After recent bomb blast in Gandhi maidan where 6 Biharis lost their life in serial bomb blast . This was a political rally of BJP and political parties will play politics on this rally as well as on bomb blast but what we observed after this incident where ever the leaders of Bihar ruling come on camera or stand in public rally their spark a chauwania muskan on their face special the Bihar CM but what I observed that their muskan is not real , they are hiding something behind their muskan. Their leaders have already disclosed in their recently concluded chintan sivir at Rajgir that the crowds which was shown during Modi rally was the same crowds who voted to this same government during 2005 election but now they have disappeared from ruling party rally and they have lost the trust of general public otherwise why a CM of state has not found himself comfortable to meet their own state people when they are in distress. see the below shown picture which clearly indicate that the Hon'ble chief minister is not comfortable during his recent visit to hospital to meet the bomb blast victim:

NaMo saved lakhs of Indians from Phailin Cyclone ?

Cyclone Phailin has left a trail of destruction and demolishing down lakhs of home and affecting more than 75 lakhs people and destroying more than Rs 2400 crore worth of crops but all the affected area escaped from widespread loss of life.

As reported, it is the largest evacuation efforts in the recent history of India. The swift and prompt action of government establishments helped to keep the causalities to the minimum and according to report only 23 people have lost their life due to cyclone.

But questions arose that, why the same Central Government Establishments had failed so miserably during Uttara Khand flood disaster but this time they acted so professionally in pre and post Disaster Management operations. Why Uttara Khan state establishments were failed, where present states government establishments acted so effectively in saving human life and .

To know the answers of these questions please recall the news tag line which played soon after the Uttara Khand flood disaster "India !! Narendra Modi rescued 15,000 people from Uttarkhand floods......?

That breaking news was created lots of controversies." But in my view the present successful action of Central as well as states government establishments or government heads are hidden in above mentioned news tag line. The action of Mr NaMo in disaster management during Uttara khand when he catched state government in sleeping condition where people were dyeing and every where chaos and he claimed that Gujrat Disaster Management experts who came from Gujrat to Dehradun have saved many human life during Uttara Khand disaster.That statement was created lots of controversies but that act of NaMo has created such a fear in the mind of other states government that if they failed in their action then NaMo will intervene and people will compare their action with the Rambo act of NaMo. The same fear acted in tackling the Muzzafnagar riot where UP government called Army with two days and here also in pre and post disaster management action of during phailin cyclone .

This is a very good sign for Indians as earlier governments were thought that, they do not have any responsibility in pre or post disaster management other than paying some token thousand of rupees as compensation or a aerial survey of affected area. But Now they know that if they fail NaMo will come because of that fear now every governments trying to set such a high standard in good governance and defeat the standard set by NaMo so every Governments are trying their best to defeat the NaMo's set standard and that has saved lakhs of people during Phailin cyclone. Therefore, in other words one can say "NaMo saved lakhs of people from Phailin cyclone disaster.

My brother is an Army man where my uncle is an accountant in state government office. My uncle earns more money compare to my brother but my brother who is an army Sipahi who works in infantry a very tough job. But whenever he comes on leave his smart turn out and well trimmed mustache and clean saving makes his looks more attractive and people thinks- he is an army officer so people of my village give him importance to his act and advice where my uncle who is real officer in statement government and earns more salary compare to my brother but no one care about his act and advice.

One day I asked my uncle, why peoples not paid more attention towards your acts and advice where you have more experience and knowledge compare to my brother. My uncle replied that your brother wastes lots of money on unnecessary items like costly body spray, creams and razors of branded companies to keep himself dented and painted. My brother who was doing some work just little away from me heard the reply of my uncle and he come near to us and said “Uncle please listen me, I used money very judiciously because I earned money with lots of hardship compare to any state/private sector employee so I know the importance so money therefore whatever things I use, most of them are from my army canteen and secrete behind my smart dress turnout and smart looks are not due to expending lots of money on costly items but I expend money on right items. I use regularly Gillette product for saving/ hair removing which make me feel confidence and made my personality more attractive. These products are easily available in Army canteen as well as in local market, which you can also try. You will find after comparing price and performance of these products, the so called cheaper products which you are presently using is quite costly.

After hearing this argument and seeing the product performances my uncle said “I wish I had opted for my hair removal”. After hearing this sentence my brother gifted a saving kit to my uncle requested hi to see the result.

I also have a desire to celebrate festivals, to have lunch and dinner with my family but in 20 years of my service, but I never got a chance to celebrate Holi, Diwali, Eid or Christmas and rarely share lunch/dining table with my family. A Portuguese enclave for 4 centuries and a half till the close of the colonial rule in 1961 . Captain Diogo De Mello the first Portuguese captain while on his way to Ormuz, met with a deadly cyclone and when he lost his all home , suddenly he found himself at Daman Coast. Daman was the battle ground to oust the Portuguese and had witnessed many a wars waged against the alien power Till 1961 it was under colonian rule of Purtuguese, it got liberated on 19 Dec 1961 along with Goa and become a part of India. Till 1987 it was an union territory along with Goa but Goa got statehood in 1987 and Daman & Diu remain under direct control of Government of India as an union territory

Location: Daman is capital district of union territory of Daman & Diu is surrounded by Valsad District of Gujrat State and Thane District of Maharashtra two sides by Arabian Sea. Daman is separated in Two parts Nani Daman and Moti Daman by river Daman Ganga. The nearest railway station is Vapi which on main railway rout of Mumbai- Ahemdabad and Mumbai- Delhi where most of the main trains like August Kranti Rajdhani, Mumbai- Ahemdabad Satabdi express stops here. आजादी के बाद से जितनी भी सरकारे आई उन सब ने जो हम लोगो को समानता का अधिकारी संविधान ने दिया था उसका अवहेलना करते हुवे आपने वोट के लिए एस सी /एस टी के अंदर एक अभिजात्य वर्ग बनाया हम लोगो के अधिकारों को छीन कर उन लोगो को देदिया. और उसका कारन उनका कहना है की ए लोग सदियों से सताए हुवे है इस लिए इन्हें अरक्षण देना चाहिए लेकिन मै पूछना चाहता हू की किसने इन लोगो को सताया क्या वो ब्राह्मण लोगो ने सताया जो पहले भी घर घर घूम कर आपना पेट पलते थे और आज भी उनकी हालत में कोई सुधर नहीं आया या उस गरीब क्षत्रिय ने जो आपने घर चलने और पेट पलने के लिए उस समय भी सैनिक का नौकरी करता था और जान देता था और आज भी बहुत से ऐसे ही है. नहीं इनलोगों ने नहीं सताया, सत्य तो ए है की, इन जो गरीब पिछड़े लोगो है उनको उन जयचंदों ने सताया जो पहले मुगलों और अंग्रेजो के साथ रह कर देश को बेचा और आज ओ लोग सरकार के साथ मिलकर दलाली कर के देश को बेच रहे है!

हम आराक्षंण के खिलाफ नहीं हैआरक्षण होना बहुत जरुरी है लेकिंग जिस रूप में आज अरक्षण है उससे अनसुचित जाती या जनजाति का भला नहीं होने वाला है इससे तो इनलोगों के बिच एक अभिजात्य वर्ग खड़ा हो रहा है जो इसने इनकी जर जमींन को खरीद कर इन गरीब लोगो को और गरीब बना रहा है और सता के साथ मिलकर वोट की राजनीती कर रहा है!

गरीब के लिए कोई जाती और धर्म नहीं होता है उसका पेट ही जात है और पेट ही धर्म हो जाता है क्यों की ओ हमेश इसी के बारे में सोचते राहत है और जाती, धर्म सब भूल जाता है ! आरक्षण जरुर हो लेकिन लेकिंग जाती धर्म के नाम पे नहीं केवल जरुरत मंद लोगो के लिए हो ! जो अनसुचित जाती या जनजाति के धनि लोग है जिनके बच्चे कॉन्वेंट और पब्लिक स्कूल में पढ रहे है उनको ए आरक्षण क्यों दिया जाय! किस चीज के अधार पर ए जो मुख्यमंत्री या केन्द्रीय मंत्री रह चुके लोगो के बच्चो के आरक्षण मिला रहा है और क्यों? कुछ साल पहले ए अखबार में खबर आया था की आरक्षण के कारन चार भाइयो का नियुक्ति आई पि एस में हो गयी ऐसे क्यों, क्यों नहीं तीन दूसरे गरीब जो अनुसूचित जाती या जनजाति के थे उनको दिया गया , हम ऐसे अरक्षण का विरोध करते है ! आरक्षण का मतलब समानता होना चैहिये बदला लेना नहीं अगर बदला लेना है तो बोल कर ले, कानून का सहारा क्यों लेना है. क्या आज जो गली गली ठोकर खा रहा है ओ सामान्य जाती के लोग इण अनुसूचित जाती और जनजाति के लोगो को सताया है नहीं जो सताया है ओ आज भी बतानुकुलित गाड़ी में घूमता है उसको आज भी नौकरी की जरुरत नहीं ओ आज भी आपने घरों पे १०-१५ आदमीयो को गुलाम बना के रखता है! कल एक निउज चनेल पे देखा कहा जरा था की हमें हमारे सख्या के अनुसार आरक्षण दिया जाय , क्यों आप अपनी संख्या बढ़ाते रहेंगे और दूसरों से बोलेगें की हमे हमारी संख्या के अनुसार अरक्षण दिया जाय. क्यों सरकार अरक्षण के ६५ सालो में असफल होने का इमेंदारी से आकलन करती है, क्यों आरक्षण के बल बे कुछ लोगो ने और आपने गरीब भाइयो का हक मार कर आसमान में चढ गए और जिनको वास्तव में आरक्षण का जरूरत था उन्हें नहीं मिला. आरक्षण देना है तो रोजगार में क्यों दे रहे है आप पढाई में दीजिए जो शिक्षा का अधिकार बिल लाए है उसे और सख्त बनाकर लागु कीजिये जिससे गरीबो के बच्चे भी अच्छी से अच्छी सिखा पा सके और सभी के साथ नौकरी के लिए मुकाबला कार सके. अगर एक बच्चा कॉन्वेंट या पब्लिक स्कूल में पढ़ रहा है तो उसको की आधार पे आप अरक्षण दे रहे जब की उसको पढाई की पूरी सहूलियत दी गयी फिर भी ओ नहीं पढ़ा तो इसमें किसका दोष है.

हमे मुलायम सिंह का सहयोग क्यों करना चाहिए? मुलायम सिंह को अगर हम सहयोग करते है तो हमे मालूम है की ओ एक ग्रुप खड़ा करदेंगे सामान्य वर्ग का जो अभी बिखरा हुवा है अगर एक बार ए सामान्य जाती के लोग एक होगये तो फिर सरकार किसि का भी हो आरक्षण के ए रुरेखा जरुर बदलेगा. मुलायम सिंह में ए ग्रुप खड़ा करने की ताकत है क्यों की देखिये आजादी के बाद कोई भी पार्टी मुस्लामो की हित का बात नहीं करता थी ए मुलायम सिंह यादव ही है जिन्होंने इनलोगों को इकट्टा किया और आज चाहे बीजेपी हो कांग्रेस हो सब आपने चुनाव घोषणा पात्र में इनलोगों के बारे में बिशेष उलेख्य करते है ! इस लिए हमे मुलायम सिंह के ऊपर विश्वास करना चाहिए और अपने भविष्य के लिए उनके साथ एक जुट होकर खड़ा होना चाहिए. ए आप लोग सोच लो धर्म कुछ नहीं देगा लेकिन आरक्षण बहुत कुछ लेलेगा.

Same things happened to the people of Bihar when they got the Nitish led NDA government elected in 2005. The first term of Nitish government was acted just like an antiseptic bandage and brought some respite from the pain given by 15 years wound of Laooji and family government . But after seeing little respite among Biharis Nitish kumar started thinking that he got the right medicine of Bihar problems and but see the present turmoil in Bihar and particularly in Nitish Kumar rallies the judgment for Bihar problems by Nitish Kumar is proved to be wrong.

In my opinion these are some cause for his failure:

1. Complacent: He developed high degree of complacent,and started ignoring the senior leaders. This trend was started first by not giving ticket to Late Digvijay Singh, and Mr. George Fernandez who the the founder member JD(U) which was earlier known as "Samta Party" and ignoring and rejecting senior leaders are still continue and Sarad Yadav still remain in party because he speaks Nitish language. other that Nitish Kuamr and Sharad Yadav who is there in JD(U), no one who ever said anything against Nitsh Kumar has been show door..

2NDA India Signing syndromes.He got infected by NDA India Signing syndromes and after getting some applause from electronics and print media, he mistook and taken Bihar people granted, started thinking that he got right kind of medicine for Bihar's problems. He started seeing the media presented and graphed Bihar instead of seeing real picture of Bihar. Still Bihar is lacking in many field but his Bihar signing syndrome is preventing him to see.

3.Yekla Chalo Principle: He runs a coalition government but he always try to go alone in all policy matter , he never takes his coalition partner in confidence on policy decision and that so he did not get full hearten support from his coalition partner. Recent turmoil which were happened in his rallies at most of the placeere that was even supported by his coalition partner.

4. Rampant Corruption: The Bihar people are fed up with rampant corruption and they do not have any remedy and even the assurances given by CM Nitish Kumar in his Janta darbar is not getting timely compliance so people lost hope.

5.Divide and rule policy: After assuming power he created lots many sub-caste by dividing a caste specially in Dalits which also created fear among Dalits that he is just trying to make them strength-wise weak.

6.Vote Bank Appeasement policy: He does less but talks much, and in his lips work he always talked about a particular community for vote bank appeasement and other communities people started a feeling of neglect His statement that he can give support to any party which give fund for Bihar that also make BJP to remain cautious and never gave full support to his any action.

7. Insensitive toward people problems: During his recent concluded Adhikar rally when contract teachers were raised their problem for not getting timely salary instead of looking in the plight of teachers to told in arrogant and threatening note that he will not do any thing which show his in-sensitiveness towards people problems.

After all this Biharis are once again founding them self on cross road where they should go, when they recalling the Laloo ji era they feel nothing is better that some thing, Nitish Kumar is not nothing but he is something and that so people of Bihar still go with him not with Laloo ji,

Alone a net of signing road is not going to make Bihar developed , Bihar still lacking behind on many social index like education, sanitation, health, electricity, poverty etc. to tackle these problems, he needs cooperation and support from all corner of society but he does not believe in taking support from others. We all run to earn, our younger generation running for six figures salary, media running for TRP and other running to survive their inflation dominated life and in between these race we either miss or forget our real hero or inspiring personality.

Today I read an article published in The Hindu News Paper the article has compel me to let spread the real story of this real hero.

He worked as a Librarian at the Kumarkurupara Arts College at Srivaikuntam in Tuticorin district, for 35 years and every month in his 35 years service he donated entire salary for poor needy people. After donating his salary he worked in a hotel as a server to meet his own need. he has contributed all his salary, pension benefits and ancestral property to social welfare .He donated his entire pension, amount Rs 10 lakh to needy. He donated his entire life earning for noble social cause. He has also come forward to donate his body and eyes to a Medical College.

The Union Government has acclaimed him as `The Best Librarian in India'. He has also been chosen as `one of the top ten librarians of the world'. The International Biographical Centre, Cambridge, has honoured him as `one of the noblest of the world', while the United Nations Organisation adjudged him as one of the Outstanding People of the 20th Century'. An American organisation has also selected him as the `Man of the Millennium and he received a sum of Rs. 30 crore as award money that also he donated for social cause.

Yes I am Talking about the real gem of India Mr. P Kalyanasundaram. Simplicity, humbleness and keenness to serve the needy is his identity. He Born in August 1953 at Melakarivelamkulam in Tirunelveli district. He lost his father in very young age and his mother inspired him to work for poor and weaker section of society. His social service in not confined to Tamil Nadu only but many otheer parts of India, during earth quake he helped the victims of Gujarat and Maharashtra .

Our media and news papers are running behind the reel hero and not bothering to spread the stories of real heroes like Mr P Kalyansunram. Media and news paper will ready to show the program on which is the cheap and best mobile caller tone or where one can get cheap movies ticket but they will not write or show the stories which have long and cascading effect on betterment of society, If such stories of real heroes has been shown on TV or write in News papers then it will give immense affect in society .

About a hundred years ago, a man was reading news paper and to his surprise and horror, read his name in obituary column. The newspapers had reported his death by mistake. His first response was sock. Am I here or there? When he regained his composure, his next though was to find out what people had said about him. The obituary read "Dynamite king dies" and "he was the merchant of death". This man was the inventor of dynamite and when he read the words "merchant of death", he asked himself "Is this how I am going to be remembered?" He decided that this was not the way he wanted to be remembered. From that day on, he started working towards peace. He, the dynamite king, was Alfred Nobel and he is remembered today by the great noble Prize.

While reading Shiv Khera's book "We can win" I read this story, which compel me to think? How a small obituary note made Dynamite king to redefine his value? But today our politicians who are preaching hatred speech to create conflict and divisions among the communities on the basis of cast creed, region and religion and for vote that is more dangerous than dynamite and we are also coming in their trap. Have we ever thought about? What is our legacy? How would we like to be remembered by coming generation?

Since he started his fast unto death on 5 Apr 2011 and after seeing "Jan Sailab" at Jantar Mantar New Delhi. I asked one question to myself, will Dr. Kisan Baburao Hazare, popularly known as Anna Hazare win? Is this fight is so easy? Is corruption will be eradicated? If Government agree for Jan Lokpal Bill then what? I don't have doubt on the ability and commitment of Hazare ji but I have doubt about the politician. These politicians are just like superbug NDM-1 which live in the gutter/drinking water of Delhi, which has resistant to almost all known antibiotics same way these politicians are also so power hungry, greedy and shameless ,they will not surrender so easily, they are just waiting for their chance to fight back, because they know, they are nothing without power. Hon’ble Anna Hazare ji is known for his fight against corruption. Everybody knows that this government to kneel down and get agree for drafting of Strong Lokpal bill with stringent punishment very soon.

But why these questions arisen in my mind, because the Tamil Nadu which was one of the epicenter of recent 2G scam and maximum politicians and their relative are found involve in this scam but during ongoing Assembly election in Tamil Nadu corruption is not big issue. None of the political party has made corruption an issue. All of them are trying to ride over freebies package like AIDMK package, DMK Package and Independent package. As per Election Commission report till to date almost Rs.42 crore have been seized from the states which are going for the election in Apr-2011

As per news paper’s report most of the voters are aware of the scams. but the the voter’s daily struggles remain the main concern. Even opposition parties have realized that the corruption is not significant issue, therefore they have also emphasized on local issues and freebies. If during election corruption is not a big issue for voters then how the change will come? If same corrupt politicians will win the election and become minister, how this bill will be effective. How many times Hon’ble Hazare ji will go for fast unto death.

The Politicians are not going to give up easily; they will try and try to divide the masses on cast, creed and religion and region basis. In some case they even tried to divide the general public on cast basis and got success in that. Recently when Ex- Telecom Minister A Raja was arrested the first comments come from one senior politician of Tamil Nadu that Raja was falsely targeted because he is being from a particular community . So we need to make public aware about this.

In my view, till corruption not becomes the main issue during the election, the win of Jan Lokpal bill is just a wining of battle but war is still remain to be won.

Why Bharat Ratna should not be given to Sachin Tendulkar?

He is a great player of cricket but I feel, he lacks some of the quality of a Bharat Ratna awardees should have.
He is too young to hold the award like Bharat Ratna, still there is lots of time for him to make his presence felt in other fields and contribute for the betterment of society then he can get the Bharat Ratna.
Sachin is a great player ever India or universe had, but it is true he is a failed leader (captain) of India Cricket.
Sachin got great applause from all corner of society when he rejected the offer of one Liquor company advertisement but I am very sorry to say the same Sachin was seen taking the sip from a bottle in open when India won the world cup cricket match at Mumbai in the glare of Light and Camera.

He is very gentle man and he always tried to keep himself away from controversies. Even his rival players appreciate his on ground sportsmanship but then also on several occasion he come under public criticism and review:

There was allegations that he always played for his own record and his record in big match is not as good as in other matches.

In 2002, he requested for tax exemption in connection with Ferrari car which was gifted by Fiat Company, after lots of public criticism the fiat company had paid that tax.

Sachin belongs to Mumbai which is known for cricket, and in past also several great cricketers were came from Mumbai. Mumbai is having rich infrastructure for cricket so whatever Sachin is today, is due to his best ability to utilize the infrastructure available at Mumbai. So he never struggle to get the basic cricketing infrastructure like other players who came from remote backward areas where nothings are available.

If Sachin Tendulkar then why not others?

In my view, if a person is master in sport will be the criteria for Bharat Ratna then there are long list for best sports personnel

Kapil Dev winning captain of 1983 world cup cricket and 1^st India baller who taken more than 400 wicket in test cricket.
Little Master Sunil Gawaskar first India Batsman who scored more than 10000 runs in test cricket.
Mahendra Singh Dhoni first captain who captained the both forms of cricket world cup (ODI & T20) and won the world cup on both occasions.
Yuvaraj Singh who participated and contributed in U-19, T20 and ODI cricket world cup and in all the three forms India won the world cup.
Abhinav Bindra, first Indian to win Olympic gold medal in individual category by competing with more nations than cricketing nations.

Why Politicians are showing that much interest to recommend his name for Bharat Ratna?

Present running time is very bad time for politicians particularly for Congressmen, due to discloser of various scams and corruption cases, so all politicians are searching shelter to hide themselves from agony of general public. Therefore, they are trying to divert the heat from corruption/scam issue to Sachin's Bharat Ratna issue and divide the public opinion of region and religion basis.

Everybody knows that in India Cricket is a religion and Sachin is god of that religion and I am hard core supporter /follower of this god. As this god is very young he will get various opportunity during the cricketing carrier or after cricketing carrier to proved his eligibility for Bharat Ratna, But not now. The God of Cricket never show his desire for this award so I request the fans and supporters of God of cricket to keep patient and let him play cricket freely. Now only Hon'ble Anna Hazare is deserving candidate for Bharat Ratna no any one else.

When I was in eight or nine standard, there was a lesson in Hindi "Akhbar Me Name”. The story was all about; a little boy who want to be famous and get the attention from public. So he started cultivating various ideas in his mind to become famous and get the name and his photo printed in news papers. He applied various noble and unique ideas but not succeeded. Lastly, he planned to get some minor injuries by fabricating an accident with truck and the place he decided for accident was near a market so the large numbers of people would witness the accident and he will be famous and also his name and picture will be in news papers.He acted as per his plan, when saw a truck fully loaded is approaching. He tried to cross the road such a way that he gets minor injuries by diving other side of road and creating a scene of accident. But unfortunately, here also his plan failed and he strucked in middle of the road and got his several limbs broken. Crowd from market gather there and taken him to hospital and next morning his picture was published in news papers but neither the member of the crowd nor the paper readers identified him because his face was defaced in the accident so even after publication of his photo he could not become famous. The moral of this story is “There is no short cut to become famous and success”.

Why I am quoting this my school days story here because for last two weeks there are stories in news papers and electronics media where the people are trying to get success and become famous by adopting short cut methods. They are getting undue attention from media as well as general public. The two individuals whose name I would like to quote here:

Till 2005 Bihar was called a stinking state which was famous for its different kinds of crime and criminal activities. I will not quote wikileaks here to prove my fact but it was a proven fact when people calls Bihar a burden on India and an obstacle for India development. This Bill may be called the Bihar Rajya Sewa Dene Ki Guarantee Vidheyak, 2011. This bill will give guarantee to the citizen of the Bihar to get the services which notified under the bill done within stipulated time from a designated officer. If designated officer failed to provide that service within stipulated time then applicant can submit an application directly to the first appeal officer followed by second appellant authority and if appellant authorities found any negligence on designated officer part then designated officer would be penalized a fine minimum Rs 500.00 and maximum Rs. 5000.00/. This bill is just like Right to Information(RTI) Act. This Bill likely to come enforce with effect from 1 Apr 2011.

The achievement of the Chief Minister Nitish Kumar in very short span of time is not by luck but it is his hard work and his dedication towards his job. As per his own revelation, he used to work initially even more than 12-14 hours in a day. Success is not something which comes by chance. It takes lots of preparation and character. Everyone likes to win, but most people are not willing to mold themselves to put in the effort and the time to prepare to win. Success needs sacrifice and self discipline. There is no substitute of hard work. Nitish Kumar is known for his hard work and vision.

Henry ford said “the harder you work the luckier you get. Where his predecessor was famous for his dialogue, acts of his brother- in-laws and nephews where Nitish Kumar is famous for his dedication and sushasan. So leader like him is very rarely we would find in present political sphere. So lets hope for better for Bihar and wish great success to this Right to Service Bill.

When Rashtriya Janta Dal was in power, I got an opportunity to visit Bihar Secretariat for some work related to the Land and Revenue Department. I was reached Secretariat at about 1430 hrs and started searching the concerned office. i.e. Land & Revenue office. As this was my first visit to Secretariat , I was not familiar with the office complex. I inquired with many people even the staffs who were working there are not in position to give correct reply because everybody was busy in their own business. During that period Secretariat was famous for money matter. Without money no honey there.

In last at about 1630 hrs, one police man guided me to General Administration Department, and they had given me correct reply and directed to go Chchapra the concerned officer is there. So one full day was wasted in searching a section in Patna secretariat. So my first experience with Patna Secretariat was no good but everything was Ok as I got my worked done at Chchapra within two days with some "Siparish".

But after arrival of Nitish kumar led NDA Government, recently I also got an opportunity to visit same Bihar Secretariat. Due to my past experience, there was little fear in my mind regarding whether I will get my work done or not. However on reaching Secretariat, I was surprised , the Magic man Mr Nitish Kumar's Charisma was clearly visible everywhere, everything looked in very orderly manner. He proved the saying very accurately " Winner don't do different things, they do the things differently"

The one thing which impressed me most was the services of their control room which they have named "Jigyasa" which started by General Administrative Department. Let know it:

What is Jigyasa?
It is a Control Room which is started by General Administration department Patna to help the general people to locate the concerned office/officer as per their work requirement. It is a single telephone number helpline where information about:
(i) To know the concerned office and officer who are competent to solve the problems of the caller.
(ii)Other any information which can be passed on telephone.
(iii) To know the telephone number of the concerned offices/officer.
(iv) This Control Room(Jigyasa) facilities is available everyday between 0800 hrs to 2000 hrs

Why Bihar , Can't India ?

These days which ever newspapers we pick up Hindi or English. We will find one thing very common , whatever the news articles on Bihar, all are about the development, improvement of law & order, anti corruption initiative and other good works started by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and his Government. Where in 1990s all the news regarding Bihar were about the fodder scam, murder, backwardness etc. and this slogan was very famous in all other states "One Bihari Sau Bimari"

But within a six years tenure of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar who known for his soft and to the point speech , transparency and zeal to work for betterment of whatever post or office he hold. Still people remember the hard work and planning for development, he has done in Railway and Agriculture as Cabinet minister in these ministries

Within short span of six years Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has done charismatic improvement in infrastructure development , Law & order and initiative taken against corruption and confiscated the property illegal earn by corrupt Babus. Which made him "One Biahri sau pe Bhari"

Yes, but we cannot deny, the Central Government has also done many works in infrastructure development and improvement of life standard of poor people by launching scheme like MNREGA (it is also a debatable subject)

But question arises here that in six year Mr Nitish Kumar felt the necessity for anti corruption law but why, neither BJP not Congress felt the same necessity at center. And I think, reason for not bringing any such law because they know that digging dipper in anti corruption they will find , themselves buried inside the pit of corruption, which is not the case for Nitish Kumar, he is know for simple living and high thinking.All most all political parties are two sides of same coin.

See , the case of DMK, Trinimul Congress, National Conference etc, when NDA was in power, these parties were also in power and when UPA come in power again these parties come in power by shifting their alliance.So do not be hasty and judge that NDA will come in power then everything will be changed, if such situation come there is no grantee that these so call small parties will not again join with NDA. Everybody know, which party is main beneficiary of 2G scam and even their CBI is also saying. Then congress shamefully made alliance with DMK in Tamil Nadu election. Why, because Congress know if they ditch DMK, NDA will take.Have we heard any strong statement from NDA against DMK for 2G, no, they are only targeting Ex- Telecom minister A Raja. Which make Congress claim strong for DMK as alliance.

So be cautious in selection, no NDA or UPA will bring that change but We People of India can bring that change by align with right kind of personality like Baba Ramdev and Anna Hazare. Alone Hon'ble Anna Hazare has made six ministers in Maharashtra to resign if we all join then all the corrupt ministers and Babus will be wiped out from India.

If Bihar can bring legislation and confiscated the illegally earned property of corrupt Babus why can't India. "Hum Badlege jag Badlega." Enough is Enough

Don't surrender India !

Ending of the hostage drama, Maoist has released the abducted collector of Malkangir, Orissa. The collector was originally to be released on Wednesday, was held back as the rebels come up with fresh demands including the release of another five Maoist from Jail. However, Shri R Vineet Krishna collector was finally released without meeting the demand. Happy ending of the hostage drama brought smiles and happiness among everybody's face especially the family members of the official.

But in last a question also arise, even the incident of terrorism and insurgency in increasing day by day but we are not learning the lesson from that. Where other nations are becoming tough against terrorism/insurgency but we are getting softer and softer day by day.

Maoist today released these abducted official but they have not ended their violence, tomorrow they may kill someone else, so only face and body will be different but killing will be on as usual as early. What India will get , we will be looser always in exchange tactics.

Being an India, we have very poor memory power and forget things very fast. Indian state looks very venerable as never before. Why I am saying this, because this is most evident from the recent incident of terrorism. Instead of standing up and daring those who use guns and bombs to terrorize us. We are kneeling down under their pressure. We meekly surrender, thus expose ourselves to further violence.

One incident happened in early 1980, in Feb 84 when an Indian diplomat was kidnapped by members of the then UK based JKLF . Within hours of kidnapping, the abductor issued their list of demands, which included million pounds and the release of their leader Maqbool Butt who was kept in Tihar jail after being pronounced to death for killing. There was a hectic effort to convince the Iron lady Mrs Indira Gandhi, the then PM of India to accept the demand of abductors but Iron lady was unmoved with no talks, no deals principle. After someday the body of the abducted diplomat was found. He was shot dead.

But what India did, within 5 days the mercy petition of Maqbool But was turned down and he was executed.So I will like the tit for tat policy of Government of India and during the period of 1984-1989 the JKLF cadres were on the run due to this tit for tat policy. But so called pseudo intellectuals had criticized this tit for tat policy of GOI..

The trend of exchange offer was started after the arrival of VP Singh Government with the release of Rubbiya Sayeed and the major casualty was the release of 3 dreaded Kashmiri militants in exchange of 216 IC-814 passengers at Kandhar.

In these two releases, we have saved one particular Rubiya Sayeed and 216 passengers of IC-814 flight but don't know how many Rubiya Sayeed and 216 passenger has been killed since then by the release dreaded Militants.So tit for tat with no talks , no deals policy is the best policy. We could have absorbed the loss of few people to secure the security of million. Enough is Enough.

Why terrorism/insurgency is spreading in India ?

Yesterday on 23/2/2011 all the newspapers and electronics medium spread the news that, Maoist has released Kidnapped collector of Malkangiri Orissa Shri R Vineet Krishna and JE Shri Pabitra Mohan Majhi but by the night another breaking news come that Maoist has released only JE and Collector will be released within 24 hours..

Even Government kneels down before them and accepted all their demand which they have put before Govt. But then why Maoist are playing dirty game.

However that is not their mistake we have not learned from our passed or from other countries.

The history of Terrorism and Insurgency in India is since its independence but earlier days , it was limited to North-East Region i.e.Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura and Assam, Then Punjab and J&K. When I tried to trace out the first causality fro Terrorism in Free India. I found from various book that Insurgency has given sizable blow to India in each decade starting from Killing of Army Patrol 29 Soldiers in 1957 by Naga Insurgent, , In 1960 an IAF aircraft and its pilots were kept hostage, 1975 Mizo rebels infiltrated the police HQ and killed the entire brass including IG , DIG and SP and wiping out of 22 strong sick regiment patrol in 1982 in Nagaland.

These all incidents of insurgency happened that time all of my age group people are at their minor and not able to understand the meaning of terrorism and insurgency but we have experienced and understand the dreaded terrorism of Punjab during 1980-90.

Why I am not mentioning J&K because J&K is not a case of terrorism in my believe but it is a case of enemy sponsor terrorism/guerrilla war imposed by an enemy country and that has to be dealt differently.

But all these insurgencies have been culled by our then courageous leadership effectively during 1950 to 1980. Why? Because for them nation was first and for that they can do anything to save the national integrity, but for present leadership vote bank is everything for this they can do any damage which even we see daily.

But when we turn the pages of history of our anti insurgency operation is very effective and proud feeling.which started in 1947 Sardar Patel sent Army to subdue the Nizam of Hyderbad.

First time in the history of free India Mrs Indira Gandhi use Air force in our own territory to bomb Aizawal when Mizo rebels has raised their flag on the treasury and about to sack Assam Riffle Bn headquarter including their families area.

Even we criticize Indira Gandhi for her imposition of Emergency in 1975 but she was an iron lady who first thought about nation then about vote bank politics. But after the end of Indira era in 1984 all the political party adapted vote bank politics against Insurgency.they started preaching that insurgent are our own people we should use minimum power. What is the minimum power?

In present leadership's view minimum power means let insurgent kill our poor police and security personnel but we will not use our killing potential like Army , Air force against them, we will only request them to come for talk on their own terms. for example what happened when our 75 CRPF Jawans were killed by Maoist in Dantdwad, nothing, if same thing happened in any other country that country till date has burnt entire forest where even a scratch of insurgent were suspected but here a complete silence.

Since starting of 1990 Maoist has killed more civilian and security personnel compare to any other insurgent and always they show their pact with China and Pakistan but still we consider them that they are our own people we should not use maximum power . why ? When only for raising their flag on treasury Mrs Gandhi ordered to use Air force at Aizawal. Then here Maoist are giving causality to our man more than any conventional war. Even in Kargil war 1999 we had lose only 600-700 our braved soldier but here every year we are losing more than 1500 to 2000 people but still we are not ready to use our full power potential to eliminate them. Then what for these forces are.

In anticipation and implementation we are very lazy, we let a small wound to become cancer but we never anticipate and take curative action when it is in bud.

We should learn from China about the territorial integrity . they never tolerate a single question about their territorial integrity. Recently they threaten USA & India that for protection of their territorial integrity, they are ready for even war with any one.

We should adapt the carrot and stick policy, those group who are ready to accept any formula settlement under our constitution and democracy system, we should help those group work under our system and those group who are not ready to come under our constitutional umbrella, we should cull them by using all our arsenal of armory and which will act as deterrent for other who never think again to question our sovereignty , otherwise there is no end, earlier North- East, then Punjab, then J&K , the Moist then, ULFA, now Gorkhaland , tomorrow may be other part of the country etc.

Today they have abducted Collector tomorrow may be Governor, CM, PM etc.

The Congress, The BJP, The Left and other Political parties and we people of India should be united and stop seeing Terrorism / Insurgency through glass of religion. Terrorism has no religion. Key to wine this complex war is to deprive it right now, the oxygen of partisan politics otherwise next turn for abduction may be any one from us.

Enough is Enough, Now let us to fight the traitor with all arsenals of our armory and eliminate them before they eliminate us.
