Apa yang perlu dipersiapkan oleh customer saat awal sebelum berkonsultasi

Kami membutuhkan data mengenai ukuran ruangan serta referensi desain gambar yang diinginkan agar kami dapat memberikan saran mengenai desain, tipe interior yang ideal untuk diaplikasikan serta estimasi penganggaran biaya.

Berapa lama proses desain hingga instalasi

Rata rata dikisaran 5 hingga 10 minggu mulai dari desain hingga finishing tergantung pada tingkat kerumitan serta kompleksitas desain pekerjaan. Kami tetap berusaha mengoptimalkan waktu agar pekerjaan segera terselesaikan

Perubahan selama proses instalasi

Dapat dilaksanakan namun banyaknya perubahan atau revisi dapat menyebabkan pertambahan biaya material dan jasa serta memperlambat penjadwalan.

Saat ini kami berada di wilayah jawa timur - Mojokerto kami juga bersedia melayani permintaan klien ke kota selain area jawa timur.

Kami senantiasa melayani free konsultasi kepada tiap customer setiap saat kecuali mohon maaf sebelumnya apabila ada kemungkinan kami sedang tidak bisa merespon jika pada waktu hari libur.

Kami memberikan free pelayanan jasa garansi perbaikan apabila setelah instalasi ada bagian yang rusak atau cacat. Garansi kita lakukan sesuai dengan batas waktu yang telah ditentukan.

Di tahap awal Kami senantiasa melayani free konsultasi kepada tiap customer untuk memahami apa yang anda butuhkan sehingga kami bisa memberikan saran terbaik untuk anda.

Kami akan melakukan Survey Lapangan apabila dari pihak customer telah memberikan ijinnya. Survey yang kami lakukan penting untuk pengumpulan data terkait area yang akan dikerjakan serta berdiskusi lebih lanjut.

Kami memberikan pengajuan penawaran harga serta desain sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang diharapkan customer.

Setelah melewati berbagai tahapan koreksi dan diskusi, perlu adanya kesepakatan antara kami dengan customer terhadap gambar kerja serta jumlah anggaran.

Apabila seluruh penawaran harga dan desain telah disetujui oleh customer, maka kami akan segera lakukan pengiriman semua material ke lokasi pekerjaan kemudian segera memulai tahap instalasi.
