• Beautiful Standing Stone

I found this beautiful Standing Stone. It belongs to a row alignment of three seperate Stones. It is always impressive to stand in front of this kind of sculptures ... so meaningful... silent workers with a purpose which is overlooked - direct communication with energy lines of earth.... once we all knew!

This moment was spectacular. The whole lightshow ended after 5 min. Will never forget. All the colours straight into the heart. I wish you could hear the songs of the birds - I guess they sang the colours.

Spring in Killarney - blue bells everywhere

I was fortunate enough to find this beautiful bluebell (irish: cloigín gorm or coinnle corra) field on a sunny day in Killarney National Park. You literally can see the fairies flying around. There is always something magical about these lavender-blue flowers. I hope everybody - as long as you wish for - will be able to sit quit in a field of bluebells and just be. Treat this protected species with respect, don't walk all over the field like an elephant. ( ;

I took trillions of images - this is my first processed image.Seen from the perspective of a photographer...woodlands are tricky . Its light and "transparency" is a challenge, photo cameras have a hard time to capture the subtile contrast.

I highly recommend to view the bigger version HERE to see all the details...as they are stunning. Nature is some kind of magician

On a beautiful friday evening...

On a beautiful friday evening a desperate tourist was trying to explain to the pharmacist, that there is a baby kitten in front of the closed doors of the credit union cahersiveen. It happened that i was listening to her difficult german-english (worse than mine - yes possible). I watched through the window and saw this tiny little life trying to crawl up the window - so desperately.

Many people noticed the kitten....and passed by with blind eyes. tzzzz. However, baby kitten is now here at home and got 2 sisters, juni and angel, who are deeply in love with it.

After few days i found the right name for it based on its eating habbits. Gismo. Why? Because he eats like a gremlin who got food after 12pm. Gismo is about 4 weeks old and has still the blue kitten eyes. He is very self-confident, fearless and crawls up my jeans to watch out for his food. He used the cat toilet from day one (who taught him that??), takes out his little sword and tries to fight the giant monster dog angel.....who is full with love for little Gismo.

Well enjoy the images. he is such a funny little guy. More to come for sure.

Get the bigger picture

Same beach, same time...just a change of perspective. Mhhh...what could that mean for life...I wonder ( ; The appearance of duality creates abundance and contrast. It is your choice how to look at it. ....I am pretty sure Juni and Angel didn't care a lot about storm or rainbow. All they had in their mind was a neon yellow tennis ball ( ; To be a human being is not that bad if you know how to enjoy and handle IT.

Get the bigger picture

We are born without an instruction manual but equipped with an inner guidance system. It will be covered and recovered along the road. Our parents put all their right and wrong knowledge into our brains and gave us a silent heart teaching. Then you leave the nest (or you get kicked out ( ; ) and you have to deal with all the appearances on your own. Whatever pops up in front of you, does it for the purpose of learning. Learning how to handle it. If it gives you pain and unhappiness, adjust your perspective. It is all written into nature but nobody really cares that nature is a big book. Look towards west and you deal with a storm, look towards east and you get enchanted by a rainbow. Now unit both directions and be fine with getting wet and at the same time enjoy the rainbow. That is what the masters call "Make peace with the conditions of the now. Don't run off into the future or past, be here and be ok with it. Don't be sad after the rainbow disappeared, don't be too happy after the storm passed. Find the middle and be friends with both dual appearances. Nothing will stay forever, everything will change. Always. That's for sure". Move with it and don't forget to enjoy your trip ( ;

World of contrast

Now: to confuse everything written above: Who sees the storm, Who is amazed by the rainbow, Who is reading this text right now, Who is asking all these questions? Did you ever ask yourself this question?
The unspoken answer will put everything, every word, every image, every feeling...everything into the non-dual existence. Pure, indivisible consciousness. If you are "aware" how to be the rainbow, the storm, the beach, the dog, the ball, the camera and the photographer at the same time without having a name or history ...you are expanding into the "all-that-is".

...I wonder how it feels like to be a tennis ball in angels mouth ;D

Looking good from both sides of life

Btw: Animals are always in the now. I never saw juni or angel contemplating about life, drifting away in her thoughts, complaining about rain or starring at the rainbow. In that moment only one thing counted: Who is the boss here? I guess you will have an idea ;D

I took this image a while ago. This abstract cloudstructure in the sky was very eyecatching. As soon as the sun was setting, this amazing Pink showed up. Nature is an artist itself.

* I got up this night about 2-3 am - restless, not knowing why. I was nervous and VERY unrelaxed. in the early hours of this morning i switched on the computer and found out the devastating news about Japan. My prayers go out to the people of Japan and to everybody of the pacific coastline.

Burning Fields in County Kerry

Every Year in Feb/March Kerry is on fire. The absence of wind caused a thick cloud of dust in South West Kerry. Even the sun didn't make it through that curtain. Sometimes the fire gets frightening close to cottages in the mountain. Visually it is a very impressiv event...but also very annoying and dangerous. Sometimes the wind changes direction and houses disappear in the cloud and you can hardly breath. Often i saw ignorant farmers burning their field until may - the end for many potencial birds. SAD.

Jedes Jahr im Feb/März brennt Kerry. Die Windstille erzeugte eine diche Rauchwolke. Nicht mal die Sonne schaffte es hindurch. Manchmal kommen die Feuer erschreckend nah ran an die Cottages. Bildlich gesehen ist es ein sehr aufregendes Ereignis... doch auch extrem nervig und gefährlich. Manchmal wechselt der Wind seine Richtung und die Häuser verschwinden in der Rauchwolke und man kann kaum atmen. Öfters sehe ich Farmer, die ihre Felde bis in den Mai anzünden - das Ende vieler Vögel. Traurig.

Snow Ring of Kerry

This image was taken dec 2010. Whole Kerry was covered in snow and everybody was amazed by it. This panorama shows Ballinskelligs Bay with a view on Skellig Micheal and Bolus Head.

Diese Bild habe ich im Dezember 2010 aufgenommen. Ganz Kerry war mit Schnee bedeckt und jeder staunte. Das Panorama zeigt Ballinskelligs Bay mit dem Blick auf Skellig Michael und Bolus Head.
