So you want to know how to get your ex back if
he's moved on, well the first thing to realize
is that moping around isn't going to do you any
good because that makes you less attractive!

even if he has moved on to another woman it is

One way we can experience some peace in all our
relationships is to try to understand what is really
going on...What if you could suddenly realize that
your guy is not fighting the fight you think he is...
He's not really fighting you...

The last time my husband came home as bristly as a
porcupine bitching about one thing and then another,
like for instance "I can't find anything in this house,"
instead of asking if his black sweatshirt was in the
laundry... which would usually have led me to answer
in a belligerent voice "when do you ever put anything
where it belongs?" and from there it could build up to
a royal fight!

This last time, I sat down at the kitchen table...
held my face in my two hands...breathing deeply in and
out... in a matter of two, three minutes I started to
feel peaceful inside and when I looked up, he was
looking at me with a worried or maybe a puzzled look...

When I said "I don't want us to fight honey" it seemed
that the peaceful feeling I had mustered inside me was
oozing out into the little kitchen...Peter sank into
the other chair, looking deflated...the bluster all
gone...he rubbed one hand through his hair and mumbled
something about having had a tough day... I reached
a hand across the table and he squeezed it...

So maybe you're thinking why should I back off when he's
verbally attacking me? Why should it always be me backing
off? I don't think it's a matter of backing off... it's
more than that...It's been there for one another...

When a guy and a girl first meet they usually start to be

Is this the title of a romantic movie? Recapture my ex-
lover's mind, his heart and his soul? That's a tall order...
which one would be more difficult?
Which one of those three did I ever have? I believe I had
his heart when we decided to get married, and he had mine!

We really cared about one another and our love burned hot
setting our passion on fire...I don't know about our souls...
we didn't really get into any deep talk... we knew one
another through the sharing of the music we both liked,
good food and drink with friends and family, and passionate
lovemaking...

Then when we moved into our apartment after our wedding,
I don't know exactly how it started, we were bickering
a lot about small things but we still had a passionate
love life and money enough to go out with our friends.

Then I had our first baby and we thought I should quit
my job and stay home with him for a couple of years...

So that meant there was less money coming in and my
husband started to bitch about 'never having any money
to do anything' I started to think he wished he could
still have the life his unmarried friends have, we
don't really have any serious discussions...because
I'm afraid that might lead to a breakup...

I travel by bus everyday and I hear a lot of one-sided
conversations! This time it was an obviously very upset
young man talking to someone about:

Yeah there I was...just got through my finals... going
to job interviews,calling my girlfriend to keep her
up to date on how things were progressing... describing
the interviews in the evening..

Yes, we moved in together a couple of months before the
baby was due... she was so excited about the new apartment...
yes a baby girl... beautiful man!

So what happened? I'll tell you what happened...she went
crazy on me...I drove up to the apartment parking
lot to bring her some things from the store... no I
asked her to come down to the parking lot because I had just
time enough to get to an appointment and all hell broke loose...

She made such a scene that the apartment manager called the
cops ...what a mess... I don't want us to break up...

She was screaming that I don't care about her... I don't
care about our baby...I don't care about our relationship,
she's through with me, all I care about is myself, all she
has to listen to is me talking about my last interview, my
next interview and how great they all think I am...

I don't care about her,I don't care how she's feeling...
Man I think she's through with me ... Yeah whe went to
stay with her mother... I don't know what I'm going to do...
We've been going together all through college, I don't know
what got into her...All I know is I don't want to break up!
But she won't talk to me!

At this point I imagined a scene from a TV commercial where
I would pull this wonderful book out of my bag,tap the young

I started this blog today because I am so impressed
by a book I just finished reading... this book is not
written by a famous author and to my knowledge it's
not on any bestseller list.

I want to review
The Magic of Making Up because it has the
potential to help so many people,young,middle-aged
or older.

As the title indicates, the author TW(TDub)Jackson
writes about how to save a failing relationship,
or how to deal with a breakup. The way he does this
is remarkable... he writes from the heart... when he
makes suggestions on what you should or shouldn't do
if you're hoping to get your ex back.

The resources he includes are innovative and he
even shares some unconventional methods, telling
you what foods to avoid and what foods to eat to
keep your spirits up...

There's lots more and I would advise anyone going
through a difficult time in their relationship
or anyone trying to survive a breakup to give
some serious thought to the importance of sharing
your life with a loving partner. I believe it's
worth the effort of trying to figure things out
and getting help if you need it.

When we're young we sometimes think that there
