We will be celebrating our 5th year as husband and wife in a month's time. And we have decided that since I recently gave birth, instead of going out of town this year, we will just purchase a new LCD TV with one of the best tv stands as our anniversary gift for each other. I reckon it is more practical at this time since we can't leave our newborn just yet.

Finally gave birth to a bouncing baby boy last week. It was trully an unforgettable experience once again. I can still remember every instance from the time I woke up that beautiful Sunday morning to the time they wheeled me in the OR until I was transferred from the Recovery room to my own room. They were all very pleasant memories and I love rewinding them in my mind.

I am in the process of making an online album for my newborn and I hope to finish the first set as soon as I am done reading up on treatments for rheumatoid arthritis. After I gave birth, I became more conscious of the different ailments and their corresponding treatments that I am now addicted to reading up on them when I have the time. You must try it. It's very educational.

My mom shared a very hilarious story to me yesterday when I called her up. She was telling me about the white burglar that ransacked their house early yesterday morning. The very reason why it was hilarious was because what the man got were fake jewelry items of my grandmother and some not so nice stuff of mom. Maybe because it was in broad daylight, the man only got what can be seen right away. Crazy guy huh?

But come to think of it, we still have to be very careful everyday. I suggested for them to install home security systems so someone could just monitor the everyday happenings at their house. She said she'll think about it. Hmmmm...

This is my first attempt in Project 365. Let's see if I can keep up with this considering the very hectic schedule that I have in my dayjob. The only reason that I was able to convince myself to do this is the more than 2 months that I will be home in preparation of my childbirth. This was taken last Wednesday, on my birthday at our favorite Church (St. Claire). Praying for good health, good life and many happy returns...

Now, back to doing research on malignant Mesothelioma. This is actually the first time that I have heard of this ailment but since my younger cousin asked me a favor of researching on this for her, I might as well start now. Ciao! Till the next P365 entry!

What’s your favorite “just add water!” food? Chinese Noodle Soup - the instant ones!

What’s your favorite thing to add vinegar to? I love dipping dried fish which we call "tuyo and daing" in the vernacular. I like the vinegar really sour and spicy! I can eat a bowl of rice with it. This explains why I got so big in this pregnancy. Now, I am in seriously looking for best weight loss supplements to take as soon as I give birth! Hahaha!

What’s something weird you’ve added to normal food? A lot. Eversince I married my hubby, I have been more experimental and adventurous to food.

What’s your favorite thing to add whipped cream to? I don't like whipped cream, sorry.

What’s something you refuse to add anything to, even though most people add something? Nothing. I always add something to anything. Get? =)

Recently turned 32. Here, I was lighting a candle for hope, good health, good life and any happy returns of the day. I was also praying for a safe, easy and healthy delivery. You must have noticed how much weight I have put into this pregnancy. This is the reason why I am always reluctant of weighing in everytime I go to my doctor for checks up. I am hoping that she will recommend some effective slimming pills to me months after I give birth. Tough luck. Heee!

Got this present from a colleague for Christmas. I really wanted this power planning since I was thinking I can really power plan my life using this tool heee! So far, I haven't missed a bit in planning my day to day activities using this very helpful kit, even including reminders on when I should do some research on best cholesterol medications. My husband did promise me that a few months after me giving birth, we would all venture into a family vacation that we will all enjoy. A once in a lifetime trip, I should say. It got me really excited that I am now starting to search on possible places where he can bring us to. I have seen photos of El Dorado Seaside Suites on the secluded white sand beach of Kantenah in the heart of the Riviera Maya, is relaxed, casual, but rich in design detail and sensual extras. It's a very private resort where you can enjoy quality time with your loved ones. I've shown the photos to him and he seems to have liked it too because I noticed him typing down notes on his laptop regarding the place. Exciting!!!

2. What is your fondest Birthday memory? it would probably be the first birthday that I celebrated with my hubby. He threw a party at his house for me and invited all my friends. I was 24 then :)

4. What do you look forward to most in the next six weeks? giving birth to baby sky!!! and start planning some quick weight loss activities as I feel I am really very heavy already!
5. Where is your least favorite place to be, and why? crowded, hot malls - it makes me really uncomfortable.

7. What is your favorite holiday tradition? Noche Buena, Media Noche and Easter Sunday Lunch
8. What are two activities you do after eating Thanksgiving Dinner? We don't observe that here. But I hope to be able to experience what a Black Friday Sale is.

I was in the car on my way to work when I remembered that we had to renew the car's insurance. It slipped my mind that it expired last December so we have renew it before the end of this month otherwise we might be getting penalties for it. I am actually considering of looking at auto insurance quotes that are affordable but still offer the same quality and service as the ones we have right now. With the new baby on it's way and Lizzie in school, it's time to restructure our finances this year and make sure that it all expenses will be within our budget. I just hope we get one that can fit yet is still good in terms of quality and service.

Meet my cluster. This photo was taken during our Christmas Dinner at Cravings in the new Eastwood Mall. It was a simple yet meaningful gathering of colleagues and friends and at the same time, we grabbed the opportunity to exchange gifts for Christmas. Got a nice LED book lamp from one of the girls in this photo. I get to use it very often since hubby doesnt want any trace of bright light when we retire for the night. Thanks Carla! I really love your gift!

A friend from the office gifted me with this uber sophisticated power planner. Makes me want to start my year right, aye? I plan to really put in my journal all the things that I intend to accomplish this year particularly finding cheap health insurance for myself and my kids. Although my family is insured because of the benefits I get from my office, it's still not permanent since what if I decide to resign and be a stay at home mom? Now, only my husband is really insured so that leaves me, my daughter and my unborn son uninsured if I decide to stop working. I am really looking for options now and would not mind paying for it even if I am still employed. Thoughts anyone?

We have frequented the malls the past few weeks nearing Christmas. I tell you that I never noticed my big baby bump in all those mall trips because I was enjoying myself looking at nice stuff for sale and the best promotional products that they offer. Because of these ads, we were left with no choice but to grabe some items before heading home. Now, we have a lot of stuff to keep after this whole merrymaking has come and gone because we just realized that we don't need most of them at this point. Neverthelss, it was a great season. See you all next year!

I can probably say that my second pregancy is way better than the first one - well, in terms of y health, my weight and my disposition in life. I guess I am more prepared now than 4 years ago. My weight gain have been controlled, I am more presentable (LOL) and believe me, I don't easily get sleepy and cranky even at work. So imagine, I am spared from that dark circles under eyes problem that most moms-to-be are experiencing. Except for my baby being very active inside me, all is welll and I am very happy and excited to see him. One more month and I could finally hug and kiss my little Sky...
