Como no último post falei sobre o cebolinho, a receita de hoje só podia ser dele mesmo. Tem tido sucesso (quando consigo encontrar)! Na minha casa não posso ter, os meus amigos gatos não o deixa crescer. eh

É muito simples de fazer e bastante rápido. Óptimo para servir de entrada para os jantares dos seus amigos.

Hoje vou falar sobre o Cebolinho, uma folha com um sabor incrível. Difícil de se encontrar nos hipermecardos, o melhor é mesmo cultivarem em casa. Não é necessário um recipiente grande, dá-se em qualquer lado.

O Cebolinho de nome cientifico allium schoenoprasum é de origem Europeia.

Estas crescem em tufos densos. As suas folhas verdes, ocas e cilíndricas atingem +/- 30cm de

Para os amantes de queijos, aqui fica uma receita fenomenal.
Estes queijos não são fortes, claro que cada um pode colocar o seu favorito. Fica sempre bom. Existe uma receita parecida na net, eu apenas fiz algumas alterações com sucesso, para melhor, claro!
A receita tende em ser afrodisíaca, é claro que com uns copitos a mais, perde o efeito. lol :)

Já algum tempo que tenho pensado em fazer um Blog, bem, eu pensar nunca tinha pensado, teria ficado apenas pelos meus apontamentos no bloco, mas os meus amigos, esses sim, pensaram e obrigaram-me :) a fazer para que todos eles soubessem o que tinham comido, o que poderiam ter comido ou mesmo quem sabe o que vão comer, lol.

Finalmente dediquei-me a ele.
