1.Add turmeric powder to to a half cup of gram flour and mix with water.
2.Apply oil to the body and spread thi spaste to the body and let it be there for a 2 minites then scub the body with that paste.
3.Then all the dead sells will come off leaving a new skin.

Another way of making scrub is

Rock salt,babyoil,mint oil mixture is also considered to be a good scrub.
If you have vitamin E oil add to the mixture.
