Yield: 6 to 8 sliders

Prep Time: 30 min

Cook Time: 10 min

Ingredients:

One filet mignon steak
6 to 8 King's Hawaiian Original Hawaiian Sweet Rolls, sliced in half
small heirloom tomatoes (or a regular small tomato), sliced
burrata cheese (or fresh mozzarella)
6 to 8 large basil leaves
3 slices bacon, cooked until crisp, and sliced in thirds

Directions:

1. Preheat your grill to medium. Drizzle
your filet steak with a little olive oil, kosher salt and freshly ground
pepper. Grill steak on both sides until you have reached your desired
doneness. I prefer to take it off when it's just beyond medium rare
(still a little pink inside). Let rest on a cutting board for a few
minutes, then slice into slider-sized pieces.
2. Assemble the sliders: on the bottom half of the rolls, layer
tomato > filet > basil leaf > burrata > bacon, then top with
the top halves of the rolls. Secure with cocktail sticks, if desired.
Serve and eat immediately.

Tips:

*Burrata cheese can be found in the gourmet cheese
section of your market. It comes shaped as a "ball" floating in tub
full of water (just like fresh mozzarella). It's wonderful and creamy,
but you can also substitute sliced fresh mozzarella for this recipe.

JenJackie Cartier of Boulder, Colo.,
has been running for 10 years. That has left her feet beaten up and
bruised, with thick calluses and the occasional missing toenail. But she
won’t step foot in a salon to have a pedicure.

“I really need the calluses I’ve built up,”
said Ms. Cartier, 27. Whenever she’s gotten the full pedicure treatment
in the past, she said, those calluses have been removed. And without
that extra layer of protection, her next few runs really hurt.

As for her toenails, she says that she’s
embarrassed about the way they look. But she’ll paint on top of however
many nails remain, some of them bruised and blackened, and wear
open-toed shoes anyway.

Runners shy away from pedicures for a lot of
reasons. Not only may they want to preserve protective calluses, they
may also think having pretty toenails doesn’t really matter when you’re
losing them so often. Others are just too embarrassed to sit in a chair
and have a stranger evaluate their battered feet. Still others don’t
want to inflict any more pain on nails that are already put through so
much.

Lost or discolored toenails are a perpetual
problem for runners because running is “blunt trauma” on the feet, said
Dr. Albert D’Angelantonio, an assistant professor of plastic and
reconstructive surgery at the Perelman School of Medicine at the
University of Pennsylvania. “Imagine if I beat on your skin a few times
and hit you in the same spot,” he said. “You would get black and blue.
The same thing happens underneath the nail.”

Dr. Ken Jung, a foot and ankle surgeon at the
Kerlan-Jobe Orthopedic Clinic in Los Angeles, likens the nail trauma
that comes with running to stress fractures. “When the stress overcomes
what your body’s able to handle, you get stress fractures,” he said.
“The same thing is true with the nail.”

It’s not the actual nail that is damaged, but
the nail bed, the tissue under the nail that is rich in blood vessels,
Dr. Jung says. Running, particularly running downhill or while wearing
shoes that are too small, puts pressure on the front of the foot and can
traumatize the nail that protects that bed. As a result, the nail bed
bleeds, making the toenail appear black.

The buildup of blood also creates pressure
that can push up the nail. The nail can then detach from the nail
matrix, the area at the base of the nail from which new nails grow. For
the majority of runners, Dr. Jung says, that matrix remains unharmed.
That’s why often when a dead nail pops off, a new one is already growing
underneath. After I ran the New Jersey Marathon, I had seven and a half
toenails — I say half because by the time one popped off, half a nail
had already grown back underneath.

If the nail matrix is damaged, however, then
the nail sometimes won’t grow back. That typically occurs after a more
intense trauma. I didn’t start losing toenails until I was training for
and running marathons, but for some runners it can also occur when the
toes jam against the front of an overcrowded, too-tight shoe or if the
second toe is longer than the big toe. Some ultramarathoners actually
have the matrix and nails from problem nails removed to end constant pain. Getting rid of toenails means they don’t need to worry about the nails popping off in a race.

Lauren Parker, a 28-year-old publicist in New
York City, uses pedicures as a treat, visiting a salon every time she
finishes a marathon. She’s run three so far. “It’s my reward for putting
my feet through a lot of training,” she said.

While training for the race itself, she keeps
her nails trimmed and moisturizes her feet often. That, she said,
“keeps my feet healthy, not necessarily beautiful.”

Spas and salons have been catering to
runners’ feet, too. As part of the Las Vegas Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon, the
Mirage Hotel and Casino last year offered a pedicure as part of a
V.I.P. package.

Go! Spa, a St. Louis-based salon, has been
offering the Perfect 10K pedicure for the last eight years. “A lot of
our clients who are runners want that callus,” said Katy Oliver, a
spokeswoman for the salon. So instead of sloughing them off, the spa
technicians leave them on. They also cut the nails to a medium length –
too short, you risk ingrown toenails; too long, and you’re more likely
to bang the nail against the front of your shoe.

The main benefit of a pedicure from a health
perspective, says Dr. Jung, is that it keeps the nails properly trimmed.
The nails should be cut straight across instead of rounded, he said, to
prevent ingrown toenails.

Of course, you should take care to visit a
salon that is hygienic in its practices – one that sterilizes its
tools, including nail files and buffers. Dr. D’Angelantonio recommends
bringing your own instruments, and also patronizing a salon that uses a
plastic inlay inside of the soaking tub that the technician can replace
after each customer to assure you’re putting your feet in a sterile
solution.

And if you have an underlying medical
condition like diabetes, which can increase the risk of infection, he
says, check with your doctor before getting a pedicure.

Ultimately, there’s not much people who run a
lot can do to prevent lost or discolored toenails entirely. Making sure
your running shoes fit properly may help. So can avoiding downhill
running, which jams your toes against the front of your footwear, though
that’s not really practical.

As for my own feet, I’m not embarrassed
enough about my toenails to want to avoid my nail salon. Right now I
have my toenails painted American flag-red – all nine of them.

The most important thing to remember is that, while getting a test may seem embarrassing or painful at the time, it is not as harmful as it would be if the virus were left untreated.

Cheating is on the rise

If you’ve ever been cheated on by a partner you once trusted, you will understand that it is one of the most horrible feelings in the entire world. To go from being madly in love with someone to not being able to trust a single word that comes out of their mouth is a total opposite, something which you never imagine will happen when you first enter into a relationship with somebody.

Since the invention of the internet, and the discovery of online chat rooms, cheating has been on the rise. More people are finding it a lot easier to get in contact with people who they perhaps wouldn’t usually bother with and this can have dangerous consequences.

It is unknown as yet what it is exactly which causes this effect. Some experts believe that it is not rising, simply more people are getting found out as all activity online is traceable to the individual. This may well be the case. On social networking websites, it is too easy for innocent comments to be seen as flirting, as we cannot 100% understand what somebody means by just a string of words. In the real world, we have a lot of other cues such as eye contact and facial expression that we simply do not get over the internet.

Should we be worried? I think so. Not just about being cheated on, but also about being the one who does the cheating. You might not think that you would, but it is far too easy to enter into behaviour which may actually just be misunderstood by the person you are speaking to.

The opportunities available to us online are forever expanding, and care must be taken in order for us not to be overwhelmed by the amount of information that is being given to us at any one time.

Clear your mind of clutter

It has been proven that we spend more of our time thinking about trivial things in life than we spend thinking about important things. Often, we can allow little things to build up and eat away at us over time, when, really, there is no reason for them to do so.

It is important that we learn to unwind from our thoughts, to ensure that we do not let the little things take over our lives. To do this, we should put aside specific times during the day in which to do this. Ideally, we would have three sessions; one in the morning, one in the afternoon and then one in the evening before you get to bed. The ideal way to unwind before you sleep is to have a bath an practice deep breathing exercises. If you do not have a bath in your home, then a shower can have relaxation benefits too and allow you to unwind.

As for the sessions in the morning and the afternoon, these can often be a little harder to find the time to do. It doesn’t have to be a long session. Simply five minutes put aside to sit quietly and breathe deeply may be very helpful for you in the long term. You can do anything from listening to classical music to just sitting in silence.

On the odd occasion, you might like to use your afternoon or morning session to exercise. This is excellent for our mood, and allows us to concentrate on doing something productive (the exercise) rather than thinking about the things that might be troubling us at the time.
No matter what you choose to do, it is important that you set aside this time for yourself. Nobody is more important than you, so it is important that you take care of yourself whenever you can.

Remarkable People Who Dropped from Schools

Our history has recorded remarkable people who dropped from schools but they developed their talents and skills. The speed was not of satisfactory quality, and charges for a connection were asked according to time, which means the more time you surfed, more you had to lose from the pocket.
Dial-up Connections
The dial up type connection is already outdated and replaced by DSL connection, which is faster than the previous one. In DSL connection, there is no need of manual logging and dialing the server. The server is continuously connected to the DSL and does not require the user to connect each time. The maximum speed of dial up connection is 56 kbps, and average practice is approximately 33-43 kbps. A bad thing for online gaming users is that this type connection is a bit slow and latency goes up to 200ms. This causes disconnections very often. Still there are some games that can be played at this speed.
Digital Subscriber Line
Digital Subscriber Line or DSL is one of the new technologies that permits telephone lines to be used for both phone and Internet without any external interference and it uses a complex modulation for packing data. This one is also an unacceptable solution, as the speed is slow in comparison to newer cable Internet connections. The range of DSL connection speed is 128 kbps to 3 mbps, but can vary and has an impact on the monthly subscription price.
Cable Connections
When people talk about the internet and a connection using cables, they should know that it is made trough the TV cable lines. The cable internet connection has some advantageous use over DSL. A broadband connection is seemed to be very fast using cable and modem. Theoretically, there will be internet connection speeds up to 30Mbps, even when the supplying speed is only from 1 Mbps to 6 Mbps. If there are many users in the same location, then internet speed might be slow in case all the users operate the internet at the same time, because they are using the same bandwidth.
There is not an accurate advantage of any of these to connections (cable and DSL), both have advantages and drawbacks at different conditions. Nowadays everybody owns TV’s and in theory the speed is very fast, however, DSL can be a little faster and stable in the practical use. Well, these days cable is more popular though.
Fiber Optics Connections
The cable technology has improved in the last years and some service providers offer fiber optics for data transmission. The optical fiber is a flexible material that can transport light pulses and it’s used in communications on telephone and internet. The bandwidths that can be achieved by this method are higher than any other, on very large distances and that’s why this is the best thing to use for internet connections and brings High Definition television in our houses.
Wireless Connections
This type of connection has two different meanings, in the first case means any type of connection that uses a central wireless hub and computers with wireless network cards. This works almost like a normal network the only difference is the lack of wires. The second application of this concept is a computer or any internet capable device that can be connected through a wireless modem, which captures the signal from wireless service providers. The user has the possibility to have internet anywhere he goes (if the provider covers that particular location).

Jobless is not End of Your Life

What are you now? Are you an employee? Are you an employer? Are you seeking a job? Are you an unemployment? Are you..... jobless? What do you feel being an employee? What do you feel being an employer? What do you feel being an unemployment?

Everybody had ever been an unemployment before what they've gotten. What they've gotten was a result of fighting for being unemployment. The length of period of being unemployment from one person to another is variety, depend on how hard they fight for a job. However, an unemployment should try hard to find a chance and to get a right job for them selves.

Let's see in Indonesia. I have taken a note that, there are 31.02 million Indonesia people are categorized as poor people, it means 13.3% of the total number of Indonesian people are poor (Based on Indonesia Statistic Office). And there are 12.8 million Indonesian people are categorized as jobless or unemployment. This number is the first rank in ASEAN (Association of South East Nations) countries. Tragically, 1.1 million amongst the number of 12.8 million are Bachelor Degrees holders.

When I read some newspapers or other printed media, the reasons for the booming of unemployment in Indonesia are:
- Indonesia government does not work well or not too serious in their efforts decreasing unemployment rate
- There is still social paradigm in Indonesia society that working as government staff will have good future and more welfare.
- There is lack of mentally entrepreneurship of Indonesia people.
So far, there is only at least 0.18% businessmen amongst the total number of Indonesia people. Ideally, in Indonesia as a development country, there must be 2% of its people being businessmen.

Whatever the above statistic data show you, being jobless is not a good point. Most people with no job will feel loss of self respect. They will not have self confidence and most of all, depressed. The worst is killing them selves.

Don't be too choosy
Being jobless is not end of your life. It is a question of how can you manage your self to increase your effort to grab the chance. Sometimes people are too choosy. They are too choosy till they realize they are jobless for a long time. So, what are you waiting for? Increase your speed and don't be too choosy. Then you will get one. Thereafter, you may a bit too choosy as you wish if you have already got one.

Don't always follow social paradigm
There is a social paradigm in Indonesia society that working as government staff will have good future and more welfare. Perhaps it is true, but maybe you must follow your own heart. To become a government staff, there will be some regularly tests each year. As far as I know, thousands of people follow the test. Are you ready for this? Or, is this worthy?

Create your own creativity
Every human being has its own capacity and creativity. Why don't you use it? Dig it in your self and make a question to yourself "what is your capability", develop it. Then you'll find the way. Perhaps you must fight for your effort, but it's OK. It will take time to see your small business runs well.

So, what are you waiting for? Be hurry! Jobless is not end of the world. Jobless is not end of your life.

Prevent heart disease and cancer

Vegetables and fruits in particular are convenience food, they come in their own handy container, easy to carry, just wash or peel and they are ready to eat. Quite apart from their convenience they contain essential vitamins such as A and C, minerals such as potassium, folate, cholesterol free with many high in fiber and powerful antioxidant which help to protect us from harmful free radicals and chronic diseases.

Extensive scientific research have been undertaken over many years in many different parts of the world, which have identified evidence which underpinning and support many of the claims that has been attributed to the health benefits of fruits and vegetables. Many have been labelled ‘function foods’ and ‘super-foods’ because of their high content of phytonutrients which are considered to be particularly beneficial to health.

The regular consumption of fruit and vegetables helps to lower blood pressure and reduces the risk of heart attacks, strokes, some cancers, gastrointestinal and digestive problems and eye disease such as macular degeneration and cataracts, which affect millions of American annually. Fruits and vegetables helps to diminish the effects of aging and are effective in regulating blood sugar levels and suppressing the appetite, making them the perfect food for those on a low calorie diet.

The recommended daily vegetable intake of a person who is eating an average of 2000 calories a day is pegged at 2.5 cups, which can be adjusted according to their daily calorific needs. Health experts further suggest that at least one citrus fruit such as oranges lemons limes and grapefruits and one cruciferous vegetable such as bok choy, cauliflower, brussel sprouts and kale are eaten each day. However, surveys have suggested that less than 10% of Americans regularly consume even this small amount on a daily basis, which is believed to account for the high incidence of cardiovascular disease and cancer in the US.

We are also encouraged to consume a variety of different coloured fruits and vegetables ranging from dark leafy greens such as cabbage and broccoli, rich in vitamin C and beta-carotene and folate. These are believed to be particularly helpful in the prevention of cardiovascular disease and carcinoma. Cooked tomatoes are thought to be particularly helpful at reducing the incidence of prostate cancer in men and those vegetables which come in the rich colours of yellow, orange and red are rich in lycopene which help to fight against free radicals which attack the body.

Never, Never Grow Up!

When Jesus saw what was happening, he was angry with his disciples. He said to them, “Let the children come to me. Don’t stop them! For the Kingdom of God belongs to those who are like these children. (Mark 10:14, NLT)

A couple had two little boys, ages 8 and 10, who were excessively mischievous. They were always getting into trouble and their parents knew that, if any mischief occurred in their town, their sons were probably involved.

The boys' mother heard that a clergyman in town had been successful in disciplining children, so she asked if he would speak with her boys. The clergyman agreed, but asked to see them individually. So the mother sent her 8-year-old first, in the morning, with the older boy to see the clergyman in the afternoon.

The clergyman, a huge man with a booming voice, sat the younger boy down and asked him sternly,

"Where is God?".

The boy's mouth dropped open, but he made no response, sitting there with his mouth hanging open, wide-eyed. So the clergyman repeated the question in an even sterner tone, "Where is God!!?" Again the boy made no attempt to answer. So the clergyman raised his voice even more and shook his finger in the boy's face and bellowed, "WHERE IS GOD!?"

The boy screamed and bolted from the room, ran directly home and dove into his closet, slamming the door behind him. When his older brother found him in the closet, he asked, "What happened?"

The younger brother, gasping for breath, replied, "We are in BIG trouble this time, dude. God is missing - and they think WE did it!"

Do you remember what it was like to be a kid? I remember riding my bike all over town (without a helmet I might add), jumping homemade ramps, and goofing around with my friends. I remember not worrying about paying bills, or putting gas in the car. Those delights didn’t come until I was a teenager.

Being a kid carries with it a certain quality of innocence that we often lose as the responsibilities of life begin to weigh us down. Kids are happy doing the silliest of things: chasing a butterfly or a seagull; blowing bubbles into the wind; jumping in a mud puddle; things that we would never think of doing as an adult.

Jesus told us to be more childlike in our approach to Him. I think he means for us to approach Him with the wonder of a small child experiencing---no living—life to its fullest.

We should ask God to restore the childlike faith in life we once had. Every day is a blessing from God, so live it like you believe it! Let’s be more childlike!

Seahorse is not a horse, but a fish

Extremely strange, tiny and enigmatic fishes, Seahorses have no scales like fish but have an upright horse-like structure. They have a distinct neck and a movable head shape, like the figure of a knight in chess. They have a small toothless mouth at the end of their tubular snout. Before grinding them into powder for preparing traditional medicines, these peculiar upright fish grace bathroom tiles, jewellery, beach towels, cartoons etc.
Seahorses range in size from 2.5-35 cm. They swim upright propelled by a waving of the back fin that can beat 20-35 times per second. To avoid being eaten, they hide from the enemy by relying on their pre-hensile tails. Seahorses have the ability to change colors. Very interesting fact about seahorses is they do not have teeth and stomach. Food passes through the digestive system so quickly and they must eat constantly to stay alive.
One of the oldest things about seahorses is the way they bring up their young. The males get pregnant as the female passes her eggs into a pouch on the belly of the male. He then carries about the eggs with him until they hatch. On personal motivations such as to expand social network, relive boredom, to have a break from home or work, diversify oneself from problems or a reason just for the sake of learning or fulfill an inquisitive mind. Motivations comes with barriers too with adult learners. Most of them have already responsibilities to balance with the study. Barriers can be lack of funds, lack of time, positive reinforcement, only a secondary priority to work and family needs.

A teacher is challenged to develop a plan and motivate the learner in different approaches depending on the learner’s receptive capabilities and type of learner.

Two Types of Learners :

Global Learners. These people are the ones whose attention needs to be captured using short stories, anecdotes, humor, and illustrations. They need to know what they need to learn and why they need to learn it.

Analytic Learners. These people learn best when information is introduced step by step and fact by fact.

Framework domains in which learning can take place :

Cognitive Domain. It concerns with the acquisition of knowledge.

Psycho-motor. It relates to the development of skills.
And all these, now one can get to know by simply sitting at home and going through the Job Search Websites. Yes, these Job Search Websites are the latest methods used to post existing jobs by employers and to search for existing job opportunities for the job seekers.

There have sprung up many Job Search Websites and they have tie ups with various companies who post in their Human Resource requirements on these sites. Any job seeker has to get registered in these sites as members and fill in up their education and career details and the post sought for. When there is any such relevant opening, these Job Search Websites intimate the member through regular emails and one can easily apply online for the said post.

These sites have become highly beneficial for employers as the cost involved is less and the processing of applications, filtering etc becomes much easier when it is done online. There is also the time factor involved. Receiving intimation, applying, processing and reverting becomes quite fast.

So whether it is jobs within your city, state, country or abroad, you can easily search for jobs sitting at one place and without going through many of those other medias, only through the best job search engine. The jobs are neatly categorized into various categories and also as per their experience. Searching through these sites too is very easy and needs no expertise or much knowledge. You can even feature your resume on these websites for the employers to browse through and pick up the relevant resume. So you get a chance to make your resume be viewed by many employers at a time. And above all, the best part is that the membership for job searchers is normally free in almost all sites and only the job posters are charged a fee.

Music and Life

Music is a part of our daily lives. Not a single one of us hasn’t listened to some form of music, let it be pop, punk, alternative, rap, hip-hop, r&b, orchestral music, etc.

“My favorite type of music is soothing, something that you relate too, something you can turn too, just something you can bob your head to,” said Ali Diaz. Music is such an important and intricate part of our lives that most of us cannot even imagine life without it.

Everyone has a soundtrack to their life, whether they realize it or not. No matter how many people let you down, music will forever be there for you. Growing up there’s always some kind of band you discover through someone else. “I would listen to Blink 182, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Foo Fighters,” Gonzalez said “because this is what my sister would listen to; KROQ was on everyday going to school.” Ulises Meza discovered Underground music through friends.

“When I don’t listen to music I feel like there’s no beat in my heart. Once I hear music it’s like getting my life back. It makes me feel better and it just pumps me up.” Underground music is influenced through their personal experiences.

Music has been a big part of history since humans were around. The influence of music on society can be clearly seen from modern history. Music helped Thomas Jefferson wrote the Declaration of Independence.

Music helped him get the words from his brain onto the paper. One cannot deny the power of music and the effects it has on all of our lives.

Diaz concludes “Music makes me feel, like no other. It has me feeling someway no one can make me feel it’s a feeling greater than anything.”

Restrictions on using Food Stamps

Certain restaurants can be authorized to accept food stamp benefits from qualified homeless, elderly, or disabled people in exchange for low-cost meals, and certain organizations can collect food stamp benefits for providing meals and food to old or disabled eligible persons. However, food stamp benefits cannot be exchanged for cash in any case.

Another restriction imposed on food stamps is for online purchases made on the Internet. As of now, this facility of using Electronic benefit transfer (EBT) cards for food stamps on the internet is not made available due to problems and issues of security. However, some states allow access to EBT card accounts online to see the total benefits account of the household.

The food stamp benefits added to your account for the month, if unused would be carried over to the next month, but there are restrictions on this too. If these benefits continue to remain unutilized beyond 9 to 12 months (depending upon the state), then the food stamps office may initiate the process of removing those benefits from your account. So these benefits can be accumulated indefinitely, and must be utilized within a certain time frame of 9 to 12 months.

Steps to Identify Paid to Click Scam Sites

Many Paid To Click (PTC) sites are considered to be scams. Many of the sites lure unsuspecting people with promises of making quick bucks to join them. Once joining them you only waste your precious time and money as 99% of them do not pay their clients.
Here are some simple steps in which you can use to identify scam PTC.

1. Use your common sense when visiting PTC sites. If you are promised to be paid $10 per click for viewing time of 30 seconds. Work out mathematically how an advertiser paid only $6 for 3 months to have the advertisement viewed for 30 seconds for $10. It does not make sense mathematically.

2. Check for mathematical errors. The common one is, many PTCs with no minimum payouts advertise to pay 5cents for a 10 second view time. Once it is added, you would see 5 cents is written in decimal fraction as 0.0005 instead of just 0.5 to your account. When that happens it will take 6months at the most to reach a minimum $1 payout target. It will eat away your time and money on electricity and internet costs.

3. Check redemption area of the site you are visiting. If the redemption area does not have a payout bar to redeem your money. It is a sure scam so you can just close your account with the site. When you reach your minimum payout target, there will not be any link to request payout. The only instruction they have for you is to use the credits to advertise your products which you will unlikely to have anything to advertise.

4. Check what others users of the site say. Be careful because many times they use alias for referrals and to write articles on web sites. Just click the browser with the site’s name. On the general listing you can find hundreds of dissatisfied users’ comments. There are also specialist forum sites for scam PTC. See site like: ptcreviews.justanotherpixel.net/2008/10/scam-sites-list.html

5. As a rule of thumb, regard all PTC as scam. Follow this rule and it will save you a lot of time and money.
6. These scam sites make a lot of money through your clicks paid to them by organization like adsense or through advertising payments.

Reasons Not To Follow Twitter

Imagine that your friends have invited you to a party, suddenly they go with another couple of friends, and as everyone knows everyone gets to talk about an issue, others another, and you're all alone. With no one and nothing to say.

Well, if you were in that situation and felt this terrible discomfort then you've passed it back when you came for the first time to Twitter.

And is that unless you know whom you "talk" or follow on Twitter, you have nothing in your time line, as well as you again maybe your friends will recommend but you do not know anything to say is that there are many reasons such as these by that no one follows you.

Reasons why nobody follows:
1. Your avatar does not contain a photo:

When other users see your avatar does not contain any pictures, you may think you're a robot or the truth, you're a new user and you may not have interesting topics for them.

Just as when we meet someone for the first time, his dress, his physique attracts us most to know this person so when your avatar is attractive to some users, but only has a picture of yourself or your favorite band, you should always put something.

2. You do not have a biography, list, or website:

If you went to Twitter must have something very clear, everything is short, this social network users want everything fairly quickly, so if you do not see your biography, or the lists you have, or if you want a website then not bother to follow or read your timeline.

Usually when users put in his biography something really interesting or funny because they have more fans just can not follow someone they know will make them laugh.

3. Your web site lists a MySpace:

Although this sounds a little funny because for some, it's true. More than a year ago we realized all we used MySpace social network that used only the teenagers and musicians.

Therefore, if someone comes to your Twitter profile and see you have a MySpace page yet, think of three things, these old-fashioned, you're a teenager who does not know how to use Twitter, or you're a musician. So it's not very convenient to have your MySpace account on Twitter, much less than Hi5 or other social networks that are in the past.

4. Still more than 1,000 users, but you are 20 and no publication:

Personally if I enter a profile and see that this follows thousands of people, but also has many followers and not have any posts I run away, and for me it would not be anything but a simple bot.

I do not think that is the only person to do that, that is why it is best to always update our profile, but still do not have anything interesting to say, we must learn everything on Twitter is interesting to find that person who you want to read all about our life, or perhaps chat with friends and others.

5. Put in your biography "social networking expert":

In general, put the word expert in your life just make you boast, and is something that does not like Twitter users or the same society. If you brag about something you're not in your Twitter profile will be like to brag at a party in the end everyone will end up laughing at you.

That's why we should not put these words, simple, talk about yourself, if you're funny and you get a great joke. No need to strive to win supporters, the less you care about most will come to you.

6. Use Twitter like a Curriculum Vitae:

If you think that suddenly Mark Zuckerberg, the owner of Facebook, come to Twitter to see your status, then you are very wrong, and still do it and see that you use as a tool to get insurance work and even worse you'll be blocked altogether ridiculous.

Do not use Twitter to sell yourself, use it as a diary, as a tool to share your thoughts with your friends, because that makes most users, and would not want to invade your thoughts with your posts about yourself.

7. DMs send automatic every time someone follows:

Recall that the DMs are private messages that we can only send to people who follow and follow us, so send a DM to a person you already were following but suddenly I began to follow you, it's really silly and quite inappropriate.

To get in a real situation like we're at a party and when a pretty girl you return the greeting card and tell him our thanks for greeting me back, totally weird.

We assure you that if you do that then all you get is that the same users stop following you or even block you, because think you're a robot or a person. Worse still when you ask the same things in DM, as I can help, or have any questions for me.

8. Your latest updates are for you need to get a number of followers:

This is very typical, but maybe more than one we have done, myself included, and more than one has finished doing the ridiculous. Excited that fans will get the number of 10,000 is fantastic, but it is not to say "I need 5 followers to accomplish my goal," or "A 5 followers of € 10,000 A ³.

These tweets can be annoying for some other fans who might consider to stop following you, you must understand that this well excited about, but do not repeat every second, and more than 20 times.

9. Do not involve your Twitter followers:

If you use Twitter just to talk to you, you are doing okay for a while, especially if you're new, but if you keep doing this even though you already have many users who follow you and good users who follow, then eventually you run out of anyone.

However, in reality, not all objects in restaurant hygiene. Without realizing it, the things we often touch on the restaurant it was a favorite of germs.

Thus, whenever possible, try to be more vigilant in using the following items in the restaurant:

1. Restaurant menus
According to a study published in the Journal of Medical Virology, flu viruses can survive for 18 hours on hard surfaces. Given a list of restaurant menus have been touched by many hands and never washed, just imagine how much bacteria and germs that dwells there.

2. Sauce dispenser
Incomplete if it feels like a meal without seasoning complements chili and tomato sauce. So, after ordering our food automatic dispenser directly into the sauce. However, did you know that some dispensers are rarely cleaned, so full of germs. Therefore, we recommend you bring your own sauce in either in the form of small bottles or sachets in order to avoid the risk of consuming bacteria.

3. The handle of the toilet door
In vain if you hold the handle of the toilet door after washing your hands. Because, the knob is the dirtiest thing in public toilets. For that hold the handle of the door with a piece of tissue after washing hands.

4. Liquid soap dispenser
It seemed impossible. In fact things that we use to clean your hands before eating it also includes the dirtiest thing in the restaurant. That’s because 25 percent of the soap dispenser was never cleaned so contaminated with fecal bacteria. “Most of the soap was never cleaned so they can create from the froth-bacterial soap scum,” said Charles Gerba PhD. “Moreover, the bottom has been contaminated by many hands dirty so of course there will be millions of bad bacteria that lie to the liquid soap.

5. Lemon
The waiter may indeed have washed their hands before serving your favorite drink orders, but what about that set it up in the kitchen? According to a study in 2007 in the Journal of Environmental Health, nearly 70 percent of the lemon pieces decorate the edge of your glass contain microbes including E coli.

Permanent enjoy your hobby of enjoying good food in a restaurant. But more vigilant in paying attention to the level of cleanliness and hygiene on your subscription restaurants.

Groom Your Pet Healthy

Proper grooming helps prevent hair balls in your cats, reduces allergen levels in your home and keeps your pets from developing painful, matted hair. Shelling out money every few months for a visit to the professional groomer can get expensive. Instead, invest in a few tools and groom your cat or dog yourself.
Here are the basics.

•Bathe Right: Cats are fastidious groomers that rarely need to be bathed – but it’s necessary for dogs. Once in every 2 months should suffice, but if your pup has naturally grease skin or loves a good roll in the dirt, he may need it more often. With your dog in the tub, point the shower head away from him first before gently moving it to his fur; it’s a good idea to reward him with treats during your cleaning. Pet shampoos are specially formulated for dog’s pH level and skin type. Use adjustable shower heads; it can make it easier to rinse those hard-to-reach spots and more importantly, it’ll save your back in the process!

•Clean Ears Well: Wax build-up can cause your pet’s ears to itch and hurt; and in severe cases, may lead to inner and middle ear infections. Clean his ears after bathing; any more often can destroy the ‘good’ bacteria in them, resulting in a yeast infection. Use a gauze pad or a tissue to gently remove wax from his outer ears. Do not stick anything deep into the ear canal.

•Groom Often: Dogs that have fast-growing, curly hair, such as standard poodles and bichons frises, need a trim every 3 to 4 months. Most other pets shed their coats, so they don’t need haircuts. But if you want to minimize shedding or neaten up your pet’s appearance – invest in safe trimming tools to avoid scissor accidents.

These are very basic tips on pet care. To keep them healthy you should regularly consult to a vet.

Natural Alternatives to Allergy Treatment

The treatment of allergies has evolved a lot over the years. It was once thought that allergy shots or the injection of common allergens was the best method for treating allergies. However, in recent years, prescription medications and the use of over the counter allergy remedies have become much more popular due to the added convenience and more immediate results. With recent concern over the side effects and the long-term effects of these kinds of medications, however, many people are looking for a more natural approach. Fortunately, there are many natural alternatives to treating allergies that offer equally effective results.

Of the many beneficial supplements for boosting the immune system and combating allergies, fish oil is one of the most notorious. While the best way to reap the benefits of fish oil and omega-3s is to incorporate more of them into your diet, fish oil is also available as a supplement and can be taken in capsule form. Omega-3s and fish oil can be found in foods such as salmon, tuna, oysters, and mackerel. In addition, omega-3s are found in foods like walnuts, sunflower seeds, almonds, and spinach. Fish oil and Omega-3s have many other health benefits besides treating allergies as well. This supplement has been found to help boost heart health, aid in the treatment of asthma and depression, and also works as an anti-inflammatory agent.

Another natural method for treating allergies and boosting the immune system involves the use of probiotics. Probiotics are friendly bacteria that normally are found inside the digestive tract. However, there are many things that can deplete the level of friendly bacteria that normally exists. Antibiotics work to destroy dangerous forms of bacteria that can lead to infection, but they can also kill off the good kind of bacteria as well. Patients who have recently taken antibiotics or who use antibiotics frequently may need to restore the level of probiotics in their digestive tract. Also, stress and an unhealthy diet can lead to lower levels of healthy bacteria.

Probitotics are essential to the human immune system and help to ward off attackers such as dangerous bacteria and allergens. Probiotics can be found in many popular brands of yogurt, such as DanActiv or Activia, but they are also available in a supplement form. Acidophillus is a natural supplement that has long been used a probiotic pill. Acidophillus pearls are essentially the same thing, but are available as smaller capsules.

One of the newest probiotic pills to the market is a brand called Align probiotic. It is sold in the pharmacy section of your local drug or discount store. Align offers the same probiotic health benefits of eating yogurt like Activia on a daily basis for those who do not like or are unable to eat yogurt. Align is a capsule that is taken daily to help boost the immune system and replenish friendly bacteria in the digestive tract.

Side Effects of Allergy Medication

Aside from the increased heart rate and risks associated with tachycardia, allergy medications can cause an increase in appetite and a loss of taste and smell. These types of side effects may be less noticeable to a lot of allergy sufferers, but long-term use can lead to weight gain and increases in body fat. Studies have also shown that those who use allergy medications for longer periods of time are also at an increased risk of developing type II diabetes.

While some allergy medications can lead to drowsiness and depression, their non-drowsy counterparts have been found to contribute to anxiety and sleeplessness. In fact, people who drink four to six cups a day have a much lower incidence of liver, pancreatic, breast, lung, esophageal, and skin cancers than people who drink less green tea or none at all. (Yes, ladies Japanese women have half the incidence of breast cancer as American women.)

Green tea inhibits the production of platelet activity, a cause of blood “clumping.” Many heart attacks are caused by the aggravation of blood platelets which form blood clots that accumulate as plaque on artery walls and block the flow of blood through arteries. Green tea also reduces high blood pressure, another factor in heart disease.

Studies show that animals that maintain moderate blood-sugar levels live longer. Green tea helps maintain blood-sugar levels by restricting caloric levels--which makes it valuable when trying to control weight as well.

Japanese studies also show that green tea keeps influenza in check. In fact, green tea and its active constituents are regularly prescribed in the East to treat colds and flu.

The Journal of the Japanese Society of Food Science and Technology reports that green tea inhibits growth of bacteria that causes halitosis (bad breath). It is also thought to prevent gum disease, cavities, and acne. The Japanese traditionally drink green tea after each meal to make the mouth feel clean and refreshed--and not be offensive.
