Imaginati-va pentru o secunda, cum ar fi daca titlul fiecarei fereastre care contine un document de Word nu ar indica documentul corespunzator ei. Mai exista si optiunea de drag and drop insa este tot la fel de incomoda. Iar in daca utilizatorul va ajunge la fontul pe care il cauta, si din greseala va da click in afara listei aceasta se va inchide,  procesul trebuind reluat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;O varianta simpla de rezolvarea a problemelor care apar in cazul listelor lungi este ca in momentul in care se face click pe lista, aceasta sa fi expandata cat mai mult posbil. Eventual pana la limita inferioara a ferestrei aplicatiei. Este o operatiune destul de complicata care solicita un efort inutil din partea utilizatorului. Problema consta in faptul ca nu este descrisa si alternativa maximizarii compatibilitatii. Mai rau chiar, dialogul avertizeaza in mod explcit ca neselectarea acestei optiuni nu este o idee foarte buna. In lipsa precizarii ambelor variante, optiunea devine inutila. It dosen't take long to get to Z players"&lt;/span&gt;. Ghidandu-se dupa acest principiu de a-i angaja doar pe cei care sunt mai buni decat el, este inevitabil ca antreprenorul sa nu isi puna urmatoarea intrebare: "Ok ... daca scopul meu este sa angajez oameni mai buni decat mine atunci oare cum voi pastra controlul asupra organizatie si cum voi evita sa fiu inlocuit din propria mea firma ?" (vezi chiar cazul Steve Jobs, care pentru o perioada a fost concediat din firma pentru care el a fost unul dintre fondatori).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ideea este ca in definitiv scopul nu este de a pastra controlul asupra afacerii sau evitarea posibilitatii de a fi inloculit. Scopul este de a creea o organizatie care sa exceleze. De cateva luni s-a hotarat sa faca pasul spre antreprenoriat infiintand &lt;a title="MB Dragan" href="http://www.mbdragan.com/"&gt;MB Dragan&lt;/a&gt;. Tine si un &lt;a title="blog" href="http://www.mihaidragan.ro/kindablog/"&gt;blog&lt;/a&gt; unde vorbeste despre "vizual, publicitate interactiva si creativitate".&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;De ce este important design-ul unui site, aplicatii, produs? De ce ar trebuie, eu ca si antreprenor, product manager etc, sa investesc timp si resurse in cum arata produsul meu ?&lt;/span&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Pentru ca ne plac lucrurile frumoase. Noua...oamenilor. Lucruri frumoase, simple, usor de utilizat. Mai mult decat atat suntem foarte aglomerati. Ne dorim produse pe care le putem intelege repede si usor. Fara complicatii, fara manual de utilizare cu peste doua pagini de specificatii si fara nevoia de a suna producatorul pentru a-l intreba cum pornim produsul.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Care crezi ca sunt elementele unui site reusit din punct de vedere al design-ului ?&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p&gt; Navigatia clara. Functiile vizibile. Fluxul de informatie intuitiv. Nimic nu este mai urat intr-un site decat o navigatie alambicata sau un design in care nu se pot distinge functiile de content.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Steve Jobs spunea ca "Design is not just what it looks like and feels like. Design is how it works". Care sunt principalele greseli pe care le fac web designerii atunci cand vine vorba de usability-ul unui site ?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Cea mai mare greseala este ca testeaza site-ul in breasla. Acorda prea multa atentie parerii criticilor celor initiati si prea putin timp criticilor utilizatorilor obisnuiti. Stii..utilizatorii aceia care nu stiu ce este OpenID, ce nu stiu ce inseamna CSS, cei ce cred ca PSD (fisier  Photoshop) este un partid. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Inca o greseala este aceea ca adauga prea multa culoare acolo unde nu ar trebui. Designul nu este arta. Degeaba ai facut cea mai frumoasa masina din lume daca nu poti gasi volanul in ea.&lt;/p&gt;   &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Spune-ne trei aplicatii web care iti plac atat ca design cat si ca usability ?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.flickr.com/"&gt;Flickr&lt;/a&gt; - Simplu, minimal, orientat catre cresterea comunitatii si usurinta in folosire.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.linkedin.com/"&gt;LinkedIn&lt;/a&gt; - Cea mai placuta interfata de retea sociala pe care o cunosc. Este surprinzator cum au organizat atata informatie si atatea functii intr-un design atat de simplu.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.google.ro/"&gt;Google&lt;/a&gt; - pentru ca este simplu si usor de folosit chiar si de un pusti de 10 ani.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Prin ce se caraterizeaza "generatia" Web 2.0. din punctul de vedere al designului site-urilor ?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;Exista clar o tendinta in folosirea fonturilor "sans" (stii ... cele in genul Arial, Verdana etc.). De asemenea am observat folosirea obsesiva  a culorilor albastru, verde si oranj (probabil datorita veseliei pe care o inspira). Din punctul de vedere al functionalitatii vedem revenirea la linkurile albastre, stilizate foarte putin, butoane mari, vizibile, multe pictograme (uneori kitchos de multe).&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;Am vazut degradeuri folosite extrem de des, intre doua nuante apropiate ale aceleiasi culori. Ilustratiile se impun in detrimentul fotografiilor. Am observat de asemenea ca Web 2.0 a insemnat moartea fotografiilor "corporate" (tipul - barbatul in costum, strangeri de mana, cladiri si cer albastru etc.)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Cum e ca si antreprenor ? Care este, in opinia ta, cel mai mare avantaj si cel mai mare dezavantaj ?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p&gt;Super. Nu se compara nimic cu posibilitatea de a fi tu insuti, fara ingradiri, fara oprelisti. Desi am beneficiat de libertate in locurile in care am fost angajat acum am posibilitatea de a-mi indeplini planurile asa cum doream de multa vreme. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Imi demonstrez mie ca am abilitati de manager, planner etc. In plus intalnesc multi oameni minunati iar cum imi plac oamenii acesta este un mare plus. Puncte negative... nu stiu daca exista... ar fi totusi nelinistea pe care o simti uneori. Nu este stress - este altceva - seamana foarte mult cu senzatia pe care o primesti practicand un sport extrem - multa adrenalina :) .&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Planuri de viitor pe online dupa  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;a title="GoodAndBad" style="font-weight: bold;" href="http://www.goodandbad.eu/"&gt;GoodAndBad&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt; si &lt;/span&gt;&lt;a title="Medicina Naturista" style="font-weight: bold;" href="http://www.medicina-naturista.ro/"&gt;Medicina Naturista&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt; ?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Top secret dar pot sa iti spun ca Good And Bad va deveni o aplicatie mai larga (mult mai larga) iar Medicina naturista va primi cadou un concept interesant, baza unei comunitati si chiar un magazin online poate.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Lucrez in acelasi timp la alte 3 proiecte de publishing, un produs proprietar MB Dragan. Sunt in discutii cu un fond de investitii strain pentru realizarea mai multor proiecte web 2.0.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;In zona agentiei crestem baza de clienti si in acelasi timp ii fidelizam pe cei vechi. In mare parte esenta cartii poate fi redusa la urmatoarele cuvinte: keep-it-simple.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Daca vreti sa va faceti o idee despre cum sunt construite aplicatiile simple, elegante si care sunt o adevarata placere in a fi folosite aceasta carte este cu siguranta "a must read".
