What is an Affirmation ?

Every single word is an affirmation. What you think is an affirmation. It does not matter that what you thinking is positive or negative. Every thought of your mind is an affirmation. Affirmation is a very ancient technique to keep ourselves positive and peaceful. Affirmation is a very high state of frequency when you speak it with feel and pure divine love. When you speak something with pure divine love and feel, you immediately shift to higher frequency. What you affirm becomes reality, if you say it with feel and pure divine love. You have to always think positive so that your reality becomes positive, happy and joyful.

As it is said earlier, affirmation can be positive and negative. What you are thinking is an affirmation but you have to differentiate between positive and negative affirmation in your mind because it is very important to think only positive thoughts.

What is positive affirmation?

An affirmation is positive when there is only positivity in the statement or thought and when you feel energetic by thinking some thoughts. How you feel shows that what you thinking. Your thoughts are the primary cause of what you feeling. When you think only positive then your life will also become positive and full of happiness. By affirming positively your behavior also shifts to positive side and you also feel something positive in you.

You can affirm positively for you in many areas of your life like, health, relationships, career, job, wealth, confidence, education etc. You can affirm for every area of your life as some of these examples given below:

What is negative affirmation?

Example of a negative thought or affirmation-

I don't have enough money to afford it.

I don't have good friends.

No positive thought can cause a bad feeling. So, keep a close eye on how you feeling when you are thinking something in your mind. If there is any thought which makes you feel low and sad immediately replace that thought with good and positive affirmation.

On Mother Earth every human being have a life purpose and it is very important to complete your life purpose on Mother Earth. You have to complete your life purpose because you chose it before your birth on Mother Earth and it is your decision to take that life purpose for you. So, it is very important to complete your life purpose because if you are not completing your life purpose means you are not following your own decision on Mother Earth.

When we come to Mother Earth we all human being do not remember our life purpose that why we come to Mother Earth? Why we chose that life purpose? What is the reason behind that life purpose? Why we chose only that life purpose? We all forget all these things and so it is very hard for human being to recall their life purpose. So, you think that it is very hard to remember all the things of our life purpose but we want to say to you that it is very easy to recall your life purpose. The method is that to follow your heart because your heart knows everything very well. Your heart knows that why you are here on mother earth and the heart knows every secret. You have to follow your heart to follow your soul path and to follow what you have decided before taking birth on Mother Earth. Our soul heart is in the physical body’s heart so, when you follow the heart you follow your soul path actually because your soul guiding you to your soul path.

LIFE PURPOSE OF INDIGO CHILDREN

As we said earlier that all human beings have their unique life purpose so indigo children also have their unique life purpose. The life purpose of indigo children is that they are the protector of Mother Earth and they are here to serve humanity. They are here to spread the spiritual knowledge that they know deep inside them. They are here to maintain the flow of spiritual knowledge. Every indigo children have to take note that the spiritual knowledge is flowing to other person in right manner or not. They have to take note that the spiritual knowledge is flowing or not.

Indigo children are here to spread only God’s knowledge which is sacred knowledge. They are here to light a candle in the darkness and they are here to make Mother Earth bright. They are here for the battle of humanity and they are the WARRIOR OF LIGHT. As soon we thought to born on earth He thought of us, He thought of all the hard moments we may come across us in our earthly life time, when we would far away from our real home. Who is The Spirit Guide?

Each and every soul on earth has a guardian in the spirit world who guides the earthly soul from birth to death. Self Healing Ability

God has given us the healing ability as a natural gift within each of us. We all are aware of immune system. We all have self healing mechanism in our body known as immune system. When we got hurt or get wound, bacterial or viral infection, our immune system get active naturally and it starts releasing antigen against antibodies or it releases fibrin from the platelets (component of blood), whatever is necessary and it to the affected area of your body and that part of our body heals up and this all is happening without your conscious knowledge. Hence, the healing happens naturally in our body. Our body is casting off millions of cell every second and its creating millions of new cells and tissues at the same time. In fact, parts of our body are literally replaced everyday. The unhealthy or old cells dies and new cells takes their place. Healing is taking place every second in your body, right now also at this moment, as each and every cells of our body has a self healing ability, and we are not aware of it. We are not taking active part in our healing process. We all are healer whether one is aware of it or not.

Self Healing Ability is something we all are born with by taking active part in our self healing mechanism we can heal from any kind of disease First of all we should know that how we get attracted to a disease, why we get sick? There are several reason of being attracted to a disease.

A very brief account of all the main possible reasons of health issue:

Our Negative Thoughts - The Thoughts that we think persistently affects our energy field and subsequently our body. Our persistent thoughts of fears, stress, tension and worries lowers our energy. What

we think about any disease again and again, any fear regarding to disease, health issue and our health condition affects our health.

Our Emotional State of Mind - Our emotional state of mind either we are happy or feeling sad we sends out vibrations to the Universe accordingly. When we are happy we sends out high vibrational frequency which reflects our healthy mind and body. When we feel very low emotionally it lowers our energy and it sends out low vibrational frequency that reflects unhealthy state of mind and body. Each emotionally negative thought is related to some or other aspects of our health. For example, a diabetic patient suffering from diabetes because he or she feeling lack of love and sweetness in his or her life.

Our Beliefs and Mind set - Our thoughts, nature, behaviour and mind set are influenced by our near ones i.e our family members, neighbour, friends and society. Our beliefs and mind set are mostly of limiting nature and it serves negatively to us and our health.

Absorbing Others Negative Energy - It is a human behaviour that we always gossip about other person behaviour and nature. We are very used to share our health issue with our friends, family member and all other person whom we met and hence we listen so much of negativity about health issue and diseases in our daily life. Some of us get so emotional and because of very sensitive nature we generally absorb external negative energy in our body and we give space to unwanted thoughts during a conversation with our dear one.

Multiplying Our Problem - Each time when we share our health problem to our loved ones and other person we are intensifying our problems. We are multiplying our disease by words.

How can we regain our DIVINE PERFECT HEALTH once again ?

Attitude of Gratitude - The first step towards our perfect health is practicing Gratitude daily. The degree to which we are grateful for our health is the exact degree that our health will increase. Being grateful for our health ensures that we will continue to receive more health to be grateful for.

By replacing negative thought with positive- notice your thought every moment. Keep a check on it. As soon as you think any negative thought replace it with positive ones. Control your mind and unnoticed thoughts that you think consciously or unconsciously.Try to notice each and every thought you think and be sure it should be of positive nature.

Check your emotion- Always check your emotion and persistent thought of fears, worries, stress and tension. Remove them and replace it with happy emotions, positive thoughts and feelings.

By incorporating laughter therapy into your life practice laughing daily.

Do not tell anyone about your health and negative emotional issues of your personal life. Minimize gossiping, it will reduce intensity of your problem.

By practicing yoga, pranayam and meditation in your daily life. By practicing these things in your daily life will reduce level of stress, you will regain optimum level of health, peace of mind and it will boost up your positive energy level.
