After Reading THIS, you'll NEVER look at a banana in the same way again!

Bananas: Containing three natural sugars - sucrose, fructose and glucose combined with fiber, a banana gives an instant, sustained and substantial boost of energy. Research has proven that just two bananas provide enough energy for a strenuous 90-minute workout. No wonder the banana is the number one fruit with the world's leading athletes.
But energy isn't the only way a banana can help us keep fit. It can also help overcome or prevent a substantial number of illnesses and conditions, making it a must to add to our daily diet.

Depression: According to a recent survey undertaken by MIND amongst people suffering from depression, many felt much better after eating a banana.
This is because bananas contain tryptophan, a type of protein that the body converts into serotonin, known to make you relax, improve your mood and generally make you feel happier.

PMS: the pills -- eat a banana. The vitamin B6 it contains regulates blood glucose levels, which can affect your mood.

Anemia: High in iron, bananas can stimulate the production of hemoglobin in the blood and so helps in cases of anemia.

Blood Pressure: This unique tropical fruit is extremely high in potassium yet low in salt, making it the perfect way to beat blood pressure. So much so, the US Food and Drug Administration has just allowed the banana industry to make official claims for the fruit's ability to reduce the risk of blood pressure and stroke.

New Fraud Tactics

Someone shared the following cases :

(1) Today I passed by a building which has an ATM machine. There was an old man looking at me. Suddenly, he called me. He said he didn't know how to read, so he gave me his ATM card and asked me to help him withdraw money from the ATM machine. I answerd 'NO!! If you need help, ask the security to help you.' Then he said 'never mind... ' and continued to find other people to help him...

REMEMBER : ATM machines have CCTVs. If you help him he will later claim that you have robbed him or stolen his ATM card. Besides, his
ATM card could be a stolen one. So please be careful of these tactics.

(2) Suddenly your house lights go off. From your window you find that your neighbours still have lights. So you go out of your house to check
the Meter Box. But once you open the door, a knife will be pointing at you and preventing you from closing it. This is when you will be robbed and injured.

REMEMBER : Even though your electricity suddenly goes off, DO NOT open your door immediately. Look around to see if there is anything unusual or if there is any noise around.

(3) This is another incident. You may have heard it before, it is about a lady who she saw a kid crying by the roadside. When she spoke to the kid, the kid told her he was lost and wanted her to take him home. The kid even gave her a paper with his house address.So she took him home. But when she rang the door bell, she had an electric shock. Later when she woke up, she was naked in an empty room.

REMEMBER : Being such a compassionate and helpful person might not be a good thing these days. Pass this on and girls, please be careful.. DON'T BE TOO KIND!!

(4) One day, there was an old lady outside my house holding 2 packets of sweets. At first I thought she was our neighbour and wanted to give us these packs of sweets as a gift. But then when she spoke, I can realised that she was foreigner. I could not understand what she was talking about. I guessed she must be asking for money. I sensed there was something wrong and immediately closed the door and ignored her. Later, I found she and an accomplice robbed someone else down the road.

(5) I was at the ATM machine to withdraw some money. Behind me, there was an old lady. She asked me whether I was able to withdraw my money because she said she had problem with her machine. Suddenly a small girl came up beside me. The small girl was squeezing in front of me. I though she was just naughty and playful. But then, the small girl put her hand at the tray of the ATM machine where the money comes out, ready to take away my money. I sensed something wrong and immediately pushed her away. Later I realised that the small girl and the old lady worked together. She was trying to steal my money while the old lady was trying to distract my attention by asking me questions!

REMEMBER: BE VERY CAREFUL when you are at an ATM machine and be alert. Look out for anyone suspicious around you!

(6) My parents are retired and stay at home most days. One afternoon, a young stranger went to their house and said his motorcycle had no more petrol and the petrol station was too far for him to push his bike there. So he asked my parents for an empty coke bottle to buy some petrol.. He said he will pay RM2 for the bottle. So my mum took one coke bottle for him. He really took out the money from his pocket, but it was a RM 100 note. He told my mum he had no small change and asked my mum to give him the change. Luckily my mum was smart. She just told him to take it for free.

REMEMBER : obviously that note is fake!! Who would want to pay for RM2 for an empty coke bottle!! It's very OBVIOUS that that stranger i a trickster.

(7) This happened in Bali .. A newly married couple were having their honeymoon at the hotel. When both are in the changing room, the wife suddenly went missing. The husband was very anxious and went around to find her. He asked the hotel staff to help him find her. Then he thought his wife was just playing hide and seek. So he went back and waited for his wife. After a few hours, he decided to call the police. 3 weeks passed and there was still no news about his missing wife. So he went back and was very dissapointed and sad. A few years later, he came back to Bali, to watch a 'FREAK SHOW' in an old house. He saw a dirty and rusty metal cage. Inside there was a lady without limbs. Her body including the face was full of scars. When he had a closer look at her face, he was shocked to find that it was her missing wife put there as a means for begging.

(8) This happened in Shanghai. A few years ago, a lady reported to the police that her cousin sister was missing in the shopping complex. But after 5 years, one of her friends found her cousin sister beggin at the road side one of the streets in Bangkok, Thailand . The worst thing is that her cousin sister has no more limbs and her body was tied to a lamp post with a shackle (metal chain).

(9) Let's just shorten this story. DO NOT open your house door when you hear the sound of a BABY CRYING!! It might be a trap! Women in the house must be alert to this trick. The police said it is the work of a robber or murderer using the recording of a baby crying to attract you attention. This normally happens at night and when you are alone in the house.

(10) I read an email that was sent by my friend. Her friend, known as A, went to Luo Hu Commercial City with 2 friends, B and C. Luo Hu Commercial City is the Shenzhen counterfeit goods distribution center. There are many people there. It's also near to the ShenZhen train station and Hong Kong's Luo Hu Port. C went to the toilet at the shopping centre while A and B waited outside. After waiting for a long, time they felt uneasy and went into the toilet to look for her. When they went in, there was nobody inside. Both were scared and they called C's phone. There was no reply.. So they reported to the police. The police asked them whether they had seen anyboby suspicious going into the toilet. Both said there were none and its impossible to bring a life person out of the toilet without them noticing!. Then A remembered seeing a cleaner pushing a trolley in, and then coming out. The police told them that was not the 1st time such a thing happened. The police suspected a gang of criminals who were always attacking women in the the toilet of shopping complexes. They use cleaners to kidnap people to harvest their organs for sale.

REMEMBER : please be careful when using the toilet. Do not go to the wash room or toilet ALONE!! Please at least have a partner with you.

This is blog tips what i am learning when visiting many site on blog world. I try to classified an interest things on several site that make me want to revisit again the site on next day.

1. Get and keep the readers attention with great content
Content is the Queen. Unique content most likely both your readers and Search Engine. Readers more appreciate when you post unique content then duplicate content. One thing you must remember, your unique content must be full of information, whatever.

2. Use conversational and personalized style
Your readers more like if your content spoke directly to the reader, using the first person and casual language. don't take yourself too seriously. Which would you pay more attention to: stimulating dinner party, or a lecture?

3. The power of visual media
Image are far more memorable than words alone, and make your readers much more pleasure to enjoy your post. They will spend more time on your site. Put the words within or near the images they related to.

4. Touch your readers emotion
Remember something is dependent on its emotional content. The readers remember about they care about, they will remember when they feel something on your content. This talking emotions like surprise, curiosity, fun and feeling of "I Rule!" that comes when you solve a puzzle.

Amazing Day in My Imaginary House

Yes, this is amazing day in my imaginary house. When i check in many site what provide site rank service, my blog have appreciated by Google by PR3. This surprising me, first time i can't believed that. How come? where i just only posting 20Th article on 3 month. Then i go to ask my blog mentor Jacky. He also check my site rank, and he told me that my PR3 is valid. Jacky tell me surely Google have re-new site ranking for all website few days ago. He also tell me that his site Metropolis Opinion flag on from PR2 to PR3. Thank you Jacky, your best mentor, you right Content is queen and Traffic is King.
This is proof, like i write in latest post about tips to earn money from blogging. Thank you for all of you who view and read my blog, especially for all your comment, i really appreciate that.

This is not the most expensive food in the world, nor price of Bill Gates or Donald Trump lunch, but this is the food price of Zimbabwe people, penniless people in the world. Yes, that is 500.000.000 Dollar folding money what issued by Central Bank of Zimbabwe on May 2008 and it is same with 2 US$. On July 28Th, 2008 Central Bank of Zimbabwe issued the biggest nominal of folding money, it is 100.000.000.000 Dollar.
Zimbabwe have record for highest inflation around the world along civilization history, 2.200.000 % inflation rate. With this number, all commodity prices inflated by minutes. So store keeper is the man who tied up to change price label of all product minute by minute.

Now let us imagine if we live in Zimbabwe.

Kazco Takemoto from Dance Venus Tokyo-Japan

Kazco Takemoto is a lecture from the deartment of dance, physical education, Japanese Women University in Tokyo. She graduated from the same department and in 1986 she got the scholarship from the School of Martha Graham New York for one year. When returning to Japan, she staged for many famous Japanese choreographers, and began to work as choreographer and the dancer. She presented her work at Ballet Aoyama Festival in 1994 and 1998. In 1991, Takemoto build her own dance company, Dance Venus.

Many stage and festival around the world that Takemoto present her performance, World Dance in National Theater Melbourne Australia (1996), Julidan Festival Amsterdam-Holland (1998 and 2000), Danspace New York (1998), Japan America Theater LA-USA and many more.

In 2003, i meet her in Jogja Art Festival at Jogjakarta-Indonesia and i work as stage manager for that festival. Second time i work with her is at Asia Tri Jogja 2007, as stage manager. This year i get great opportunity to work with Takemoto again. She become guest choreographer on Elles School of Ballet Surabaya-Indonesia, and for 2 weeks she have class with Elles Ballet. For this work, Takemoto give Elles Ballet students a last number of her dance work. The Hasu or Lotus is number what Takemoto workshop for Elles Ballet. That number will be present on August in Surabaya and on October in Asia Tri Jogja. I join for this dance work as stage manager.

The Meaning of Nagawulan

Nagawulan is my site's name. It's from 2 words Naga and Wulan. Naga is mean the dragon, Wulan is from Javanese language is mean the moon.

The myth of dragon appears in almost every culture worldwide with physical interpretations is it being a serpentine or otherwise reptilian monster -breathe and spit fire or poison-, and often possessing magical or spiritual qualities. The dragon have special position in some culture around the world, they are associated with wisdom and longevity. Most people in those culture believe that the dragon is the holy species, powerful and wise.

The moon, for me, is the beauty and elegance symbol. The moon give you light in the darkness, it is sustained light resource. The impression of full moon mostly used by rhymist for his inspiration to create great poem.

So, the meaning of nagawulan is the powerful (in action), beautiful (attitude) and wise (brain and hearth) to make better life -personal or for the others- in this world.

The Komodo, The Last Dragon in The World

The Komodo dragon is a member of the biggest lizard species in the world that inhabits the islands of Komodo in central Indonesia. This species included family of Varinadae (Varanus komodoensis) with an average length of 2 - 3 meters (approximately 6.5–10 ft) and weighing around 70 kilograms (154 lb). As a result of their size, these lizards are apex predators, dominating the ecosystems in which they live.They hunt and ambush prey including birds, mammals and invertebrates.

Komodo dragons were discovered by scientists in 1910. In the wild their range has contracted due to human activities and they are listed as vulnerable by the IUCN Red List (International Union for Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources). There are approximately 4,000-5,000 living Komodo dragons in the wild.

The Growth of people population in native habitats of Komodo, in Komodo Islands, caused this species under extinction. Volcanic activity, earthquakes, tourism have contributed to the vulnerable status of the Komodo dragon. The national park was founded in 1980 to protect the Komodo dragon. In 1991 the national park was named a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Since 1995, The Nature Conservancy (TNC), an American environmental organization has been supported the national park of Komodo islands authority, since 1995.

4 Ways for New Blogger to Earn Money From Blog

This is my 4 ways to earn money from blog what i learn from successful online entrepreneur, my mentor, Jacky, and from my experience along first month become blogger :

1. Money is not main purpose
For the beginner blogger, like me, if you set up earn money as your main purpose is big mistake. It can make you just dreaming to get money instantly with bad manner. I think this is wrong process to blogging. First step to run into right way is just focus with the topic should be write. For decide the topic in line with your interest i have good advice from Yaro Starak. First, Don't pick a subject just because you see others make money writing about it. second, Avoid writing about something you are passionate about, but very few other people are. Third, Don't base a blog on a topic you know little about or have minimal practical experience in. Last, Be careful not to write about too diverse a range of subjects, your blog must have a focus. Then start to write excellent post continuously.

2. Find your readers
As like most people say that readers is important to get high traffic on your blog. That's not easy to get your readers. Beside of good topic and content, you must register your blog to many search engine optimization (SEO) provider. Join with many social blogger community like Mybloglog, Blogcatalog, Technorati, and find new friends on there. Make exchange link with your friend's blog. About SEO there many blog discuss about this topic, you can learn from them. If you have friend who expert in SEO tips and tricks ask him for help you.

3. Avoid your core business
This step important to help you to choose advertiser. There is many field what you can chosen, Google AdSense, affiliate program, text link, direct advertiser, paid review and more. Choose just one field, don't be greedy, think deeply before you decide what field will you take and be smart to manage your blog. Because if you take wrong decision with your core business, it can be cause your blog will be cannibal with your advertiser.

4. Money on your basket
If you have pass through 3 ways above; good topic, excellent article, get high traffic, get good PageRank; money will come to you. I mean you needn't struggle to find some advertiser, they will come to you.

Now, you can see that earn money is not main purpose for blogging, it's just effect of appreciation from society for your great blog. Maybe you didn't believe with this tips because my blog PR still 0 and you cannot find any clue what can describe that i already earn money from my blog. Along ten days, i don't posting anything on my blog. This week, my task in my office is overload. My company, Jaran Productions, running 3 events to be held, is busy week for everybody. Jaran Productions is marketing communication and t-shirt manufacture company . Our services is marketing and communication strategy conceptual then implemented to communication media and events.

Furthermore, i decide to nothing article to posting. Along a week, i go around blog world and learn about blog, SEO, tricks and tips for blogger, read some article. I do this way because i realize as new comer in blog word that so many thing i must learn. Easy way to get that i used some search engine like Google, Yahoo, MSN, Wikipedia to find information that i need.

The Southern Beach Terror ( TSBT ), that's band name. This band the only one surf rock band in Indonesia, as far as i know. They come from Yogyakarta Indonesia. There is 3 member; El Capitain on guitar, Voodoo Guru on drum and Miss TNT a.k.a Rev. Cornelius Octopus on organ.

The band started in 2004 by El Capitain and Voodoo Guru as side a project. They come from different main band but both they are veteran punk rockers. For this work they called as "for the sake of having fun" project. Mission of TSBT music is self awareness. It's mean just do a small step first in this life, like cleaning your room every day. They believe if you appreciate your own life and health, then you could appreciate others. The name of The Southern Beach Terror taken from old Indonesian film "Kerajaan Laut Kidul" ( The Southern Sea Kingdom), also for respect the Queen of that kingdom, Nyai Roro Kidul. The Southern Sea Kingdom and especially the queen is well-known myth of Java people. They believe the Queen have unlimited power and take control of haunter on southern sea of Java. Also most people believe the Queen of Southern Sea Kingdom have connection with the King of Yogyakarta Kingdom, the human kingdom establish in special province Yogyakarta.

Okay let's talk TSBT music.TSBT music influence by The Venture, The Shadow, The Beach Boys, The Cramps and The Sonics, also from rock & roll group from sixties period. Vintage sound from guitar and speed tempo from drums rhythm, be reinforced with mystical sound from organ. TSBT music concept is just instrumental, no lyrics just screaming on some part of their songs. Like the name, sound from TSBT full of terror and suggestion power, and also mystical atmosphere. Check the song like Cobra Swing or Low Budget Rock and you will be run on the wave.

When they perform on stage, just play music, enjoy self trance and ignore the audience. But the crowd trance also.This is very unique band as far as i know in Indonesia. They make their own style and character. They don't care if people not like TSBT music. They don't care that their music will be appreciate with major label company or not. They just play music for fun and make unconscious of the crowd.

For 3 days my health drop. Temperature of my body become warm and headache. As long as 3 days, i work with no optimum perform. Certainly, this condition affect with my productivity for doing my duty on my desk.

Fortunately my company take more attention for employer health. Company think that employer health is one of company asset. If someone be taken ill can take effect with company productivity, decline production perform of company and so on. Instead, my company not only care about employer health but with family health of employer, wife/husband and 2 children. The reason is family health influential with productivity of employer on psychological aspect.

The Company take policy to give health benefit for employer and his family with some limitation. I am really appreciate with company's policy. Respect for my company, Jaran Production. I will pay for that with my work.

Traffic in big city

One matter that we see in city life is traffic jam, especially in big city. This phenomenon happened both on big country and develoving country.

Top jamming way: come one's way when o'clock too busy, a.m day, while pabulary diurnal and o'clock homeward agency. Even Indonesia as developing country be through this problem. Jakarta as biggest city run into highly crowd traffic. This is happend because number of vehicle more than road capacity. also road quality, parking lot and public transportation.

Traffic jam more crowded because of bad attitude of rider and insubordinate with traffic regulation. Infraction like traffic light violation, and parking not on right place shows everyday . Mostly big city on developing country come through on this problem.

When i go to Japan last year, also i see same problem happen in Japan's big city like Tokyo. This caused by highly number of vehicle then road capacity. But obedience level of traffic regulation rather then Indonesian rider. I think is have cause of people education level and Japanesse evolution of civilization.

For example, in Yokohama city, i see same condition on road allocation. Walker is first priority on the street. Walker be prepared comfort pedestrian track. Usually pedestrian track also used by bicycle rider. Every vehicle can't parking on random place. If you do this can make your driver's licence be alienated. As far as my observation, rarely i see a rider overset of traffic regulation.

There interesting on street behaviour in Japan is collective awareness for appraise each other. If someone strike on other people due, that's coyness. This manners is result from evolution of Japanesse people civilization.

Certainly, collective awareness like shows in japan can't guarantee to decrease a traffic crowd. At least this can give cosiness when you trapped on traffic.
