Well I have been looking at these reports about Lance Armstrong and the new doping charges. I really don't understand why some people just have to keep picking at a scab till it gets infected and rots you from within! Do these people have a personal reason for the determined viscous attacking of this man and what do they possibly have to gain? You know Lance has passed over 500 drug test administered by the people that keep accusing him not only that the man has never tested positive in his entire life. Personally I don't see what the big deal is with the doping anyway do you really think that a average guy can dope all he wants and become Armstrong? If you do you are sadly misinformed. I grow so sick of people attacking anything great. Do something on your own take control of your life and stop spending all your time trying to keep others down just because you don't have the heart to lift yourself up! Here is a good way to start your new way of thinking and the path you are on! Who moved my cheese? Make today the day you attack what is holding you down instead of the person in front of you that is pulling himself up. I promise you you have the ability to make your life all you ever dreamed just take action!

Warrior University

So as many of you already know I was honored by being chosen to take part in the Ultimate Warriors video Warrior University on June 3rd. I had to send in a written app then do a video audition Watch it here which I did as well as about 1200 others. I thought well I will never get chosen but what the hell why not try something and go all in on it for once in my life. So about 3 days went by and I heard nothing so I assumed I had been looked over. On the afternoon of the 3rd day my phone rings and I got the best most exciting news in a long time I had been chosen to come too Newark NJ to not only meet the Ultimate Warrior but spend the whole day with him filming a kick ass video. Just after phone call So ya I went and did the video which will be released soon I hope, and it was a experience of a life time. Thinking it was over when we left the video shoot I was very surprised 2 days later to see a email in my inbox from the warrior himself. He said he was interested in staying in touch and gave us all his phone number address and email and asked for ours. Ya holy crap the warrior wanted my number wow I was even more blown away than the day of the shoot. I don't know if I ever have met a man that was more impressive and inspiring and then also truly cares and is interested in helping and knowing people that he meets. He looks almost into you when he talks to you and can see your very soul and if you are bullshitting him well lets just say he will talk to you about that to. So to say the least I am very blessed to now call him friend, and it just goes to show and prove that you need to live life to the fullest and take advantage of all and any opportunities that come your way. We as Teamwarrior hope you will come check out a very exciting website that will be relaunching Warrior University very soon. Ok so as many of you already know I entered into a contest whe I submitted a application and a video to the Utimate Warrior production team. I thought I was out on the final cut but after a late afternoon phone call yesterday I can now tell you I have made the cut and will be traveling to Newark NJ on june 3rd to shoot a video with one of the greatest wrestlers ever and a childhood super star the Utimate Warrior. I will be updating as often as I can, and will let you know what I can as I am permitted, and when and where you will be able to see the video. Life's "ULTIMATE" Disappointment's

Well I tried! I auditioned for the Ultimate Warriors upcoming video shoot but I didn't make the final cut. Am i disappointed? Sure I am who wouldn't be! Will I let it bring me down or kill my motivation to be all I can be and more? Hell no,Losers think like that!I will as I always do lick my wounds and stand up like a man find a path that leads me where i want to go and attack it even harder.The video shoot would have been on june 3rd in Newark NJ, as many of you already know I am signed up to ride in the 3 mountain madness on the 2nd of june anyway, but would have gladly missed it to be apart of something so cool. I hit my weight goals this week I am at 157.8lbs right now the goal was 160 so now to maintain it!. I decided to enter in the Twilight crit in down town Roanoke Va on 4-21-12!! Not really my type of race i am a climber as you know but I wanted somthing to test the legs befor the Dr100 in Harrisonburg Va. Its a 100k cycling event that has a king of the mountain competition I plan on Going for.

Ok so first of all I want to talk to you all and get some feedback on a few things. first of all I have encountered a lot of envy from people in and around my life this last week or two. For those that don't know the true meaning of envy I will explain it. Envy is seeing some one else having or doing something knowing you cant get or do it so you decide to try to take it from me. this is different than being jealous of some one that's seeing some one else having or doing something you wish you could have or do and trying to get or do it your self see the difference? I am so over jealous people and people that are to small to understand anything, just cut them out of your life and know the truth that they are the one with the problem and you can try but will not be able to help them they are just going to drag you down instead of allowing you to lift them up cut ties and know there is nothing to feel bad about! Anyway I was able to hit a big goal this week as I bench pressed 215pds now I am aware this is no world record but I only weigh 168 so its pretty darn good and I'm very happy about it. 215pd Bench Press Video Click Here !! We are down to 4months before the first cycling event so much time in the gym is in my immediate future. On the trucking front I go back to work in the am, I am loving this 3 on 2 off schedule it balanced out my life much better than before as it seemed like all i did is work and wait to go to work. I ordered and finally got my new satellite radio antenna so i hope it works better than the cheap mag mounted ones I have been using, thought I would save money buying the 5 dallor antena but after buying 6 in 5 months i guess 1 27.00 one is the way to go lmao. anyway Im done off to bed work comes early and I will see you bye !!!

Well here it is Christmas day, all the presents are open and put together / used / eaten. Wow on the living healthy and training front I have taken a major step back I think, but I believe you must be willing and allow your self a little over indulgence from time to time as long as it doesn't knock you off your path! I have had the most wonderful x-mass in quite along while. All the kids where here that could be, and we where able to way "WAY" over do the gift giving this year, and it made all them long hours in the truck seem worth it. Anyway tomorrow I will hit the gym, it is a strength day so I will sauce up real good prier to hitting it, and I plan on hitting it a little harder every day now as I build up to the all out kill it routine that I will need to get into if I have any chance of reaching the goals I have set for my competition in 2012! Anyway I will be putting up some nitro RC videos (RC Nitro vid teaser vid click here) in the next several months which I believe will be pretty cool and unlike anything you may have seen. Well set up the new treadmill in preparation of starting back in training again, only this time i will be training with a purpose as many of you know i have decided to not just enter and compete in the 2012 Artie cycling event but for the first time since i have begun training for events 2 years ago i will be entering with the intent to win. I have always tried to do my best but this is going to be different as i train like a mad man! Anyways I ran for the first time in 6 months tonight and man it was a killer almost quit 3 times during the 3.2 miles but managed to finish in 31:15, I used to run 3.2 miles in upper 24 min range and my fastest time in an event i think was 26:something. laid down for about an hour and woke to leg cramps, and restless. Wondering if I should try to run again tomorrow or take a day or two off and then hit it, not sure if its better one way or the other or just what ever feels better. ( any tips would be appreciated. ) Well i will let ya know what i decide run or rest. I cant wait till my new shoes get here i am going to compete in a different brand this year I will talk about them once i have a chance to try them out. Till next time, I will see you bye! Bad Truckers!

Well I have seen way to much trucker tailgating this past week drivers some drivers have respect for the road or the life of themselves or others! I think a driver found to be operating like the one in my video should have his license suspended for 30 days and taken for ever the 2nd time. What do you all think? leave me a comment on this video and tell me if you have noticed this more lately or if you feel its the same or getting better. - On another topic my killer workout schedule will be starting soon as the 1st is rapidly approaching, i cant believe another year is gone already. So more Healthy living videos will be coming soon. I will be 37 in June and its going to be only that much harder to be ripped @ 36 lol pretty hard when you turn 37 lmao check it.
