His career seemed short and we can all blame this on the Detroit Lions and their apparent refusal to allow Mr. Sanders to be traded or aline their team with some help in order to help him win a championship.

Just watch the video of some of his playing career at Wichita North High School. Just watching this shows you how great he will become. I am glad to say that I worked at a well known supermarket right next door to his high school so I was fortunate enough to see Barry at times along with his parents when they would come in to shop.

So what do you think? He was on the Tonight show a few nights ago and I regret that I had it on but got interrupted and missed his dialogue with David Letterman.

Barry truly was one of the greatest to ever carry the ball out of the backfield and into opposing players. He had moves like Michael Jackson on stage that would make a well known linebacker or strong safety look foolish.

I miss watching a good running back like Sanders, Peyton and Marcus Allen. They were fun to watch and I looked forward to the games they played each Sunday even though Marcus was the only one that played for my NFL team, the Kansas City Chiefs.

I hope that the surviving ones that played like these guys did are all doing well in life and that life is treating them fair. I sometimes think about what kind of head trauma they could be experiencing from all the blows they took in each and every game.

We'd like to hear from you so leave your comments below and tweet it out to your followers and send to your Facebook friends and family.

NFL Most Popular Player Released

Just read this on Yahoo sports and haven't had time to discuss the release of one of the NFL's most popular players, Tim Tebow, with anyone. I do find it disturbing on a selfless basis.

Here is a guy you (Jets) bring in to play for your team a year ago and then post draft you decide to release him. Though I obviously know none of the in's and out's of the situation it appears down right hurtful.

Now let's get real; We know they didn't bring him in to play for your team. He only took around 70 snaps from the QB position. You brought him in to sell merchandise. Right!

All I can say is I wish our team the KC Chiefs would pick him up. I think he is a valuable team player. I'm not in the locker room to hear any of his discussions or input prior to or after a game I just assume that the things he does is what an owner, coach and fellow teammate would want out of any player.

Need I say more? Weigh in with your responses below. I am excited to hear what others think and what you have to say. So tweet this out, send it to your facebook friends, let's get a huge response from others on this one. \

Would you like to have Tim Tebow on your team?

The Good The Bad The Better

Having continued my normal routine this past weekend of watching NCAA basketball on TV I am convinced of at least two things.

One: Kansas Jayhawks are back on track with a couple of easy wins. They put a whooping on Kansas State on February the 11th winning by 21 points and that was after a 3 game losing streak. Score was 83 to 62.

Then on February the 16th they pounded the Texas Longhorns by 26 points and that was with the bench players out on the court for the last 3 minutes. So I think it is safe to say that they are back to form and will certainly move up in the rankings from #14 to probably around #8 or even #7. I personally may be biased but I think they are one of the top 3 teams in the nation.

As for being convinced of two things that being the first the second is that the Kentucky Wildcats are slowly fading away. With the recent loss of their star player Nerlens Noel the freshman who was prior to a season ending injury on his way to possibly becoming the freshman of the year and a chance at being the #1 overall pick in the NBA draft this year. However without Noel the Wildcats are going to be fortunate if they can even win 2 or 3 more games and it's doubtful that they will even make the NCAA tournament.

Who's your favorite team? And who do you predict will land in the big games and end up in the final four. I predict that the final four will be:

Indiana

Kansas

Gonzaga

Duke

Go ahead make your choices it's all in fun anyhow. Of course I pick KU as the National Champion for 2012 and 2013.

Lee's Shizzle Blog: Major Inked and 'Faith' ~ 'to God the Glory'

Lee's Shizzle Blog: Major Inked and 'Faith' ~ 'to God the Glory'

Best Cities in which to Keep Fit

Guest Post by Evelyn Salway

Sporting fans are used to the playful rivalry that often exists between sides. Cities stand both united and divided thanks to the unconditional love and support people show towards their favourite soccer and baseball teams; and every season another team rejoices as its win a new glory for its city.

Now it seems that rivalry between cities has reared its head once again. But this time, there is not a bat or a ball in sight. This time it’s all about city fitness, and which metropolis boasts the best credentials for those people that wish to get in shape.

A new study by Trulia, a national real estate company, has ranked the ten best large metros in the USA for keeping fit. At the start of this month, many people will have made that timeless New Year’s resolution to keep fit. Men strive for big arms and women yearn for a small waist; as a result, many adopt demanding fitness regimes in order to achieve their perfect body shape. However, now that the end of January is drawing near, you can bet your bottom dollar that nine out of ten of these people have failed to keep up their resolve. But is this the case throughout the whole of the country? Could the likelihood of keeping up a New Year fitness resolve depend on the city in which a person lives? Fans of the Giants or the 49ers have another reason to celebrate; their city, San Francisco, CA, has been named as the most likely place in which people will get into shape.

Why is San Francisco such a haven for the fitness fanatic? Trulia based its analysis on five determining factors: access to healthy food; commuting by body power; number of gyms; plentiful outdoor activities; and range of programs and support groups available.

Healthy eating

San Francisco ranked among the highest in all of the above. In terms of healthy food, Trulia worked out the ratio of ‘slow food’ (supermarkets, speciality food markets and restaurants) versus ‘fast food’ (convenience stores and fast food eateries) establishments in each metro. Those with higher numbers of slow food and lower numbers of fast food scored higher.

The people of San Francisco are also more likely to commute by walking or biking. Trulia calculated this percentage to score metros on commuting by body power. Naturally, metros in southern states, where the weather is fairer, scored better here, although New York, Boston and Portland were all among the top scorers for the number of people choosing to travel to work by bike or foot.

Outdoor pursuits

In terms of plentiful gyms, San Francisco wasn’t among those with the highest number; Trulia calculated the number of gyms per 1,000 households, finding that suburban areas such as Fairfield County, Middlesex County and Long Island fared better. However cities like San Francisco, which enjoy milder weather all year round, scored higher in terms of the number of outdoor keep-fit alternatives. Along with Ventura County, San Diego and Honolulu, the city had among the highest number of sporting-goods stores per 1,000 households. In addition, San Francisco’s proximity to mountains, beaches and parkland made it a firm favourite for those looking for ways to keep fit.

Support

Finally, cities were judged on the number of programs and support groups available to citizens. The three cities that had the highest number of weight loss and diet centres per 1,000 households were Philadelphia, Orange County and Camden.

Just behind San Francisco in the poll were Fairfield County, CT, and Long Island, NY. Massachusetts claimed two of the top ten spots with Boston, Middlesex County and Peabody in 4th, 7th and 9th places respectively. The remainder of places were filled by Lake County, New York, Philadelphia and Seattle.

The bottom end

Of course, with every top ten list comes a ‘bottom ten’ list. According to Trulia, if you live in Las Vegas, you are least likely to stick to your New Year pact to keep fit. The Nevada city was found to be among those offering the least number of health facilities per 1,000 households, and with the poorest access to healthy food. Four cities in Texas – Fort Worth, San Antonio, Houston and El Paso – also made the bottom ten, along with two in California – Bakersfield and Riverside. If you are a fitness fanatic looking to move somewhere new, you might also want to steer clear of Phoenix, AZ, Memphis and Akron, which took up the remaining three spots.

The guy is so fun to watch and brings his A game each time out on the floor. I have seen the moves this guy has and for a freshman he plays like it is just so natural. Everything he does is practically a highlight within itself.

He is the reason that the team has the longest winning streak in the nation and that KU is the number #2 ranked team (or will be) and he brings out the best in his teammates.

What do you think of Big Ben? Is he one and done as well, meaning will he opt out of his college career and go into the NBA draft or will he stick around for at least one more year. I know if your a KU fan I know your hoping that he will stick around for at least another year or even two for that matter. But realistically I think he will for go his college career and move on to the next level, of course that being the NBA.

I just wish that they could somehow make players stay for at least 2 seasons and or 3 as a requirement before going on to the NBA. That of course is selfish on my part but it also sends a poor message to our younger generation. That being in college and or getting your education is less important than making money. Is that selfish of me or what are your thoughts on the subject? Should a player have to stay a set number of years (more than one) or should they continue to be allowed to leave college early for the enormous amount of money they will make?

5 Tips to Start Morning Exercise

Guest Post by Catie Keeler

The alarm goes off. You get up, stretch high, drink a glass of water. And you’re out the door. Three sweaty miles later, you return, shower, eat, and sit down for another productive day at the office.

In five years of working from home, that’s never happened to me. And I consider myself pretty disciplined.

The problem with exercising in the morning is that, although it’s convenient for those of us who experience afternoon sluggishness or have other responsibilities after the work day, it takes a truckload of discipline and energy to wake up and move at a faster pace than the usual shuffle to the shower.

But it’s not that we’re undisciplined. We’re just not setting ourselves up for success. Here’s how to do just that.

<dir>

1. Lay out necessary clothes and tools the night before your morning workout. That includes your iPod, shoes, weights, yoga mat, or anything else you use during your workout.
2. Rather than setting your alarm early, make it go off at the last possible minute for your workout to fit into your day. This way, you can’t afford to hit snooze.
3. Leave a tall glass of water with a squeeze of lemon juice next to your alarm clock. Take a sip, swish, and spit into the bathroom sink, and then gradually down the whole glass before your workout.
4. Have a pre-workout snack under 300 calories 20 minutes before your workout. Try bananas, bread (anything but white bread!) with almond butter, or something else wholesome and light.
5. Get enough sleep. You’re better off delaying the workout by a day and letting your body recover if you’re only getting five hours of sleep.
</dir>
If you realize you’ve run out of bananas the night before your workout, just mash up the following ingredients for healthy, raw energy bars.
<dir>

· 1 cup oats
· ¼ cup coconut flakes (sugar-free)
· ½ cup ground up flax seeds
· ½ cup almond or peanut butter
· ½ cup baking cocoa
· 1 cup coconut oil
· 1 tsp vanilla
· 1/4 maple syrup or honey</dir>
Mix the ingredients and roll them into single-bite sizes or into bars you can arrange on parchment paper or foil. This recipe should make enough to last one week. Keep refrigerated.
In case you don't know that is for the University of Kentucky.

I'm not certain why, but at times I struggle with the University. I mean I am a born and breed blood from the south, actually I was born in So. Ill. right across the river from Ky. but I was pretty much raised in the Bluegrass state of Kentucky.

I wouldn't change that for nothing. It is home even though I live out in the Midwest now I still consider it home and always will. I love Western Ky., the Ohio River and yes the Wildcats. I say I struggle at times because I still haven't given my all to Caliprai. I pray tell we never do but sometimes I think, "you know someday we are going to regret hiring that dude. He's going to cause the University many problems before it's said and done." Now granted those are only my thoughts they are not accusations of any kind, like I said I hope it never happens and I hope that Calipari will become the most famous legendary coach in the state of Kentucky. Guess we will see huh?

Anyway what are your thoughts about your team and your coach? I live in the Midwest as I said and I am a die hard KU fan. For you that are looking at that and still think it's UK...well look again. It's KU the University of Kansas. Coach Bill Self is a well respected man in this state and I really believe he will always be. But what about your team.

My days have become so monotonous it’s irritating. I work from home, so I am starting to go crazy since I don’t get out enough. I enjoy working from home, but sometimes it is lonely. I live alone, so sometimes I go days without seeing my friends and family when I am busy.

I make good money and have worked hard to establish myself, but I have been thinking about throwing it all away to go back and work in an office. I recently signed up for clear wireless internet so that I could get work done if I want to leave the house. I am going to look for a place that is quiet enough to get work done, but has some life to it.

I am thinking that maybe a coffee shop that has food available would be nice. There are a few close to my house that I should check out. I will just have to decide which one is right for my purposes and has the best food. Maybe I’ll even make some friends who work from home too and we can get a little network going. It would be nice to have some friends who understand my lifestyle.

Challenge Race You Won't Believe
Today I root for Kentucky but in hopes that Kansas makes it all the way as well. Who's your favorite team by the way?

Please don't say North Carolina, Duke or even Michigan State. I love most teams but just like my football picks there are some I just hate to watch and these are some!
This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Scotts®. All opinions are 100% mine.

This time last year was the beginning of hectic summer. After the long harsh winter of 2010, and it was a very cold and snow blowing winter, we lost a loved one. Needless to say it was the loss no one ever wants to inccur but it happens and for the grace of God we are making it through it and doing fine. We've been looking into Scotts® Snap® Spreader System.

Then we had a Tornado that took out half of our town. You can read a little more here if you'd like in a previous post. "Tornado Damages, When Will It End". After this we of course were always wondering, OK what's next. My Aunt, bless her heart continued to tell me, "Bubby, don't say that!"

I really was at times wondering what was next. What to do about our lawn? I think Scots Spreader System or and Snap will definitely be a product with supplies in our garage. We thought our lawn was going to be completely ruined. Let me tell you about the huge limbs that tore holes in the lawn and trees that dissappeared altogether. Our lawn is empty. At least for now. Let me just say that regardless of your situation if you put your faith in a God of your understanding you will make it through. You will be shown the way.

Here are a couple of pictures from the storm and our backyard at the time.

Don't forget about or if you don't know then go to their facebook page and like Snap perks on Facebook. Great perks for everyone, especially if your lawn is in need of attention.

Overall it appears that there is NO MESS, self seals making it easy to store in your garage or storage shed. Take a look and read up on the:

We hope to use Scotts to repair our lawn to not only it's normal state but to an even much eyecatching lawn when our neighbors drive by. I know some who will definitely stop by and ask, "hey how'd you get it to looking like that again?".

Vinson
I didn’t have a client until ten o’clock this
morning. It was wonderful! Usually, I have someone lined up at eight o’clock. I
am thinking that I don’t even need to have eight o’clock appointments anymore,
because usually my eight o’clock never shows! The ones that do show are usually
really late and push my day back.

I do have one or two who show up on
time, which is nice. So this morning, because I had so much time, I got up at my
usual six thirty. I walked the dog and hopped in the shower. I was out of the
shower by eight o’clock.

I poured some coffee and sat on the couch and
flipped on the “Today Show” on Direct TV. I
had forgotten how nice it was to be at home in the mornings. I started the
laundry and watched television. I let my hair air dry a little before I started
blowing it out. By the time I got ready ( full makeup, etc.) It was only nine
o’clock!. I had an hour to kill, so just watched a little bit more television
and cleaned up around the house. When I got home from work, I had already worked
out and the house was clean--- perfection!

Football

I appreciate the guest post, Rodrigo Coffey

Now that it’s
football season, my group of friends know what we’re doing every
Saturday. This is the first year that I haven’t had season tickets, and
I’m actually kind of looking forward to not having to stand in the sun
or cold for four hours at a time.

I’m also looking forward to being
able to wear whatever I want to watch the game, rather than being
expected to dress up. We haven’t decided whose house we’re going to be
watching the games at, but our friend John has a brand new big screen
and HD Cable,
so I don’t think it’s going to be a hard decision to make.

One thing
that I really love about football parties is the food. I love all kinds
of tailgating food. Hot dogs, chili, chips, beer, I could go on and
on. Even if we’re not watching my team’s game, the food alone will be
enough to get me there. It’s going to be nice to stay in for a change.
I spent my Saturdays this summer out and about, always doing something
that requires money. I really look forward to saving money and still
being able to do something social.

Does This Go Together

Sometimes it is very difficult in making the decision of what to wear. At least for some folks. For me, well I do sometimes just grab the next available thing hanging in the closet and go with it. Others like my significant other takes time, changes a couple of times and then asks the unanswerable question, "honey does this go together", or "does this look alright"?

Well of course it goes together and of course it looks alright. What else am I suppose to say? I know I'm suppose to be honest but I generally have to watch my honesty with some as I have been called brutal honest. That at times leaves a mark.

So I tend to give myself permission to be a little less than honest or a little above what I think in my honesty. Like the old man and his wife who just came up out of the cyclone cellar to find his home and everything in ruins. He says, "hey look ma, nothing the matter here, isn't it grand the wind stopped blowing"?

So I guess you get my point, only the old fart wasn't being dishonest with his wife he was being dishonest with his self. He really seen nothing wrong when in fact they had lost everything. Trust me, if you read back to a few months ago or last summer you will see that I went through a tornado and we lost pretty much everything. At that time it wasn't important to decide what we was going to wear, it was important to just have a little something to wear and for that we were grateful!

The next time you look into your wardrobe or closet, where ever you keep your next outfit, just remember it's more important to have it than what others are going to think about what you have on. Sure we get caught up in what others think way too often.

I say give yourself permission to be happy, comfortable and grateful on a daily basis!

Prescription Savings Club @ Walgreens

This post brought to you by Walgreens. All opinions are 100% mine.

After a lengthy and time consuming battle with a former partner in the prescription business Walgreens and Express Scripts have parted ways. Actually if I read it correctly across the Web it got a little ugly considering that Express Scripts eventually took Walgreens to court.

It no longer matters on that end of it though as each have moved on. Today it has created an inconvenience for past customers and present remaining ones alike. If you were getting your medication prescriptions and your refills at Walgreens and Express Scripts was part of your resource then you know that it definitely became an inconvenience. Perhaps you've had to drive farther, change pharmacists, reduce your refills from 90 days to only a 30 day supply... regardless it has been a pain in the behind to put together the ins and outs of your monthly medication refills. However if you have remained with Walgreens and I would like to think you have then you are aware or should be aware of Prescription Savings Club at Walgreens and what they have done for you and those like yourself.

For a limited time you may sign up and get an individual membership for only $5.00 and save $15.00.

Manage your prescriptions quickly and securely online.

Sign in or create an account today

With a free online pharmacy account, you can:

Review your Prescription Savings Club transactions

Set up auto refills for the medications you take regularly

Pick up prescriptions in store or through free shipping

Plus share and print photos, shop online for beauty, health and personal care items .

I encourage you to support Walgreens on Twitter and Walgreens on Facebook. Use these social outlets to also share with your friends and followers about the reasons you are upset at not being able to use Walgreens anymore. Contact your local media and let others know about your unhappiness and dissatisfaction with Express Scripts and how they appeared to mismanage the opportunity to continue to serve you as a valuable customer.

	    a former patne

Not much wind and plenty of sunshine. Hey the grass was even beginning to green up a little. I had made the comment to a friend of mine that if it kept up we would have to dig the mower out and give it a once over so that it didn't get too high. NOT!

Obviously in the middle of January that is not going to happen but wow it has been such a fabulous Fall and Winter so far this year. Late 2011 was unseasonably warm and so far we have broken some records for the high temperatures.

However today and the rest of the week it is suppose to be colder than a well diggers behind and today it has already proven to take this much colder turn. For example today or last night it was down to around 14 degrees with 20 mile an hour winds so the temperature felt like 0 degrees. It also began to snow and ice some but hasn't amounted to too much thank goodness.

It is very cold out today as compared to this time last week but hey like I stated it is January and it is expected! I am so ready for spring and summer though, if you like the cold you can have this.

NOT!

How is your neck of the woods? Has it been unseasonably warm so far this year and not much precipitation. That is another thing we have not had very much snow of course with the warmer weather but we have not had very much rain either. We need some rain and or plenty of snow. The ponds and lakes here are looking a little bare around the edges.

Give us a shout and let us know about your temps and what it is like in your area. Or better yet leave a comment in regards to your favorite time of the year.
Gosh I love sitting at home on a Saturday and watching games with my husband. He always praises me because he says most women don’t care about football but honey, I was raised in the south and I’m an only child so you KNOW my daddy brought me up to care about the game!

When we first got married someone got us direct tv louisville and we’ve just been renewing it ever since and that’s where we get all the best channels. I love that there are so many different college games available any given Saturday but now that the season’s winding down it’s going to get awful quiet around here.

I guess we need to get outside and start working out more or something but I don’t know – maybe I can convince my husband to watch old game footage on the TV with me once I can find the right channel. I know that won’t be too hard of a sell but maybe he’s sick of watching TV all weekend!
Woot!

This post brought to you by Snapdragon by Qualcomm. All opinions are 100% mine.

For approximately 10 days, from December 18th thru December 28th the Stadium in San Diego known as Qualcomm will become Snapdragon. Yes that's right you heard it here first. Snapdragon processors by Qualcomm are the digital brains inside mobile devices made for mobile applications, which are used by 30 manufacturers including Samsung, LG, Nokia and HTC. Qualcomm is marketing the chipset with an ingredient branding campaign, similar to the “Intel Inside” effort .

Snapdragon technology can be found in smart phones, computer tables, and other computers or devices. Taking a cue from Intel, the company aims to make Snapdragon a household name akin to "Intel inside" - a catchy phrase known to belong to the otherwise quiet Intel . .

The cost for changing the name of the stadium is said to be less than a 30-second commercial at the upcoming Chargers-Ravens game. A

Other events that will take place during this 10 day period are as follows:

Christmas Night Chargers vs. Ravens (Dec. 25th)

San Diego County Credit Union Poinsettia Bowl (Dec. 21st.)

Bridgepoint Education Holiday Bowl (Dec. 28th)

Snapdragon Processors have all the best technology to give you the best on a single chip for better battery life and keeps you moving! It takes mobile gaming to a whole new level with console-quality, high-res, realistic 3D scenes and marvelous effects. You won't be disappointed in the outcome with purchase.

The Big Blue Nation of the Kentucky Wildcats and the rough tough Allen Field House otherwise known as the home of the Kansas Jayhawks and the Phog.

I know they recently played against each other and Kentucky ended up on the winning edge by a huge margin. However, I still love Kansas and the Jayhawks as they have been home for me for a long time. But I still bleed Wildcat Blue. It's hard to get that out of your blood when you are raised in the bluegrass state. It seems that folks live and die with basketball season in Kentucky, even more so than horse racing.

As for the funny looking bird known as the Jayhawk, well it's really second to none as well. I remember when Danny Manning was playing for the Jayhawks and took us not only to the Championship game as an underdog, but Won it for us along the way. What an exciting year that was too!

So who is your favorite basketball team? It can't be in the NBA either, it has to be a college team. So chime in below and comment and let us know. Also take the time to send out in a tweet or share with your facebook friends and family.
Oh, and Happy Holidays!

Wish For You Turkeys

So I've been thinking about the blessings I have had in being able to once again fire up my computer and write a silly, meaningful, or review post. Previously I had taken things for granted and of course some things I still will as I am human and seem to have tunnel vision on ocassion. How about yourself?

Anyway it's been a long few months of issues. From medical complications, addictions to grief and dying. Oh yeah and don't let me forget the tornado that took many things from us, including my brothers and sisters homes. All of this happened within a short amount of time and at times seemed almost too much to take.

However as stated above, in taking things for granted I plugged along and somehow was able to make it through it and for now am doing better than I have in quite a few years. Other than the medical issues I have an open-mind and have the ability to turn it over to a God of my understanding. (I did go to the doctor yesterday and he seems optimistic, so that's another blessing)

For now my wish for you is that you have a blessed Holiday Season and your able to spend your time with those you love and surround yourself with Peace and Joy!

Happy Holidays from Sports 4 U!

I really love going to see plays with my family and we actually do it pretty often. When I first heard that there was a local production of Grease being put on, I decided to take advantage of it and take my family to it. They all seemed to love the idea because we love the movie and know a lot of the songs anyway. So there's no way that we couldn't love this play!

So once I started doing the resarch to buy tickets and figure out which time and date we would go and see it, I ran across some info on hearing test in matthews. I passed it along to my husband who I think has needed some hearing aids for a really long time now. He actually listened to me and got fitted with some!

I was glad that he listened to me, especially before we went and saw the Grease play. It was so much fun going and seeing it together as a family. It was such a great idea!
This post brought to you by Untitled Jersey City Project. All opinions are 100% mine.
After having watched the video on youtube I was a little more than impressed with the upcoming show. Please take a moment and watch the video here, and let us know what you think. Did you like it? Will you watch it?
Does it remind you of any shows you have seen in the past. Hey the rules haven't changed, the game is still the same. Could you compete?
The Untitled Jersey City Project may be one of the best upcoming shows you will have the opportunity to watch and learn some valuable information from in order to succeed! No really! Take the time to review it and get in on the action.
Personally I don't watch a lot of shows unless they are reality shows. I like Survivor, The Amazing Race, Big Brother (my favorite) and then my eyes and T V are on sports. I am a huge competitor and believe in waving my flag for my team. Take for instance the following banner,

Who wouldn't want to represent in such a manner? While your at it, take the time to tell us what your favorite show is and why you spend so much time watching it. Until then get in on the action from the upcoming Jersey City Project. Thanks for your time and enjoy!
(and the ones who have always been there for me you know I thank you and I appreciate your patience with all that's happened to me since you've last heard from me.)

I hope to be able to stick around for quite a while again but if you don't hear from me or see a lapse in my posts it is because of continuing medical issues. For now, all is well!

I have certainly missed blogging and am excited to be back online with the opportunity to once again update this blog and continue with reviews etc. It is an outlet for me and I look forward each day I am able to get on here and say something even if it doesn't make sense to you. :)

So for now bear with me and keep coming back as more will be revealed! Much Love to you all!

Regards,
