I've been an iFag for 2 years. I have iPhone and Macbook. But this never block me from using an Android phone. Now my iPhone was sent to the service center, due to Sleep/Wake problem. Luckily my iPhone 5 still entitled for the Apple Sleep/Wake button replacement program. You can check yours here iPhone 5 Sleep/wake Button Program.

Currently, I've been using Xiaon Mi3 for a week, it working fine for me for now. So, i will come out with the review in few more days. Stay tuned.

Remove Restriction Passcode from your Jailbroken iPhone 4/4S, 5/5S

If you ever enabled your restriction and now you forgot the restriction passcode that makes you cannot disable the restriction. I will show you how to reset the passcode and disable the restriction. I tested it on iPhone 5/5s on;y, i think it should work on 4/4S as well.

This method only can be applied for the jail-broken iPhone.

Download iFile from Cydia.
In iFile, navigate to this directory var--> mobile--> Library--> Preferences
Look for com.apple.springboard.plist
Tap on the file, choose "Text Viewer"
Find the key "SBParentalControlEnabled" change the value to "false"
Find the key "SBParentalControlFailedAttempts" change the value to "0"
Look for the key below, and add the following 2 lines code as shown in bold.

<key>SBParentalControlsPIN< /key>
<string>1234</ string>

Save the file, then try to access to your restriction using passcode "1234", you should be able to access and disabled the restriction.
Once the restriction is disabled, please go the com.apple.springboard.plist and remove the string below:

<key>SBParentalControlsPIN< /key>
<string>1234</ string>

**Note that please do it at your risk. I'm not responsible for any device failure and system crash during this operation.

Dilemma Again!!

I already started my new job for about 2 months, so far everything going smooth. However, I started to doubt myself whether I do the right decision to leave my previous job. Let me list down the comparison for both jobs.

Current Job:

Higher pay
Good Staff Benefits
Fix working hours, 9 hours.
Have Shift and Meal allowance
Can't have much direct interaction with customer.

Previous Job:

Lower Pay
Poor Staff Benefits
Non fix working hours
Only OT allowance.
Can travel around the world.
Can have direct interaction with customer. Meeting and presentation with customer. I like it.
I can do implementation and handle projects.

I don't know why i'm still struggling with what I actually want. Some people advice me to just go with the higher pay and better staff benefits. Some of them advice to go based on the job scope and interest in your work. This matter is in my head all the time~~~~

I need to make a right decision, that good to me in current and future as well.

Something, the less thing you know, the better you will live. Seriously, know too much thing just make you think more and more...then confuse yourself.

I've been through this before..something that not supposed for me to know but then god let me to know about it..damn!!!! it's quite heart ache and i just hope to open one eye, close another eye (Chinese proverb). Can't do it since i already knew it..can't just press Shift+Delete to permanent remove it.

Evasi0n has released the Jailbreak for iOS 7 last December, and Saurik already released the latest mobile substrate (Cydia Substrate 0.9.500) that support the latest version of jailbreak, and the compatible tweak list is growing more and more.

** For those who use Winterboard on iPhone 5, it crashed my iPhone 5 and boot into safe mode while i'm using the spotlight search. Problem solved after i remove Winterboard.

**Above tweaks is just the recommendation and please use it in your own risk. I'm not responsible on any damages or problems happened on your phone. ;-)

Currently have more free time, so starting my own project. Currently in progress in learning Joomla, and starting my 1st project; my own website using Joomla platform + web hosting.

Currently running on the 1st phase - Due date (Next February):
1. Learning on the fundamental of Joomla and it's functionality.
2. Design the website layout and content arrangement.
3. Planning what kind of features to put in to make the website look interesting.

Dilemma

I am in dilemma for this whole month already. Decided to quit the current to explore new opportunities for my own career. Still waiting for the suitable time to submit my resignation letter since now still have ton of work to handle for my current company. Currently get offer with 2 jobs, totally different working environments, first 1 is networking field, 2nd is technical support role. The first one is quite fresh for me, and all the pay and stuff is good. BUT, the working hours will be like crazy for me. For the 2nd job, the working environment is superb! feel more like Google, open, free & relax working environment, but of course don't have the free canteen, place for you to cycle around.AND YES, the benefits is really good and beyond my expectation. This is where my dilemma come in to choose which job, and how to resign to my current job since the boss badly dont want me to leave!!!

Thanks, My Beloved Grandpa

Last week on the 26th July 2013, 6.35pm, the date and time i will remember in my life, the day my beloved grandpa passed away. All this is too sudden and quite hard for me to accept the fact. My grandpa been admitted to the hospital week ago due to fever, and condition getting worst in the continuous days. A days before, i was informed by my dad my grandpa condition is very critical doctor need us mentally prepared for the lost of my grandpa. At that time, i was in my duty when my dad informed me this news. I was shocked and just can't focus on my work. I worked till late night and all these things just can get off my head.

The next days, 26th July 2013, the day i lost my grandpa. As his grandson, i'm not able to see him for the last time...........................................................................

That night, i'm staying in the room alone, crying. The lost of my grandpa reminds me of a lot of memories we had since i was born. I growing up and stay with grandpa since i was a baby. My grandpa was a farmer, every evening i will follow my grandpa to the paddy field, he will fetch me using his old motorbike, i company my grandpa when he's busy working. He teach me how to catch fish, bringing to the river, buy me stuffs whatever i want. I wanna play football, he buy the football for me, i want to play basketball, he not just bought the ball for me, he make the basketball rim and board as well - all by himself. Grandpa also make a small pond beside of the house, so that we can enjoy our time fishing there. If i have to list down all the things he does for me, i will be a very long list.

On the year 2003, it a toughest time for me, my parents and my grandparents. A 13 years old kid, leaved his home and further secondary study at the college. My parents sent me there, we leave home 4am in the morning, my grandparents standing in front of the door waiving their hand and wish me luck. All these things i remembered it clearly. Time flies, 5 years passed by, i finish my study. After our family move to the city, not staying with my grandparents anymore, I still visit them every weekend. From 13 years old till now, i'm 23, my grandparents getting older and older, and also hard to get some time to meet them, unless if there is holiday then i will balik kampung to meet them.

I know both my grandparents very very miss me, and always ask my parents how am i doing, and always wish i can call them to have chat. Every time i meet my grandpa, he will always ask me about my studies, encourage me. Now i'm working, he is still encourage me on my work, support me~~~ Before i outstation to Japan, i have a phone chat with my grandpa, and that is the last phone call with my grandpa, and my last time to hear his voice...........................................................................................

I just want to say, a really really thanks to my beloved grandpa, for taking care of me since i was baby till now i'm a man. You never disappointing me whatever the things you've done for me. It will remember all the support, encouragement that help me go through all the obstacles in my life.

公，非常感谢你对从小到我长大的照顾，我永远会把你记在心里，不会忘记，你对我的支持，鼓励，教我做人道理，我永远会铭记在心里。祝你一路好走，阿公在西方极乐好好享受。

Few months ago, i get Honda City replaced Proton Saga BLM, since then i feel like i'm starting to become the car enthusiastic liao...want the car to get better even the car is already good enough. Till now,still not much modification can apply on the car yet because of budget problem. *Not changing the car in coming few years so will take really good care on current car. Now still do some funding, spend less and just allocate some portion for the "Car Modification Plan Funding" from my working salary.

Rims & Tires

yesterday was a really bad day for me. Thought my car having alignment problem, then sent to tire's shop for maintenance. Who knows, it's not just the alignment problem, tire's pattern not rotating in straight line..so that it's cause my car to move to one side. Then i request the sifu to check on my rim as well to make sure my rim is ok. My front rim crooked.

After talking to the sifu, decided to change 4 rims and 4 tyres which cost me bloody expensive. 4 mugen rims, 4 16“ continental tires. Spend about 2 hours in changing tyres, alignment, balancing and camber adjustment and finally done. I get continental umbrella as a gift. *I'm not impressed with the umbrella, they at least to give me one time free service & maintenance at their workshop lo..XD

Just a little promotion, I never try Continental tires before, but the one i change i think it worth the penny i pay for. MC 5 Max Comfort, it really comfort. But still, it cost me a very high price. I will post my rims and tires picture tonight.

I'm not enjoying to spend few thousands to modify my car unless it really necessary. It's a really tough for me when i need to spend so much in sudden. I will take really good care of my car~~ I really need to thanks my parents as well for supporting me~~

I'm Back

After a long long time, finally back to my blog again. 3 months ago, i went to China for working and in China.......they block most of the sites. Facebook?Blogger?Youtube? etc, and these are the websites i access most of the times. That's why i'm having trouble on accessing my blog. T_T

After back Malaysia, trying to catch my work and finally today feel a lil bit relief. Finally done ,most of my stuffs, but still lots of lines in my Need-To-Do list. Most of the stuff need to be settle by the next Monday since next week is the holiday week, Dewali and Awal Muharram. Even my boss not yet approve my leave. T_T . *cross finger.

After back from overseas, feel like my work load start increasing and the pressure are getting on me. Hope myself can cope with it. All is well.

Seems like Galaxy S2 non-G and G version not able to taste the Jellybean due to some hardware limitation.

Quad core is recommend but unfortunately S2 only has Dual Core.
Higher resolution required 1280 x *, but S2 only has 800 x 480.
Combination of Jellybean and TW UI will not run properly.

Usual Samsung way, S2 user only can taste the value pack only.

Section 114A kills my internet freedom. WAIT..not just me, it's the whole Malaysian. The more i read this law?amendment?rules? whatever, it's getting more and more ridiculous. Here is the chart for the Law Section 114A .

In simple word, if somebody using your name, and post some negative comment on the social media, and YOU will be sued or charge for improper use of network facilities. I'm using smartphone with internet ready, I log in my facebook apps and never log out. *Who the fcuk want to log in & out everytime they using FB. If somebody borrow my phone and use my FB to post those negative/inappropriate content, I sure kena sue kaw kaw.

For blogger including me, we are holding the responsible for anyone that post their negative comment in the blog. IMHO, the most ridiculous one is the last situation, if someone is connected to your wifi and post the inappropriate stuff, get ready for charge and eat curry rice liao~~

I know i'm going to make the thing changes by writing this post, but at least we can create the awareness to all the Malaysian about the 114A. Fire Disaster at Bandar Putra Permai

Yesterday evening about 6.30pm, i'm having the car wash near my house, at Bandar Putra Permai, Equine Park. Then suddenly saw a lot of people keep pointing and looking to the direction of the jungle, the jungle caught on fire. Because the jungle is just behind my house, so rushing back to my house to check on the condition.

It's quite worst but luckily did not damage the properties nearby and nobody injured. Thanks God~ One thing to mention is, 3 fire brigade teams arrived, roughly about 10 person, but i just saw 2-3 firefighters try to put off the fire. The other is chit chatting nearby, laughing while our residents here help each other holding the big hose and try to put off the fire. WHAT THE HELL with all those firefighters??!! AND they did not make sure the fire is completely put off, they just leave.

THAT'S WHY about 2.15am midnight, the fire started to burn again~~ not sure when the fire completely put off. Anyway, all the residents did a very good job and very fortunate that our home is not destroyed.
