Bisphenol-A is also now known to circulate in the paper that you normally get from the supermarket cashier.

Bisphenol-A itself is a highly toxic material to the body. Bisphenol-A is known to damage the brain, nerves and cause several diseases such as heart disease and cancer.

Several previous studies said that Bisphenol-A is known to many in the plastic material can lead to heart disease and even death. Therefore, some made from plastic which is forbidden to use repeatedly.

Now, without realizing it, the paper obtained from the cash register each day can be a Bisphenol-A, especially the media exposure is found in many U.S. regions as quoted from Glamour.com, Wednesday (14/10/2009).

John Warner of Warner Babcock Institute for Green Chemistry found paper made to the bill at the checkout includes Bisphenol-A materials. Although the Agency for the U.S. Food and Drug (FDA) has not been given the label of the dangers of products made from BPA, but researchers suspect a dangerous potential for the body.

Although the paper does not relate directly with the food, but contamination can occur through the hands. If it were so, Bisphenol-A course materials can enter the body if not immediately wash his hands.

"Bisphenol-A many of the tools are made of polycarbonate plastic commonly. But it's also a toxic substance found in a paper bill, and the extent of amounts greater than kebih in plastic, which is 60-100 milligrams of Bisphenol-A free," said Warner.

Other papers that Bisphenol-A is suspected to contain carbon paper. For that, researchers suggested that supermarket customers always wash their hands after shopping and avoid holding the food directly from the hand.

In addition to risk of various serious diseases, like heart disease, stroke, and diabetes, a study indicates, the opportunity to have a fat guy offspring would be threatened.

As reported a study published the journal Fertility and Sterility, the chance of a fat man has a relatively low child even if he is able-bodied. Study of research scientists from Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine at the Hershey show, among 87 healthy men aged 19-48 years, those in obese (overweight) tend not to have kids.

One important thing is underlined by these findings, male fat body also showed hormonal differences that show decreased reproductive capacity and capability. The results showed, compared with peers who have better posture lean, obese men have lower testosterone levels in his blood.

In addition, they also recorded a luteinizing hormone levels of the hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) are low, but both types are very important for male reproductive health.

According to experts, the lack of LH and FSH levels are relatively hypogonadotropik indicating partial hypogonadism. This is a condition in which the testes do not function properly due to interference and signal the pituitary gland hypothalamus, two important parts of the brain that regulate hormone secretion.

Dr Eric M Pauli and her team from Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine said, its findings indicate that obesity is one of the independent factors that affect male fertility.

In his research, Pauli involving 87 men and 68 percent of whom already have a child. Pauli and her team found, the average body mass index (BMI) recorded lower among this group compared with those who have not had children.

When researchers examined several types of reproductive hormones, they found that men who have obesity category of LH and FSH levels lower. On the other hand, increasing obesity is also associated with increased levels of hormones Estrogens. The influence of body fat, Pauli said, it can increase the conversion of testosterone to estrogen in the blood of men. Such hormonal changes can cause signals in the brain to suppress the production of FSH and LH hormones.

In fact, the herpes infection is not as simple as that.

Please note that the herpes virus will not live long on the cold surface and dry. In addition, new transmission can occur if a person has an open wound in the same body part with others who have the herpes virus.

Why? Because our skin is thick enough so that the virus can not enter without an open wound. So that the most common transmission is from person to person because when we have sex with someone, mucosa genital area more easily peeled than our outer skin.

So it is with swimming pool and "hot tub" is sometimes also causing concern for the users because they have the amount of water large enough to be able to transmit the herpes virus. In fact, the water content contained in the pool or tub is big enough to turn the virus and there are also chemicals in the water.

How about "sex toys"? The use of sex toys alternately with people who have the herpes virus can indeed become a medium of transmission of the virus can live for a while in the sex toys.

However, you must be very careful in using products that contain vitamin A and its derivatives.

A recent study published in the FASEB Journal shows vitamin A crucial role in the formation of energy in cells. Too much or deficiency of this vitamin will adversely affect the body. Therefore, you should be aware of the risk of an overdose of vitamin A given more and more products, whether cosmetic or supplements, which contain this vitamin.

"Our study tried to explain the potential downside of vitamin A due to the use of cosmetic creams and supplements. The use of excessive vitamin leads to the chaos of energy production that affect cell growth and death," said Ulrich Hammerling, Sloan-Kattering from the Institute for Cancer Research in New York , USA.

In his research, the researchers used cultures of human cells and mice containing a specific gene modification of chemicals containing mitochondrial energy production.

These cells are then grown with and without vitamin A. The researchers then tested the impact on each stage of energy production. The results showed, retinol, an important component in vitamin A, is essential for the metabolism of mitochondria and function as sensors nutritional in energy production in cells.

However, when our bodies are too little or too much to receive vitamin A, mitochondria can not function properly, causing damage to the organ.

"Beauty may be only limited to the skin layer, but vitamin A is not. He will go down to the cell nucleus and affect our health," said Dr.Gerald Weissmann, editor-in-chief of FASEB Journal. "Using too much vitamin-enriched products can affect a negative, even fatal to the body," he said.

But the decline, which is widespread in women, associated with cancer, immune system disorders and inflammatory diseases.

High blood pressure increases the chance of stroke, heart disease and other disorders of blood vessels and heart. Women in the study of blood pressure is living in Tecumseh, Michigan, and aged 24 to 44 years with an average age of 38 years, when the study began.

The researchers measured levels of vitamin D in the blood during the early and take note of the blood pressure once a year. In 2007, they compared notes systolic, the highest number on the results of high blood pressure indicates pressure inside blood vessels when the heart beats.

More than 10% of women who experienced a decline of vitamin D have high blood pressure in 2007, while 3.7% in women with adequate levels. When the study began, 5.5% of women who experienced a decline of vitamin D levels also had high blood pressure, while 2.8% in women with vitamin D to normal.

The study was funded by the U.S. National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases.

Nearly half the population around the world have high levels of vitamin D lower and the researchers say the problem gets worse when people spend more time in the house. African Americans seem to have very high risk because dark skin can be made harder for the body to absorb ultraviolet light.

Of course the answer is yes. The disease is "new" has become a part of our society today. Especially for people who live in big cities included in the Metropolitan category. Various problems that cause stress can easily be found in these cities.

The solution? our hands often will grab an ice cream or a sweet candy to relieve stress immediately. But the result, of course, many people do not want to feel the effects arise because of the high sweet foods these calories. Maybe you do not believe, that was the best way to deal with stress is to help our brain to move more calm and patient.

Whatever mood that appears in you, there are a variety of healthy foods that can help us to deal with a situation that was the worst, without sacrificing (size) of our body

Feeling worried?
For example: You have to deal with an interview for a job long you want this afternoon!
Choose: grilled chicken sandwich at noon, cut margarine and mayonnaise
The reason: grilled chicken will provide good protein. 200 grams of protein will help your brain create dopamine and nor epinephrine, natural chemicals in the brain that will make you stay alert, according to Judith Wurtman, Ph.D., author of The Serotonin Power Diet

Restless, unable to sleep?
For example: tomorrow is the first day of work at the new office, you must be nervous right?
Select: Popcorn low-fat, half an hour before you sleep
The reason: Carbohydrates will make our bodies release serotonin, the chemical in the brain that will make you feel relaxed. "But make sure that the popcorn you enjoy free or low-fat, because fat will slow the process is the release of serotonin, so it will last longer in your body, and you'll be more relaxed," says Elizabeth Somer, RD

Depressed
For example: There is a big problem at home that can not be completed
Select: Salmon or Sushi for dinner
The reason: When you are depressed, full of sweet foods with simple carbohydrates and sugar will increasingly make the condition called "sugar crush" where you'll increasingly looking for sweet foods, and this will continue to repeat until you have experienced depression will become deep. Well, in a study in Finland, found that people who eat fish will be better able to fight depression, and even 31% of those who ate fish just a little depressed!

Losing Confidence sudden?
For example: you suddenly nervous in front of your date!
Choose: A piece of chocolate (small yeah!)
The reason: Brown will help you lift your mood! Chocolate filled with anadamin, and feniletilamin, who helped work the nerves and will make you feel calmer and happier!

Confused? Must choose which one?
For example: Want to select courses outside the city, or in your town now?
Select: Breakfast with a piece of pineapple or oatmeal with berries
The reason: Antioxidants from fruits or vegetables with bright colors stronger helps fight free radicals that make your memories stay strong stick, "Because your brain absorbs a lot of oxygen, the antioxidants will help reduce brain damage due to oxidants available," so says Elizabeth Somer, RD Time and in the confusion, do not we have to think clearly with our brain?

Or eat less eggs, high protein foods will only make a kidney problem, or actually potatoes are not good for our health?

From what we hear, often times there will be other people who argue with another fact that will increasingly make us confused, for example, about the potato, which is said to make us even more easy to be fat, while there are people who say potatoes could actually help we are so much thinner?

Where the hell is actually true? Sometimes both are true, except that there are certain requirements that must be met before the conditions had been sought or avoided may occur. So, let us examine together the right conditions like what the hell?

Myth One: High Protein Foods Dangerous For Kidney

What is the cause of this myth?

In 1983, researchers found that by consuming more protein will make GFR or "Glomerural Filtratoin Rate" alias filtering velocity of blood in the kidneys increased. This discovery, according to the researchers, saying that your kidneys are in a condition

work hard, and consequently stress the kidneys.

But .. Is that true?

Nearly two decades ago, a researcher from the Netherlands found that indeed the food with high protein content will increase the GFR, but not that interfere with employment effects kidney or kidney burden. Even in reality, no study has linked high consumption of protein (even up to 2.5 grams per kilogram of body weight) with impaired kidney health

So, Like What?

In essence, direct protein content according to your target weight. For example, your weight is 100kg, and want to come down to 90kg, then arrange for your protein intake is 180 grams (two times the target weight, divided by 1000). But if for example you weight 75 pounds, and you want to get 90 kg of body weight, then see to it that your protein intake is also 180 grams!

Myth Two: Sweet Potatoes Better Than Potato!

What is the cause of this myth?

The problem is that more Americans eat potatoes that have been processed, for example: fried potatoes, or potato chips, and potato consumption is ultimately associated with increased risk of obesity and diabetes. While sweet potatoes, which are usually eaten whole, revered as a nutrient-rich foods and has a glycemic index lower than the potatoes!

But .. Is that true?

Sweet Potato and proved to have levels of nutrients when compared, will instead complement each other. For example, sweet potatoes are rich in fiber and vitamin A, but the potatoes contain essential minerals such as iron, magnesium and high potassium. Whereas if you talk about glycemic index, sweet potatoes are lower, but usually eaten with potatoes with toppings such as cheese, sour cream, or butter. All of these toppings contain fat, which in the end will push glycemic index

So, Like What?

Not that sweet potato is better, which is important, form of potatoes you eat it like what, whether you choose a whole baked potato? Or processed potatoes such as potato chips or fries, which proved a bad thing?

Myth Three: Red Meat Causes Cancer

What is the cause of this myth?

In a study in 1986, researchers from Japan found that rats that were fed "heterocyclic amines", a compound that occurs when meat is cooked very well at high temperatures, has the growth of cancer cells. Since then, many studies appeared concerning the possibility of a link between meat and cancer.

But .. Is that true?

Actually, there are no studies showing a direct relationship between red meat consumption and cancer. The study is actually still far from the valid, because the data is retrieved only shows the tendency of one's diet, and health conditions that arise from this diet. Not that simple to conclude that there directly.

So, Like What?

Do not be afraid to bake, or eat satay, burgers or steak! Moreover, to force myself not to eat meat at all. Still safe, just throw away the parts that burnt in the sate or burgers or steaks you, before you eat

Myth Four: Salt Cause High Blood Pressure

What is the cause of this myth?

In 1940, researchers from Duke University, named Walter Kempner, MD, became famous for his success in treating a patient with high blood pressure by reducing salt levels in food. Thus concluded that by reducing salt, high blood pressure can be decreased.

But .. Is that true?

The discovery and study large-scale reset the latter is in fact shown that in fact there is no reason for people with normal blood pressure to keep their sodium intake. Whereas if you have high blood pressure, chances are, you are people with extra sensitivity to salt. As a result, if you reduce the salt, then the high blood patients would be more helpful!

During the past 20 years, people with high blood pressure do not have to lower salt intake, only to replace salt in foods that contain lots of potassium. Why? because in fact the balance between the two minerals that are more important. Even a researcher from the Netherlands successfully observed that the low potassium consumption, has the same effect as the impact of high salt consumption.

So, Like What?

In essence, try changing your consumption of foods high in potassium, which you can accomplish by eating lots of vegetables, fruits and nuts. Eg spinach, broccoli, bananas, potatoes and most nuts, or soy containing high potassium!

Only a few types of fruits that remain green when ripe. One of them is the kiwi.

The green color is caused by the pigment chlorophyll levels remained unchanged in the process until done. Foodstuffs generally contain more chlorophyll is a good source of magnesium.

Many research results have shown that chlorophyll antimutagenic properties (preventing the spread of cancer-causing genes). This occurs because the nature of chlorophyll binding reaction can inhibit carcinogens with DNA compounds, and compounds to counteract the radical reaction. Chlorophyll can also protect the immune system through the ability to reduce reactivity of radical compounds.

One study showed that chlorophyllin, the substance chlorophyll derivatives, capable of binding Aflatoxin B1 can inhibit the occurrence of liver cancer. Benitez research results and Wens (1996) showed that very effectively lower chlorophyllin super oxide anion (free radical species), whose capacity is higher than the beta-carotene or vitamin C.

Kiwi also contains inositol, which plays an important role in intracellular responses to hormones and neurotransmitters. Some research indicates that inositol supplementation helps lung function in premature infants and adults who experience depression. If not, get ready had asthma. Researchers from the United States found that a large waist women more susceptible to asthma.

Julie Von Behren and his colleagues from the Northern California Cancer Center, Berkeley found that women's waist size greater asthma more susceptible than normal waist size women.

Large waist is usually associated with obesity a disease, but not all women who also had a relatively large waist obesity. There are standard sizes. Researchers also said that the woman waist size more than about 88 cm or 34 inches is at risk of asthma.

"Especially if the woman's obesity, asthma can get worse," said Von Behren was quoted as saying by Reuters on Thursday (8/10/2009).

Von Behren and colleagues surveyed 88,304 women aged 40 to 70 years, and found that obese women get more medical treatment of asthma associated with sustained disease.

As many as 13 percent of survey respondents who are classified as follows obesity with body mass index or body mass index (BMI) is above 30. A total of 1.5 per cent classified as extremely obese with a BMI over 40.

BMI is a standard measure to determine how big or how a normal person's body size according to height ratio and body weight. Normal BMI ranges between 18.5 and 24.9.

Although it is known asthma risk is greater in those who are obese, but other facts found in this study is the woman's waist size large (although not obese) are more susceptible to asthma.

"This study did show the risk of asthma in women who mostly belong to obesity, but there are also those who are big waist, but not considered obese. Unfortunately, that aerobic activity done outside the room, such as jogging or cycling at a high environmental pollution, to some extent still have a negative effect, especially if you suffer from asthma, lung disorders, or cardiovascular disease.

According to Professor Edward R Laskowski, MD, physician members of the American College of Sports Medicine, during aerobic activity, even a low intensity, you'll inhale 10 times higher than the rest.

In addition, when you exercise you will more often take a deep breath to the lungs and breathe more often through the mouth so that air could not be filtered by the filter system in the nose. This will increase the contact with the existing pollutants in the air.

The accumulation of exposure to air pollution and small particles, like dust, aerosols, or smoke, can cause health problems, such as damage to the small respiratory system in the lungs, increasing the risk of heart attack in elderly women, and increased risk of lung cancer .

Even so, Laskowski suggested that we not be afraid to exercise. To minimize the impact of air pollution while exercising, he gave the following tips:

- Select the appropriate time
Should select the time in the morning when air pollution is too high yet. You can also choose a location on the outskirts of cities or regions that low levels of pollution. To you who live in Jakarta, you can try cycling or jogging in the Old City area that is free of motor vehicles.

- Keep your distance
To reduce pollution, work out in a radius of more than 20 meters from the highway because of the high pollution levels within a radius of 15 meters from the road.

- Sports indoor
Vary the location of your sport. Occasionally do sports in the gym or jogging track within the room.

Each with excellence providing a positive influence on children as individuals to make independent and competent. Every parent brings a number of personal qualities and a variety of complex needs in its role as a parent.

Just as with children, parents also have a gender and a different temperament that contribute to the ways different in parenting. Moreover, parents take their past experiences and a number of cultural values that shape what they do today.

Although in general the role of father and mother together in improving child development, but the 'touch' that makes little difference.

Role of Father:
1. Foster feelings of confidence and competence in children through play activities are more "rough" and involves physical activity, both inside and outside the room.

Useful activities: a variety of physical activities, like sports together, play tag, swinging child, and so on.

2. Growing desire for achievement in children through the introduction of various types of work and the story of ideals.

Useful activities: taking him to the office, seeing how his father's work, discussing the idol figures / the works, and so on.

3. Teach about gender roles of men, how to act as a man, and what is expected by the social environment of man.

Beneficial activities: involving children in activities at home dad, like clean the yard, fixing broken furniture, provide protection to the whole household, and so on.

The father's role as mentioned above to some extent encourage children to open the door of success. Father encourages children to grow up independent, confident, achievement, aim high, and so on. (Papalia, Diane., Olds, Sally W., Feldman, Ruth D., Human Development, 11th Ed. USA: McGraw-Hill, 2008)

There was no specific difference in the effects of fatherhood on boys and girls. Both will absorb all the things that made his father as mentioned above. They learn, play, absorbing the spirit of the father so that positive things are expected in the growth can be realized.

Role of Mother:
1. Foster feelings of love and love to children through interaction involves a much more physical contact and affection.

Useful activities: providing caresses, hugs, and kisses love at the moments of togetherness with the child.

2. Growing language skills in children through the activities of storytelling and storytelling, as well as through the more intimate activities, ie talking to children.

Useful activities: invite children to talk, vent, read a bedtime story, and so on.

3. Teaches female gender roles, about how to act as a woman, and what is expected by the social environment of a woman.

Beneficial activities: involving children in activities at home mom, help shopping, cooking, taking care of younger brother, and so on.

Same with my father, there is no specific difference in the role of mother to child male or female. All feelings of love and affection the mother will be absorbed by the child. They will learn how to be a woman, see / treat women, sharing love and affection.

Modeling
Both father and mother, both vital role in the development of the child are optimal. Both must work together and complement each other. It may be that fathers have a limited time, but that's no excuse for not paying attention to the child.

Now, in order to replace the role of the father, then the example becomes the main thing. Through exemplary attitude, the children can make identifying him as a model. Without a model, whatever value you want to invest will only be in vain. I love you, Daddy.

Scientists from the National Center for Foreign Animal Disease (NCFAD), Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA), have mapped the full genetic sequence of the virus found in pigs from Alberta and confirm that the virus in infected pigs were similar to those found in humans, says siara press CFIA in its Internet pages, the end of last week.

Part of the 2300 pigs at a farm is found to be infected with new virus in early May. The virus is thought to spread from a worker who had just returned from Mexico.

While scientists are trying to investigate this new virus, these developments will help scientists around the world to better understand the virus and its impact on animals, CFIA said.

The researchers are now focusing on how to swine flu virus H1N1 affecting these animals.

Although further studies are needed, initial studies showed that the infected animals became ill and recovered naturally, just as their condition if exposed (Exposed) against common influenza viruses found in pigs at a global level, the agency said.

Research is being conducted by the CFIA to examine whether other animals susceptible to the virus or not. Such information may be used to refine measures of disease monitoring and prevention.

Various studies also were conducted to assess the effectiveness of current vaccines, and develop diagnostic methods for better and faster.

The researchers from Chungnam National University say they have been propagating "virus standard" supplied by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) United States and create a material that is not toxic and can be mass produced cheaply.

The research team headed by Seo Sang-heui say it with a vaccine CNUK-RG A/CA/4xPR/8 (H1N1), was developed on Friday, eleven days after the CDC provide the virus samples.

Scientists have done tests on samples of human and monkey cells. Fully developed vaccine will be marketed in September after a clinical experiments completed.

At least according to data reported by the Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI).

The agency analyzes the data and Prevention Center for Disease Control United States (CDC) about the disease that arises due to the food starting in 1990. Most diseases caused by Norovirus contamination, E. coli and salmonella bacteria.
"We do not recommend customers to change their diet. Our goal is to lobby members of Congress to raise awareness of national food security system," said Caroline Smith DeWaal, the Chairman of CSPI Food Safety Program.

Tenth food frequently reported causes of disease, such as egg, tuna, clams, potatoes, cheese, ice cream, tomatoes, bean sprouts, and berries.

However, it is unclear whether this food itself can be blamed as the cause of disease. For example, tomatoes, it is unclear whether the tomatoes that caused the disease or other food ingredients in a salad.

Therefore, the investigators asked the consumers to take precautionary action, for example ensuring that food is properly cooked and washed, and avoiding consumption of meat, including raw seafood is.

Let us prepare yourself if you have an earthquake. We better get ready and prepare first aid for emergencies that arise after the earthquake occurred. Make your own first aid kit that you can use when the situation requires you to.

This equipment is a "red box" that indicates your state of emergency to keep drugs and equipment - medical equipment, so you can stay at home, in cars and in the workplace.
Keep your medical equipment in a medium-size box so that you can easily carry and should antiair. Do not forget to do periodic checks to see if the equipment and medications you are still not expired. Few tips: If you have a health problem that requires you take medications regularly do not forget to include it.

Drugs to exist:
- Liquid detergent injury
- Antibiotic ointment
- Sachet Cotton alcohol
- Tablet headache, fever, diarrhea and your regular medications
- Eye drops for irritation

The instrument should have:
- Brown tape to hold gauze
- Cloth mesh
- Cotton
- Cotton bud
- The tape for small wounds
- Cain wide rectangle when joint injury
- Elastic strap long enough to hold the fabric

Other equipment needed:
- The booklet first aid way
- Small Scissors
- Tweezers
- Thermometer
- Small Liquid Soap
- Tissue
- Protective eye
- Glass paper
- Folding knife
- Small Plastic
- Needle and thread
- Wet Tissues
- The string to tie

Do not forget to store food that can last long and bottled water so you can survive until at least 3 days before help arrived. Make sure you tell family members which will meet when an earthquake happens, make a meeting point when it came to separate families.

But, from our friends can also catch a bad habit. One of them is an unhealthy lifestyle that can lead to overweight or obesity.

If your friend has an excess weight, the possibility to join our agency increased so stretchy 57 percent. That figure is 71 percent off so when the friend had sex with you. According to a study done by researchers from Harvard University, USA.
According to one researcher, Nicholas Christakis, MD, PhD, when we used to see people with the extra large size of our acceptance of body size can be changed. We will not consider a big problem. "People around us may influence our perspective without ever we realize," he said.

If your friend has an unhealthy diet rich in fat and low in fiber, you may catch the habit. Therefore, you need to keep the principles and vision of a healthy concept that is not easily swayed.

Got a friend who had a habit of drinking alcohol will also affect us. If your friends drink alcohol often, you will also consider custom as usual. Researchers from the University of Texas, U.S., found that 87 percent of people become heavy drinkers if their friends have liberal views about alcohol.

A study found children who experienced childhood
trauma has 20 years of age who are shorter.

Recent research conducted by the center of disease control and prevention of the U.S. (CDC) showed that children who experienced 6 times or more events, including emotional trauma, physical or sexual violence have an average age of 19 years shorter than children who did not experience trauma.
"Stress is experienced by a continuous will tend to accumulate in a person's life that affect how to grow, think and control the emotions of the person," said Dr. Robert you, who do investigations in the study of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE) at the CDC, as quoted from ABC News, Thursday (8/10/2009).

Based on the observations made, the resulting stress will give a negative effect on brain development and function of some organs, leading to premature death.

To conduct this study involving more than 17,000 people are accompanied by medical records and his behavior during the years 1995 to 1997. Then in 2006 researchers look back on those who still survive. Researchers found those who received 6 or more events that are less well during his life have an average age of 60 years while that can not live until the age of 79 years.

You add the children who experience trauma are likely to take the risk factors that can aggravate health such as smoking, consuming alcohol, use of drugs, obesity or lack of physical activity.

Stress experienced during childhood trigger the body to produce adrenaline and cortisol excess. Adrenaline can interfere with brain growth, while cortisol cause other problems.

"If the high dose, or occurs repeatedly may disrupt the growth of nerve cells that disrupt the function of organs in the body and also affects the immune system," he added.

Children usually easier to remember something, so that children who experience trauma will give the effect of long and deep. But every person has a body resilience different. The difference is related to temperament (character), responses to other people and people around like friends and family.

The younger the person experiencing the trauma, it will be more vulnerable to the effects of the trauma itself. So the little children who experienced trauma can have profound effects long if not immediately treated.

According to experts, workers at the airport with a lower fee even become a source of infection is more dangerous.

Dr.Michael Bell, an expert in the field of infectious diseases from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the U.S., said, flight attendants or stewards and other workers more mobile in the plane can actually leave the bacteria in a variety of surfaces. "Passengers who are sick instead just quietly in her seat," he said.

Still, the biggest danger could come from airline workers or workers who pay lower airport, such as janitor. Received small wages and low benefits makes them difficult to get sick leave. "Individually they may be spreading infections," he said.

To anticipate the spread of disease transmission, the current American health authorities ask people who are sick to travel first. In addition, workers who are sick are also asked not to work and isolate themselves at home until his condition improved.

"Avoiding that airline workers do not become a source of transmission of infection is less complex because there are many variations of labor they have," said Bell. Moreover, the contract employees is the biggest part of the workforce there.

The link between risk of disease transmission on aircraft and the airport has become a big issue in the United States. Especially when the temperature is cooler autumn in the northern hemisphere will cause spikes feared H1N1 cases.

While awaiting the arrival of H1N1 vaccine, the U.S. Defense Department insisted that even workers in the airline to improve personal hygiene, both among employees or passengers, for example by way of washing hands more often.

The spread of germs could be resisted through the air cleaning system. Commercial aircraft are generally equipped with ventilation systems that can capture pathogenic germs and prevent the spread.

Side effects, such as muscle cramps or headaches, did occur in some cases, but everyone should have access to the vaccine.

Mass vaccination campaigns to prevent influenza A-H1N1 currently taking place in China and Australia, and will soon begin in the U.S. and some European countries. This was revealed WHO spokesman Gregory Hartl. About reluctance some people to be vaccinated, Hartl only asserted, "I hope every person the opportunity to get the vaccine could actually get it."

The UN declared last June that the A-H1N1 virus causes an influenza pandemic and a number of companies have collaborated to make the vaccine. GlaxoSmithKline vaccine orders received from 22 countries again in the last two months so that the total dose of ordered has reached 440 million and the value of about 3.5 billion U.S. dollars. Another company is Sanofi-Aventis, Novartis, Baxter, AstraZeneca, dan CSL.
