“O treinamento e o combate:

"The training and combat:
A warrior of light does not rely on their strength; also uses the energy of your opponent.
When you start fighting, all he has is his enthusiasm, and the moves he learned while training, as the fight progresses, he discovers that the enthusiasm and training are not enough to win: you need experience.
Then he opens his heart to the universe, and asks God to inspire him, so that every stroke of the enemy is also a lesson in defense for him.
His companions say: "as superstitious. He stopped the fight to pray, and respects the tricks of the adversary. "
The warrior did not respond to these provocations. He knows that without inspiration and experience, no training that result. "

For me, the hardest thing about my training routine is being consistent. It’s those days when you really don’t want to train, when you just don’t feel like it, that’s the hardest. But it’s also what makes you feel the best when you do it anyway.

Oss.

It was not the result I wanted, much less the result I expected, but the important thing was to have arrived in the arena, I gave my blood, sweat and tears and often teaches more defeat. It was wonderful to get there on my own, no money, no sponsorship, no support from my family, but still competitive ... I learned from my mistakes that have made me stronger. Life is a journey, and mine has never been easy. I'm working every day to my growth ... And the coming of the next championship, I'm always ready for combat. Oss.

Life always shows us a multitude of horizons. If we know the world and see people who are around us, every day we see new roads, the same need to create our opportunities. Nobody wins the lottery to buy the ticket and do not bet, is not it?

Fui a unica brasileira a fazer parte.

Jiu-jitsu no Brasil

This was more a gathering of warriors in London, England. I was the only Brazilian to take part. I want to do a blog that encourages female jiu jitsu, write about my routine of an athlete, my competitions, my victories and defeats, in order to mostrare divine creatures as we are when we discover our gift, and use it for good. Thank you to all who follow me that way ... I want to start by defining my art: Jiu Jitsu in Japanese Art Smooth. Jiu Jitsu martial art and old, perfect, complete and effective self defense.

The jiu-jitsu or jiu-jitsu, also known by the spellings jujutsu or jujitsu (Japanese 柔术, transl. Ju "softness," "gentleness", and jutsu "art", "technique" [1] (jiu jitsu is the name of art and jiu "jutsu" is the name of the gentle art) was a Japanese martial art that uses levers and pressure to drop, dominion over the opponent, without using traditional traumatic blows, which were not very effective in context in which the struggle was developed because the samurai (bushi) wore armor.

In Japan, Judo was the term used to differentiate the old ju-jitsu, when Jigoro Kano developed a teaching method combining the techniques of ju-jitsu. The Japanese Kanji ideograms Ju jitsu, may receive different pronunciations. The character "jiu" jiu-jitsu (柔术) and "ju" in judo (柔道) are actually the same.

Basically Jiu-Jitsu uses the strength (own and, when possible, from the very opponent) levers, which allows a fighter, even though less than the opponent can win. On the ground, with the technical bottlenecks and pressure on joints, you can submit an opponent making him give up the fight (competitively), or (real fight) making him pass out or you break a joint.

History

Jiu-Jitsu was the art of fighting hand-to-body samurai, with the end of the samurai in the Meiji era, was being marginalized. Jigoro Kano jiu-jitsu master Japanese, created a revolutionary pedagogy that became known as Kano Jiu-Jitsu for political reasons after it became known as judo (an art that uses the same principles to combat the former jiu-jitsu, but that went beyond this, also studied the way of man in society).
Jiu-Jitsu in Brazil

Years later, at the time of expanssão Kano Jiu-Jitsu in 1917, Mitsuyo Maeda, aka Count Koma, was sent on a diplomatic mission to Brazil in order to receive the Japanese immigrants and secure them in the country.

Sensei of the Kodokan Judo Academy, Maeda taught Carlos Gracie because of affinity with his father, Gaston Gracie. Carlos in turn taught his brothers too, especially Helio Gracie. Only Maeda taught judo to Carlos Jigoro Kano, and that gave it to the helium, which was the most frail of the Gracies, adjusting it with great focus on ne-waza - ground techniques of judo, the central point of sport jiu-jitsu Brazil. To compensate for your body type, from the teachings of Carlos, Helio improved the solo part of the device by the use of leverage, giving you the extra power that it did not have. In a recent interview, Hélio Gracie says, "Carlos was fighting judo" that "no 'there' more Jiu-Jitsu in Japan, and Japanese fighters Newaza practicing MMA today, are essentially Judoka" and finally that " Created Jiu-Jitsu we have today.. " It is true that the traditional jiu-jitsu is very different from the practiced and created by Helio and Carlos in Brazil today.
