It's been an entertaining and challenging month. Just enough fun times to get us through our recent move and collectively keep our sanity.

A good friend of Danelle's, Kathryn, visited us from the UK. in addition to kicking my ass on the Wii, she helped out a great deal with unpacking, watching Lauren, and cooking. Yum plum sauce by the way!

We also visited Cyndi, Orlando, and Ella in St.<img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/blogspot/LYJJ/~4/I89teSReajs" height="1" width="1"/>

Pain Mgmt

I'm at the Shands Pain Management Clinic in Gainesville. They're testing my sensitivity to heat that's being applied via a probe to my hands and arms. Interesting stuff. I feel a bit like a lab rat though, but I'm getting $50 to participate, so it's all good.

Anyone else out there have a similar test performed?

I've gained 20 pounds during this latest round of predisone meds. Drugs, no cardio, and constant food cravings can be a challenging hurdle. So it's back to daily walks. Not the 3 mile variety but you have to start somewhere.

Coming off the migraines I was in no mood to be walking for kicks. But, in the last week I've held up physically and gotten proper nightly rest.
