Just the THREE of us!

Romey's Blessing Day...

2017-10-09T09:17:00.000-07:00

Yesterday was nothing less then perfect. Our little Ro received a name and a blessing from Pete and it was beautiful. Our family and friends were able to join us which made it that much more special. We decided to try something a little different. Because of the weather we were unable to have the luncheon/dinner in our courtyard like we did for Maxx. Since there is no way everyone would be able to fit in our house we decided to do a dinner at the church and bless her that evening instead of during sacrament. I feel like it made it so much more personal and special.

We are so lucky to have Romey in our family. She looks beautiful dressed in white.

I am so grateful to have Pete as their dad and is worthy to bless them.

October 1st....

2017-10-02T09:19:00.000-07:00

October has always been one of my favorite months and of course I am trying to brainwash my kids into believe that it is the best month.

It's actually working and you would have thought that it was Christmas with how excited Hadlee was for it to be October 1st. That may be because she remembers that the witches bring some goodies which is basically like Christmas. Every day for the last week she would tell me how many more days we had until October 1st.

October 1st landed on a Sunday and better yet, it was Conference weekend which I loved. The witches made their yearly stop and left some goodies for the kids.

I was finally excited to have an excuse to make fun food for the kids. I decided to try spider web pancakes which were a hit.... after I had to prove to Maxx that the spiders were fake. :/

The rest of the day we spent listening to General Conference, taking a drive up the canyon to look at the leaves and then ended the night at my SIL for a yummy dinner with her family.

Romey Pearl Schipaanboord // Birth Story

2017-08-13T18:34:00.000-07:00

The plan was to be induced on Sunday, August 6th. For some reason I did not think I was going to make it that far. If I did make it that long then I would be 39 Weeks and 3 days. With Hadlee I went into labor a day before my due date, and with Maxx I was 38 weeks and 6 days. This pregnancy I was a lot more active so I figured I would probably put myself into labor even earlier. On Monday I had a Dr. Appointment with a nurse because my Dr. went out of town all week and wouldn't be back until the 6th. She said that I was dilated at a 4 which had progressed since Friday where I was a 2. This made me nervous and for sure thought she would be coming earlier. Even the nurse said that she doesn't see me making it till Monday and to lay down as much as possible.... I feel like they tell everyone that though. Well I guess the baby was pretty comfortable because she wasn’t going anywhere.

Saturday night came and the Hospital called to tell me that I needed to call at 6:00AM and that they would let me know what time to come in. While Pete stayed home with the kids I went to Target for a little alone time and to pick up a few things I still needed for the baby. After Target I came home and Pete ran the kids up to Aunt Katie's house because they were going to spend the night in case we did need to go into the hospital early in the morning. I had a hard time saying bye to the kids, they kept asking if the next time they would see me would I still have the baby in my tummy. I couldn’t wait to see them with their new little sister however, I knew that our lives were going to be so different starting tomorrow which in a way made me sad but happy at the same time. That night, I packed our bags and went to bed.

Sunday morning I woke up to my alarm at 5:30 AM. I jumped into the shower figuring that if I was lucky to even get to go in, it wouldn’t be till late morning. I called the hospital right at 6:00AM and the nurse asked if I could be there at 7:15AM! No way! I was not expecting to go in that early so I hurried and woke Pete up, texted/Marco polo my parents, sisters, and my friends who were going to be photographing and videoing the birth. I was so excited. This was getting real!

I finished getting ready, packed the car and then off to the Hospital we went. We walked in and we felt as if we were the only ones there which was a good sign, if no one else is in Labor then the process can go faster. The lady at the front desk checked us in and took us back to the room. Our nurse was already in the room getting it ready for us. She had my gown set out and gave me some instructions. This was very different from my other experience where I was rushed to the hospital in pain and basically telling the dr. and nurses to get this baby out ASAP. But this time I felt that I got to experience the whole preparation more then I did with Hadlee and Maxx.

After getting all gowned up and comfortable my nurse started me on a small dose of Pitocin at about 8:00AM. She also checked me and I was a 5. Things started out slow and although it was showing I was having contractions I couldn’t feel much of them. At about 9:45PM the Doctor on call came in to break my water. She told me that because it wasn’t my first that things may start going faster and I should probably get the epidural sooner rather then later. They checked me soon after and I was at a 6+. Things started picking up and I was able to feel more of the contractions. Around 10:30 is when both my parents showed up along with my two best friends Erin who was going to be taking pictures, and Kelsey who would be filming so that I could make a video. At this point the contractions were starting to pick up and I requested to have my epidural. Everyone left the room except Pete, and I got my epidural. For some reason the epidural was only working on the left side of my body. Which they say is normal but it felt so weird. My nurse had me turn on my right side so that it would even out. My nurse also needed to put my catheter in. This is when things got crazy. My nurse put my catheter in and I immediately felt pain. I asked my nurse if it was normal to feel pain from the catheter. She insured me that it was my contractions not my catheter. I felt pressure but not the pressure that you feel when you need to push. It was pressure in my bladder. It hurt bad, almost like it was burning. They called my anesthesiologist in and he upped my epidural which felt great. They then checked me and to our surprise I was at a 10, and the baby was RIGHT THERE! They decided it was time to call my doctor who luckily just lived right down the street or else I am not sure he would have made it. I progressed from a 7 to a 10 within a matter of 15 minutes. While the nurses started prepping me they noticed the babies heart rate dropping. They gave me oxygen and tried to turn me on my side to see if that would help. They also called the NICU nurses in to be in the room while I delivered incase the babies heart rate didn’t go back up. Being that this has never happened I got a little nervous.

Within minutes my doctor (Dr. England) showed up and was ready to deliever. Before I even started pushing, they said they could see the head. WHAT!? Already? I was so excited to start pushing and get her here. Within 2 contractions/4 pushes SHE WAS OUT!! Her heart rate went right back up and she was able to be placed on my chest. I was in heaven. She was perfect in every way. She had the cutest little cry. Right away she gave us a little pouty lip which looked exactly like her brother Maxx. We couldn’t help but laugh. We were in baby heaven.

I was able to hold her for the next hour and then they took her to get her weight which was 7lbs 2oz (the smallest of her siblings). Within the next hour they wheeled us up into another room were you and I would get to stay the next few days. Hadlee and Maxx was on their way up to the Hospital with Aunt Katie and Uncle Jake and I was so excited for them to meet you. Of course they fell in love with you. Hadlee wanted to hold you and Maxx kept asking if we got to take you home. You complete us!

The next few days we stayed in the hospital. Your dad and me couldn't put you down. A lot of family and friends came up to meet you. You are loved by so many already.

I am FINALLY done!.... GO UTES!

2017-05-31T09:44:00.000-07:00

After attending FIVE different schools, changing my degree 50 million times, getting married, and 2 1/2 kids later, I FINALLY finished by degree. I almost feel like it's not real. After getting pregnant with Hadlee and 6 months of being married, Pete and I decided that financially I was going to have to put a hold on school until Pete finished. I had a goal that I would finish my degree before I was 30. Last year, I knew that if I wanted to accomplish that goal that I needed to go back ASAP.

To my surprise I was much further ahead then I expected. I was a Senior and just needed to finish up my core classes. It wasn't easy! I realized just how easy school actually was before having kids. Trying to do homework while trying to do homework with them, running them to dance and soccer, and spending time with them was rough. I was lucky enough to have a job where we had lots of down time so if i did have homework I would try to pick up a shift at work because it gave me time to get it done and bonus was I got paid doing it.

The actual graduation day was rough for me. I felt like I had worked so hard to get here and it wasn't as exciting as I hoped it would be. A huge part of me walked to walk and go to the ceremony. But a huge part of me felt stupid for wanting to do that. I knew that it would mean Pete would have to take work off and I felt stupid. I also has LOTS of Pregnancy emotions and lots of stuff was going on that week. I am so glad that I decided to walk and that Pete and the kids were in the stand to watch me. I remember walking out and looking up to see both Maxx and Hadlee waving their little hands as fast as they could with the biggest smiles on their face. They were proud, it didn't matter if anyone else in the world was proud of this accomplishment because i knew they were. I knew right then that I did this for them, I did it so that if I needed to go back into the working world to give them a better life then I would, I knew that I wanted to be an example to them of how important education is. And more importantly I wanted them to see that you can accomplish anything you put your mind to even if the odds are against you or if it doesn't seem possible. There is a way!

Easter 2017......

2017-04-17T09:30:00.000-07:00

We started out Easter a little early with a Neighborhood Easter Hunt. The kids loved it and we even got lucky and we got a special visit from the big Chocolate Easter Bunny! Have I ever said how much I love where we live. The people, the activities, the parks.... just about every single thing!

We spend the night coloring Eggs with our cousins

Saturday morning we went to the Taylorsville Easter Egg hunt which was a huge hit. They kids ended up scoring some big prizes and left pretty happy.

Easter morning I wanted to make as special as I could. Either certain holidays such as Easter and Christmas I really want to try to teach my kids what it is all about. Yes, I still want to keep it fun and do all the commercial stuff but I want them to grow up knowing the true meaning and what it is all about. The past few years I have sent them on a scavenger hunt to find their baskets. I leave them hint and in each hint I leave party of the story of Christ Resurrection. They kids look forward to it and so do I.

Of course, we had to have our traditional Bunny pancake breakfast. I love how much the kids love this stuff, it makes it all worth it.

Easter Sunday Outfits and my favorite to shop for.....

After church we headed to my SIL Katies house for dinner and a hunt and then off to my sister Hayley's house for another hunt. We left with lots of candy that is for sure!

January 2017....

2017-01-31T15:51:00.000-08:00

January is never my favorite months. It is probably safe to say it's my least favorite. This year lived up to my expectations and we spent most of the month sick. The air here in Utah is horrible which is not helping. We planned two trips which those were the only days we actually felt ourselves and not sick.

We started out the month with Maxx and I sick in bed for 11 days..... YES, 11 days. I was going crazy, I can't even handle being stuck in the house for one day let alone 11. But we had no choice, we seriously couldn't move from bed or it wouldn't be a pretty site. Luckily, Hadlee was able to stay healthy and was the worlds BEST nurse. She took such good care of us. Pete spent a few days sick in bed but for the most part felt healthy.

Maxx and I took a little trip down to Arizona to spend the weekend with some family. Both my cousins live out of state and were visiting their parents (My Aunt and Uncle) back home in Arizona so we flew down there to see them all. It was so much fun to get to spend time with them and the weather was a major plus. Pete had work so he stayed back with Hadlee who had school. It was such a fun trip with just Maxx and I.

WORLDS BET FISH TACOS from Two Hippies Mushroom Burgers

Once we got back from Arizona and basically had a few days to unpack and repack for Florida. Also, within that few days we had an excited FIRST appointment for BABY #3! We told the kids a few days before and they were so excited that we decided to bring them along to my first appointment. I am so glad I did because it was such a special moment. We decided to make a short little video to announce it to our families and close friends. It ended up being such a memorable moment.

That weekend we ditched the cold and headed off to Miami for some beach, sunshine, and family time. We got a little rain while we were there but that didn't keep the kids out of the pool or off the beach.

The rest of the month was spent doing whatever we could to stay warm, not being sick, and having fun!

Sleepover with Kenz and dessert at The Chocolate

Hadlee is awesome at her first Chinese school program.

Toss and I cheering on our BFF's Drill team at Region!

Two kids vs. One Parent...

2016-06-17T21:12:00.000-07:00

This week Hadlee got the week off for Kindergarten testing. Luckily we were able to get a early appointment last Friday so that this whole week to ourselves. Pete had a lot of studying to do so we decided to go visit one of my roommates who lives in Arizona. Her husband is currently doing his residency for Med school so she doesn't get to see him too much so it was perfect!

We left early Monday morning and luckily had no problem making the flight. I was prepared (kind of) for how bad this flight could really go. The last time I took both kids by myself was over a year ago when we went to visit my cousin in Denver. Lets just say there is a reason why it took me a year to do it again....

However, I was shocked at how well both kids did. I pulled out the iPad for one and gave my phone to the other and I actually took a little nap myself.... WASN'T expecting that at all!

Ixchel and her cute boys picked us up from the airport and we headed straight to their house to change and hit up the pool because is 100 degree whether, what else is there to do?

Tuesday Morning we hit up Last Chance.... my new obsession that I am so mad I have gone my whole life without knowing about. It's like the DI of Nordstroms..... Kinda. The only big mistake I made was bringing my kids.... What was I thinking, oh thats right, I had not choice.

The next few days we spent by the pool, visited my aunt that lives there, Ixchel taught me how to do my makeup and how to cook. She is amazing at both. We were so sad to leave but excited to get home to dad!

Easter 2015 #becauseofhim

2015-04-05T21:00:00.000-07:00

Our Easter weekend started off Friday afternoon at Grandmas house. We decided to wait till Maxx was down for his nap because dying eggs gives me a total anxiety attack just thinking about the mess it could cause. Yes, I am totally that parent. Call me mean but trust me he will have plenty more years of coloring Easter eggs that this one year is ok to leave him out.

This was totally down Hadlee's alley being that it was yet another craft project. She loved doing all the details on the eggs especially adding the glitter to them.

See this kid didn't even know what fun he missed out on...

Satuarday morning we thought about going to our cities Easter egg hunt but when I told Hadlee that it meant I had to wake her up pretty early (8AM) she opted not to go. (My kids like their sleep a little too much, totally gets that from their dad). Instead we had a very "bummy" Breakfast while enjoying General Conferance and Spring cleaning.

Saturday night we got together with my mom and sister for dinner and Easter treats. When it comes to Easter candy I totally cave... I mean common, Chocolate in the shape of a egg. Who couldn't resist?

That night the Easter bunnIES worked very hard and one even had to make a trip to the store to get last minute stuff (Can you guess who that was?)

This is the first year that we have hidden Hadlee's basket. The Easter Bunnies such had fun doing it.

Sunday monring we all woke up at the same time, When Hadlee saw that everyone had a basket but her she had a little bit of a melt down. Who can blame her, she is 4 :(

After reading her the card from the Easter Bunny she was thrilled to go on the hunt to find her basket.

Maxx was thrilled and couldn't stop saying "Ball"

Finally the last hint lead Hadlee to the laundry room, it took her awhile to realize it wasn't in the washer and dryer.

After watching the first session of General Conferance we invited our neighbors, The Kelly's over for Brunch and a litle egg hunt.

That night we went to dinner at my parents with my whole family. This was actually the first time since they moved which was over a year ago that we had a family dinner at their new house.

It wasn't the same as having a full acre to hunt for eggs but the kids loved it and thats all that mattered.

I think this whole weekend he has had candy in his mouth. If we couldn't find him we knew he had found someones basket and was going to town on the candy.

The older kids got their own hunt

It was a sucessful Easter weekend. My favorite thing about it was that it landed on Conferance weekend. It made it that much more special. This year since Hadlee is 4 years old I really tried hard to help her understand the real meaning on Easter.

Satuarday while driving we were talking about Jesus Christ. She wanted to know all about his death and his reserection. I explained to her why he died for us. She imedietly said, "Oh no, I sinned a lot today" I expalined to her that it was ok to sin, no one is perfect. But what is important is that we repent for our sins. She asked if we could pray right then to ask Jesus to forgive her for being mean to Maxx that morning.

As she said her prayer she paused, she said, "Oh my gosh, I am crying." After asking her why she said, "Because we have been talking about Jesus and I just love him so much." By this time I am bawling.

As a parent I get overwelmed. Am I teaching my kids everything they need to know. Are they old enough to go into detailed about things such as we did in the car. Hadlee simply reminded me that Pete and I are not alone. The spirit is there to now only help us know what we need to teach our kids but is also there to teach out kids as long as we have it in our homes.

I am so grateful for my Savior and what he did and does for my daily. I know he lives!!

Maxx's First Year Letter....

2015-02-03T08:37:00.000-08:00

Dear Maxx,

A year ago today, I met you for the first time. Although I felt like I had known you forever I was is a serious daydream just holding you. From day one, you were such a blessing to our family.

I can't believe its only been a year. It feels like just yestrday that I was holding you in the hospital the first night. Just me and you with tears of joy rolling down my face and my heart ready to burst with the love I had for you.

Dad finally got "his boy" and wanted you to start playing sports the first week you were born. I love watching him with you.

Hadley was a littler hesitate of you at first but that didn't last long. You are her baby and she loves taking care of you.

You have been an absolute dream. You sleep like a champ and you are always so happy. Max we are so blessed to have you in our family, you bring so much happiness.

Love you Son and can't wait for another fun year of watching you grow.

Love always and forever,
Mom

Our December Fun.....

2014-12-31T08:06:00.000-08:00

December is one of my favorites. I almost think it needs more days in the month because there is just way too much to fit in and if you know me I want to do it all. Louie made quite the appearance this year and left up lots of surprise. We had lots of family parties that of course didn't disappoint.

Until next year....

Dear Santa......

2014-12-21T08:57:00.000-08:00

This year Maxx and Hadlee has be extra good. Hadlee is the worlds best sister and is always looking out for her little brother. She is also such a great helper to mom and has the biggest heart. Maxx is happy as ever and gets a extra check for sleeping like a champ!! This year Hadlee wants a doll house{with a elevator} However, her list changes weekly so we will see what happens. Maxx is obsessed with ball and can spot one out form a mile away. Hopefully they continue to stay good so you can visit us Christmas Eve night!!

XOXO-

Family Pictures 2014

2014-12-15T20:23:00.000-08:00

Although I hate family pictures I was so excited to get ours done by Harlow Moon Photography. She did Maxx newborn and we loved her. We loved how every single one of them turned out.... I am so blessed to have these three as my little family. Each of them play such a different part in our family!

Hadlee's First Dance recital...

2014-12-09T08:57:00.000-08:00

Hadlee and myself has been looking forward to this day since the day she started dance. I was a little nervous how she would do and if she would be one of those kids that break down in tears once she gets on the stage and all eyes are on her. However, she did the complete opposite. She did awesome!!!

She was so lucky to have some many people come watch her... Thanks Gma & Gpa Schip and Aunt Katie for coming!

She was thrilled about the flowers that her dad got her!

New York Getaway....

2014-11-20T22:27:00.000-08:00

Pete and I decided to take a little getaway to one of our favorite places to see some of our favorite people and favorite city! Chels had a great idea to try a Trapeze class. I won't lie, I was super nervous and almost backed out. So glad I didn't. It was so much fun and something I for sure want to try again.

After the class we decided to head up to Central Park to rent bikes and ride around the park. One of my very favorite things to do in the city.

The rest of the time we decided to take a break from the city and explore long beach and The Hampton's. We were definitely not disappointed.

One our last day Pete and I had some time to kill before our flight so we spent it in the city and decided to do something we had never done which was bike the Brooklyn bridge. This is something I highly recommend! Once you get across the bridge there is the cutest park, we saw about 5 weddings taking place there, that's how beautiful it is. Perfect view of the city!

Thanks Chelsie and Matt for having us, we can't wait to come back soon!

Halloween {2014}...

2014-11-02T08:53:00.000-08:00

Our Halloween tradition is to visit dad at work. Hadlee LOVES visiting dad at work and seeing all his "work friends" This was the first Halloween at his new office which was way more convenient being that its right down the street from us.

My sister invited us up to her house for Trick-or-Treating which is always a blast. Her neighborhood knows how to do Halloween. Pete and I took the kids out and then Hadlee wanted to come back and pass out candy. I think she had more fun doing that then the actual trick or treating.

Aren't those the cutest Dalmatians you have ever seem....

Our October 2014.....

2014-11-01T10:08:00.000-07:00

And our favorite... just right down the street from us

Our own Haunted House makings

Lots of art projects... thanks to Grandma Karen

Discovering Pumpkins......

Supporting and cheering on our UTES

Of course painting/decorating our pumpkins... this is way easy and less clean up then carving

Playing dress up with this little guy!

Ward Party & Utes Blackout Game.....

2014-10-25T21:11:00.000-07:00

Saturday we had a pretty busy night. The Activities committee was in charge of our ward Halloween party so I spent the afternoon setting up while Pete and the kids ran some errands. That night we went to the Halloween party and then took off early to make it to the Utah game.

2nd Annual Little Goblins Halloween Party...

2014-10-24T09:44:00.000-07:00

This year Hadlee was so excited for her Halloween Party. She wanted to have a lot of say in what went on. She is becoming quite the little party planner.

After our "spooky" lunch we went outside to play some fun games!

After games we ended with some yummy cookie decorating which always ends it eating more frosting then cookie!!

It was a fun day and defiantly got us ready for Halloween!

Charlotte NC.....

2014-10-13T21:51:00.000-07:00

We had time off from work and no where to go. At the very last minute, literally the night before we decided to go explore Charlotte. I had heard it was beautiful so we thought we would give it a go.

Me and the kids went with my Parents a day earlier then Pete because he had to work. Maxx was of course a champ on his first flight. Him along his sister is always fascinated by the safety pamphlet. Hadlee has it memorized and is trying to get Maxx to that point.

We arrived Late that night, picked up our rental car and headed to the hotel to check in.

The next morning we spent the day exploring the city of Charlotte. We went to Freedom Park to walk around and let the kids play. The weather was perfect and it was beautiful!

We needed to kill some time before picking up Pete from the airport so we went to a outlet Mall they had and shopped out little hearts out.. well some of us did. These two were beat.

That night before picking up Pete we stopped at Bubba's BBQ for some southern BBQ food.

We finally was able to pick up Pete just in time to go to bed!! Someone was pretty happy to see him.

Saturday, we hit the road early to go explore the Rocky Mountains.

Our first stop was the Apple Harvest in Waynesville, North Carolina.

We then drove a few hours to Gatlinberg, Tennessee. I fell in love with this place. It reminded me of Park City.

Time to go home...

My little Ballerina....

2014-09-05T12:17:00.000-07:00

Excited is a understatement for her when it came time for her very first dance class......

She came home with nothing but good things to say! Can't wait to see her grown over the years and to become a "dance mom"

Trying something new. SOCCER!....

2014-09-03T07:28:00.000-07:00

This year we decided to give Soccer a try. There is a huge Soccer field by our house and for a while, every time we drove by I would ask Hadlee if she wanted to play. Her response was always, "No, that's for boys." However, out of no where she started asking me if she could play. So we decided to sign her up not knowing how it would go.

The first practice, she cried the whole time, wouldn't even talk to the coach, touch her jersey, leave my side. I figured this is how the whole season was going to go. She even asked to quit. As much as I wanted to let her quit because who wants to take her child to every game just to throw a fit, I told her that she wasn't going to quit. I told her that we were going to go to every game and she at least had to kick the ball at least once and then she could come sit down.

First game, she did a lot better. She actually played and chased the ball. It helped that her cousin Landon was on her team and was the star player ;). Each game she got more comfortable. Each game was different. However, the ONE game that I had to leave early she made a goal...... SERIOUSLY! I was so sad I missed it but so proud of her!

First game compared to last game.

Our Summer fun/Summer bucket list.....

2014-09-02T21:01:00.000-07:00

Back to School/ PRE K.....

2014-08-25T09:36:00.000-07:00

Hadlee has been waiting for school to start up all summer. She was extra excited for the day we got to go pick out a folder. With no surprise she choose a Frozen one with Queen Elsa and Princess Ana. She was thriller. This year we decided to try out a new preschool. She was a littler nervous at first but it didn't take long for her love it. She has nothing but good things to say about her first day. I sure enjoyed her being home with me this summer and will miss my little helper during those few hours.

Back to school date with mom included shopping for a backpack and folder and dinner at McDonald's.

Found the perfect book for bedtime story

We also had both kids Doctors appointment for a check up. Hadlee had the choice of getting her Kindergarten shots now or waiting till next year. She was so brave and choose to do them now and get them over with. She did awesome!

Had's 4th Birthday Party Luau....

2014-07-28T02:09:00.000-07:00

For Hadlee's 4th birthday, Hadlee requested a Luau. Since we are so lucky not live very far from what we call a Utah beach AKA Herriman lake, we decided to have it there. Hadlee loved getting to dress up and have all her friends and family come help celebrate.

The best part of the night is Hadlee wasn't to put on a Hula dance for us.... cutest thing ever!

Dear Miss Hadlee {4th Brithday Letter}...

2014-07-24T01:59:00.000-07:00

Dear my little miss Hadlee,

Where has the time gone? I can't believe its already been 4 year. This year has sure been a fun and eventful year. After much anticipation you finally got to go to Pre School. I of course wasn't as excited as you were. You loved going twice a week and learning all that you could. Your teacher was always amazed with how smart you are. She said that you were constantly asking questions that at times she didn't even know. Your favorite was art time. You definitely took after me and your Grandma. Every single day you ask what art project you can do. We have had to get pretty creative at times. You love coloring and painting. You usually never leave the house without one of your "friends" which include your very best friend 'doggy'. He is usually found by your side all day long. You are the most friendliest kid I know. It always amazes me at how un-shy you are. Your always willing to go ask kids if they want to play with you, or that you think their hairs looks pretty.

The beginning of the year you took on a huge role in our family, "BIG SISTER". At first I was a little nervous that the age gap of 3 1/2 years was too much and you guys wouldn't be as close as I dreamed. The first couple of week you weren't very sure about Maxx and didn't seem to care that there was now a baby in our family. However, you were my biggest helper, always willing to help me out with whatever I needed. However, the big sister role didn't take long to grow on you. Once you realized that Maxx was obsessed with you and found that anything you did was hilarious you become instant best friends. I have loved watching the 2 of you together. You are constantly trying to protect him and are very good with sharing your toys with him.
You favorite foods are Chicken Nuggets, Broccoli, green beans, and pizza. Your favorite restaurant is Red Robin, which we still aren't sure why. You LOVE to sing and you faovirte movie and Princess is Frozen/Queen Elsa.

Hadlee, I hope you never forget how much your dad and I love you. We seriously can't get enough of you. You bring so much joy into our family and are always reminding us what is important in life. Thanks for being you! We hope you have the best day and we can't wait to see the person you continue to grow into!

We Love you!
Happy Brithday Sweetheart!

Love,
Mom
