Uygun büyüklükte şekil verilir.Bir kasede yumurta akları çatalla çırpılır. İndirmeden tarçını ekleyip ılınmaya bırakın. Yoğurma kabına margarin sıvı yağ,yoğurt ve pudra şekerini ekleyip iyice yoğurun.Ayrı bir kapta elediğiniz toz malzemeleri yavaş yavaş ekleyerek kulak memesi kıvamında bir hamur elde edin. Isınan yağa şehriyeleri ekleyip rengi dönene kadar kavurun .Ardından pirinçlri ekleyip pirinç taneleri şeffaflaşana kadar kavurun .Son olarak 3-3,5 bardak sıcak suyu ekleyin tuzunu da ayarlayıp kaynamaya bırakın. Ispanağı kavurmamaya dikkat edin aksi halde sulanır.Karışıma tuz ve baharat ekleyip elinizle şöyle bir harmanlayın.Hamurdan ceviz büyüklüğünde bezeler alarak tezgahın üzerinde açın.Tabak büyüklüğündeki yufkanın bir tarafına iç malzemeden yayın. Diğer tarafını kapatarak etrafındaki fazlalıkları kesin. Tezgahın üzerine serdiğiniz yufkanın bir uçtan başlayarak yarısına bu karışımdan fırçayla sürün. Diğer kuru tarafı üzerine kapatın D şeklindeki yufkayı ortadan ikiye bölün uzun tarafına hazırladığınız içten koyun rulo sarın ve yuvarlayın. Tepsiye aldınız yufkaları bir gece buzdolabında bekletin.&lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;(bekyen yufka pişince çıtır çıtır oluyor.) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;ertesi&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt; sabah üzerine yoğurtlu karışımdan sürüp üzerine çörekotu ve susam serpin ısıtılmış fırında kızarana kadar pişirin. Benimkiler çoktan kurudu, kiler dolabında yerini bile aldı.Tarifi eski dergileri karıştırırken leezzet dergisinden buldum.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;Malzemeler:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;4 su bardağı un &lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 çay bardağı süt&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 yumurta&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 tatlı kaşığı tuz &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;Yapımı: Süt ve yumurtayı bir kapta çırpma teliyle çırpın. Hamur yoğurma kabına unu alıp ortasını havuz gibi açın tuzu da ekledikten sonra sütlü karışımla sert bir hamur elde edene kadar yoğurun. Hamuru iki büyük beze yapıp nemli bir bezin arasında bir saat kadar dinlendirin. Dinlenen hamuru uygun kalınlıkta açıp bir bezin üzerine alın. Arada yufkaları ters yüz ederek hafifçe kurutun. Bir kapta elediğim un tarçın vanilya ve kabartma tozunu ilave ettim. Tabi unu azar azar eklemek gerekiyor .(tahin kıvamına gelene kadar) Karışımı yağlayıp unladığım kalıba boşalttım. Önceden 175 derece ısıttığım fırında kabarana kadar pişti sonra fırını 150 derece yaptım. Tarif işyerinden bir arkadaşıma ait.Defterime kaydederken "Hülya'nın Poğaçası" diye kaydetmişim ben de adını hiç değiştirmeden naklettim. Yapımı oldukça kolay, tariften iki tepsi kadar çıkıyor. Ben fırını henüz kapattım. İki yumurta, bir kase yoğurt, yağ, tuz ve karbonatı yoğurma kabında çırptım. Azar azar aldığı kadar un koyup kulak memesi yumuşaklığına gelinceye kadar yoğurdum.Hamurdan kopardığım parçaları çay tabağı büyüklüğünde açtım. İçine hazırladığım peynirli harçtan koydum. Üzerine yumurta sarısı sürüp çörekotuyla süsledim. Kısık ateşte karıştırarak kavurdum daha sonra şekeri ve sıcak suyu tavaya ilave ettim. Ocağın altını iyice kısırak tavanın ağzını kapattım Helva şerbeti çektikten sonra ocağı söndürdüm.
