ok, i have been meaning to introduce you to my lovely friend clare & her gorgeous line of bags, clare vivier.
yes, i know. i think i have a thing for bag designers. :)

clare's work is based on lovely clean lines & subtle details in sumptuous leathers in everlasting colorways. & her Remake collection makes excellent use of collected scraps in a variety of neutrals to brights & turns them in to perfect little pouches.

I am so happy to be selling some of her items now through our pop up shops,

but really just wanted to make sure you knew about her!

Elle sont tellement belle, writes un blog trés charmant &
was kind enough to host a perfect girl's night in when i was recently in LA.

plus, don't cha just love a gal who vacations at perfectly enviable places comme ça!

Two Women, 2005

I just love Ron Mueck's hyper realistic sculptures.

The oversized scale he often chooses only add to the gasp when you see his work.

This is one of my favorites.

I only just learned a bit more ... his parents were toy makers & he began his career making puppets, including time spent on Sesame Street. His fascination with the human form is laid out in every fascinating minute detail.

If you have not seen his work, google or go to any showing you can.

I found this link to give you an idea of the variations in scale of his work.

To me the results are simply exquisite!
