An Achievement Whores guide to Over 9000 Achievement points.

Patch

2011-04-27T05:51:00.000-07:00

Loads of new Achievements in the patch, I will do my best to cover them while I do them.
But atm I don't have much time to cover them, but I will get to it asap.

Quests

2011-04-16T07:11:00.000-07:00

Quests, Yeeees.

I wont help you with "Do X Quests in this place" would take way to much time.

Not really that hard, when you walk into EPL you will see Fiona, she will give you a couple of quests, just keep doing them and when you get to Light Hope, you will have to speak to a goblin, then you will get the achievement.

In Fuselight, Badlands, there is a quest to punch of goats from the mountain (lol), just punch and run, punch and run, If you ont make it during the quest, you can buy a Goat Blaster from a Gina Gotgoods. You can also use it while on a mount, easy enough.

Talk to a Bilgewater Rocket-jockey at the Northern Rocketway Terminus and take a ride to the Southern Rocketway Terminus.

Never understood this really, but I think its just runing around killing the mobs on the list and you when you get a buff its done with that mob.

This is pretty easy if you know how to do, there is a bug(?) when you press the hotkey again after throwing you will be able to throw again, making it just a matter of not geting hit.

Same here.

These can be hard, but some training and flying mount helps alot.

Luck, just pure luck, Just check the Therazane dailys every day.

Same here.

This is easy, when you fight Glop, just dodge the shrooms he throws, if your meele, then just stand on one side, then stand on the other, then first etc, you shouldnt have problem with this as range.

Ahh, this one, had to help alot of people with this, its not that hard really, Shuffletruffle and Shrinkshroom are in the middle, Poolstool is big and red by the water, and Trapcaps are at the hill.

This one is annoying... When I did it, it was pretty buggy, but think I was able to shoot two shots at once, or you will have to wait untill two groups get close, think its nine in a group, not sure.

God, I cant really remember this, but I think its like jump two stones at the time, then unload some awesome burst then jump of the stone, hopefully you will make it, not sure about if you can get help by some friends, but worth a shoot if you fail the first time.

The addon I told you to get a while back, _npcscan, just add these mobs and its cake.
High Shaman MacKilligan - 46885
Gunwald Greybeard - 46376
Black Recluse - 47115
Dillan MacHurley - 46378
Cliff Thundermar - 46377
Korthalon - 47171

This is annoying, but not to hard, just bounce bounce bounce... Its a bit RNG I think.

Bounce? Almost, RNG, you have about a sec to run to another mine after you land.

This just requires alot of practice.

SC Short

2011-03-25T07:32:00.000-07:00

Hi, Im sorry I havn't posted anything in a while, been playing League of Legends, Awesome game really.

Will bring you another SC short, then I will do Quests in WoW this weekend.

Today I will show you how to do. Don't forget you need to do it on Hard or Brutal.

First, get to 2th floor.

Here, then save.

OMG STETMANN WHAT DID YOU DO! (Run alittle closer then this.)

STETMANN!

Toke me some tries, dont forget to run so close you get hit by the Spine crawler to pull everything.
This is a fun and easy achievement when you know how to do it, gl hf.

SC Short Short

2011-03-13T20:59:00.000-07:00

First when I saw this I thougt It would be almost impossible, but then I found a easy way to do it.

There is a map that is called Burning tide, a 3vs3 map with lava and lots of minerals, the thing is that if you play it custom its a greed map and you will only need to collect minerals. And even tho its a 3vs3 map, you can put 4 players in the enemy team, funny enough, one of them will be on your team in the game, and it will be even easier, you cant lose. Tho it was a while that I got it so I cant promise it will still work, but you can always try.

SC2

Some people asked if I ever played Starcraft 2 and if I had any good tips on those Achievements, and like the people pleaser I am, I will post a couple of tips when I get time, most likly this weekend.
If someone need help with a particular achievement they can just tell me :)

2011-03-09T05:35:00.000-08:00

Next one I will take will be Exploration.
I will not explain how to explore every place, that you will have to do yourself.

First you will need to download a addon called _Npcscan, one of the best addons ever.

This is the one for Outlands, you need to kill almost every rarespawn there is, Its not very hard, but might take some time, just go once or twice a day and look around where they spawn.
Because almost everyone got this achievement and nobody is in Outlands anymore theres barly any competition.

The Northrend might be a bit harder, but not a big same as Outlands one, there is not many left in Northrend, but you need luck, and probobly will have to go up early or stay up late to check for them.

Purely luck based... If someone in the guild gets it, you might have a chance of geting it by using some sort of teleportation, but most likly not. Or you can just wipe on Deathwing when he is released.

Get Hunter, Attack Whale shark, sleep.
This is a sloooow and boring fight, just download RangeDisplay and let someone that can kite do it, kiter needs to be inbetween 8-20 yards from the shark not to get out of range, its pretty easy with even just a few people, dont pull aggro, it will oneshot and reset .

2011-03-05T12:56:00.000-08:00

Ok, Lets start with the General tab.

Most of these achievements are really easy but might take a lot of time and/or gold.

I will give tips and try my best to help you with these achievements.

Wooly Mammoh, brought by Mei Francis in Dalaran, costs 2175 Justice points.

Traveler's Tunra Mammoth costs

Armored Brown Bear costs 750G.

Not really hard. She is standing close to the entrance of the flight patch in Dalaran.

A Haris Pilton Giantique sack... Ye, not hard. Costs 1200G.

Haris Pilton is found in The Worlds End Tavern in Shattrath.

Camel mount, who doesn't love a big lump between your legs?

There is two ways of geting this mount, a rare spawn in Uldum or Exalted with Ramkahen.

The rarespawn is a small statue that you need to right click and you will be teleported to a place where you can kill a rare camel that drops a mount.

You need gear, or just get exalted with some Cata factions and buy gear you can equip then sell them back.

Or you if you raid, you can ask another player that gets an item if you can borrow it for the achievement.

Same as above.

Chicken, nomnomnom...

Just go around Orgrimmar/Stormwind and eat/drink anything you can buy. Mage water/food counts, each level of it. So if you miss some and can't find anymore food, just ask some mages. Or check Auction house for cheap food. Dont forget to Booze up.

GET TO THA CHOPPA! NAO!

You will need a friend, guildie or yourself with least 450 Engineering for this one.

And you will need these materials. They might be expensive because nobody is farming in Northrend anymore, but you can allways try to check the auction house.

12x Titansteel Bar [Mining]

40x Handful of Cobalt Bolts [Engineering]

2x Arctic Fur [Skinning]

1x Salvaged Iron Golem Parts [Vendor]

8x Goblin-machined Piston [Vendor]

1x Elementium-plated Exhaust Pipe [Vendor]

Costs 10G at the Trainer.

Same as Cata Epic and Superior.

In Howling Fjord in Northrend there is a place south of Niffevar and a bit south west of Explorers League Outpost where you should have no problems with this achievement.

Best way is to grab a Paladin friend and make him bubble you while your falling. Other ways are to run of Lumber mill in Arahi Basin, Scryer's Tier in Shattrath or in Throne of the four winds.

Greedy and Needy works just the same way, lots of ways to do it. Just do some dungeons, easiest.

You can invite a friend and go WotLK Heroics, even if he isn't in the instance you will need to roll on items.

This might be a tricky one, in different parts of Dalaran there are books lying around, they have ~4 hour spawn time and might spawn fake books, but nobody is in Dalaran anymore, so this shouldnt be a big problem.

Introduction: Spawns in the Teleportation Crystal room, on the floor.
Divination: Spawns in Violet Citadel, near the port to Caverns of Time.
Necromancy: Spawns on top floor of Ledgermain Lodge, in a room with an empty bookshelf.
Conjuration: Spawns in the Violet Citadel, on the bottom floor bookshelf right of Rhonin.
Abjuration: Spawns in the Dalaran Visitor Center, next to the chair and bookshelves.
Transmutation: Spawns on the bottom floor of Ledgermain Lodge, in the empty bookshelf.
Enchantment: Spawns on the second story balcony of the store Threads of Fate.
Illusion: Spawns on a box next to the former normal dungeon daily quest giver by Violet Hold

Just reach level 85, not that hard.

This one is a bit annoying, but it comes in time, some tips are to run old school instances, they give alot of gold.

This will take some time, but there is alot of mounts out there, just buy every singel one you can find, there are at least 40-50 from just Alliance/Horde.

Same as the above, check Auction house, you might need help by a friend to get all the Alliance/Horde ones, but its not hard.

You buy this in Dalaran at the Jewelcrafting trainer, costs 8500 gold but its reduced by reputation with Kirin Tor

Just go to the bank and buy all the slots, pretty cheap if I remember.

Shave and get a Haircut irl and you will get this acievement. Or you can try the ingame Barber shops.

Buy the Master riding skill from a Flying trainer.
