RSD Todd’s ‘3 Girls A Day’ Online Dating Program & Review

I received an email today that RSD’s Todd Valentine is releasing an online dating product … I am a big RSD fan, and the reason for that is that they give so much awesome free content away on their website. I’m super excited about this and it’s working out as awesome timing as other than Williams Rivers books which also was help was I felt it was mostly on basic setup. So we’ll see. I’ll let you know as I go but RSD releases a constant steam of great dating and self help knowledge for FREE on RSD Nation, so I’m hoping for and expecting a great product here and it’s going to make his blog a lot more interesting! (I’m a geek, and this real time testing is my type of geekery!).

STOP Eating These 3 Foods (Eat These Instead)

Hey, it’s Joel, and I actually just got home from the grocery store. In fact, as soon as I’m done writing this powerful fat-burning newsletter, I’m gonna head on over to el kitchen (Spanish for kitchen) and make me some fajitas. Mmmm fajitas… so good

So what did I buy from the grocery store? Wouldn’t YOU want to know?

Just kidding, I’ll tell you.

I bought a bunch of stuff that you already know is healthy (plenty of fruits, veggies, etc.) and then quite a few things that most people don’t use but are WAY healthier than the “healthy” option of similar food items that people do normally use.

Confused yet? Let me break it down in to practical examples.
Most people would choose 100% Whole Wheat bread as a “healthy” option. I didn’t buy 100% Whole Wheat bread, I bought Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Grain bread.

Is 100% Whole Wheat bread the worst thing on earth? Not necessarily, but Ezekiel bread is just 100 times better. Organic, Sprouted, 100% Whole Grain flourless bread. And a 2-slice serving even contains 8 grams of complete protein (and 6 grams of fiber). So yes, it’s better.

Not only did I buy some Ezekiel bread, but I also bought some Ezekiel flourless tortillas (for my fajitas) – same whole grain, complete protein goodness as above.
So that was the first “healthy” food swap I made.

Second, I bypassed the All Natural Peanut Butter and instead picked up a jar of Organic Raw Almond Butter by Marantha. Why? Because this Almond Butter is like super nut butter, and I’m all about being super. That and the fact that peanuts are one of the most common food allergens, and when consumed regularly can cause slowed weight loss in those sensitive to it (which is actually the majority of individuals).

In addition to that, Marantha Almond Butter is the next best thing to eating your almonds straight from the orchard. Best. Nutbutter. Ever.

Up next was my third food swap, and that was when I passed through the dairy aisle. See you later organic milk, I’m grabbing the unsweetened almond milk instead.

Again, a lot of individuals are sensitive to dairy, and actually experience accelerated fat loss by removing it from their diet. I hardly drink milk anymore, and instead opt for almond milk whenever possible.
No lactose, no dairy, no indigestion, no bloat…and frankly, I think it tastes better.

And oh yeah, it has one THIRD the calories of regular milk while scoring far lower on the Insulin Index. Just be sure to grab the unsweetened varieties to avoid the added sugar found in the regular versions.
There’s pretty much no downside.

Factors Which Prevent Cellulite Removal or Make It Worse ( 5 )

Most women trying to get rid of lower-body cellulite are running after the elusive answer to the burning question:

When, in reality – she should first find out what may actually be the cause of her cellulite – or what factors might even be making it worse.

These 5 factors hold the key to knowing some of the top causes of the bumps, dimples and dents in the trouble spots and problem areas of the average woman.

1 – High Stress Can Cause Cellulite or Make It Worse

Most women don’t even know the level of stress they have come to live with on a full-time basis. The pace of modern day society and the overload of external stimulatory sources naturally causes sub-conscious hyperactivity. This usually manifest in various levels of worrying, pre-occupation and unnecessary use of mental and emotional energy.

But take that and add to it the common, high-intensity, stress events which occur in all our lives at various times – to varying degrees. For example; the sickness of a loved one, the death of a friend, divorce, work/job challenges, family dis-functions….

All of these stress factors have a direct impact on hormones. Cortisol, epinephrine, and oxytocin, just to name a few – are effected by stress. The levels and frequency of these and other hormones in the body can influence many physical characteristics. One of them being your cellular integrity.

If the cells of your body are being bombarded with hormone levels which are out of whack – then the adverse results will show. Muscles, connective tissue and skin cells will be loose, limp and mushy. This can even happen in women who are trying their hardest with proper exercise and nutrition.

Stress recognition and management must be addressed in this type of situation. Not only for how you look when naked – BUT your long term health and longevity is highly dependent on this.

2 – Poor Sleep Can Cause Cellulite or Make It Worse

Sleep patterns and quality of sleep has an incredibly powerful effect on our hormones. In fact, sleep is where most of the magic happens. Some people are actually able to counteract the effects, to a certain degree–of a high stress life, with deep, consistent and regular sleep rituals.

Nonetheless, because of the direct effect on hormone regulations, when sleep quality is sacrificed, no matter the reasons – the negative effects on the hormones are in the same zone as what is described in the ‘stress’ section, above.

High quality sleep surely feels good when we are doing it – but It’s what makes us feel and function at the top of our game when we are awake. So, ponder your sleep challenges for a few minutes. Write them down and think of ways you might be able to enhance your sleep ritual.

I’ll keep this simple and maybe leave the bigger discussion for a future, singular article.

It is widely known there are many medications which cause weight gain. Paxil, Seroquel, Zyprexa, just to name a few are some of the top offenders. But, it’s important to note there are many more.

But here is something which often goes un-noticed: The negative effects of medications on BODY-COMPOSITION.

Think about this. Someone starts a drug regimen to treat some type of ailment or condition. Their weight never changes and they like that, BUT – they notice the characteristics of thier muscle-tone and skin integrity are changing. They are baffled.

What is going on??

Fact is hormones can be affected by drugs, not only in a way which causes weight gain, but in some it can cause body composition to change in an unfavorable way – with no cause in weight change. Lower muscle density (muscular atrophy) with some extra body fat keeps one at the same weight but with visible mushy-ness and new bumps and dimples in the skin.

When someone sees these unwanted physical changes it is best to address them with your treating physician as soon as possible – and not wait until it gets “so bad”.

Exercises for Cellulite: Anti-Cellulite Workout: STEP 1 ( 4 )

This condensed anti-cellulite workout can be one as a stand alone routine. You can even go through it more than once as it gets easier. Do it 3 times per week with a day off in between. That is STEP 1. …And then…

If you combine this short Anti-Cellulite sequence with the Exercises for Cellulite which Belinda demonstrated on video here (that would be STEP 2) then you have a perfect introduction to targeting your toughest trouble spots and problem areas.

BUT, before you do these moves – BE SURE TO GET YOUR DOCTOR’S CLEARANCE. … Better to be safe than sorry.

Mini Anti-Cellulite Workout: 4 Exercises for Cellulite Reduction

1 – Double Leg, Hamstring Curls for Cellulite on Back of Thighs and Butt

Lying down on a mat or soft surface, facing up – place your heels and calves on top of an exercise ball (55cm or 65cm is ideal). Arms on the ground at your sides. Lift your hips off the ground by pushing your heels and calves into the ball. That is your starting position. Then curl your heels in toward your hamstrings, while pushing your hips toward the sky. Stop when the bottom of your feet are on top of the ball. Then slowly return the the starting position.

2 – Double Leg, Knee-Ups for Cellulite on Front of Thighs and Legs

Get onto your hands and knees – on an exercise mat or soft surface. Bring your toes forward. Then slowly lift your knees off the ground and get your glutes up toward the sky – so your legs are almost fully straightened. Then slowly return to the start position – lightly touching your knees to the ground.

3 – Double Sided Hip-Extensions for Cellulite on Back of Thighs, Calves and Butt

Lying down face-up now. Bend your knees and point your toes upward – so your heels are the only part of your feet touching the floor or mat. Push your heels into the ground and lift your hips toward the sky. Give a slight pause at the top. Then slowly lower your hips to touch the mat. Breath out on the way up (as you exert) and breath in on the way down (as you relax).

4 – Exercise Ball Squats for Cellulite on Butt, Hips, Thighs, Legs and Calves

Place an exercise ball (size 55cm – 65cm) against a wall and then lean against it with your lower back area. With your feet shoulder width apart – slowly squat down as the ball rolls up toward your upper back/shoulder blade area. Pause for a second or two – then slowly return to the top position, keeping a slight bend in the knees at the top. Breath in going down – breath out going up. Remember: DO NOT lock out your knees at the top of the movement.

If going through this short anti-cellulite workout routine is too easy – try it a second time. You can also add 5 or 10 repetitions to each set for a longer exercise sessions and a more intense muscle layer stimulus.

Wrong Cellulite Exercises Can Hurt You Fast & Seriously ( 3 )

If you’re like most women who battle cellulite problems – then you already know that creams, pills, scrubs, injections and treatments don’t work to remove the mushy dimples and shadows. And you’re probably reading this now because you realize that only the right type of exercise can attack cellulite at the root cause.

You’re about the see the “supposed” cellulite exercises to avoid at all costs – and you’re going to see which types of exercises do get rid of cellulite, once and for all.

The broad generalization of “the only proven way to get rid of cellulite is with exercise and good nutrition” can be extremely misleading and seriously damaging. “Exercise and good nutrition…” has a thousand meanings – and this is where the problem is.

Most doctors and trainers do not know SPECIFICALLY which exercises and what specific types of foods a woman needs to do – in order to target and get rid of her cellulite. Because of this – many women find themselves on a traditional gym workout program with weights, machines and long/boring cardio sessions.

The cookie cutter fitness approach doesn’t address everything on a woman’s body, ESPECIALLY the problematic cellulite spots.

Misleading Info Can Lead to Injury

Recently, I came across another ‘confusing’ article about cellulite reduction. What really got me angry is not only how misleading the article is – but also the harm it can cause to the typical woman.

See, as I mentioned in a previous issue – not all exercises get rid of cellulite. But furthermore – there are many ‘gym’ exercises that are just not meant for the female body. Some of these awkward exercises even injure men, but guys usually hide their injuries – because they don’t want to look like wimps.

The misleading article mentions 10 “supposed” anti cellulite exercises. I’ve listed 3 of them here – just to give you a clear and helpful example:

Not for Cellulite: Stiff Leg Dead Lift

1. Stiff-legged Dead-Lifts: this common gym exercise is super risky for 2 reasons. The first is you are required to perform this with knees straight/locked (no bend in the knee). This is NOT the way our body works. The second is the massive amount of stress placed on your lower and mid-back. Stay away from this move. FAR AWAY.

Not for Cellulite: Smith Machine Squats

2. Smith Machine Squats: using this machine defeats the purpose when it comes to cellulite removal. The key to cellulite removal is deep and thorough stimulation via slow and intentional use of the muscles and muscle fibers. The Smith Machine allows the user to let momentum do more of the work instead of the actual muscles. In other words – more time and energy is wasted while increasing risk on injury of the neck, back, hips and knees.

Not for Cellulite: Leg Extension Exercise

3. Leg Extensions: Most women have cellulite on the back on the thighs, legs and butt. A smaller percentage have it on the front. So this move is not only a waste on time because it’s supposed to focus on the front thigh muscles – BUT moreso because it’s a single-joint, isolation type exercise. There is rarely a reason for any woman to use this kind of machine. That energy and effort is better spent on “compound” exercises which involve 2 or more joints and require the use and stimulation of several muscle groups instead of only one.

The first critical problem with these lower body exercises, insanely and falsely being misrepresented as “exercises for cellulite” – are that they each can only be done on an uncomfortable workout machine or require you to use dangerous extra weights – which means you’d have to subject yourself to the sweat, stench and stink of your local gym – not to mention the inconvenience this imposes on your busy schedule.

The second, and the BIGGEST problem is that these are the type of exercises that I speak about on other pages of this website – They are exercises that DO NOT deliver the desired effect – which is targeting the exact muscle layers below the cellulite trouble spots – and therefore WILL NOT smooth and tighten your skin. You will NOT see these wrong exercises in the Naked Beauty Program if you choose to become a happy client.

Why Waste Your Time and Risk Painful Injury?

In addition to being a complete waste of your time – these exercises have been proven to cause long term injuries. This is one of the primary reasons physical therapy clinics started to set up offices INSIDE health clubs and fitness centers in the late ’80s and early ’90s. They get A LOT of desperate patients from the gym floor; the people who get unnecessarily injured during their strenuous workouts.

But here’s what I really don’t like…

Imagine this unfortunate scenario:

You read that misleading article. You don’t know any better – so you join the local fitness center. You start doing all these machine and weight exercises – because you’ve been misled to believe they will get rid of your cellulite. Totally NOT your fault. How could you know??

So, 2 months goes by and you see no changes whatsoever – after all that time and effort. You get frustrated and you give up. And you tell yourself – “Exercise doesn’t doesn’t get rid of cellulite – I just proved it to myself.”

But in reality – all you proved is this:

The Wrong Exercises Do Not Get Rid of Cellulite

But because this is new to you – you have yet to learn that not all exercises are good ones – and not all exercises get rid of cellulite.

Try getting your health club membership fees back from the health club after 2-3 months of using it. Hah! That just ain’t happening. It’s your loss – that’s basically what they tell you, even though you didn’t get the results you thought you were going to get. Sad, yes – but still true nonetheless.

When I say ‘confusing’ – I don’t mean confusing to me – I mean ‘confusing’ to women, in general…

This puzzling aspect of cellulite is one of the top reasons so many ‘cellulite treatment’ products can be marketed so cleverly to the intended market: – women of all ages who struggle with cellulite.

My goal for this article is to give you a clear understanding of what causes the dimpled look of skin (what is commonly referred to as cellulite) – in women of all ages.

Let start with the younger woman. It’s not uncommon for teens to have cellulite. Though less prevalent in this age group – there are females who are not overweight – have a great shape to their body – but have the bumpy, dimpled texture of skin – in the butt and thigh region.

‘Genetics’… My A$%!…

All too often this is labeled as being caused by “genetics” – as in ‘being handed down from the mother or grandmother’…

Most of the time this is only partially correct. And here’s why…

It’s not the appearance of the skin that’s been passed down genetically – but rather, its the natural level of muscle tone (I’m not talking about muscle bulk) – or lack of muscle tone in this case – that leaves a very soft and ‘mushy’ base for the skin to rest on.

Since the muscle structure directly beneath the ‘cellulite’ skin area has a tendency to be more atrophied in some women (this can be tied to genetics) – the out layer of skin simply has no choice but to ‘pucker’ and dimple – instead of laying smoothly tightened around well-toned, firmly lifted muscles.

The good news is that with the RIGHT exercises (anti cellulite exercises) – a young woman can get her muscles to respond. There are already plenty of books written about belief system, both scientific and motivational. What I would like to do is to share with you how my belief system works. Maybe it works for you too.

You see, I was never cut out to be successful in the first place.

I never did well in school - probably because I lost focus, playing around too much then. So I stopped after high school; I've never studied in a college or University before.

My job is rather "futureless" -- I ended up working on the streets selling greeting cards, door-to-door.

I don't come from a rich or well-off family -- that's also the reason why I didn't further my studies; it's too painful to take my folks' hard earned money that way. There wasn't any financial support for me to pursue what I wanted to do. We're your typical middle class family - my Dad's a cab driver and my Mum's a housewife. But most importantly, we're happy. I've never felt upset that we weren't rich and I'm proud of my Dad for driving a cab to take care of our family.

I don't have any special or unique talent -- I mean, there are people who are highly talented in sports, inventions, programming, arts, music, etc. that allows them to become millionaires. I don't recall having any of those talents.

I live on a small island -- not one of the big cities where there are plenty of opportunities. Although environment does influence one's success, I can confidently say that it's not entirely true. With today's technology, you can be rich anywhere you live.

It gives you a website (which is a program, apart from Dotcom Secrets X if you want to call it a program .. it's more like a website giveaway) teaches you everything from setting up your domain, a squeeze page did not know ( what was the hell, it later turned out), and auto-responder (no, not knowing what that was either), to banners and ads to building lists at the beginning of an effective e-mail campaign to just about everything, as possible about what you can think of affiliate marketing found everything smokes for less than a few packs ..

The most impressive thing I found with the program Dotcom Secrets X, was that his teaching methods are not only thorough, but they went through the training every day, every day, a continuation of the previous day with "homework" every night .. Not once did I feel overwhelmed by the Dotcom Secrets X program, and I am far from computer saavy .. It was very easy to follow, very easy to understand and he could see if ud like text (part of what you get) or its Facebook forum (yes free) if you ran into any problems ..
