What is Heliopause? A Look at the Boundary of Our Solar System

Discovery of the Heliopause

Voyager 1 crossed the heliopause on August 25, 2012, becoming the first man-made object to enter interstellar space. Voyager 2 crossed the heliopause on November 5, 2018, providing additional data on this boundary region.

What We Know About the Heliopause?

Scientists have learned a lot about heliopause from the Voyager spacecraft, which has been sending back data from this region for over 40 years. Here are a few things that we know about the heliopause:

Does Programming require Math? Do I need to know Math to learn to code? I would say all these questions are not complete. And are not the exact Questions that a Person wants to ask. All these questions point us to "Do I need to know Complex Math to code?"

The answer to the Question that Do you need Maths for Programming is YES. But answer to the more Relevant question that Do you need to know very Hard-level Maths for Programming is, Not Necessarily. Got Confused? Let me clear your confusion.

You Just need Basic Arithmetic.

Just to start learning How to code, You need to know only Basic Arithmetic. when I say Basic Arithmetic, I mean you should be knowing how to do Basic Arithematic operations,

Addition
Subtraction
Multiplication
Division

Most of Programming Just Requires Basic Arithmetic. You can learn to code if you know the basic arithmetic

The paradox of Misconception:

If Basic arithmetics is the only thing required for programming, why do you think everyone gives too much attention to Math in the world of Programming? Is it a Myth? Is it a Misconception?

The Answer is actually a paradox that it is yes it is a Misconception and on the other hand, It is not a Misconception.

No, Don't Look at me like that. Let's try to understand this in Depth.

Programming is like a Garden.

If Programming is considered a garden, its different fields would be the different types of trees in that garden. As Every other tree in a garden requires different

amounts of nutrients, Similarly, Different types of fields of Programming requires different Level of Math. Makes sense? I hope so.

Now, ask yourself what you really want to do with programming? If you want to do something like Web development and App development. In these fields, you rarely use Maths anywhere. you will not even feel like you are using Mathematics in your code. You Just need simple Arithmetics to start Learning these skills.

But if you are among those people who want to learn cutting-edge fields of Programming, like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning where you analyze existing Algorithms, create new Algorithms, then you Obviously need those Higher standards of Mathematics here. If you are one among those choosing these cutting-edge fields, then you also must be the person who is not worried about Math.

But instead of going so Deep into these cutting-edge fields, If you are just working on their Applications, then, you will be using Maths just as a helping tool. You will be using Maths as you are using a calculator, without knowing the Process going Inside it.

Now I hope, You got your Answer to your Question. The answer is, It depends upon what you want to do with Programming.

What to do if you are not good at Math?

First of all, Ideally, You should not be scared of Mathematics at all. If you put in hard work in the right direction then you will get away with the Math phobia. Generally, one is scared of Mathematics just because he never attempted to Face it. while learning how to ride a bike, Initially, you might have had some fear, But Eventually, when you continuously practiced and faced it as a challenge, you were able to learn it. Similarly, You can Learn Mathematics too.

Fixed Mindset vs Growth Mindset

Fixed Mindset is the thought process of a person which is based on the idea that things are the way they are and nothing can be done to change them. Statements that come from people having a Fixed Mindset will be like:

I Got this Job Because it's the only one I can Get.
I wish I had as much talent as that Person.
I happen to not be good at Mathematics.

If you are a person who thinks like this, then please change, because, you are limiting your capabilities.

Growth Mindset Essentially means that believing in the idea that we can change things, anything is not the way it is, and it can be impacted by us. if we take a look at those statements again, but from a growth mindset perspective, they would look like this:

I Got this Job due to a lack of effort, If I put in the effort I can definitely get a better job.
If I work as hard as that person, then I would be also as good as him or better than him.
If I work towards it, then there is no reason to not become amazing at Math.

A growth mindset is having a positive mindset to an extent to believe that one can do anything if they just keep Efforts towards it.

Don't Blame Genetics.

If you are one of those people who believe that you were born without the innate ability to understand Mathematics, Please stop it. Understand that nothing is acquired Genetically.

If you are bad at math, it doesn't mean you are genetically incapable of learning it. It is because of many other Factors than your Genetic Potential.

It doesn't depend on Genetics at all! Anyone Can Learn Anything. If someone is bad at something, they start to satisfy themselves with statements like I am not good at it, I didn't study hard enough, I didn't have a Good teacher, It is because of my circumstances, etc. It is Blaming Anything but self.

Yeah! somethings do depend on Genetics, but all of them are Physical. Like your Height. Genetics can only affect and decide your physical Appearance, and to an extent, your Physical Capabilities. People generally emphasize more on Genetics rather than emphasizing Efforts. "It takes 20 hours to learn a new skill and 10000 hours to master it" so understand that it is not at all dependent on Genetics.

What could have been the Reasons?

Many people have experienced this. when they were younger they felt that they are genetically designed to be bad at math. It is because that they had a friend who was twice as good as him. "Even though both were of the same age". but the reality is likely that,

That friend Either had Parents who are really good at math or
The teacher had explained the math in a way that fits in mind for that friend but not him.
or both

Basically, the Circumstances made it that your friend had an advantage over you when it comes to mathematics. If your roles were to be reversed, then you would have had the same advantage and would have been twice as good as your friend was.

So now You must Have understood that you are not genetically bad at Math.

Believe, Research, Practise, and Consistency.

Everyone has to get out of the belief that maths is hard. Maybe you are having many circumstances, many disadvantages, and anything. But, IF THEY CAN DO IT SO YOU TOO CAN!

Nowadays, the problem of not understanding the way your teacher explains is something that can be bypassed. Google the concept you are not understanding, there are 1000's teachers available, explaining in a thousand different ways. Hopefully, one among them can explain you.

Consistently putting in a small amount of effort, Overtime, will yield Crazy results. when you are learning how to type, Initially it really feels like what the Heck! but consistently practicing it daily for about 15 minutes, you would see a huge difference within a month. You go to a gym and do some reps for a year, you won't see a change within a week, maybe tiny in a month, but after a year you would see a huge difference. This Idea can be applied to anything.

Do a little bit of math every single day, start with math you can handle, and gradually build it harder and harder. Over time, you will notice that you have improved Amazingly. that's why I am saying that Maths is not hard, just practice it consistently and a little bit of effort daily and consistently, will yield you great results.

If you want to go into a computer science degree and make Cutting edge fields of programming your career, then of course you will need to learn some more Maths. But you will be able to learn it! and the type of math you will be learning will be way more interesting than the math you have learned before. because you will see how it is used in Programming. and you will be learning how to apply Maths in fields like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep learning, etc. which are by default interesting by themselves. with all that said above, you will be able to Learn it!

Mobile Phones Nowadays are one of the basic necessities in everyone's lifestyle. If not before, then after the outset of this Covid Pandemic, Certainly Everything has become Online. and Mobile Phones became part of our lives. If we consider the basic necessity of a mobile phone, it is an electronic device that is used to transmit and receive radio frequencies. In other words, its basic requirement is to make a call to other people.

Have you ever wondered?

What is the background process that takes place to connect with the dialled number?
Why there is no disturbance during a call while we are even travelling?
How a call is taking Place, within seconds after dialling?
How do cell Phone Towers Work?

Let us Try to Understand this.....

Theories Involved

Now to Understand How Mobile communication works we need to understand three theories. The mobile communication system is Mainly Dependent upon these Concepts.

Cellular Concept.
Mobile Phone System.
Hand Off Procedure.

Cellular Concept:

A vast region of land is divided into small Hexagonal Regions Called Cells depending upon terrain and reception characteristics. There will be a Signal Tower in every cell to provide Frequency(signal) to every Mobile user in its cell region.

This signal tower provides signal for every mobile in its Hexagonal cell region. In other words, a specific signal tower gives signal to the only mobiles in its cell region. it cannot give signal to a phone which is in another Hexagonal cell region.

A Curious Question that can arise at this point, is that, Why cell shape is only Hexagonal? why it is not Circle?

The idea behind keeping cells Hexagonal is to cover the whole region of space. If it is a circle, No Tower would be available to cover the region in between them, and hence, Mobiles in that region can never get Signals. So, Shapes other than Hexagon are not taken as Cell Shape.

Mobile Phone System:

Every Mobile has an Antenna. This Antenna converts Sound into Radio signals and Radio signals to Sound. Whenever a person is speaking in a call, His voice is converted into radio signals and is transmitted to the opposite person, whose mobile antenna again converts these Radio signals into Normal sound and vice-versa.

Now let us try to understand the Hectic Backend Process of building a connection for a call. i.e, How these radio signals are getting transmitted from one Mobile to another.

A group of towers are Controlled by a station called Base Station Controller(BSC). Every tower is controlled and connected with some BSC. And these Base Station Controllers are under the control of another higher station called Mobile Switching Centre(MSC). Every Station has a transceiver that receives and transmits Radio Waves.

Whenever a user dials a number, information of a number is transmitted in form of a Radio signal to the Tower which is responsible for the cell, in which the user is present. Then from the Tower, Radio signals are transmitted to Base Station Controller (BSC). Then from there to its Mobile Switching Centre (MSC).

Then the signal is transmitted to the MSC which controls the tower that is transmitting the signal to the dialled user's Mobile. In this way, a call is connected.

In most cases, Whole this process is completed within seconds and your call is connected. Thanks to the Speed of Radio Signals. They travel with a speed at par with Light speed.

Reason For Getting Network Error.

A Point to be noted here is that one MSC is provided with thousands of channels. when a call is Dialled Radio signals Carrying this call Detail occupies a channel in MSC. for each call one channel is occupied in MSC. If all the channels are filled with other calls in MSC then the call cannot be connected till some channel becomes free.

Let's say a call is going from Area1 to Area2. The Radio signal transferred from a channel from Area1 MSC must occupy a channel in Area2 MSC. If radio signals are able to occupy channels in both Area's MSCs then call will be connected. In the other case, If the call is unable to occupy channels, then we get Error messages like "Call cannot be connected", "Network Error".

MSCs Also store every call information and the call recording. If it is an International call, based on the key number before the Mobile Number, MSCs transmit the Radion signals to the Respective country's regional MSC's Based on Mobile Number and connects the call Following the same procedure.

Hand Off Procedure

While we are travelling, as we move away from the Signal Tower and reach the end of a Hexagonal cell, signals start decreasing. at the Border of two Hexagonal cells, both towers give your Mobile phone the least possible signal. And after you enter the second cell completely, the second tower starts to give you a signal and Eventually, the signal starts Increasing.

when you are in the first Hexagonal cell first Tower would be giving you a signal. and when you move to the second cell, the second tower would be giving you a signal. In this way, the call keeps connected and we feel no Trouble in conversing through the call.

In this way Mobile Communication works.

Mars is the 4th planet from Sun In our solar system. It is the only Planet other Than Earth that is in the Habitable zone and It is also believed that Mars Had an Atmosphere similar to Earth in the Past.

Temperature Ranges from 20°C(which is Ideal for the existence of life) to -100°C.
Nitrogen: 2.7%
Argon: 1.6%
Oxygen: 0.13%
Carbon monoxide: 0.08%
Minor amounts Of Hydrogen-deuterium-oxygen, xenon, nitrogen oxide, neon, krypton, and Water

In Such an Atmosphere with Poisonous gases, A Person without space-suite will Die Within Minutes.

How Mars Lost Its Atmosphere (Effect of Solar Winds).

While Maven was studying the Surface of Mars, Scientists Identified Dried Water Beds which confirmed that water existed previously on mars which inturn again Confirms for the Existence of Atmosphere on Mars.

For a period of 500 million years, Mars Had Oceans, rivers, rains, and Mountains on its surface. Which supported the Existence of Life.

Due to its low Mass And Gravitational Force, Mars Could not generate Strong Magnetic fields.

Solar winds

At one point of time, Solar winds(The solar wind is a stream of charged particles released from the upper atmosphere of the Sun) to blow vigorously. These solar winds are Highly composed of Protons. these solar winds move with very speed(around 450 km/hr). Since these Winds were blowing with such a High speed, These particles were able to Escape from Mars Gravity. Mars Atmosphere started losing itself around 100 grams per second.

Due to the Particles in the solar winds, Hydrogen and oxygen particles were separated from the molecules of water(H20).

In this way, Water got evaporated from the surface of Mars.

Not just solar winds, solar flares have also Affected mars very much.

Due to its weak Magnetic field Solar winds affected Mars a lot. Due to its weak Gravitational field, it could not hold its atmosphere.

In this way, Mars' surface slowly became a desert and after Millions of years, it became a dead planet.

Due to its High Mass Earth was able to create strong Magnetic and Gravitational fields. so that only Earth did not lose its atmosphere while Mars was.

This Gonna be a lengthy blog, But an informative one :)

What are Exoplanets?

First, What are Exo - Planets ?? All the 8 planets in our solar system are Revolving around a common star, sun in their own orbits. Similarly, there are many other stars in our Milky Way Galaxy and many more in the universe. So Exoplanets are those planets that are orbiting or rotating around those stars. Isn't that interesting?? so Let's get Started.....

How They are Discovered?

Generally, there are two ways in which These Exoplanets are discovered.

Ground-Based Search Projects. These are carried out on earth in Observatories.
Space Missions. These are carried out With the help of Space crafts.

Ground-based search projects:

These Ground-Based search Projects to find out ExoPlanets are carried out with the help of Observatories that work with Massive Telescopes. This process of finding Exo-planets is very difficult. In the day time, it is Because of sunlight and if at all some Exo-planet is found in the night time, It's exact position cannot be determined due to the Earth's Revolution and Rotation.

So far, only around 500 Exo-Planets were reported to be Discovered by Gound based earth projects.

Space Missions:

Doing a Space mission demands a lot of Investment. That too since these missions are just to discover Exoplanets, Many countries are not coming forward to invest in these space missions. so that only, As on today, 27 August 2020,10 space crafts were sent for discovering Exoplanets. Now, let us look into some of the major space missions,

SWEEPS:

The Sagittarius Window Eclipsing Extrasolar Planet Search, or SWEEPS. This spacecraft was launched by European Space Agency(ESA) Along with NASA in 2006, This spacecraft Discovered 16 Exoplanets. However, this mission Ended in the same year, 2006.
COROT:

Convection, Rotation et Transits Planetaires. This mission was organized by The French space agency(CNES) and was launched in 2006 and served Till 2012. This spacecraft discovered 34 Exoplanets.
Kepler:

One can say this was the most successful space mission To find Exoplanets. This Mission was Organised by NASA. Kepler found 2,347 Exoplanets. This Mission was started in 2009 and served Till 2013.
K2:

Also called as Kepler 2, is a NASA organized mission as a successor of Kepler, It was launched in the same year when Kepler Retired due to Fuel depletion. It found almost 427 Exo-planets. K2 Retired in 2018.
TESS:

This is a NASA organized Mission in collaboration with MIT(Massachusetts Institute of Technology). This was launched in 2018 and has found 38 Exoplanets. This Spacecraft is still On-Duty and is Expected to Find 1250 Exoplanets. Let's Hope It will reach its Target.

Remaining 5 missions are EPOXI, MOST, GAIA, ASTERIA, CHEOPS in which MOST found 1 exoplanet and the remaining 4 found No exoplanets. EPOXI is already a retired spacecraft. However, all the remaining 4 space missions still ongoing, so let us hope they will discover more Exoplanets.

Any use of finding exoplanets??

So the next question that arises is that, Is there any use of Discovering Exo-Planets?🤔 The Answer is Absolute Yes! We can find Habitable Planets, which means, We can find Planets other than Earth where there is Life or Existed Previously.

Habitable zone:

So, The next thing is How we are able to find on Which Planet Life can Exist? Before Answering This one let us know why Life is Able to Exist on our planet Earth? The Answer is Very simple, Its conditions That are Earth is Having a Planetary Surface, and Its position away from earth is in such a zone of Area that Heat Radiation from the sun is Not Too Hot and Not Too Cold. This zone is called as "Habitable zone". All these space missions Identify this Habitable zone of stars. Habitable Zone position distance is directly proportional to the size of the star. Means, Bigger the size of the star, that much far away from it is the Habitable Zone. Till now all Space missions Identified 18 Exoplanets, Which are Potentially Habitable. and 29 other planets which are Optimistically Habitable (not surely Habitable).

How the calculations are made?

Kepler Telescope can easily identify Planets and can all required calculations that are Light years distance away from us. But How Kepler used to do that?? Kepler uses a Method called Transit Photometry. Let us understand this. When a Planet comes in between Kepler and the star around which The planet is Revolving. when Planet comes in between Star and Planet like this, there will be a reduced in brightness level. Kepler observes this and calculates the reduced in brightness level, time for which this Phenomenon happens, and sends the necessary data to the earth, in this way we can predict with accuracy about The size of the planet, Habitable zone, and whether the planet is Habitable or not. Somewhat this procedure is similar to The Eclipses.

Naming ExoPlanets:

So, After discussing all the This, One can Try to question that. Everything is Ok, But How the names are Given to a Particular ExoPlanet. The country which Identifies a Particular Asteroid can Name That on its wish but it has to be accepted by International Astronomical Union(IAU). But, Kepler Used to Identify Planets in a Ratio of 1 per Day. So, Since it is very difficult to conduct such a Large IAU meeting Every day just to name planets. So, Those Planets were Hence named With Kepler as Prefix and suffix with Alphabet and Digits.

First For those who don't know what Sainik schools are, Let me tell you about them in brief.

Sainik schools were initially conceived in 1961 by V. K. Krishna Menon, The then Defence Minister of India. Present there are 33 such Sainik schools. All Sainik schools can also be called Feeder institutes of NDA.

The primary aim of Sainik Schools is:

To remove regional imbalance in the officer cadre of the Defence Services.
To develop qualities of body, mind and character enabling the young boys of today to become good and useful citizens of tomorrow.
To bring public school education within the reach of the common man.
The other objective of Sainik Schools is to prepare boys academically, physically and mentally for entry into the National Defence Academy.

Every Sainik school prepare their cadets to the following examination:

Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi.
All India Secondary School Examination (Class X).
All India Senior School Certificate Examination (Class XII).
Union Public Service Commission Examination for admission to National Defence Academy.

Now let us come to our topic of concern, Sainik school Kalikiri(SSKAL).

Sainik school kalikiri was established on 20 August 2014 with Motto Learn to Lead.

Two colours on The School flag, "Steel Grey" and "Maroon" are very much Significant. Where, Steel Grey Represents Grit and Determination And Maroon Represents Sacrifice, Strength,and Bravery.

As all other Sainik schools, SSKAL main aim is also to train cadets academically, physically and mentally for entry into the National Defence Academy.

The vision of SSKAL:

SSkalikiri envisions itself a world-class reputed organisation in school education committed to continually empowering masters to actualise inside out synergy in cadets and enable them to fulfil the futuristic need of the defence services in a way of preparing them for the task and promoter as a feeder institution to the defence academies.

The Mission of SSKAL:

To pursue excellence and set the pace in the field of education and training. To initiate and promote well being among cadets to achieve exacting standards of discipline, moral and ethical values and for emphasising all-round development of cadets by making them self reliant, physically tough, mentally agile and emotionally poised.

Organisation chart of school: As in all other schools, Principal is the Head of the institution. The Principal is assisted with Vice Principal and Administrative Officer. Vice-Principal takes care of Academics part of the school. Administrative Officer takes care of the Administration of School.

Staff:

Obviously, A school's Development, cadet's efficiency, capabilities and all major things depend on the school staff. Here teachers are so much motivative. They motivate you a lot. a cadet can freely discuss their problems with teachers. One can rarely find such friendly Teachers. What more a student and student needs from a school? but in Sainik school kalikiri apart from this you can find many other things.

Sports, Educational Facilities: Educational: School has spacious and well-Equipped classrooms. At the max in a class strength of the cadets is 35 - 40. All classes are SMART CLASSROOMS that encourages effective learning process. The school has a Language laboratory, Science Labs, Robotics Laboratory, and Mathematics Laboratory so that cadets can learn concepts Practically. (Labs). The school has a well-stocked Library and Reading Room with magazines and periodicals.

Sports facilities: The school has a vast ground which has well laid out sporting facilities for all the field games including Basketball, Football, Hockey, Tennis, Volleyball, Lawn tennis. Infrastructure Overview:

CADETS MESS: The School has a spacious Cadets Mess where all the cadets along with the Staff have their meals each day. All cadets offer a "GRACE", gratitude to the Almighty, before and after each meal in the mess.

DORMITORIES: The cadets are accommodated in dormitories with rooms which accommodates 09 each. Each cadet is provided with a bed and cupboard. The rooms are well ventilated with adequate lighting. The best thing is that if there is a power cut then immediately most probably within 10 sec in normal conditions generator will be turned on and your lights will turn on. A very good thing for all those Night readers.

AUDITORIUM: A spacious indoor Auditorium for the conduct of School Assembly, extracurricular activities and various cultural programmes is available at the School.

DISPENSARY: A well-equipped dispensary with six beds is available in the Campus to provide immediate and routine medical care to the cadets. Qualified medical personnel are available in the campus to attend to the cadets’ health at all times. Specialist medical attention is availed from medical practitioners available in Madanapalle / Tirupati.

NCC: NCC Training is an integral part of Sainik School curriculum. Hence it is mandatory for all cadets including day scholars to be in NCC. Cadets of class X appear for 'A' Certificate Examination in the month of February every year. Cadets of class XI appear B certificate examination in the month of February every year. So, if a cadet joins in class 6 and passes out in class 12, He will be Having NCC A & B certificates in his hand.

House system: All cadets are divided into four houses. The major river names in Andhra Pradesh are given as house names. Each house is given a colour to distinguish from each other.

Juniors are Guided by Seniors (Note that there is no ragging in Sainik school kalikiri).

To join in any Sainik school India, A candidate must go through A written Test conducted by Sainik School Society(AISSEE). Earlier there used to be an Interview and Medical Test after clearing the Exam. Now candidate, After clearing the entrance exam can directly attend Medical test. If Candidate clears the exam and Medical Test. A call letter will come to join the School.

Main Misconception in society is that they consider Sainik schools as Army public schools I mean they think that only children of Armed personnel can only Join the Sainik schools. But it is not true. Anyone can appear for the exam and Can join the school.

How to MAINTAIN focus while STUDYING

During this pandemic whole world is affected economically and many people lost their jobs. The education of children is also affected a lot. Many students are unable to concentrate on their studies.

As a student what I observed is that we are unable to focus while studying, so I thought to give some tips on how to focus while studying:

These are the things that are known to almost everyone But, also are ignored very often.

1. Plan Daily not Monthly:

As they say "A Goal without a plan is just a wish".

Planning is very much essential before starting anything and is very much needed for a student. when the word planning is said it doesn't mean you will plan for your whole month, and what to do on a particular date. Have rough monthly planning. like, set a target to complete this part of the book before the end of the month. But, its execution has to be made daily.... after waking up, think about what you will study and cover today. and make sure you should increase your level of working from the previous day... study more than the previous day.... plan your day efficiently and make sure these plannings are made based on your capability. you should able to achieve the target you have set for the day.

2. Find the best Place:

After discussing planning this takes us to the next question, How to execute my daily plan?? The first thing while executing is that find the place in your home where you feel there will be nothing to disturb you, try to sit everywhere in your home and find the place(s) where you feel more positive vibrations. and make that your study place. find one other alternative place also to sit if you feel bored to sit at the same place.

3. Avoid Distractions:

The main problem while studying is distractions. distractions can be of many types first as said above find the place where there are no one and nothing to disturb. and next major distraction during this online class period is your SMARTPHONE and SOCIAL MEDIA in it. while studying turn off the apps and social media platforms that distract you. Be true to yourself, promise yourself that you will not open those files and apps till you take a break from studying.

4. Pomodoro Technique:

The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Fransecsco Cirillo in the late 1980s. This technique is basically dependent on Breaking work into intervals. It also gave effective results to focus on something. In this technique person can work(we are concerned about studying) from 25 min to 50 min and next take a break from 5min to 20 min. In the break time, a person can eat some healthy food and do some walk or talk with someone. But in the break, make sure subconsciously you are revising the topic.. just eat or do something in the break time. But also subconsciously think about the topic. no need to focus more just slightly think about your readers. you can download some Pomodoro apps from the play store which can help you in breaking down these time intervals.

5. Make studying a Habit:

Make studying your habit. Initially, you might feel difficult to study for long hours But, have dedication and take interest in studying. for example, You might have addicted to some game.. did that happen instantaneously?? you took interest in the game and played regularly so you got addicted or to say habituated that game. In the same way, take interest in studying and enjoy what you are studying. Automatically You will Habituate studying.

6. You are what You "EAT":

As they say, YOU are what you EAT.

Stop! please stop eating Junk Food. What will you get by eating Junk food?? Just for taste Do you want to Harm your own body? eat healthy foods like leafy vegetables and keep yourself healthy. At the end of the day if you are only not healthy what success you will experience?? stay healthy and it will help you to concentrate and focus more on what you are studying. Also eating healthy foods will help you to avoid Procrastination.

7. Be Positive:

"Stay Positive even when it feels like everything is FALLING APART."

What will happen by thinking about something negatively?? Will the situation change? or will the problem be solved? Think Positive, this is will give you the confidence to move ahead, you will try to solve the problem, and motivates you to go against a situation and bring change in it... if you think I can't, it won't, no it can't happen then things will be like that only. think positively if you can't believe in what you are doing how do you think others will find good in it?? Eating healthy foods will also help you to stay positive.

SO STAY POSITIVE!

8. Avoid Procrastination:

"The act of ruining your life for no apparent reason."

Discussing all the above things brings us to the topic of Procrastination. Procrastination means Act of delaying or postponing things. As a student, you should never postpone things. When we postpone some topic to the next day or delay the topic we are directly giving a hint to our brain that the topic is hard. you might have experienced that after postponing a Topic several times and later, if you truly want to read that topic also, you feel not interested that is because your brain has already started feeling that topic is difficult. so to be perfect in executing your plan first stop procrastinating... Have determination then you will automatically complete targets in time. As said above eat healthy foods to avoid procrastination.

So students study Happily and enjoy what they are reading. If you study feeling it as Hard it will be Hard. Take interest and study. study for knowledge not for Grades.
