Jonas Brothers - Like It's Christmas

2019-12-17T20:48:00.003+08:00

Lyrics Youtube

The snow on the ground

The love in the air
The sleigh bells are ringing
This is what it's all about
The fire is warm
The angels are singing
And I don't wanna miss

A single thing
Don't wanna put an end to all this cheer
But as long as you're with me
It's always that time of the year

You make every day feel like it's Christmas
Never wanna stop
Feeling like the first thing on your wish list
Right up at the top
I can't deny what I'm feeling inside
Nothing fake about the way you bring me to life
You make every day feel like it's Christmas
Every day that I'm with you

Look at the lights
Twinkling bright
24/7
Every inch of Central Park
Is covered in white
This could be Heaven
And I don't wanna miss

A single thing
Don't wanna put an end to all this cheer
But as long as you're with me
It's always that time of the year

Every day that I'm with you

You make every day feel like it's Christmas
Never wanna stop
Feeling like the first thing on your wish list
Right up at the top (and I can't deny)
I can't deny what I'm feeling inside
Nothing fake about the way you bring me to life
You make every day feel like it's Christmas
Every day that I'm with you

I can't deny what I'm feeling inside
No matter the reason, no matter the season
My heart'll keep beating, you better believe
You make every day feel like it's Christmas
Every day that I'm with you
(Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh)
Every day that I'm with you
(Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh)
Every day that I'm with you

Writing prompts

2019-11-12T22:24:00.001+08:00

Classmates, friends and family

Think of a friend, a classmate and a family member.
- What are they like? (how old; tall/short; friendly, lazy, etc.)
- What do they like to do in their free time? (sports, free time activities)
- Is there anything special about them?
- Anything else about them that is interesting.

Example:
This is my brother, Billy. He's eleven years old. He's quite short. He doesn't like sports, but he loves computer games. His favorite game is Kingdom Hearts III. Billy is one of the weirdest kids in school. He thinks worms are cool! He often plays with them and one time I think he ate one. (Gross!)

Now it's your turn to write. Think of one person and write about him/her. Draw a small picture of this person if you like. (10 sentences.)

----

(Tips: You can also write about one of the cartoon characters on this page if you want. Use your imagination.)
