, I did confessed to them... that, I did make mistakes in da last tournament.
We did well for da 1st time ever coz we managed to got thru top 16.

But dat night, really opened up my eyes...
All these while, I always said to da team, TRUST + BELIEVE dat all of your team mates can DO, can PLAY, can DELIVER...
But dat nite, all those POSITIVES words / thoughts dat I used to say... I guess... came right back to my face.
Im being SELFISH, I didn't TRUST...& I... myself... also NERVOUS to da max....

Dunno what went wrong... everything just fucked up!

Few players left including me...
Arguments, pointing fingers, blaming game & even back-stabbing... getting worst!
Never thought dat by leaving the team... gonna spread rumors & hatred...
Thou, da relationship between sum of da team mates still okay...

Ever since dat, me n few players dat leave da team... starts to hav SOCIAL FUTSAL as a weekly sports thing...
Da BEST & BEAUTY of having this SOCIAL FUTSAL...
We met, play futsal wit new peeps, skillfull players.. and most important, it's totally FUN & ENJOY!
No more STRESS... No HATING... No DRAMA & what so ever not...

Last year (2013), before AFC closed for 2 wix... 1 of the staff from Referee Dept suggested / offered me to join this 1 course for 3 days (Cert) organized by British Council - Premier Skill Malaysia

I am GLAD, PLEASED, BLESSED & HAPPY to join this course which opened my eyes to so many different perspectives / thinking of sports world especially in football (which is not normal / common in Malaysia when it comes to GIRLS / LADIES / WOMEN's)

And today, da news / reports of the course that I went appeared / highlights in the official website of Premier League.

I am so wow-ed... this is truly AWESOME day!
