Cosa c'è di meglio per combatterlo che una bella zuppa di verdure?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;La ricetta è semplicissima, forse non è neanche una ricetta: basta usare le verdure che si amano di più!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Io ho usato: patate, lenticchie, carote, fagioli, cipolla, piselli, sedano, farro....&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Ho cotto in acqua salata i legumi, poi ho aggiunto le altre verdure e fatto bollire fino a cottura ultimata. A questo punto ho frullato parte della zuppa, aggiunto le mafaldine tagliate a pezzetti (le trovo ottime nelle minestre) e lasciato cuocere per un'altra decina di minuti.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;ed ecco pronto il nostro piatto! Aggiungere i funghi e gradatamente il brodo vegetale e parte dell'acqua di cottura dei funghi (un mestolo alla volta, in modo che il riso assorba tutto il liquido).Lasciare cuocere per 18\20 minuti continuando a mescolare spesso e regolare di sale. La stessa cosa ho fatto con una sfoglia di mozzarella questa volta farcita con speck, stracchino e rucola. Ho lasciato i due rotoli in frigorifero per un 'ora, poi li ho tagliati a rondelle e disposti su un piatto da portata. Mentre le verdure si cuociono sbattere le uova con un pizzico di sale e pepe, aggiungere il parmigiano, il pangrattato e il latte. Versare il composto nella padella con le verdure e lasciar cuocere a fuoco basso con un coperchio  finchè la frittata non si sia abbastanza solidificata per poterla girare con l'aiuto del coperchio.Lasciare cuocere ancora per un minuto....e voilà, la frittata è pronta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/3480202931023684741-4213622000849843269?l=cucinadavivere.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Mettere le melanzane tagliate in un colino e salarle in modo che perdano la loro acqua. Scaldare poco olio in una padella e aggiungere prima l'aglio tritato e poi le verdure. L'ideale sarebbe in realtà utilizzare pasta sfoglia fatta in casa, ma come si sa, quando ci sono tante cose da cucinare e un intero buffet da preparare il tempo non basta mai, per cui ho utilizzato delle sfoglie pre-confezionate.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Ho preparato la mia solita crema pasticcera , montato la panna fresca e unito il tutto. "&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;per la pasta frolla:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;500 g di farina&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;200 g di burro&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;200 g di zucchero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;3 uova&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;1 cartina di lievito per dolci&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;per la crema:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;3 uova&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;3 cucchiai di zucchero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;1 cucchiaio e mezzo di farina&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;375 ml di latte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;buccia di limone&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;per la decorazione:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;frutta fresca o sciropppata&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;gelatina in polvere&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Preparare la pasta frolla disponendo la farina, lo zucchero, il burro freddo a pezzetti , le uova e il lievito sulla spianatoia. Impastare rapidamente fino a formare una palla consistente e liscia che deve essere avvolta con la pellicola e riposta in frigorifero a riposare per circa 30 minuti. Intanto preparare la crema mescolando le uova, lo zucchero e la farina in una pentola aggiungendovi infine la buccia di un limone. Trasferire la pentola su un fornello e aggiungere al composto il latte caldo. Continuare a mescolare lentamente  con una frusta e lasciare cuocere a fuoco lento fino ad ebollizione (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Per far raffreddare più velocemente la crema potete mettere la pentola in una ciotola di acqua fredda)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;. Riprendere la pasta frolla  dal frigorifero, dividerla in due parti (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;per  due crostate)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;,  stenderle  con un matterello e disporle  in due teglie precedentemente rivestite di carta da forno. Per la cottura delle  due basi , ricoprite la pasta con un foglio di carta da forno e disponetevi sopra dei fagioli che toglierete solo a metà cottura. Infornate a 180° finchè la pasta acquista un colore dorato (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;come dice mia nonna fino a quando si sente il profumo nell'aria). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;A questo punto ricoprite le due basi con la crema e con la frutta. Preparate la gelatina seguendo le istruzioni sul retro della confezione e ricopritevi la frutta facendo attenzione a non farla uscire dai bordi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;A mio parere è un dolce squisito ed è ancora più buono il giorno dopo conservato in frigorifero. Le  ricette  della pasta frolla e della crema sono &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;supercollaudate,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt; in quanto sono ricette di mia nonna e garantiscono sempre un 'ottima riuscita.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/3480202931023684741-378557757044501592?l=cucinadavivere.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
