It's over....

The Superior Court in Fulton County, Georgia, issued a final decree last Wednesday in Usher's divorce case, legally ending his two-year marriage to Tameka Foster Raymond.

Usher, 31, filed for divorce in June, claiming the marriage was "irretrievably broken" with "no reasonable hope of reconciliation." The couple have two sons, Usher Raymond V and Naviyd Ely Raymond.

GV Says: Whoa....a whopping two years.

Shortly after Rihanna's 20/20 interview, Chris Brown issued the following statement:

"While I respect Rihanna's right to discuss the specific events of February 8," Brown says in a statement to MTV News, "I maintain my position that all of the details should remain a private matter between us."

"I do appreciate [Rihanna's] support and wish her the best. I am extremely sorry for what I did, and I accept accountability for my actions . . . Abuse of any kind is always wrong. The rest I leave it to God."

GV Says: There's been so much speculation that she "caused" her attack by throwing the first blow. I'm so happy that she addressed that notion. She denied the allegation and posed the question...."and if I did, did I deserve that?" Good question. I'm glad she came out and spoke. It was time. There was no way her career could move on without this looming question of what happened.

A piece of the 20/20 interview with Rihanna is out (HERE) and I'm pretty surprised at her stance:

"That's embarrassing that that's the type of person that I fell in love with," Rihanna told "Good Morning America's" Diane Sawyer in her first television interview discussing the assault. "So far in love. So unconditional that I went back. It's humiliating to say this happened. To accept that? It's a traumatizing experience."

Her decision to go back to Brown, she said, was a mistake.

"I stayed. I even went back after he beat me, which was wrong," she said. "But again ... I'm a human being and people put me on a very unrealistic pedestal. And all these expectations, I'm not perfect."

According to a source close to the couple, Janet Jackson is now planning their wedding. The longtime friends says the two never fell out of love even after calling it quits last summer. Now that they are back together, they are hoping to get married early next year.

More Beanie Sigel crying. On Tuesday, the Broad Street Bully appeared on Philadelphia radio station Power 99 as a surprise guest during 50 Cent's interview. I heard the interview and he basically aired Hov completely out. It was nothing nice and nothing short of crying and complaining.

"He is a crumb. I'm gonna put my foot on his neck until he responds...
"Please make a record," Beans yelled on-air. "A week's been out, dog. I'm not taking nothing from Jay as an artist. He ain't no walk in the park as an artist. All I'm saying is I don't gotta jog to keep up to him."

During the interview, Beanie also added that the label and the cars were earned and that Jay didn't give him anything. He also caught feelings because in court, Jay would not take 100% responsibility for Bean’s actions while on probation during the Roc the Mic tour.

GV Says: This is ridiculous. I wouldn’t be responsible for another grown man either. Jay knows Beans’s track record better than anybody. Plus Jay is traveling the world, he has businesses going on, dude was booed up….he ain’t got time to be nobody’s babysitter. This is some old sh*t. Beans please let this ish go. Josh Duhamel and wife Fergie are denying allegations from an Atlanta stripper that she had a one-night stand with the actor.

"This is not the first nor will it be the last time that a stripper was paid a large amount of money to sell a false story about a celebrity," says Duhamel's rep. "This story is absolutely ridiculous."

A rep for Fergie adds: "These allegations are nonsense."

In her latest interview, Nicole Forrester says she had sex with Duhamel in an Atlanta hotel a week after he came into the Tattletale club, where she works as a dancer. Forrester says she has text messages and polygraph test to back her up.

"We did hook up and had lots of sex and we had a really, really good time," Forrester told Atlanta radio station Q100's "Bert Show" on Monday.

Forrester, who originally sold her story to the National Enquirer for more than $20,000, says she now regrets coming forward because her children, a daughter, 10, and son, 13, hadn't known she was a stripper.

"My son's like: Mom are you doing anything different now? He doesn't want me to do this anymore. He doesn't want me to dance and I feel like I can't dance," she says. "I feel like people are just looking at me. It's just bad. It's just an uncomfortable situation with my children and all their friends know."

But when the National Enquirer told her that it would run the story with or without her cooperation, she agreed to an interview and a polygraph, which she says she passed.

"It's the truth," she says. "I'm not lying about anything. I have nothing to hide and he's just guilty as I am."

RIHANNA IS BREAKING HER SILENCE

The net is already abuzz over Rihanna's 20/20 interview with Diane Sawyer. The NY Daily News reports:

Rihanna's brutal beating at the hands of boyfriend Chris Brown left her humiliated, lonely and feeling like Britney Spears, the singer says.

"I felt like I went to sleep as Rihanna and woke up as Britney Spears," the singer told Glamour magazine in her first print interview since the February attack.

"That was the level of media chaos that happened the next day. It was like, What, there are helicopters circling my house? There are 100 people in my cul-de-sac? What do you mean, I can't go back home?"

Named one of Glamour's 2009 Women of the Year, Rihanna said her family, friends and fans were crucial, but she couldn't help feeling isolated after the assault.

"At some point you are there alone. It's a lonely place to be. No one can understand. That's when you get close to God," she said.

The leaked photo showing her bruised and battered face was another major blow.

"It was humiliating," she said. "That is not a photo you would show to anybody. I felt completely taken advantage of ... like people were making it into a fun topic on the Internet, and it's my life."

Still, the Barbados beauty said she's "stronger, wiser and more aware" as she enters a new chapter with her upcoming album "Rated R" due for release Nov. 23.

"Domestic violence is a big secret. No kid goes around and lets people know their parents fight. Teenage girls can't tell their parents that their boyfriend beat them up. You don't dare let your neighbor know that you fight. It's one of the things we will hide, because it's embarrassing," she said.

"My story was broadcast all over the world for people to see, and they have followed every step of my recovery. The positive thing that has come out of my situation is that people can learn from that. I want to give as much insight as I can to young women, because I feel like I represent a voice that really isn't heard."

Rihanna, 21, calls her new album "really personal."

"I've put everything I've wanted to say for the past eight months into my music," she said. "It's super fearless, which is exactly how I feel right now."

The singer opens up more in a TV interview with ABC News' Diane Sawyer set to air Thursday and Friday on "Good Morning America," and Friday night at 10 on "20/20."

Rapper Roxanne Shante has revealed that she has breast cancer.

In March, I noticed a lump in my left breast, rather small at the time and didn't really know what I was feeling. So instead of going straight to the doctor's office, I started asking friends their opinion and trying to go by their experiences. It was such a stupid move. Well, I figured I was just getting older. A hysterectomy in my early thirties led me to believe that I would be fine. Another stupid move.

I let months go by – five months to be exact. The weight loss of over 40 pounds made me feel like, "Damn, this diet is finally working." But then I remembered I wasn't on a diet. So on a bright, sunny day in August 2009, I walked into Doshi center for a mammogram. I put on the gown and stepped up to the machine. As soon as the technician took my breast in her hand, she asked me how long had I had the lump. It's huge, she said. I made a joke, she giggled, but I was scared and angry that I had waited so long.

I was in denial. I even went so far as to ignore the letters sent by the lab that read: "Urgent!!! Please contact us."
I had gotten a call from the doctor, "I just received your images at my office and they have been trying to reach you for weeks. As soon as you get back to New York, you come to my office. This is your life."

He may have gotten a shoutout in the liner notes of Lil Wayne's "Like Father, Like Son" album, but a Florida man says the rapper owes him a lot more than that.

Thomas Marasciullo claims in a federal lawsuit that the singer stole his voice and used it on two CDs.

Marasciullo said he recorded some "Italian-styled" spoken words for Cash Money Records in 2006 but was never paid or told how the recordings were to be used, a lawsuit filed yesterday in Manhattan Federal Court claims.

"Like Father, Like Son" came out in October 2006 with Marasciullo's recordings on it, the suit says. In December 2007, Birdman and Lil Wayne released a CD again with Marasciullo's voice, the lawsuit says.

Beanie Sigel has become the latest rapper to take aim at Jay-Z. In this case its via song, "What You Talkin Bout (I Ain't Your Average Cat)."

"I'm a grown-ass man, I don't sit on n---as' laps/ I ain't looking for no gifts out of Santa Claus' sack," he raps. Sig dropped those same lines during the Powerhouse Concert last Friday in Philadelphia when he came out as Jadakiss' guest. The words were obviously a response to Jay's lines on "What We Talkin' About" off of The Blueprint 3.

"How it feel to get exposed?" Sigs rhymes. "Don't you feel naked?/ I was a fly on the wall, sh-- I witnessed/ I can say sh-- that will make B look at you different."

Friday morning (October 30), Sigel called up Philadelphia radio station 100.3 and spoke with Charlamagne Tha God about how hard he used to ride for Jay and how Hov disappointed him.

"I backed all his plays without even asking him. Jadakiss is not no walk in no park. Nas is not no walk in no park. These are dudes that could have ended my career," he said, referring to former Roc-A-Fella rhyme wars that have long since been buried.

Beanie got into the heart of his falling-out with Jay during his interview with Charlamagne, saying that he hasn't spoken to Jay in more than two years.

"I'm not really dissing Jay," Sigel explained."It's certain parts in there where my emotions ... it's an emotional record for me. When I listened to The Blueprint 3, I heard a lot of shots directed towards people.

"I feel he gave out a lot of pairs of shoes on that album," Beanie added. "I felt my feet was meant for a couple of them."

Beanie specifically mentioned the line "I heated up the Roc already, why can't y'all get hot already?" from "Already Home."

"I understand Jay, you at a certain place in your career where everyone can't go," Sigel said. "You don't need Beanie Sigel in the building with a pre-perception that 'this crazy dude might do anything.' ... We taint his image, State Property and the place that he's at."

Sigel also told Charlamagne that neither Jay-Z nor Dame Dash were fair when it came to paying State Property during their time on Roc-A-Fella Records.

"I love the way 50 [Cent] did with his dawgs," he said. "If you look at it, them dudes got more money and more bread than anybody in State Property 'cause 50 made sure of that. 50 went on tour and paid them, not [telling] them 'it was a good look for them to be on the tour' and things like that. True story, I'm sitting on house arrest and the Young Gunz call my phone 'cause Jay-Z is only paying them $1200 a show and they had to split it."

TMZ has learned Chris Brown has been getting pretty close with a new woman recently -- and this one is a very bad girl.

The woman in the photos is Natalie Nunn, a contestant on the next season of a reality show called "The Bad Girls Club" -- which features women with behavioral issues.

Nunn has been out with Brown a couple times in the last few weeks -- most recently at a roller-skating party on October 16th.

To that Breezy twittered: "Tmz..omg.... U guys have nothing better to do. And by the way. I don't mess wit that girl."

You’re a twitter maniac lady, over the past 3 months we’ve seen pictures posted on twitter by either you, Chris Brown, or Soulja Boy. These pics of course prompted rumors that maybe you were dating both of them, first Chris and then Soulja. Was there any truth to the rumors?

Yeh I know. I mean No…no. Chris is my brother. I’ve always said that. People say a lot of things about me and I’m like I’m only 18. Really??? Is it that serious? People have said I was gay and all type of stuff.

Yes. The one thing people can never say is that I’m a hoe. I have a purity ring. The only time you get in trouble is if you attempt to do something. If your laying up on a boy then something is going to happen. So I just keep my legs closed until I am ready for that. I can’t have a boyfriend because the only thing they want to do is have sex. I don’t want no fingers up there, no penis, nothing!!! Uh uh (shaking her head no).

You know many young girls think that virginity is lame and promiscuity is cool. They succumb to peer pressure and then find themselves in grown folks situations that they aren’t equipped to handle. So I’m pleasantly surprised to hear that you have your head on straight.

Egypt I even try to teach these girls. I hold bible study class at St. Lukes church in Harlem when I’m home. I actually teach the class because I want them to know its okay to praise God and keep your legs closed. I’m just trying to be a good example right now. It’s funny because when I had my 18th birthday I wore this Herve Lager dress and peeps were like Whoaaaaa Teyana. I guess that’s because I always try to dress my age, I just started wearing dresses so they were shocked. But that night I had to make people know that if I want to get on my girlie stuff then I will do that. These female artists need to know that if and when I’m ready to bust out and throw it on….Be afraid…..be very afraid!! (laughs) But I want to be a good example. I’m a lady and I think people respect that.
