Facebook</title><content type="html">As polémicas declarações de Cavaco Silva sobre o valor das suas reformas ainda não fizeram 24 horas e a sua páginas oficial do Facebook já tem mais de 1500 reacções à controvérsia.

O Presidente da República queixou-se nesta sexta-feira do que vai receber de reforma.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
"Neste momento já sei quanto é que irei receber da Caixa Geral de Aposentações. Descontei quase 40 anos uma parte do meu salários para a CGA como professor universitário e também descontei durante alguns 30 anos como investigador da Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian e devo receber 1300 por mês, não sei se ouviu bem, 1300 euros por mês", declarou Cavaco Silva. "Tudo somado, o que irei receber do Fundo de Pensões do Banco de Portugal e da Caixa Geral de Aposentações quase de certeza que não vai chegar para pagar as minhas despesas porque como sabe eu também não recebo vencimento como Presidente da República."&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;nbsp;As declarações foram abertura do "Jornal da Noite", da SIC, e manchete em vários jornais deste sábado. Mas, por essa altura, já o Facebook do Presidente da República estava inundado de críticas. Às vezes, de um momento para o outro, aparece num tweet um cardinal seguido de uma expressão, que se multiplica pela rede e lança um tema para a ribalta. Chamam-lhes &lt;b&gt;hashtags&lt;/b&gt;. Hoje, por exemplo, o hashtag #prayforBrazil (rezem pelo Brasil) - a propósito da tragédia causada pelas cheias no país - é um dos mais usados na rede social.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ao criarem visibilidade, os hashtags são apetecíveis para as marcas. Os positivos, é preciso frisar, porque ainda há pouco tempo a Ensitel viu um hashtag com o seu nome tornar-se no primeiro grande exemplo de uma situação de crise nas redes sociais em Portugal. Mas, quando a abordagem é positiva, um hashtag popular pode levar o nome de uma empresa ou de um produto aos "trending topics", o top dos temas mais falados da rede, que é basicamente onde toda a gente quer estar e onde, aliás, muitos pagam para estar com um "trending topic" patrocinado. Será sobretudo por este apetite das empresas que alguns se dedicam a estudar o fenómeno.&lt;br /&gt;

1. os bons hashtags são como "penhascos gramaticais": quem lê, não consegue evitar completar a expressão;&lt;br /&gt;
2. é melhor fazer hashtags com temas específicos do que com temas muito abrangentes;&lt;br /&gt;

O resultado, dizem os investigadores da Universidade de Bournemouth, no Reino Unido, foram sintomas idênticos à privação de álcool ou drogas. Um &lt;a href="http://www.facebook.com/notes/ensitel/comunicado/491565346483" target="_blank"&gt;segundo comunicado&lt;/a&gt;, publicado esta quarta-feira no Facebook - eram 5h12 da tarde -, está a ser bombardeado pelos internautas com críticas cada vez mais duras.&lt;br /&gt;

Mais uma vez, a estratégia da companhia não deu resultado. O assunto foi avivado no Twitter e este é já, sem dúvida, o caso português mais expressivo de uma situação de crise de uma marca nas redes sociais.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;a href="http://tv1.rtp.pt/noticias/?t=Caso-Ensitel-demonstra-que-Justica-e-hoje-espectaculo-como-outro-qualquer.rtp&amp;amp;article=402808&amp;amp;visual=3&amp;amp;layout=10&amp;amp;tm=6" target="_blank"&gt;O advogado Manuel Lopes Rocha disse à Agência Lusa que este é um exemplo de que a Justiça é, nos dias que correm, "um espectáculo como outro qualquer".&lt;/a&gt; Na realidade, é muito mais do que isso: é a prova que faltava a muitos da revolução profunda que a internet trouxe. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
"A internet destrói todos os tradicionais pontos de controlo", escreve Jeff Jarvis no seu "O Que Faria o Google?". O caso Ensitel é a manifestação disso e da urgência das companhias - as que querem sobreviver, pelo menos - em mudarem radicalmente de estratégias, abrindo um diálogo honesto e real com os clientes. Porque, como também escreve Jeff Jarvis, "ouvir os clientes é, na verdade, a forma mais perfeita de marketing que pode haver".&lt;br /&gt;

O recurso aos tribunais por parte da empresa, em reacção aos posts da cliente Maria João Nogueira no seu &lt;a href="http://jonasnuts.com/387191.html" target="_blank"&gt;blogue&lt;/a&gt;, transformou-me num autêntico pesadelo para a marca. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Chovem críticas no Twitter, no Facebook - incluindo &lt;a href="http://www.facebook.com/pages/Ensitel/147041189364" target="_blank"&gt;na própria página da &lt;b&gt;Ensitel&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/a&gt; - e na blogosfera contra a empresa. O recurso aos tribunais - para que sejam apagados do blogue Jonasnuts.com, de Maria João Nogueira, os posts que a Ensitel considera difamatórios - não caiu bem aos internautas. O resultado no tribunal ainda não se conhece, mas pode dizer-se que já há um perdedor: vamos certamente ouvir falar muito da Ensitel em Portugal como um exemplo do que uma marca não deve fazer nas redes sociais.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Se as coisas já estavam difíceis para a &lt;b&gt;Ensitel&lt;/b&gt;, esta tarde pioraram.&lt;a href="http://www.facebook.com/notes/ensitel/comunicado/490999071483" target="_blank"&gt; O comunicado publicado pela empresa na sua página oficial do Facebook&lt;/a&gt; foi alvo de um autêntico ataque por parte dos internautas - do texto consta aliás um "Twiter" que ajudou às críticas quanto ao desconhecimento da empresa sobre o que são as redes sociais. O caso é o grande favorito para o tiro no pé português nas redes sociais em 2010.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Entretanto, foi criada uma página nova no Facebook chamada &lt;a href="http://www.facebook.com/Ensitel?v=wall" target="_blank"&gt;"Nunca Mais Compro Nada na Ensitel"&lt;/a&gt; que, às 19h11, contava já com 899 fãs. &lt;a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=blkuJhResEA" target="_blank"&gt;E também já há um vídeo no YouTube, com 374 visualizações e 34 "likes" (às 19h25).&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Mas isso está prestes a mudar à conta de uma acção de marketing de guerrilha. Borá, com apenas 805 habitantes, quer tornar-se na cidade com maior taxa de penetração do Facebook em todo o mundo. Já vai nos 35%, mas quer chegar aos 100.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
O desafio foi lançado pela Espalhe, agência de marketing de guerrilha, e faz parte do lançamento do Halls XS. A marca não só distribuiu o novo produto por todos os habitantes da cidade mais pequena do Brasil como agora anda a recolher dados para que todos, mas mesmo todos, passem a ter uma conta no Facebook.&lt;br /&gt;
