My life as I knew it has changed yet again, I've decided that I would finally finish up this nursing degree and man oh man these classes are kicking my BEHIND!!! It's one thing taking a couple of classes but when there are four and one is an Anatomy&Physiology class OMG OMG HELP!!!! So now its trying to find the time to study and be a mom and have some what of a life and not to mention be a "Good" girlfriend as well. To the mommy's out there that going to school KUDOS!!! I'm trying and by no means is it easy! Suggestions and or tips to how to keep my grades at a B average and above and still maintain my "life" please enlighten me. Whelp back to studying the kid is sleep and I can get another hour in before I fall a sleep. Tell next time.......

Well I'm starting to wonder what the heck was I thinking when I decided to do this whole blogging business???? Hmmmm...... I mean yes I wanted to do it and when I do I love it so why am I not doing it??? This is the question well let's see LAZY is my biggest down fall I mean there are times I can be blogging but instead I sleep or let the TV watch me aka sleep some more LOL. But I REALLY want to be successful in this blogging thing, so here I am at it once again trying to be consistent this is the key CONSISTENTLY writing. Oh so I'm starting up a YouTube channel as well its easier for me to just record myself and post videos instead of trying to keep up with writing everyday. So stay tuned for that as my blog name implies it will have a little bit of everything!!! Can't wait to get this journey started, wish me luck :-D

I know I know what y'all might be thinking...........itch no not that kind of itch LLS. I all of a sudden have the urge to get some shit done. I'm tired of the same of shit just a different day!!! I know this sounds familiar you trying to get something done, and the procrastination kicks in and BAM nothing gets done!!!! So you know what no more of that!!! NO MORE PROCRASTINATION! As y'all can see I haven't kept up with the blog...........really Crystal December was the last time you written on your blog?!?!?! Shameful, as if I haven't had ample opportunities to write. So enough is enough I'm done doing the same ole thing and this is the new improved Crystal. PROCRASTINATION is the DEVIL, and I am not an atheists!!!! Now watch me work!

BOREDOM IS DANGEROUS

Bored Anyone.......

OK so for about two weeks straight I have been EXTREMELY I repeat EXTREMELY bored. Not that I've never been bored at work before, this is just a very severe case!!! It's also starting to trickle over in a my daily life. Hence why I say boredom is dangerous!!! Bored with life perhaps, UGH daily I'm contemplating this very subject. I know I need to make some changes and I know this thing I'm doing every single day isn't for me but for some odd reason change has yet to come. I know I know your probably thinking that's no one's fault but my own. Which you may be right but at the same time I'm wondering where do I start exactly. I know I'm not the only one out here bored with life. So how about we all ban together to make some changes no time like the present. I know everyone makes these new years resolutions (which I never been part of LOL) but how about "WE" start now!!! Let's see exactly what we need to change, the steps in changing and seeing some results!!!! You don't want to look up and five years pass you by and you still at the same place you were 5 years ago, now that is DANGEROUS.....Suggestions anyone???

Raising a child of the opposite sex.

Being a mother who thought I would never be one, I was very relieved when I found out the sex of my child. It's a boy the technician said, I was filled with joy thinking, yes this will be easy. LOL, now that my son is 20 months old going on 20 years boy was I wrong. Now don't get me wrong this little one is the joy of my life and the strenght I need to get me through some tough times; just his smile alone makes me happy, but at the same time I could just scream! Sometimes I wonder if I had a girl would my life be any different, or if I was a man raising a son where would I be now?

Growing up I watched my mother raise six children and now that I reflected upon it, it seemed to me the boys were much easier to deal with then the girls. Now raising a child of my own I'm developing a better understanding of the opposite sex. The questions I always had about the male species, I see developing before my very own eyes. Besides the obvious males and females are born different. From birth males are more daring, rumbustious, hyper. We as females, they seem to more calm, particular, and born with an attitude (thank you God for my son) LOL.

My question to the mothers raising sons, what are your challenges trying to groom them to become a man? Do you feel there are some things you can't teach them because your a woman? I know no matter what I teach my son, I can never teach him how to be a man. With that being said I can teach him what I THINK some qualities a man should posses.

Now on the other side of the spectrum, what about single fathers raising daughters. I'm almost inclined to say this situation seems twice as hard, or is it? Contrary to belief men don't know everything (LOL yes I said it), and as much as they think they know how prevalent is it when it comes to raising a daughter. I can definitely see some great aspects when the child reaches a certain age, i.e. teenage years and beyond; but what about the early stages of childhood? Don't you think the mother is the parent that gives 200% of themselves and emotionally stable to handle such a fragile age?

Well, I've decided to give this natural thing another try. As you can see within the last year I've had many different styles and constantly changed my hair, but now I want to be natural. Sure having the nice relaxed straight look was nice, but I want to embrace the "REAL" me fully. For those who know me know my hair is one of my obsessions. I WILL NOT leave the house unless my hair is done. So this new journey I'm on is going to be both emotional as well as a physical change. So I'm up for the challenge. I've research this for some time now and its about time I get to it. SOooooo with that said I'm taking the first step. My last relaxer was about six weeks ago so this is the very beginning for me. I've decided to jump start this thing with the first picture hairstyle you see I figured in a few weeks would be the time I would go get a touch up so with this I can avoid that. Just a matter of knowing what to do in between time. I'm getting my hair cut little by little to avoid the BC (big chop), because I just can't cut ALLL of my hair. I can't do it! Well wish me luck! And any suggestions please leave them in the comment box!!! I'm on a new Journey, this should be interesting.....

Okay so first off, I know what blogs are all about and clearly I've been neglecting mine; but my intentions were to be doing at least 2-3 post a week. So much for that! But guess what I'M BAAAACCCCKKK!! And what better time to kick into gear than with my birthday. SO my official birthday is on Monday and I'll be the BIG 25!!! OMG I'm getting old but I love it LOL. I'm sure I'll have a change of opinion in ten years but for now I'm loving it. Well I have so many updates to post so that will be coming up soon and I'll have many pictures of the latest hair styles and of course birthday pictures. Till then take care Mauh!!!
