Supposedly since 2004, the US has been conducting a covert program to target and kill al Qaeda and Taliban commanders based in Pakistan's lawless northwest. The program has targeted top Al Qaeda leaders, Al Qaeda's external operations network, and Taliban leaders and fighters that threaten both the Afghan and Pakistani states.

I disagree with that since with President Bush the project was in name only to make it look like he cared while he spent all his time and effort in Iraq. That is why of the 67 some odd top Al Qaeda and Taliban leaders killed since 2004 all but 4 were killed on President Obama's watch. The Taliban think they are getting away with something and we are just getting lucky but they are being watched closely by JSOC ready to pounce and take them out when given the command. I say give it now and save lives. My guess is the command has been given because the Haqqani's have been going down en-masse. The network is important but I think "they" should take out the Haqqani's first.

I wish we would quickly kill the Haqqani's, both Jalaluddin and Sirajuddin and leave the rest to Pakistan and Afghanistan. I believe the are being squeezed from all sides and feeling intense pressure on their lifestyle and that is a big reason why the talks are progressing.

Anyway you look at it we are viewed as temporary and the violent convoluted backstabbing tribal relationships will always be a way of life in the border area especially. We can only be very concerned how this is going to turn out between NATO, Afghanistan, and Pakistan. It won't be translucent or good!

The Haqqani's seem true to Mullah Omar who want us out of Afghanistan and want their independent Afghanistan. Pakistan has proven they do not want a free and independent Afghanistan but want to control it. At this point I want to say our soldiers have done their job let them come home as scheduled if not sooner. Let Mullah Omar the Haqqani's and other Taliban interests fight for Afghanistan it is theirs not ours or Pakistan's. Good luck Hamid Karzai that's all I say!

France, Britain join Syria peace push at UN: Arab League monitors said the withdrawal of colleagues by Gulf Arab states would not hinder their work in Syria while France and Britain on Wednesday joined efforts at the United Nations to end President Bashar al-Assad's rule. "The U.N. Security Council must support the Arab League's courageous decisions which are trying to end the repression and violence in Syria and find a solution to the political crisis," French Foreign Ministry spokesman Bernard Valero said.

"Our aim is to get a resolution approved." President Barack Obama said in his State of the Union address that Assad would "soon discover that the forces of change can't be reversed." Iran will not allow a Democracy at her door step further isolating her.

That in itself defies logic because Iran is Shiite and Bashar and the ruling minority is Sunni like Al Qaeda and Saudi Arabia who we said would come to the aid of the citizens who are largely Shiite. It is all very confusing. Al Qaeda would not destroy Sunni security offices killing Sunni forces or would they?

However Bashar has already proven capable of killing his own to blame it on protesters and further his cause. He is also flat out lying saying protesters have killed 2000 of his security forces, a number pulled out of the air in order to kill and quell those against him. This Bashar created civil war is barely starting unless he leaves and he will not. As long as Russia keeps the 60 ton deliveries of arms and ammunition coming Syria will be all right. Iran will never allow Syria to fall to Democracy.

NATO: 4 coalition troops killed by Afghan soldier: An Afghan soldier shot and killed four NATO troops in eastern Afghanistan on Friday, the U.S.-led coalition said. The shooting underscores the fragile relationship between Afghan and foreign troops who are partnered across the nation.

The nationalities of the troops killed were not released until recently so we know they were french soldiers. Troops from several nations, including the U.S. and France, are deployed in eastern Afghanistan. Similar attacks have raised fears of increased Taliban infiltration of the Afghan police and army as NATO speeds up the training of the security forces.

There have now been 52 attacks in the last 6 years by so called "Rogue" soldiers and members of the police force. We have to hurry up and get out of there. We have finally realized the Taliban is going to take over the Government and everything else as they should, it is their country. If the people do not like it they should rise up. I just absolutely abhor so called rogue soldiers killing their trainers. I wish they would cooperate and wait for us to leave as we better be doing. What the hell is wrong with us?

A suspected Afghan army trainer on a shooting range in northern Afghanistan also opened fire on his fellow instructors killing two American civilian trainers and one other Afghan soldier before being killed himself. This really scares me because my youngest just finished his tour in Iraq and arrived in Afghanistan to aid in the training, he made it and is home. I do not trust them at all. We keep hearing how we must get to Taliban moderates and Afghan moderates well get with it do it now and let them fight for their country. Moderate tribesmen in parts of militant-ravaged north-west Pakistan are challenging Taliban extremists threatening to overrun their area, in what will develop into a mass resistance movement.That is what Afghanistan must do!

America and NATO must get out! We have been there 10 years, more than twice as long as WW2, now our longest war! If Afghanistan wanted freedom from the Taliban they would already be trained and fighting for it instead of just letting themselves be killed as pawns.

Our soldiers did their job leave now with heads held high not our tails between our legs like in Saigon! Give food and supplies to the Afghans and if they want their freedom they will fight for it like the Pakistani tribes are. We should be helping Pakistan who has proved they want their freedom from Taliban and Sharia law. Don't keep adding more troops this is Afghanistan graveyard of Nations. Cheat history get out now!

Governments including the United States routinely lie in order to create a grey area in which to hide the truth from the people of the world so we do not know who is telling the truth, what the truth is, and they can follow their deceitful destructive agenda.

I just heard that the Arab League has just elected to leave Syria instead of being a witness to slaughter and an excuse to do the same. WTF is that? What happened to the glorious plan to save the people involving the UN and the Arab League? Of course Syria I mean Iran will use this as a flag to go ahead with their slaughter unabated. This can't be true!

Suspected US drone kills 3 militants in Pakistan: Unmanned U.S. aircraft fired missiles into a home in a tribal region of western Pakistan on Wednesday, killing at least three militants, local intelligence officials said, in an attack that ended a lengthy pause in drone strikes that have become the mainstay of U.S. efforts to quash militants fueling violence across the border in Afghanistan.

The Obama administration contends that drone strikes have helped weaken the central leadership of al Qaeda and put associated militant groups on the defensive. For whatever reason, the latest lethal drone strike appears to demonstrate that if there was any kind of moratorium on such attacks, it has now been lifted. Pakistan admit it or not obviously is seeing the error in her ways.

US ends longest lull in drone strikes over Pakistan. Why now?: The US insists it believed the position of stopping them was held by militants, who use the border region as a staging ground for attacks on NATO troops in Afghanistan. A logistics operative with the Haqqani terrorist group, which uses sanctuaries in Pakistan to carry out attacks on allied troops in Afghanistan, said militants could still hear drones flying surveillance missions, day and night. “There are still drones, but there is no fear anymore,” he said in a telephone interview. The logistics operative said fighters now felt safer to roam more freely

That feeling of safety is over and the Haqqani's and other so called terrorists better watch out because they are not safe. All those over flights they heard were observing only and can now act on what they saw.

Diplomats and intelligence analysts say the pause in C.I.A. missile strikes — the longest in Pakistan in more than three years — is offering for now greater freedom of movement to an insurgency that had been splintered by in-fighting and battered by American drone attacks in recent months.

Obviously Pakistan has taken note. In the past militants used US supply trucks as the excuse for attacks in the Kyber pass. With the US gone and the attacks continuing it is obvious militant attacks continued only Pakistan has become the target as they should have expected.

15 Kidnapped Pakistani Soldiers Executed by the Taliban in a Retaliatory Gesture: The executions followed the death of a high-ranking Taliban commander on Sunday and came just days after local news media reported that several factions of the Taliban had vowed not to attack the Pakistani military.

Army officials in Pakistan say militants have killed 10 paramilitary troops they had been holding hostage since last month. Military official Naeem Khan said the bodies of the Frontier Corps soldiers were recovered on January 6 in the Orakzai region near the Afghan border. Khan said the 10 men were seized last month in a raid on a security base in Orakzai. Last week, militants killed 15 soldiers they had been holding in North Waziristan, near the border with Afghanistan.

As they have from the beginning Pakistan officially objected to the operations against suspected al Qaeda and Taliban militants along its border with Afghanistan, saying they violate its sovereignty to satisfy their citizens. At the same time Islamabad has pushed Washington to provide it with the drones to allow it to carry out its own attacks on Taliban insurgents, a move that could ease widespread anti-American sentiment in Pakistan.

Under Obama from the beginning The United States has stepped up its attacks with the pilot less drone aircraft attacks in Pakistan even more so since a double agent blew himself up at a U.S. base in Afghanistan on December 30, killing seven CIA agents. The so called weak President on terror has drastically increased the use of like it or not what has become an important tool in the so called war on terror.

Are we at war or not? I am not going to say the US should be able to put boots on the ground wherever she wants in this still just beginning so called war on terror but it must be realized and acknowledged that like it or not the US is a prime target if not the main target and is the prime face in the so called war on terror.

We have been saying from the beginning that this is a new kind of war, a war like no other. We the entire world better make believe they realize that and act accordingly. Our future depends on it. Everyone who reads my reports knows I did not trust Bush and Cheney an iota. They made me question everything we have done in the past.

That said, consider the source! I would hope that Obama has no designs of dominating the sovereignty of Pakistan, or anywhere else we have to go to prosecute this so called war on terror. Muslim countries do not want our boots on the ground so they have to allow openly or clandestinely our use of drones in this the first war of the 21st century!

The uses of Drone’s are a necessary evil. They are our equalizer as IED’s are the militant’s necessary evil and equalizer in the new battlefront! The draw back in IED’s or drones is civilian casualties. Civilians always pay the price!

That said, civilian casualties are hard to verify as the so called enemy inflates the numbers to win the media war for hearts and minds with wild allegations as we are not allowed to put boots on the ground in Pakistan.

Therefore civilian casualties are Pakistan’s fault as all sides agree we can not relent and we must all increase our efforts and do what we can to ensure our success and our successful future!

Pakistan admit it or not obviously is seeing the error in her ways. Allowing the drones or at least feigning anger at the attacks is a necessary evil to Pakistan's very existence at this stage of the game. It has become totally obvious To Pakistan I hope that we need each other. If we are not in the picture the militants will have the freedom and luxury to turn on them and they will. Pakistan better be very concerned because they are in a lose lose situation and when all is said and done they and there nukes are the militants targets.

Sadly we know the powers to be are not smart enough to do that. We are already in severe trouble with the condition of the world environmentally and due to power struggles getting ready to erupt in the Middle East and make things horrifically worse in many regards.

I am a little worried that China too is getting a little too heavy handed and abusive with her new position of power and beginning to take what she wants instead of being content with what she has which is what I constantly lecture has to be the case if we are to have a future. The time when man and the planet could handle war and colonialism is over, period or else!

We are Taiwan's, the Philippines, and Japan's protectors and now Vietnam's. Vietnam is no real threat to China so what is up here? As China flex's their military muscles in the area we are not supposed to worry. Just what are we supposed to think they are going to do with their advanced weaponry, missiles, stealth aircraft, aircraft carriers and the like.

Their threats are going to become more ominous until they cannot be ignored and it is too late. We have been here before. The world was not supposed to worry as Hitler built his arsenal and we know how that turned out. If peace is truly the goal then try something unique and share the wealth. We need peace to succeed as a world into the 21st century not more and never ending war.

To make the situation worse as we've discussed often, the US is pledged to defend Taiwan who "at least they say" will never unify under China. There is no way we can get militarily involved with China's lust to rebuild Imperial China. Three years ago the US signed a deal to deliver a massive amount of advanced weaponry to Taiwan. The package includes a variety of U.S.-made weapons systems, including Patriot III anti-missile missiles, Apache attack helicopters, Harpoon missiles and Javelin anti-tank missiles.This was 3 years ago

Knowing all of this I must once again express naivety. We are so kept in the dark as to any truth in any incident here and around the world. I had no idea or even thought in this context but President Hu Jintao's call for a rejuvenation of the country 100 years after the Xinhai Revolution that ended more than 2,000 years of dynastic rule in China is something new to me. President Hu calls on all of China's sons and daughters to join hands to carry on with the work of the Chinese Republic's first president, Sun Yat-sen, and realize his ideals of what he described as “China's great rejuvenation.” China has not been building her military and flexing her muscles for nothing. China wants Asia period and not just supremacy. She is going to have her Dynasty once again United States be damned. I do not like this, once again we are putting ourselves right in the middle of a growing conflict or war.

As we discussed there have been at least three cases of groups of Chinese military ships crossing through the area of Okinawa since November 2008, first 4 ships then 6 then 8 and now 10 including destroyers and submarines. That case appeared to be the first involving surfaced submarines. The group of 10 ships, including the submarines, was observed about 90 miles (140 kilometers) southwest of Okinawa in international waters.

Two missile destroyers and three frigate ships from the same group were spotted participating in a flight exercise of carrier-based helicopters April 7-9, the Defense Ministry's Joint Staff Office said in a statement The war ships were in international waters but close to Okinawa and Japan was not notified. That area as you may know has natural resources under the ocean and islands claimed by both Nations.

It is important that we stay in Okinawa as China plays a more important role in Asia and around the world as she gains strength militarily and economically as we just discussed. Arab monitor chief confirms existence of armed groups in Syria because they are doing Bashar Al-Assad's bidding

I saw an interview of pro Assad demonstrators and one woman was saying she wishes the Arab League monitors would leave because their arrival cued the beginning of the bombings and increased bipartisan killings. That is exactly right but the bombings signify an effort by Al-Assad to gain sympathy and backing for his killing of peaceful citizens wanting a Democracy. Following are the two bombings he blames on terrorists. You make up your own mind.

Hezbollah TV reports 30 killed, 55 wounded in car-bomb attacks; Syrian state television says initial investigations indicate al Qaida behind bombings: "The terrorist attacks left a number of martyrs, both civilian and military. Most of the victims were civilian," Syrian TV said in a news flash. State television also claimed that initial investigations indicated that al Qaida was behind the attacks. A witness from the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said he heard heavy gunfire break out after the blasts. This is definitely Al Qaeda's MO killing civilians but?

Suicide bomb kills 25 in Damascus: Syrian TV: Syrian state television earlier showed body parts, bloodstains and broken glass from the blast in the central Maidan district, along with people shouting that this was the work of "terrorists." Several riot police shields could be seen in a wrecked bus, which was among several damaged vehicles. "Immediate information indicates that a suicide terrorist blew himself up at a traffic light in the Maidan neighborhood," state television said. "There are dozens of dead and wounded, mostly civilians."

The Government is blaming these attacks on terrorists or more likely protesters. Read the reports and you will agree that once again the Government did it killing a few of their own and mostly civilians to gain world sympathy for their brutal slaughter of her own people. The Government has been saying it is fighting armed intruders but in the beginning it was purely unarmed peaceful civilians. Seeing them getting slaughtered has been too much for some soldiers who have defected to help the people.

Colonel Afeef Mahmoud Suleiman, who is from the air force logistics division, announced his defection live on Al Jazeera's Arabic news channel on Saturday.

Suleiman said he and his men had taken on a new mission to keep protesters in Hama safe during demonstrations. "We are from the army and we have defected because the government is killing civilian protesters. The Syrian army attacked Hama with heavy weapons, air raids and heavy fire from tanks," Suleiman said. "We ask the Arab League observers to come visit areas affected by air raids and attacks so you can see the damage with your own eyes.

HEAVY clashes have broken out between the Syrian army and deserters, leaving 11 of its soldiers dead, human rights activists said. Another 20 soldiers were wounded in the fighting in Daraa province, south of the capital, while nine soldiers defected to join the rebel troops, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said.

It really peeves me that the monitors sent to keep Syria straight have been caught up in their slaqughter but have ignored it as some of them are killers in their own countries. Instead they simply state that the Syrian Government is facing armed violence. No kidding Assad was killing them and created an armed civil war on purpose.

However we have done exactly that when it comes to the average well intentioned citizens of the world. In every Government in the world today lying has become the new truth. Governments including the United States routinely lie in order to create a grey area in which to hide the truth from the people of the world so we do not know who is telling the truth, what the truth is, and they can follow their deceitful destructive agenda.

Syria and Bashar Al-Assad appear to be the masters. From the beginning of the chaos in Syria we have been saying that Iran more specifically the IRG (Iran Revolutionary Guard) was in Syria helping if not leading the way in trying to quell the uprising. You know Bashar's only friend Iran is dictating that this slaughter is a necessity though Syria knows how to brutalize its people all to well. Iran will not allow a Democracy at her door step further isolating her.

That in itself defies logic because Iran is Shiite and Bashar and the ruling minority is Sunni like Al Qaeda and Saudi Arabia who we said would come to the aid of the citizens who are largely Shiite. It is all very confusing. Al Qaeda would not destroy Sunni security offices killing Sunni forces or would they?

However Bashar has already proven capable of killing his own to blame it on protesters and further his cause. He is also flat out lying saying protesters have killed 2000 of his security forces, a number pulled out of the air in order to kill and quell those against him. This Bashar created civil war is barely starting unless he leaves and he will not.

Every once in a while I took a break from the daily corruption and mayhem caused by the Bush Mis-Administration. I talked about the North American Union being clandestinely pushed on the American people and others. The disturbing facts I read about the trans Texas mega Highway coming from Mexico really bothered me and made me rethink and research some more on The North American Union. the North American Union Wikipedia

I remember hearing about it in 2005 and then it dropped from the news. The plan is to complete a regional Government called the North American Union for Security and prosperity. To me as I remember, it was to compete with the EU and as for prosperity that would be for the few I am sure. The plan to unite the United States, Canada, and Mexico—is "directly stated only" in a May 2005 task force report.

Bush is "pursuing a globalist agenda to create a North American Union, effectively erasing our borders with both Mexico and Canada," which is "the hidden agenda behind the Bush administration's true open borders policy."

A North American Union is being created "through a process of governmental regulations" and without ever "having to bring the issue before the American people for a clear referendum or vote," Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), Jerome Corsi wrote June 26, 2006. Corsi describes it like a conspiracy theory as a dissolving of the United States to form the union but that is not true. The idea has been around for 150 years and It would be along the lines of the European Union and I actually think it is a good idea.

Knowing Bush was pushing the North American super state through with no oversight. Despite having no authorization from Congress, the Bush administration has launched extensive working-group activity to implement a trilateral agreement with Mexico and Canada.

The membership of the working groups has not been published, nor has their work product been disclosed, despite two years of massive effort within the executive branches of the U.S., Mexico and Canada.

And knowing the North American Union is already starting to replace the United States and it is well choreographed and well underway as In March 2005 at their summit meeting in Waco, Tex., President Bush, President Fox and Prime Minister Martin issued a joint statement announced the creation of the "Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America" (SPP). The creation of this new agreement was never submitted to Congress for debate and decision. Instead, the U.S. Department of Commerce merely created a new division under the same title to implement working groups to advance a North American Union working agenda in a wide range of areas, including: manufactured goods, movement of goods, energy, environment, e-commerce, financial services, business facilitation, food and agriculture, transportation, and health.

SPP is headed by three top cabinet level officers of each country. Representing the United States are Secretary of Commerce Carlos Gutierrez, Secretary of Homeland Security Michael Chertoff, and Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice. Representing Mexico are Secretario de Economía Fernando Canales, Secretario de Gobernación Carlos Abascal, and Secretario de Relaciones Exteriores, Luis Ernesto Derbéz. Representing Canada are Minister of Industry David L. Emerson, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Public Safety, Anne McLellan, and Minister of Foreign Affairs Pierre Stewart Pettigrew. There is a man-made danger on the horizon: a colossal, 600-mile superhighway that will plow across the state of Texas, perhaps cutting through his sorghum fields and cornfields, some of the best farm land in the world lost but I guess that is small trade off for the farm lands of Mexico and Canada.

There is envisioned a combined toll road and rail system that would whisk traffic along a mega highway stretching from the Oklahoma line to Mexico bypassing local towns and businesses effectively shutting them out.

That stretch would only be the first link in a 4,000-mile, $184 billion network. The corridors would be up to a quarter-mile across, consisting of as many as six lanes for cars and four for trucks, plus railroad tracks, oil and gas pipelines, water and other utility lines, and broadband cables.

At first glance a 600 mile long highway crossing Texas from Mexico may not seem to take much land but when you consider that it will be 10 miles wide and it is only the beginning of a massive Mexico to Canada project that lo and behold is scheduled to begin in 2010. The exact route for the cross-Texas corridor has not been drawn up, though it probably will be somewhere within a 10-mile-wide swath running parallel to Interstate 35. Whatever course it takes, it is clear many farmers and property owners will lose their land, though they will be compensated by the state. Construction could begin by 2010.

It is disturbing to me that we do not hear about any of this and it is being done clandestinely like everything else today, right under our noses and I am amazed that no one in Texas has put two and two together as to this Trans Texas mega highway and the North American Union. We must make this too heard, it is important to our America.

Scores more soldiers defect from Syrian army : A senior military officer in the Syrian city of Hama has defected along with up to 50 of his soldiers, in protest against the government’s ten-month crackdown on peaceful demonstrations that has claimed thousands of lives across the country. Colonel Afeef Mahmoud Suleiman, who is from the air force logistics division, announced his defection live on Al Jazeera's Arabic news channel on Saturday.

Suleiman said he and his men had taken on a new mission to keep protesters in Hama safe during demonstrations. "We are from the army and we have defected because the government is killing civilian protesters. The Syrian army attacked Hama with heavy weapons, air raids and heavy fire from tanks," Suleiman said. "We ask the Arab League observers to come visit areas affected by air raids and attacks so you can see the damage with your own eyes.

HEAVY clashes have broken out between the Syrian army and deserters, leaving 11 of its soldiers dead, human rights activists said. Another 20 soldiers were wounded in the fighting in Daraa province, south of the capital, while nine soldiers defected to join the rebel troops, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said.

In addition to the deadly clashes in the village of Basr al-Harir, the Britain-based watchdog also reported heavy machinegun exchanges between the army and deserters in the Daraa town of Dael. There was no immediate word on any casualties.

Syrian regime: We are being targeted by "terrorists": Coffins bearing 11 policemen, covered with Syrian flags, were brought into the Al-Hassan mosque for the prayers, a day after the explosion ripped through a Damascus intersection, killing 26 people and wounding 63. Officials said the attack was a suicide bombing, the second in two weeks to hit the normally quiet Syrian capital.

The regime of President Bashar Assad has touted the attacks as proof that it is being targeted by "terrorists." But the country's opposition demanded an independent investigation, accusing forces loyal to the Syrian regime of being behind the bombing to tarnish a 10-month-old uprising against Assad. The bombings have coincided with a mission by Arab League observers investigating Syria's crackdown on the protest.

I agree with the opposition that there should be an investigation but by an independent source so one side or the other will not purposely be found at fault. Dahida Abdul-Rahman, 50-year-old housewife at the prayers, said the Arab observers should be thrown out of the country. "Since they came, terrorist attacks started," she said. She is dead right and it is being done by the Government to gain sympathy for their murder of civilians and their deserter protectors.

I said when soldiers first defected that it would take the whole army as they are fighting the IRG too.The Government is blaming this attack too on terrorist or more likely protesters. Read the report and you will agree that once again the Government did it killing a few of their own and mostly civilians to gain world sympathy for their brutal slaughter of her own people.

This really brings the confusion in Syria and the middle east and the world full swing for me. Once again I am left dumbfounded. From the beginning with the occurrence of 9/11 we were told and we knew that we were in a different world that required a new way of thinking. Meanwhile we routinely prove incapable of doing that when confronted with the so called terrorists.

However we have done exactly that when it comes to the average well intentioned citizens of the world. In every Government in the world today lying has become the new truth. Governments including the United States routinely lie in order to create a grey area in which to hide the truth from the people of the world so we do not know who is telling the truth, what the truth is, and they can follow their deceitful destructive agenda.

Syria and Bashar Al-Assad appear to be the masters. From the beginning of the chaos in Syria we have been saying that Iran more specifically the IRG (Iran Revolutionary Guard) was in Syria helping if not leading the way in trying to quell the uprising. You know Bashar's only friend Iran is dictating that this slaughter is a necessity though Syria knows how to brutalize its people all to well. Iran will not allow a Democracy at her door step further isolating her.

That in itself defies logic because Iran is Shiite and Bashar and the ruling minority is Sunni like Al Qaeda and Saudi Arabia who we said would come to the aid of the citizens who are largely Shiite. It is all very confusing. Al Qaeda would not destroy Sunni security offices killing Sunni forces or would they?

However Bashar has already proven capable of killing his own to blame it on protesters and further his cause. He is also flat out lying saying protesters have killed 2000 of his security forces, a number pulled out of the air in order to kill and quell those against him. This Bashar created civil war is barely starting unless he leaves and he will not.

After what happened to the United States ending with Black Hawk Down and our departure from Somalia I thought Al Shabab would never be defeated. Then I came to the realization that they could be defeated if area countries and the world rallied around the effort to make them a non entity at least as a separate arm of Al Qaeda. Well it has happened and they are being defeated.

Emmanuel Chirchir told Reuters the fighters of the al Qaeda-linked al Shabaab group at the camp situated south of Garbahare had been planning to attack Kenyan and Somali troops in two nearby towns captured by Kenyan forces this week. "This is one of the biggest losses to the al Shabaab. The concentration of fighters was believed to be preparing to attack our troops in Fafadun and Elade," Chirchir said.

AU: Somalia's al-Shabab Being 'Systematically Destroyed': The African Union is asking the United Nations to fund a final push aimed at crushing al-Shabab by August. "The Shabab as a military force is being systematically and steadily destroyed. They have been defeated in Mogadishu, they are now being defeated in the Gedo and Juba regions, same happened in Beledweyn a week ago," Lamamra said.

Al Shabab's demise is not guaranteed yet and I still believe many have left for the Gulf of Aden, Yemen, and other areas they think they will have an impact. Their demise though started with a new militia faction that is about the only group in the country to go against the al-Shabab and win. The Ahlu Sunnah Wal Jama - followers of Sufism or mystical Islam - are mostly volunteering students who say they have no political ambitions beyond expelling al-Shabab from the capital, one district at a time. There were four separate explosions. Two car bombs in the capital’s Kadhimiya district left 15 people dead. In Sadr city a roadside bomb and a device planted on a motorbike killed a further 10 people. Police say they found and defused two other bombs. Since the departure of US troops, Iraq appears to have fallen into a political and security crisis.

A senior member of Asaib Ahl al-Haq said in an interview this week that the group wants to ally with other Shiite groups to run in provincial and parliamentary elections, but he did not say the group would disarm completely. He spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to speak publicly about the group’s plans. Asaib Ahl al-Haq, or Band of the Righteous, is an armed group the split off from radical Shiite cleric Muqtada al-Sadr’s own political movement that was formed to fight the American presence in Iraq. Time will tell but this is great if true but totally unexpected. Maybe Iraq can avoid the civil war I have long thought Bush guaranteed.

I certainly hope it works out in Iraq. I for one since day one have thought Bush ignored good advice that at the very least there would be a civil war. That is not to ignore the fact that it was an illigal war or that Bush created 200 million immigrants both internal and external and Iraq can still not supply the basic needs of humanity and Saddam Hussen did. I've said it before but many of us have a moral problem with the death penalty in light of the many recently highlight cases of those put to death who were railroaded and were innocent.. Plain and simple, it's barbaric. I don't care whether it's Davis, an African American who steadfastly proclaimed he did not murder Mark MacPhail, a white, off-duty police officer; or Lawrence Brewer, one of three white assailants convicted in the dragging death of James Byrd who was murdered for being black. Brewer was executed in Texas, the capital-punishment capital, also Wednesday, In fact, Texas has walked 475 people to slaughter since 1976.

I thought we were making progress but what the hell is going on of late? Illinois joined the ranks of those outlawing the death penalty! I am glad for the historic drop but why can't the entire US at least use the death penalty only in obvious deserved necessary cases?

The last fifteen death row inmates in Illinois will live out their days in jail cells, instead of dying on a execution gurney, now that capital punishment has officially ended in the state. What are your thoughts on that? The ban took effect on Friday, July 1st But the state Department of Corrections began emptying the death row cells in Pontiac in March. The prisoners have been evaluated and moved to other maximum security facilities throughout Illinois, department spokeswoman Stacey Solano said.

Illinois Governor Pat Quinnz signed into law a ban on the death penalty on March 9, saying it was impossible to fix a system that had wrongly condemned at least 20 innocent men. Illinois death row inmates moved to regular jail cells No kidding!

China, Iran, North Korea, Yemen, and the United States lead the world in carrying out the most death sentences. Amnesty International: Death penalty on decline, US in top 5 That's quite the company to be proud of isn't it?

All use lethal injection, and, until recently, most had used a three-drug cocktail: sodium thiopental to render the condemned unconscious, pancuronium bromide to paralyze the prisoner and potassium chloride to stop the heart. If you read my stories in the past on this you know I have mixed feelings on the death penalty. Often times a person may be arrested and sentenced to death knowing they were innocent just to further someone's career or to quell the public. Now that we have DNA testing we are finding too often we have the wrong man. We have seen it too often

I do believe the death penalty is justified as in the case of the Fort Hood shootings and the Jared Loughner's shootings where they should be put to death immediately with no trial. They should not have a venue to plead their case. Sane or insane they did it wantonly and publicly, that is all that matters. Cases like those aside I am no longer comfortable with the death penalty being justified because of the horror of the crime because we can not be certain we have the right person unless we actually see them do the deserved crime.

Turkey warns against Shi'ite-Sunni Cold War: Middle East powerhouse Turkey on Wednesday warned against a sectarian Cold War in the region and said rising Sunni-Shi'ite tensions would be "suicide" for the whole region.

"Let me openly say that there are some willing to start a regional Cold War," Foreign Minster Ahmet Davutoglu told state-run Anatolian news agency before heading to Shi'ite Iran.

This is still just beginning but it will increase rapidly with Iran's threat to close the Gulf and us arming our Allies to help fight them. I had some interesting conversations in relation to this story. That made me remember how long this has all been planned, and put the rest of this developing scenario together. After 50 years of middle east policy and not arming them to fight wars Bush has changed that in hopes of getting them to fight Iran and Syria.

Bush now Obama will be freed to attack Pakistan and Iran from the Gulf as Iraq quiets and others fight Iran on the ground, or so they think!

We must make a Difference! We think we will now be free to go after Pakistan and Iran from the Gulf with our carrier and battle Groups while others will be able to defend themselves and will be doing the brunt of the fighting and ground combat. Everything is almost prepared. It gets much worse

I have to reiterate something I have said too many times since Bush chose to ignore all warnings of total civil war spreading throughout the entire Middle East so he could attack Iraq and straighten out the Middle East as God spoke to him and instructed him to. You know I firmly believe and have said so a million times by now that since 9/11 everything was construed to allow Bush to gain the power he needed to prosecute his new order not just in the Middle East but on the entire world! He diverted from Afghanistan to get back into the Middle East with the goal of setting up a larger safety zone for Israel and going after Iran.

Bush has created a hell on earth for Iraq that he calls liberty and success with promises to spread it throughout the entire Middle East. He has long wanted a Korea style force in Iraq to secure the peace! We were concerned because we knew that would never work in Iraq or the Middle East! Planting our military in the middle of the mess Bush has created out of the Middle East because of his failed Democratization program would be a Custer's Last Stand on a grand scale!

I still see a total civil war Sunni against Shiite erupting in the Middle East "a total middle east breakdown" because Bush freed up Iran to instigate it on their end and they are. I still am concerned we will have a permanent presence in the Middle East but feel we will have to largely leave Iraq to her own demise. We will still be there but it looks like Yemen, and the Gulf of Aden will be the prime focus unless Iran gets something going between the US and Iran.

As you know, I talk about it often as I watch Bush's new Middle East (dis)order progress. He ignored Afghanistan so he could use the patriot acts powers to divert from Afghanistan to attack Iraq using the excuse of unseating Saddam so he could get in the Middle East to help Israel establish a buffer zone and establish a new middle east (dis) order or so Israel and Cheney thought. Bush at Cheney's urging made an abrupt shift in policy towards Syria, a shift that has now brought the entire Mideast region to the brink of war and chaos. Much worse than the hell on earth they created for Iraq. Did you ever read A clean Break, Cheney's well documented destructive plans for the middle east?

That plan was put together in 1996 for Israel. They were just waiting for an idiot to come along so they could implement their plan for the Middle East. Along came the life long follower and life long alcoholic loser Georgie Bush. I wish I could say the rest is History but this is still barely beginning and just beginning to take shape. All Bush did by ignoring Afghanistan and attacking Iraq was to guarantee a loss of everything and a complete Middle East and Asian Breakdown.

He freed Iran up to pursue her version of new middle East order by interfering wherever she could while Bush was doing the same thing with his Middle East Democratization program. I think you can see how successful Bush and Cheney were with chaos creating Middle East Democracy program but you are barely seeing the results they created in Iran.

The goal absolutely is to be the country who decides which direction the new Middle East (dis)order will take. Bush started it by attacking Iraq to get into the middle east to destabilize it and start the new middle east order the idiot said God told him to do now it will be up to Iran and Saudi Arabia at least up front fight it out whether this goes the Iranian Shiite way or the Saudi Arabian Sunni way and do not forget Israel!

You know I firmly believe and have said so a million times by now that since 9/11 everything was construed to allow Bush to gain the power he needed to prosecute his new order not just in the Middle East but on the entire world! According to the documents, the cargo sender was the Russian state arms trader Rosoboronexport.

Qatari emir suggests sending troops: Opposition says five activists killed throughout the country; power, communications cut in Damascus; Thani is the first Arab leader to suggest sending troops; US official says Iran arming Assad to suppress protests.

Syria has been going into Lebanon with tanks at will to kill Sunni and commit abductions but so far have shied away from Turkey, Iraq, Jordan, and Israel. Lebanon has long lived under Syria’s shadow and is more vulnerable to interference as the Assad regime pursues its crackdown on the Syrian opposition, elements of which have begun to arm themselves and fight back.

This is going to be a long tough fight because Iran will not allow a possible anti Iran regime change in Syria nor it seems will Russia and China. You would think that after Gaddafi's brutal death Bashar Al-Assad would take heed but he does not have to as China and Russia support his brutality to protect their interests and the old order.

Again: You know, I am thinking about all that is happening today in the United States and more pointedly around the entire world not just in North Africa and the Middle East and I am reminded of something we were told right after 9/11 and that was that this is a new volatile world we live in today and we must act accordingly. When I was a kid I learned "adapt, overcome, and move ahead successfully" We are not doing that, once again we have failed to take our own good advice.

This is not the 20th century. The times they are a changing and we must be smart enough to change with them or be trampled. WW 3 we do not want, it is not survivable for us or the planet with the awesome destruction of today's weapons. Just looking at the two telling links above I realized Russia and the United States are playing the same old power and control games instead of realizing this is a new world and like it or not we must adapt with it or destroy it.

Now China feels emboldened to play a role in pushing her desires on the "Arab Spring" too and this is all a recipe for disaster. The US can no longer stand by Israel blindly. Unless Israel realizes like it or not it is time for a 2 state solution to allow us to progress through the 21 century in this new world not the old one those in control are trying to hold on to.

Likewise it is wrong for Russia and China to embolden Syria and defend their Brutality in order to protect their selfish old interests. Like it or not we must let go. We the current powers are creating more problems not solving them. We must step back and let the baby be born. We can not have things the way we want. We must realize that instead of using weapons to try and have our way.

We must let the chips fall where they may then pick up what we can, adapt, overcome, and move forward successfully hopefully. The US is in trouble, Europe is in trouble, the Middle East is in trouble, the entire world is in trouble unless we wake up, stop trying to interfere with it, and help put together whatever is left.

Exclusive: Pakistan Taliban commanders "at each other's throats": Al Qaeda, the Afghan Taliban and Pakistani militants have held a series of meetings aimed at containing what could soon be open warfare between the two most powerful Pakistani Taliban leaders, militant sources have said. Hakimullah Mehsud, the head of the Pakistani Taliban, also known as the Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), and his deputy, Wali-ur-Rehman, were at each other's throats, the sources said.

Al-Qaida, Taliban seek Pakistani militants' help: "For God's sake, forget all your differences and give us fighters to boost the battle against America in Afghanistan," senior al-Qaida commander Abu Yahya al-Libi told Pakistani fighters at a meeting on Dec. 11, according to a militant who attended.

Pakistani Taliban chief Hakimullah Mehsud attended the two meetings on Nov. 27 in Wana, the main town in South Waziristan, and Dec. 11 in the Datta Khel area of North Waziristan, Pakistani Taliban spokesman Ehsanullah Ehsan told The Associated Press. Other prominent Pakistani militant leaders who attended included Mehsud's deputy, Waliur Rehman, and two commanders who have focused on fighting in Afghanistan, Maulvi Nazir and Gul Bahadur, Ehsan said. Also there was Sirajuddin Haqqani, an Afghan militant based in North Waziristan who leads one of the most feared groups fighting in Afghanistan.

At the urging of the Afghan Taliban, four major Pakistani insurgent factions have joined the Afghan guerrilla group known as the Haqqani network in a council aimed at resolving infighting and ending militant violence against civilians in Pakistan. Good now execute the coup de grace. Kill them all and bring the rest to the table!

Enter the year of the Taliban: No matter what the Chinese may say about 2012 being the year of the dragon, this is going to be the year of the Taliban so far as the United States is concerned.

I think it is right to keep squeezing them until they are convinced that talking to us is the best and quickest way to see us gone. I disagree with that since with President Bush the project was in name only to make it look like he cared while he spent all his time and effort in Iraq. That is why of the 67 some odd top Al Qaeda and Taliban leaders killed since 2004 all but 4 were killed on President Obama's watch. Anyway now we have killed 80 more in one encounter at a so called "secret camp" Bad days and bad times for the Taliban, they are being decimated There is a reason for this success as I said!

The Taliban think they are getting away with something and we are just getting lucky but they are being watched closely by JSOC ready to pounce and take them out when given the command. I say give it now and save lives. My guess is the command has been given because the Haqqani's have been going down en-masse. The network is important but I think "they" should take out the Haqqani's first.

I wish we would quickly kill the Haqqani's, both Jalaluddin and Sirajuddin and leave the rest to Pakistan and Afghanistan. I believe the are being squeezed from all sides and feeling intense pressure on their lifestyle and that is a big reason why the talks are progressing.

Anyway you look at it we are viewed as temporary and the violent convoluted backstabbing tribal relationships will always be a way of life in the border area especially. We can only be very concerned how this is going to turn out between NATO, Afghanistan, and Pakistan. It won't be translucent or good!

The Haqqani's seem true to Mullah Omar who want us out of Afghanistan and want their independent Afghanistan. Pakistan has proven they do not want a free and independent Afghanistan but want to control it. At this point I want to say our soldiers have done their job let them come home as scheduled if not sooner. Let Mullah Omar the Haqqani's and other Taliban interests fight for Afghanistan it is theirs not ours or Pakistan's. Good luck Hamid Karzai that's all I say!

We should be very concerned especially for the nukes in the long term. As you know, we have discussed many times JSOC is the military's chief terrorists hunting squad and has units now operating in Afghanistan on Pakistan's western border and in Pakistan. A secondary mission is to secure foreign nuclear arsenals.

As you know the mission has taken on added importance in recent months, as Islamic extremists have taken territory close to the capital of Islamabad and could destabilize Pakistan's shaky democracy. Pakistan appears to be holding off the Taliban threat thus the threat of the US too feel the need to act on defending their Nukes. I now believe Afghanistan is just step a domino headed towards Pakistan and her nuclear weapons. That I believe is the threat of Afghanistan falling into extremist hands as it is increasingly obvious to me that getting Pakistan’s nukes is the ultimate goal of the Taliban, Al Qaeda, militants, whatever you want to call them.

That would put us in a situation the entire world better be extremely concerned about and why NATO if right to step up and Russia and China better step up.

* We are hearing we are on our way out of Afghanistan or so some might think but just wait to see what 18 months brings. I keep hearing a stupid saying attributed to the Taliban “you have the watches but we have the time” Hell most do not know what a watch is and we better make the time. 'EU report says Israel undermining two-states': Late last year, Israel harshly rejected criticism of its settlement activities levied against it by Britain, France, Germany and Portugal at the United Nations. A Foreign Ministry statement at the time suggested that UN Security Council members - and the EU states on it - would be better served concentrating their condemnation on the violence in Syria and Iran's nuclear program. Another words there is no way in hell Israel will allow a 2 state solution.

Israel has been stalling for years and will never stop stalling. Israel will never agree to a two state solution or share Jerusalem period and will resort to war period, especially knowing the US will come to their rescue and it bothers me. This is really getting old!

I wrote about it numerous times, to hell with Israel they are the problem. Netanyahu does not want peace until he gets everything he wants which includes all of Jerusalem. We have to take care of our own and let them hang themselves. We would have no problem then. We are as guilty as them for not enforcing UN resolution 181. UN Resolution 181 that was established in 1947.

What about Israel's refusal to go back to 1967 borders, to stop building settlements, or to let Palestine have a homeland free of Jews if they want? What about UN resolution 181 established in 1947?

Again I reiterate there will never be peace in the Middle East, period!Israel wants it her way and Iran/Syria want Israel obliterated, period, seems like peace is in Palestinian hands and depends on how much they are willing to bend because Israel will not. Israel and Iran have long been in preparation for this confrontation. As you know, when asked by a journalist how he felt upon returning to Iran in 1979 after 15 years in exile. Khomeini’s curt, one-word reply was “nothing” Whoa! From day one of his return to Iran Khomeini expressed no love for Iran only a love of the atom bomb. I realized a long time ago that Israel is the world's chief war monger and we seem to do their bidding and fighting. It is no surprise that the whole package is coming to a head all at once meaning the Arab spring countries too along with Iraq which has already started to break. Question is can we keep it contained to the middle east and from erupting into WW3?

You know I firmly believe and have said so a million times by now that since 9/11 everything was construed to allow Bush to gain the power he needed to prosecute his new order not just in the Middle East but on the entire world! He diverted from Afghanistan to get back into the Middle East with the goal of setting up a larger safety zone for Israel and going after Iran. Both will fail! It has long been my contention that coming to Israel's aid once they attack Iran will be our in to Iran!

The entire middle east and north Africa and our more than century of interference and exploitation can take the blame for that too. Planting our military in the middle of the mess Bush has created out of the Middle East because of his failed Democratization program is going to be a Custer's Last Stand on a grand scale if we are still there when this breaks open!

You have to be very concerned about what is happening in Syria especially. Iran is not going to allow Syria to fall to Democracy. What we saw after the voter fraud in Iran was mild compared to what the IRG will do if this movement spreads to Iran. I really wish Bashar would step down but Iran is the elephant in the room any way you look at it. Will Tensions With Iran Really Push Gasoline to $5 a Gallon?: Yes and it will be to Iran and every oil producers demise! With $5 gas we will not need them. Remember necessity is the mother of invention. Americas can do the impossible when the time calls for it.

You already know what it means to the price of food and everything else and It has been a couple of years since I started warning of $5 gas at the pumps. It is getting closer to reality every day so I thought I would again reiterate. We know we have built in bottle necks here at home with the Refineries and the all powerful oil lobbyists and industry.

Too much use, not enough use, Summer, Winter, broken pipes, terrorism, weather, absolutely everything affects the price of oil. If Congress repeals the unnecessary tax breaks to the obscenely wealthy oil companies prices will merely go up. As you look around the world and notice we are screwing with every oil producing Nation on earth you have to wonder why we have not been concerned with gumming up the world's oils supply including ours until now or so most think! A war in the middle east including the Gulf would keep oil from flowing even to America especially if it's nuclear right, wrong!

Shell's new process involves sinking heaters deep underground, cooking the rock at 700 degrees and recovering the oil and natural gas with conventional drilling.

For a decade, Shell has been ramping up its research on private property here. It is also one of a handful of companies vying for research and development leases on larger tracts of federal land nearby. That could lead to full-scale development across 1,200 square miles of western Colorado.

Early results are promising, says Terry O'Connor, a vice president in the oil giant's unconventional resource division. But, he admits, "no one has been able to develop oil shale on a commercially sustainable basis.

Legendary oilman T Boone Pickens says he doesn't believe that the oil sands are an effective substitute for our fuel needs. Pickens said Tuesday that huge development costs and a tight labor supply will prevent the Alberta oil sands and other unconventional means of production from covering the shortfall in supply. That said, Pickens holds a big stake in both the Canadian Oil Sands Trust [TSX:COS.UN] and Suncor Energy.

When Pickens was in the Alberta oil sand fields in the 60's somebody said this isn't going to work, it isn't possible. It'll all have to be subsidized to a level, said, before they'd make money you'd have to have $5 oil," Pickens says laughing. "We never thought it would happen."

Four years ago I did a story on shale oil and oil sand but it did not go over well because people felt it would never happen. Knowing all the research and development that has been put into these alternatives!

Knowing that he said refining it would not be profitable until fuel hit $5 per gallon, you have to believe that $5 gas wall be here before you know it!

Police arrest four militants in Karachi : Crime Investigation Department (CID) of Karachi yesterday said they busted a gang of Taliban in western slum of the city and arrested four militants including Karachi chief Tehreek-e-Taliban of Pakistan. The CID police also recovered a suicide jacket besides rockets and other assault weapons, Fayyaz Khan, the superintendent of police said.

A press conference was informed that the police carried the raids overnight on a tip-off and arrested the four militants from Manghopir Road and Suparco Mor (turning) and arrested Abdul Qayyum Meshud, an alleged ameer (chief) of TTP Karachi. Mohammad Sharif Mehmand, Habib Khan Mehsud and Usman Mehsud were also arrested in the raids, Khan told a press conference. Abdul Qayyum Mehsud, the police said, was a trained terrorist and he also remained bodyguard of Baitullah Mehsud, the chief of TTP in Pakistan.

15 Kidnapped Pakistani Soldiers Executed by the Taliban in a Retaliatory Gesture: The executions followed the death of a high-ranking Taliban commander on Sunday and came just days after local news media reported that several factions of the Taliban had vowed not to attack the Pakistani military.

Army officials in Pakistan say militants have killed 10 paramilitary troops they had been holding hostage since last month. Military official Naeem Khan said the bodies of the Frontier Corps soldiers were recovered on January 6 in the Orakzai region near the Afghan border. Khan said the 10 men were seized last month in a raid on a security base in Orakzai. Last week, militants killed 15 soldiers they had been holding in North Waziristan, near the border with Afghanistan.

As they have from the beginning Pakistan officially objected to the operations against suspected al Qaeda and Taliban militants along its border with Afghanistan, saying they violate its sovereignty to satisfy their citizens. At the same time Islamabad has pushed Washington to provide it with the drones to allow it to carry out its own attacks on Taliban insurgents, a move that could ease widespread anti-American sentiment in Pakistan.

Under Obama from the beginning The United States has stepped up its attacks with the pilot less drone aircraft attacks in Pakistan even more so since a double agent blew himself up at a U.S. base in Afghanistan on December 30, killing seven CIA agents. The so called weak President on terror has drastically increased the use of like it or not what has become an important tool in the so called war on terror.

Are we at war or not? I am not going to say the US should be able to put boots on the ground wherever she wants in this still just beginning so called war on terror but it must be realized and acknowledged that like it or not the US is a prime target if not the main target and is the prime face in the so called war on terror.

We have been saying from the beginning that this is a new kind of war, a war like no other. We the entire world better make believe they realize that and act accordingly. Our future depends on it. Everyone who reads my reports knows I did not trust Bush and Cheney an iota. They made me question everything we have done in the past.

That said, consider the source! I would hope that Obama has no designs of dominating the sovereignty of Pakistan, or anywhere else we have to go to prosecute this so called war on terror. Muslim countries do not want our boots on the ground so they have to allow openly or clandestinely our use of drones in this the first war of the 21st century!

The uses of Drone’s are a necessary evil. They are our equalizer as IED’s are the militant’s necessary evil and equalizer in the new battlefront! The draw back in IED’s or drones is civilian casualties. Civilians always pay the price!

That said, civilian casualties are hard to verify as the so called enemy inflates the numbers to win the media war for hearts and minds with wild allegations as we are not allowed to put boots on the ground in Pakistan.

Therefore civilian casualties are Pakistan’s fault as all sides agree we can not relent and we must all increase our efforts and do what we can to ensure our success and our successful future!

Supposedly Toppling Saddam Hussein ended Iraq's role as a counterweight to Iran, a part it had played since the 1980s in a Gulf security system that Washington had hoped would contain the rival powers. That was only the smallest of the repercussions. Toppling Saddam gave Bush the excuse to get into the middle east, upset the balance of the entire middle east as Bush knew would be the case, and set the stage for Bush's new middle east order that has long been planned and he will not stop now.

This is still just beginning but it will increase rapidly with Iran's threat to close the Gulf and us arming our Allies to help fight them. I had some interesting conversations in relation to this story. That made me remember how long this has all been planned, and put the rest of this developing scenario together. After 50 years of middle east policy and not arming them to fight wars Bush has changed that in hopes of getting them to fight Iran and Syria.
Bush now Obama will be freed to attack Pakistan and Iran from the Gulf as Iraq quiets and others fight Iran on the ground, or so they think!

We must make a Difference! We think we will now be free to go after Pakistan and Iran from the Gulf with our carrier and battle Groups while others will be able to defend themselves and will be doing the brunt of the fighting and ground combat. Everything is almost prepared. It gets much worse

I have to reiterate something I have said too many times since Bush chose to ignore all warnings of total civil war spreading throughout the entire Middle East so he could attack Iraq and straighten out the Middle East as God spoke to him and instructed him to. You know I firmly believe and have said so a million times by now that since 9/11 everything was construed to allow Bush to gain the power he needed to prosecute his new order not just in the Middle East but on the entire world! He diverted from Afghanistan to get back into the Middle East with the goal of setting up a larger safety zone for Israel and going after Iran.

Bush has created a hell on earth for Iraq that he calls liberty and success with promises to spread it throughout the entire Middle East. He has long wanted a Korea style force in Iraq to secure the peace! We were concerned because we knew that would never work in Iraq or the Middle East! Planting our military in the middle of the mess Bush has created out of the Middle East because of his failed Democratization program would be a Custer's Last Stand on a grand scale!

I still see a total civil war Sunni against Shiite erupting in the Middle East because Bush freed up Iran to instigate it on their end and they are. I still am concerned we will have a permanent presence in the Middle East but feel we will have to largely leave Iraq to her own demise. We will still be there but it looks like Yemen, and the Gulf of Aden will be the prime focus unless Iran gets something going between the US and Iran.

As you know, I talk about it often as I watch Bush's new Middle East (dis)order progress. He ignored Afghanistan so he could use the patriot acts powers to divert from Afghanistan to attack Iraq using the excuse of unseating Saddam so he could get in the Middle East to help Israel establish a buffer zone and establish a new middle east (dis) order or so Israel and Cheney thought. Bush at Cheney's urging made an abrupt shift in policy towards Syria, a shift that has now brought the entire Mideast region to the brink of war and chaos. That plan was put together in 1996 for Israel. They were just waiting for an idiot to come along so they could implement their plan for the Middle East. Along came the life long follower and life long alcoholic loser Georgie Bush. I wish I could say the rest is History but this is still barely beginning and just beginning to take shape. All Bush did by ignoring Afghanistan and attacking Iraq was to guarantee a loss of everything and a complete Middle East and Asian Breakdown.

He freed Iran up to pursue her version of new middle East order by interfering wherever she could while Bush was doing the same thing with his Middle East Democratization program. I think you can see how successful Bush and Cheney were with chaos creating Middle East Democracy program but you are barely seeing the results they created in Iran.

The goal absolutely is to be the country who decides which direction the new Middle East (dis)order will take. Bush started it by attacking Iraq to get into the middle east to destabilize it and start the new middle east order the idiot said God told him to do now it will be up to Iran and Saudi Arabia at least up front fight it out whether this goes the Iranian Shiite way or the Saudi Arabian Sunni way and do not forget Israel!
