Good morning!

2011-03-23T08:20:00.001+00:00

How could cheer up in the morning if the day will be long and hard?

First of all, understand that it is better to sleep for 30 minutes less, but leave time for something to cheer up in the morning. So do not be lazy to get up early, for that you'll be rewarded with good mood and more or less sober mind. From the first seconds of awakening turn on your TV or your favorite music. If the kitchen has a TV - then of course it is better, but if you prefer music, then select a fast tunes. The first thing head to the bathroom. Wash yourself in cold water, take a contrast shower. A warm shower can also result in muscle tone, though almost no effect on consciousness. Cheer up in the morning perfectly help charging or jogging before shower, but not everyone has time for it ...

Try to drink a glass of water as you wake up. It is useful and, strangely, invigorated. Water can be replaced by orange juice or other juice, containing large amounts of vitamin C. Cheer up in the morning is imposible without coffee. Just do not drink dissoluble coffee, better than scalded.

Have a nice day!

Mohito

2011-03-22T18:55:00.000+00:00

What you need:
White or light rum (Bacardi Mojito) 50-60 ml
Lime
1.5 teaspoons of sugar
8 sprigs mint
soda water, mineral water
tumbler
ice

Place a sprig of mint in a tall glass. Carefully fill them with syrup or lime juice, the leaves can be a little bruise, but you can not vomit. Floating leaves of mint in the glass do not give a cocktail of elegance. Flooding mint leaves lime juice we get from them extract oils, which give the cocktail a unique flavor. After mixing the lime juice and mint leaves, put into glass of crumbling ice, ice must be at the top to the leaves left on the bottom of the glass, rather than floating on top. Add rum, club soda for him gently stir and.... enjoy !

How to escape from forest if you lost

2011-03-21T19:20:00.001+00:00

Summer is just around the corner and the weather can take a walk in the woods. This knowledge will help you avoid trouble if you accidentally get lost.

Every person intending to trip, take a compass and map, but if you are a lot and a map with a compass remained with the group, and you lost the most important thing, do not panic! To get on the road or trail you need to know the signs and about the place where you are (before going to, carefully review the map of the area so you will be even easier to photograph her in my mind), but if you do not have a clue where you are, listen to and sniffs, or signs of use set out below:
1. On the trunks of birch trees more spots on the north side
2. At the ripe fruit color brighter than the southern side
3. Mosses and lichens grow on the north side.
4. Tree crowns at least on the north side than the south.
5. Look at the lonely standing stumps, in the direction of the southern grass grows high on them
6. If you are out on the footpath, you should know that not all trails lead to human habitation. If tree branches hit you on the chest or face, then it's beastly track on it is better not to go, you can stumble across a wild animal.

What should I do to fall asleep quickly?

Successful preparation

independent evaluation of your's health

2011-03-12T12:17:00.000+00:00

Pay attention to the color of the face. Face must not have a yellowish-gray tint, or be washed out. Similarly, the whites of the eyes should be white, not yellow. The presence of yellow in lobes and whites say about your fatigue and possibly a reduced hemoglobin or problems with liver or gallbladder. Look at the tongue. It should not be a white plaque and ulcers. And if the problem is detected, it means there is some disarray.
Dry skin will tell you that it's time to eat more carrots. Ie the body lacks vitamin A, C and Group B. A few days follow your's eyelids and legs. By the evening should not drip legs, and the morning after sleep - ever. If you found a swelling, then you are advised to check the status of kidney and heart. Nails and hair can also tell a lot about the health of your body. Nails should not break, stratify, should be the normal pinkish color, not yellow. If the nails and hair brittle, then you do not have enough calcium and other minerals. Drink vitamins, stop smoking, eat properly, greater frequency of outdoors.

In general, keep a healthy lifestyle!

Power training

2011-03-06T08:34:00.000+00:00

Today, Sunday afternoon, it would benice to go to the gym, and so, I want to offer you a couple of interesting tricks with which you can increase your power. Surely you can read about it, or come to this personal experience as I do, but it is certainly I want to share with you.
The first thing you should bear in mind when you go out into the gym, is the fact that 3 standard sets to what little lead, take at least 4 sets, and no more than 6. Now the fun part - let's say you did 3 sets of 10 times the 10 kg, well, the first approach you do with 8 kg and do not 10 times, but as much as you can, then take your 10 kg, and doing as much as can assure you, you will make at least 12 - 15 times, and so with each approach increases the weight, while in the latter approach will not do with a maximum weight of 4 - 6 times. Now explain from a scientific point of view, what is happening. In the first approach, you're catching the blood in the muscle around the body, and with each subsequent set, the muscle that you are training concentrated more and more blood, so she does not get tired, as if you're thinking, but, other way round, becomes larger in volume, and cope with greater loads. By this technique, you can lift weights dumbbells almost every new occupation.

The second thing that will help you strengthen your muscles, is stretch. My knowledge of anotomi do not yet allow me to explain exactly how stretching helps to make muscles stronger, but it is generally recognized fact. I wish you great training!

champagne

2011-03-05T18:38:00.000+00:00

Yesterday I told you about how to make rose wine, today I want to continue the theme of wine, and tell about champagne. In shop you can meet directly itself champagne, and you can see the so-called bubbly or sparkling wine, the difference is that the champagne can be a drink produced in the province of Champagne. Now, about how wine becomes carbonated. To make the bubbles sparkle in your glass, take care of the descendants of Madame Clicquo from Champagne: they add sugar in wine to make it ferment a second time in a tightly closed container. This way you'll know that for a drink take on an intimate meeting with your girlfriend.

Breakfast time

2011-03-05T10:02:00.000+00:00

Good morning my dear readers! For sure, waking up, the first of what you thought it what to do for breakfast.Sometimes you want diversity, and so I want you to submit a recipe omelet, it's quite simple to prepare, as it is full of carbohydrates, which will be useful when faced with a tough day.
- 1 egg (he gets a very hearty, so one will suffice)
- 1 slice of bread
- a bit of grated cheese
- 3 tablespoons milk
- Salt, spices to taste

So, first put the bread in a soup plate, fill it with milk (milk must be small so that the bread soaked) and then mash it with a fork. Then, in the same bowl pour raw egg, all carefully whisk. Rub a little cheese, and add to the same mass, and a little salt, (my advice, add curry, it goes well with cheese).

Next, heat the pan and pour the olive oil, and it is desirable to roll the pan to cover its walls, then lay out a lot. Omelet turns lush and very hearty, and its preparation will not take more than 10 minutes.

Bon appetite!!

rose wine

2011-03-04T18:32:00.000+00:00

Yesterday I was at a party, and of course there was plenty of alcohol. Of all the drinks were rose wine, and as it turned out no one Know how it's done. I, as a connoisseur of wines, with joy enlightened friends, here and now decided to explain to you, dear readers. To begin start by saying that there is no secret that the color of the grapes affects the wine's color, and so, rosé - a wine made from dark grapes. The question then arises, how to get what the wine turns pink, not red? In fact, it's not so hard. Mashed berries of red grapes for a few hours left in the tanks to their skin pigments dissolved in grape juice, after which begins the fermentation process, and as a consequence, we get a pink wine. Learned so you can show off or anything in the company of friends, but do not sleep to do it, because in the wine business there are many nuances, which I will share with you, depending on your desires....
