She is but a jolly, easy-go-lucky girl. She giggles, laughs and enjoys every little thing around her. The nicest among the nicest. She graduated in the study of positive thinking analogy with the degree of proper gossip handling and masters in the "I can do this" thingy thing. She's then a student thirsty for stardom, and now a self-proclaimed blogger, poet, and a singer. (PAGBIGYAN NIYO NA.) She's just born that way but for the record, she's not an anti-Christ. (Lady Gaga song play here.)

But she's just a typical emotional girl in her mid 20's. A middle child of three, she also has tons of insecurities for having good-looking siblings that has brains too. She often asks her Creator,

"God, are you mad at me? Why didn't you woke me up when you shower Earth with such blessings?"

"What's wrong with me? I'm decent looking and...and..FAT," she often murmurs. She turn her head and saw several people looking at her, as if telling themselves, "she's damn crazy". And yes, she always love someone who doesn't love her.

For her 5'4 frame, 200 pounds is just too much. She then realizes only if she'd have a super bod, she'll have greater opportunities in love, in the society, in work, and in life.

She, together with her will, battle it out against obesity. She randomly search for articles about her condition. She also improvised dumbbells with half kilo cement and a broomstick handle cut into two. She also tried the "after six diet". And as the name goes, she'll eat before the clock hits 6pm. She's binge eating. What a FAILURE.

As a couch potato, her eyes brighten with excitement as the skinny model from an advertisement pop up. After 2 weeks of eating their product, she is able to flaunt her superbod. Now, she's drooling.

Upon composing herself, she tells herself, "I can do that as well!" Just wait for that! Bwahahaha!

Now, she's on her second week of the program. With exercise, she lose about 2 pounds. Better than nothing. Now, her goal is to be like her:

And if and ever I'll be (and I'm positive on that), she'll just turn unto Sexy Solutions for the spiderwebs, cellulite and stretch marks that'll be left of her future sexy figure! But oh, "she" is the author of this blog and ALAS! this could be counted as her "About" page. What yah think, guys?

This is a typical computer keyboard in the office. It may look clean, shiny, and free from germs and bacteria. But don't be deceived.

Go and get the needed tools for the general cleaning session: Alcohol, cotton, and any thin metal to act as a broom in between the keys (function, numeric, alphanumeric, and the cursor keys). In this case, I will use a crochet needle number 7.

Now, get a small portion of cotton.

Have a few drops of alcohol into the cotton and do as the picture above.

In between keys, move the needle as if it's a broom sweeping dust. Only, wet. :P

Do this as many times as you want.

Now, get the alcohol and dust filled cotton.

See how cotton soaked with dirt? Ewww. Even grandma didn't expect it.

Oh, I forgot to say, you also need a buddy to do this. Mind you, it's kinda addicting.

And another year had passed. My so-called long and winding journey continues and here I am again jotting down things I wanted to change / eliminated from my well being. In other words, here's my list of "Promises" (to be broken) for the incoming year with a twist. And when I say twist, I meant different, thrilling experience noone has ever imagined I would brag about.

Here's my bucket list before I die (inspired ala Helena's Promises A.K.A. Scent of a Woman Korean TV drama series):

10. To have my own family, children, a dream house, and see to it that mom and dad will be living with me.

9. To be a soloist choir member. Not to boast or something, I always been pushed in my schooling days (even in the corporate world) to join a singing contest but it wasn't really my passion. I most wanted to sing for a couple who are about to take their sweetest vows. *Kilegs*

8. Be famous. I'm quite a shy person and most often, I'm misunderstood as a snob. But hidden inside my heart, I wanted to be well known. Whether be a disc jockey or a blogger with at least a hundred readers.

7. Treat my family to a shopping spree. Of course, my treat.

6. Travel around the country and internationally.. with my family.

5. Be debt-free. Did I need to further explain myself?

4. To be in a company or firm that I could settle for the rest of my life.

3. Lose weight ideal for my height. I won't go on details for you guys might drop your jaws open.

2. Ride the bike frequently. Yes, ladies and gentlemen. I'm one of the few people in this planet that doesn't know how the bicycle works. We (I mean my brother) had a mountain bike but I'm just scared of falling on the ground.

1. Be happy at all times.

Phew! Believe it or not, it took me 5 hours to think about all of these! Darn it. :))
Guess I should have another life to fulfill all of these. That's why, I needed to live a meaningful life. So guys, I encourage you all to have your own list to have a reason to leave everyday. Whether you don't like how you look, how things are getting in your way, or how your boss treated you, or perhaps, you just don't like your life. Take a closer look unto your list and be reminded that it's not important what others think you are but what matters is how you live your life the way you wanted it.
So, be happy! Happy new year! Good vibes! God bless all of you!

Hi. For the past few weeks/months I've been uber busy. And when I say busy, it means 12-hour working hours a day 5 to 6 days a week. Phew! It's kinda frustrating especially when I look at the mirror - dark circles became evident, wrinkles started a cult and meet up on my face, and more importantly, I just look tired. Thank God I'm not used to having acne and other skin problems. And now that I'll have at least 4 hours a day, I might wanted to take care of my skin and well being. (Especially now that I've learned I gain pounds as being tired diverted to starvation - and it's as if they had a connection! :) I'll have promises for myself now that I've gained half of my life - to focus on what pleases the eye and what the inner self could appreciate.

Itineraries? Together with mom and a younger sister, we have a so-called girl's date last Tuesday at BioEssence and do some pampering. I was very excited I forgot to took out some valuable pictures. Ah... But as they say, there's always a next time. And that time might be next week. :P

As for my blogging what-knots, I'll focus on ME, ME, and only ME and make sure it'll be entertaining (as I am making fun of myself), the world around me, and some products, places, and experience I've gone through. I'll try not to spam-post...but mind you, I'm not promising anything!

This is what keeps me going. A three-some friendship! Hahaha.
And I tried out being a guy, date girls and having a fling.
I am eyeing on Bella, the Administrator, but let's see how far would it go. Hihi.

Good day, dudes and dudettes wherever part of the world you maybe. Let me hear you say,

Okay, that's some kinda breathing and sanity exercise first and foremost. Surprisingly, I'm still alive. Maybe not the living I wanted (right now) but the life I must live. Eventhough nobody dares to ask where have I been and what I'm up to, I'd say it anyway. I've gone through a major self-know-how-and-what focusing on my hectic 12-hour work schedule, church services, and self well-being.

To make the story short, I'm just tired of my usual news-oriented slash music slash entertainment slash random post just to say I have a post thingy thing. As the Chowking commercial says, "I want change".

I wanted to change this self from nobody to somebody out of everybody. This may sound silly but I mean it. I literally look at myself in the mirror and assess what I am seeing. A 25-year old fatty who looked average, baggy shorts and shirt, and a messy updo hairstyle. Spell pathetic? Capital M and capital E! Put them together? Me.

I remember a painful experience to a must-be a happy day. It was the holiday season. My brother who works for a motor company treat me and my family some tickets to Enchanted Kingdom. There is a ride named "Swan Lake" that has a concept of boating in it. Only, a swan-looking boat is being used. I am super excited to be with my younger sister as I picture the incoming scenario. We pedal from the starting to the end point sweating. Just like any other pairs who keeps on reiterating their excitement with their loved ones. The tenant whisper in my ear,

"Ma'am, I'm sorry I guess we cannot continue this because of overloading"
I felt the redness of my face and the coldness of my hands as a quietly jump off the boat.

"Wala ka pala eh, overweight ka pala, haha!" A man's voice proudly says. As I turn his way, I saw my dad. I
hold my breath. I hold back my tears. This supposedly be a happy day I won't easily get offended. C'mon, what is this compared to discriminating stares you get from PUVs whenever a small ass won't fit an inch or two of the seat? What is this compared to the pain you felt because you don't get to date your crush on the prom because he chose someone who's fit and could turn heads? And what is this compared to the feeling you felt whenever employers turned you down not because of your outstanding credentials but as you believe, on how you look?

THIS IS NOTHING. Mom's been comforting me.

I stared at the image in the mirror the second time around. 25 years is long enough. Don't let it be 26. And so, my quest for wellness begins. Let's see how far am I going to from here.
