三水和小虫发生了一场很大的争执的第二天.
小虫把心理堆积如山的话一句句的道了出来.
三水明白为什么小虫是那么的生气.
是爱的气,是欺的气,是恨的气,是不甘的气.
小虫泣不成声,三水知道小虫很难过.
三水也知道,小虫的话不全都是真心话.
它包含着真心话,气话,失望的话,不安的话,后悔的话.
三水也只能尽量的让小虫慢慢开心起来.
三水是真的很想让她开心,让她幸福.
可是弄到今天这个不想看到的场面.
三水的对小虫心也只能像流水一样怎么切都切不断.

今天严格来讲是我搬回宏茂桥的第三天.
我很喜欢这间家.因为够大,够凉,够高,够美,够香,够干净.真的是够爽!
昨晚三点才睡,今天蛇蛇.
一大清早被电话吵醒,我还是不甘愿起来的.
涂到八点半才出门,九点两个字才到公司.
把电脑的开键按下去,手指一划.不用打密码.哈哈.
叫声Budak-san你要去吃早餐吗?要!
两个人摇一下摇一下到咖啡店.
就想起老板跟我说:我们开到一月六号最后一天,现在开始每天来喝我的咖啡啦.OK
排队买米粉,偏心的老板娘总是给Budak-san多多。。
我就会加一句，老板娘你偏心例。最后没办法也要给我多多。
她也是做到一月六号。哎，之后不知道要吃什么。
回到公司就忙着订酒店，因为这个周末有朋自远方来。
电邮来来回回没有停过。
到了六点，跑人。
七点半到家也吃好饭了。
上网到现在。
冲凉咯。

最近就只是看看就朋友和新朋友的部落格。
才发现原来他们的文才都很好。
我自叹不如。

可是我又不可以公开他们的部落格，
也就只好应用她的文章也写下我的好羡慕。

夜晚的冷酷，适当的时速，深夜中赶路，

For duesseldorf, winter will be cold but not like this cold.

We are like in a big froozen fridge.

After buying the food and walk for 1 minutes.

Everything turns cold. Hmmn.

Having snow fighting with colleagues was fun!

But my hands were chilled and pained.

Leaving to coldest ever Europe

It has been a while since my last updates.

Was busy with work recently.

After working, was heading back to take as much rest as possible.

Now spare some time to giving some update about myself.

Tomorrow onwards I will be on CET Time Zone.

Which I could at least escape emails and calls for normal working hours on GMT +08.00 Time Zone

I will be leaving to Germany then Holland from Singapore on 10th Jan 2009.

Following video was taken to be viewing on annual kickoff meeting holds in Amsterdam.

Every StepStoner has to take one for this event to be played repeatedly as our backdrop.

I am not looking very good in shape as I am sicked for around 1 week already.

Looking on the news everyday, this year the entire Europe is on coldest ever winter.

Yesterday, Germany's weather down to -27.7, which is scary.

I am a bit worry as I haven't fully get well.

Has been visiting doctor twice this week.

Today, the doctor gave me a lot of medicine for this trip.

Thanks Dr. Lim, she is a great doctor.

A very thoughtful doctor who tells me how to use all these medication external and internal.

Before flight take off and after flight take off.

It is almost another year ends. Today's Wei Wen become a person of a kind.

He himself doesn't really know what kind of comments will be given by everyone.

Swearing a lot more than in the past, was influenced by the people he mixed up with, foreign culture which he was exposed too much into. However, he can choose not to swear.

Working with multi national company, handling big name projects, travelling around the world on business trips. He doesn't think these are something to proud of. It is extremely normal, as he always has a high expectation in every aspect. Which is why he always delivers good stuff.

Hanging out with caucasian colleagues, ordering 3 jug of Tiger beer - 5% alcohol content, popping up 2 bottle of red wine - 13% alcohol content, opening up 2 bottle of vodka - 40% alcohol content, consuming up 13 litres of 5% + 13% + 40% alcohol between 4 people, which is just another normal day in Singapore.

Over the conversation with friends, normally they will ask do you have girlfriend? Obviously, he is single for one and a half year. Naturally, he answered No without doubt. Following by his friend's girlfriend says it is not he doesn't has a girlfriend, just that he doesn't has a permanent girlfriend. Girl, this is a strong statement. You know? He is yet to meet the right girl.

这个年头“老大”不好当

回想起过去的四年里。

“老大”

这两个字总是缠着我。

在大学时候的“老大”既是做了某些与众不同事而被冠上的。

在公司的今时今日同事还叫我“老大”。

我昏。

老大既是公司大小事务都要做。

身为公司进军远东的开国功丞之一兼亚洲第一位程序编写员。

开国时期一切有关于资讯工艺的事务都要我一手包办。

还要面对商场上狡猾的老狐狸。

处理公司的人际关系。

采购事务。

设立东南亚资料中心。

跟顾客开会。

应酬。。。社会形式的烟酒。

以年龄顺序排列。我属公司最年轻。

为什么责任顺序排列。我属公司最重要？！

不是我在德国有一位“干妈”。

而是，我的性格而为。我不喜欢做事慢。我不喜欢做是迟钝。

对于简单的事。如果，我语气重点并不是在骂你。而是我不想重复第二次。

不要说公司没有我不行。

对我而言，公司没有任何一人都能照常运作。

公司上了轨道。请了人。绕了一大圈为什么还是要我出面呢？

第一是人格问题。

第二是他们都是出身于太极“张三峰”门下。

打太极的功力果然得到真传。

德国干妈送我一句，“做什么事都要保护自己”

过去两个月九点半才到公司。

五点五十分就回家。

老板一生都不吭，因为他要成绩，不看过程。

Happy Chinese New Year

First of all...

I wish everyone around me have a Great Year ahead.

On the very first day of Chinese New Year.

In the age of 25, I spent my first Chinese New Year abroad.

In Duesseldorf, basically cannot truely feel the CNY.

Not many Chinese stay here.

Last night my reunion dinner is not alone.

At least, with my mentor Peter...

Had my Schweinshaxe (Knuckle of pork) for the 3rd times throughout this trip.

I simply love it.

Anyway, I am going back to Singapore later.

I can't wait the moment to come.

I am now in the office 1005am.

I will leave the office at 0200pm.

Then I need to go Amsterdam Schiphol Airport at Holland.

I will depart at 0900pm.

And reach Singapore tmr at 0430pm.

I know all gamble-kaki are expecting me to come back.

Hahaha.

Cologne Carnival 2008

04 Feb 2008, it is not a working day for Germany office.

Every city along Rhine River is celebrating carnival.

I am not celebrating in Duesseldorf.

But Cologne instead.

In Cologne you can never drink Altbier ( Dark Beer).

Köln has their own unique beer called Koelsch.

Kölsch is a kind light beer.

And Cologne people like it but not for me.

Everyone dresses in fancy costume.

Most of them are tourists.

Gathering in Cologne for seeing the parade.

One of the biggest carnival in Germany.

The weather is not very nice.

Light shower and very cold.

But everyone still enjoying themselves.

On the street.

Can see many kind of special decorated car.

And singing the songs from Cologne.

The cars have themes.

Representing people, lifestyle, politic...

Some of them riding a horse.

Greeting to the people on the street.

Is really happy.

To celebrate this 6 weeks before the easter.

Some saying are they celebrate for the last day of winter.

And going on another 6 weeks.

Will not have meat to eat.

And beer to drink.

Everyone on the fancy car will throw the things...

Like sweets, chocolate, toys, and flowers.

You have to shout: Kar Meh Loh...

They will throw at you.

I don't really know.

What Kar Meh Loh means.

Just follow what people do.

Some say that means sweets.

People live in the flat.

Will also shout.

And all sweets and chocolate.

Will throw into their house.

Kind of good music they play.
Dresses are impressed.
Special.
And unique german tune.

I think this would be the hardest performance.
The guys need to walk a long way.
With girls standing on their shoulder.
Not bad huh.

Snowing Duesseldorf, Germany

I wake up early in the morning about quarter pass nine.

Suddenly feel this saturday is very cold.

Repeating the routines every morning I do.

Never notice actually it is snowing outside.

After take a look at the roof.

I AM SO SURPRISED.

First in my lifetime.

Sorry, if I am too ignorant. haha.

By then, I remember.

The weather forecast says today will have Snow Showers and 1 degree centigrade.

Cool.

And really cold.

I have a straight 3 days off until monday.

Raffaele keeps asking me to come to his country Italy.

And visit Venice, Rome and Reggio Emilia.

But there is a one year once carnival in Germany a long side Rhine River.

And my colleagues will bring their Japanese friends to celebrate together.

Stay here. Why not? :)

So, never wants to trouble so much.

Stick to my plan.

Visit Raffaele next time, as it is so cold.

I dont really like go around.

And better don't fall sick yet new year is coming.

As in plan, I will go shopping today.

Prepare for New Year.

Amsterdam, Kick Off Meeting

This year's StepStone Kick Off Meeting was held in Amsterdam, Holland.

Attendees around 650 people.

It was a whole day event...

As shown below was one forth of us participating percussion session in the afternoon.

Mahmood was so cool.

Never shake his Shakera music instrument in hand.

Shakera - is a kind of music instrument from Africa.

Quite enjoying this ice breaking session...

Around 7pm.

Having a big fest with all colleagues worldwide.

Ceryn, Zoey and Yvonne.

Everyone was selectively found they own seat.

Different colour of ballon represented different region where you working.

Some of the ballon has written their name... Means the seat belonged to them.

I was so bad to cut off one of the ballon and remain seated (",)

CEO was giving his speech on the stage.

Everyone headed forward.

However, who was really listening?!?

Busy talking to friends, as long time no see mah...

Didn't know what the hell I was doing.

Foods, red wine and white wine were very nice.

Some caucasians danced like crazy and very intimate.

Basically after the dinner.

Was not enough rest the next morning.

Well, we were taking coach to Germany.

A double-decker very luxury, even can cook in the coach.

We weren't sleeping while taking this photo.

Yet so coincidence our eyes were closed!

He is my mentor for application development - Peter Fink.

Very helpful, experienced and the best part is...

Everyday he fetches me to company and back to company apartment :)

In fact, my working honeymoon period has gone.

Now started customizing and developing one of our company's product.

Although OJT with a word "training".

Precisely, I am working like the rest of the developers.

I still can ask for everything that I am not clear.

However, I am responsible for my current project.

Sitting in front of 15.5' laptop screen.

With extended to a 19' LCD monitor.

Besides turning my head between these 2 screens.

My brain is also storming how to solve the logic.

With my eyes looking at the functional specification.

I like my job more than you do and my colleagues with open culture.

As what you say I have to grab the chance and do my best.

Visited the same old place - Benrath

This trip to Germany is short.

Basically I only have 2 weekends.

However, different people different weather.

I felt really good.

I met different people this time.

They are from Asia.

Raymond Lam - StepStoner from Hong Kong.

Richard Wang - StepStoner from China.

Really knew a lot about China.

Benrath palace looked same like summer.

The only different are the trees without leaves during this winter.

The weather is changing between 0 degree centigrade to 8 degree centigrade.

Really felt like to stay home with the warm heater turned on.

However, with nice weather - sun rise high in the sky.

I have to bring my colleagues around Duesseldorf.

Day time is short.

Only can see the ray from 8am to around 5pm.

Otherwise the sky will be dark with light shower.

Everyone is enjoying the sun light whenever there is nice weather.

Wonder why the trees will survive?
It turns green after winter.
The nature is so great.

Going out with family is a bless.
Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

I will patiently wait for your pathology results.

Just hope that chemotherapy will not be very hard on you.

Truely hope that it won't cast a shadow on the day I fly to Holland.

Rushing to prepare my coldest Europe trip this time round.
