David Guetta ft. Akon: 'Sexy Bitch'

2010-11-18T06:34:00.000-08:00

At this rate, summer '09 could end up belonging to David Guetta. The Gallic knob-twiddler has already given us two massive dance anthems - K.Ro collaboration 'When Love Takes Over' and Black Eyed Peas' 'I Gotta Feeling', which he produced - and now he's gunning for the hat-trick.

To help him out, he's called in a favour from another of his A-list mates. 'Sexy Bitch' is a trancey club banger on which Akon sings about, well, the sort of thing that Akon always sings about. "I'm trying to find the words to describe this girl without being disrespectful," he admits, immediately after noting that she's "nothing like the neighbourhood wh**e", and immediately before praising "the way that booty movin'." Fortunately, the beats and big old hook are enough to make this bearable. Probably.

Taio Cruz "Break Your Heart" Extreme Hit

2010-11-18T06:28:00.000-08:00

Songwriter slash producer Taio Cruz has been working withTinchy Stryder, R Kelly and Cheryl Cole in recent months, but has somehow found the time to squeeze out a second solo album of his own.

Co-produced by Stryder's hit maker Fraser T. Smith - the first single from album 'T.W.O.' is a very contemporary sounding slice of Europop. Musically it may not be light years ahead of 90% of other artists in the charts recently, but it's his wonderful way with melody and hooks that ensures each and every song is a brilliant piece of pop magic - and that's exactly what makes 'Break Your Heart' so instantly likeable. So addictive is the chorus of 'I'm gonna break, break, break your heart', that it won't be leaving your head space anytime soon and you will be whistling this for weeks to come - whether or not you even like the song.
Just one minute into 'Break Your Heart', and it suddenly becomes clear as to why artists are fighting over themselves to get Taio Cruz in the studio to guarantee they've got a hit on their hands

Taio Cruz continues to be generic in 'Dynamite' video

2010-11-17T08:48:00.000-08:00

Taio Cruz is back - in all his leather-jacketed, shade wearing glory. After scoring a US #1 with Break Your Heart, the British
R&B
pop singer attempts to wow US audiences again (and the rest of the World) with new single Dynamite. Watch the video below.

Taio is so generic. From the pointless opening scene with him driving in on the motorbike to the concert, surrounded by hot babes straight out of Rihanna's Shut Up And Drive video, Taio just rehases what every other American urban pop act is doing. In fact he's pretty much copying Rihanna as I believe Justin Timberlake rides in on a motorbike in her Rehab video. I will admit though that the explosives at the end of the video really reflect the ravey nature of the song.

And the song I actually like a lot. It's pretty much by the rulebook electropop but is lifted above averageness thanks to the genius contributions of Max Martin and Dr. Luke on writing and production credits. When the two of these are around, either alone or together, pop magic is always always ensured.

Also be aware that Jennifer Lopez may be copy and pasted into this video for a Part 2 of this single. I wonder what her contribution would be like to the song?

Hottie Pamela Anderson will enter Big Boss’ house

2010-11-16T20:58:00.000-08:00

As per the latest media reports, the Ex-Baywatch star Pamela Anderson will be joining the contestants in the Indian version of Big Brother. It is to be mentioned here that a spokesman for the channel airing the show has recently confirmed the same by saying that the star will be joining 10 remaining participants on Bigg Boss.

It is to be mentioned here that the entry of Anderson will surely prove to be a very big boost for the TRPs of the show.

With now the fourth season running in the country, it may be noted here that the late reality TV star Jade Goody appeared in Bigg Boss in 2008.

As far as the contestants in the house currently go, it has personalities like a former woman bandit and some models and TV actors while the TV show is being hosted by the Bollywood star Salman Khan.

It is expected that the chat between the host and guest will attract a lot of people to the idiot box. For the record, Anderson's claim to fame is the period of 1992-97 wherein she was the star of Baywatch that has Guinness World Record to its name of being the most watched TV series in history.

Pamela goes desi in Bigg Boss

2010-11-16T20:53:00.000-08:00

It seems the winds in the 'Bigg Boss' house is likely to change its direction when the Hollywood siren, Pamela Anderson makes her lavishing entry in the house.

Undoubtedly, Pamela's entry into 'Bigg Boss' will make Veena Malik insecure, especially after her close camaraderie with Ashmit Patel and her growing fondness for Hrishant Goswami.

Though it's too difficult to confirm anything about Veena and Ashmit's closeness, the fact is, the relationship is too confusing.

Even when questioned the evicted contestant Aanchal Kumar, during celebrity chat on 'Bigg Boss 4' official site, what is cooking between Ashmit and Veena, Aanchal replied, “I think Veena and Ashmit would let you know what's cooking between them. Inside the house I found the whole situation between them very strange.”

Ashmit and Hrishant to impress Pamela?
What came as a surprise is Salman's statement about Ashmit and Hrishant, when they heard the rumors about Pamela entering 'Bigg Boss 4' even before it started.

Salman said, “Some time ago Hrishant and Ashmit told me that they heard Pamela was making a wildcard entry. And they got into training, they started taking protein shakes and cutting carbs, to show their six-packs... and then — surprise, it turned out to be Dolly Bindra!”

Indeed, it's funny, but Pamela still has the sparks to set the temperatures soaring. Her sexy appearance is enough to make the in-house male contestants go gaga. So, Veena be careful!

Will Dolly be able to fight with Pamela? How will Seema Parihar interact with Pamela as she does not understand English? Will Khali teach Pamela few fitness tips?

How will Ashmit and Hrishant develop amicable relations with her?

Will Pamela and Veena discuss few sultry moves? Will Manoj teach Pamela few Bhojpuri songs? This is really going to be interesting and entertaining.

But the most important thing is, will Pamela be able to speak Hindi, as according to a rule in 'Bigg Boss', no contestant is allowed to speak in English, is something interesting.

Apparently, Salman Khan rightly says, “Andar Maaza, Toh Bahar Maazedar.”

Bad news for Justin's fans

2010-11-16T09:57:00.000-08:00

Justin Bieber has admitted he would prefer to date a famous girl rather than a fan, because his female fans are "too adoring".

Justin finds it hard to find a girlfriend who doesn't just like him for his fame.

Justin told The Guardian, "There are so many girls who would just do anything for me because of my status. Someone told me it's great to be with somebody who has just as much to lose as you do...

"(Dating someone famous is) probably a good idea. Because I can never date somebody who's so in love with me that she would do anything for me."

Recently Justin has been linked to Disney teen queens Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez. He went to a high school football game with Selena, calling her a "sweetheart".

Would You And Justin Bieber Be A Perfect Match Or A Disaster

2010-11-16T09:54:00.001-08:00

My 12 year old pre-pubescent daughter, Addy, is not talking to me.

And while one might expect this to be normal, to be par for the course for any 12 year old girl and her mother, for us it’s not. Oh sure, we have our moments – like when she tells me that she’s going to stop talking to me until I buy her the cute kaki capris with the embroidered pockets.

Oh yeah? Have a nice life there, Addy. Drop me a line once in a while.

Or when I won’t let her get up from the table without at least trying the new recipe.

Mom! It looks GROSS!!!

Not a problem, my girl. You can sit there until morning, I have the time.

(By the way, 9 times out of 10 not only does she try it but she usually finishes it and asks for more).

And it’s not even due to the many times I’ve picked her up from a friend’s house blasting, singing and dancing to Barry Manilow’s Copacabana.

Apparently this time – according to Addy anyway – I’ve committed a mortal sin. I’ve crossed a line from which I can never return.

Yup. I scored as the Perfect Match! (You’re totally his type!) on the Justin Bieber “Are You Justin’s Skater Girl Quiz” found in Tiger Beat magazine while my daughter Addy scored only an Almost There! (You’re kinda crushing!).

Perfect Match!

Oh the humanity.

Last night I had to listen to the heart-sickened wailings of how unfair life was and how could I? Just, just, how could I?

So here you go, this is how I did it. This is how I pulled off the most unfair-emotionally-romantic coupe of the century. Consider this your Bieber cheat sheet:

• I’ve never skateboarded before.

• If I have trouble skating, I’d laugh about it and try again (the other option was to enter an emo state of embarrassment and then try again – definitely not my style)

• When (if) I land a skating trick, I would hug Justin instead of high-five him. (oh please, it would be like hugging a cute, adorable, chipmunk)

• And if Justin hurt himself doing a trick I would check to see if he was okay instead of teasing him. (Did I mention that I’m a mom?)

So Justin Bieber fans of the world take note – (Addy are you listening?) if you’ve never skated, have a good sense of humor, and have an ounce of compassion – you’re in like Flynn with Justin. Expect a call tonight.

And moms of Justin Bieber fans? If Justin falls while skate boarding, just say that you’d tease him. It makes for a much more pleasant household that way.
