T3Fun just added Valentine's Day Event about 2 months after other servers. It's nothing much. Game events are looking more and more boring and unrewarding. Simply farm 50 event tokens from either field monsters or rank missions (rank 6/7 = 13/17 tokens, etc.), then trade for enchantment chips, premium potions, or some old costumes in the event shop.
