Now generally speaking this is no big deal but if you happen to live in another country, and if by chance it's a country with another language that's not English then this could very easily become a big deal.&lt;br /&gt;I will give you some easy tips that should make any hospital or doctors visit go smoothly. Although, I can't fix your ailment, I can show you how to organize yourself to make the necessary medical visit, almost pain free. Take these forms home with you and in the comfort of your home, translate the questions on the form from English into the language of the country you will be living in. Medical forms are pretty standard, so if you can have your answers already prepared in the local language of the country you will be living in, it will make things easier for the staff if by any chance someone does not speak English.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I can recall watching a movie in the 80's called Roadhouse, with Patrick Swayze. In this movie, Swayze's character was a professional bouncer at a local club and being in that kind of business one is bound to have his share of scrapes and injuries. The character Swayze portrayed already had his medical files with him and was able to present the files to the doctor that looked him over and it had his complete medical history which made it very easy for the doctor to treat him as she was aware of his whole medical history. Sure, it was a cheesy 80's movie but it was a good idea and life imitates art, as they say.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;So you may wish to get complete copies of your medical files from whoever your doctor or attending medical clinic in the states is, prior to your departure. Again, having this medical file translated into the native language of the country you will be living in could in some cases be a lifesaver. It's not hard to translate the files and most clinics or doctors would just need the basic info; date of birth, full name, blood type, allergies, any recent medical history or surgeries, medications you may be using, and the like. Having a file prepared means that even if you are can't speak for yourself, the file can.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Small USB pocket drives are very common and very inexpensive to obtain. You could, conceivably put your medical files on a small USB storage drive and then put that drive on your keyring or carry it with you, in this way, you are not bogged down with carrying around any actual paper files, but you can have your whole medical history in a folder on this mass storage drive. Most of these USB type of drives are very tiny, I have one that’s smaller than a book of matches and I carry it with me most everywhere. These days just about all computers have a USB port so you don't have to worry about having the files and them not being accessible.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Remember, don't assume because you have had relatively good health up till now that it will always be that way, you must prepare for the unexpected when you live abroad. I learned this the hard way when I had an emergency appendix operation in Chile. It showed me the importance of being able to communicate your medical history. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;So the operative lesson is: be prepared for the possibilities. Create an easily accessible medical file. I know of a person who set up a private website that has all their medical history and when they were brought into a hospital after a car accident the staff was able to access his medical history on this website he set up. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;He was unconscious from the car accident but this website with his medical history spoke for him and it let the staff know he was allergic to certain medications. What's more is he had the website also in the language of the country he was living in, so this made things very easy for the staff, even though he was unconscious. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Again, you have to remember you live abroad, so things are a bit different and you have to prepare for all possibilities, and as the old expression goes, chance favors a prepared mind, and this is true.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;If you don't feel comfortable carrying around your information on a USB drive or placing it on a website, then simply give the information to someone you trust who resides in the country you have chosen to make your home. Put this person down as someone to contact in case of an emergency. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;That way if something happens to you, you have someone who can provide the medical staff with your medical history and also, having someone local represent you will ensure you will get good treatment. It's one thing to be a tourist but if the medical staff knows you have local friends who live and reside in the city or town you live in, this will go a long way to making sure you get extra good care. The medical staff will not just see you as some american that got hurt, but they will look at you as having friends where you live so they will want to go out of their way to treat you good cause unlike tourists that leave after their vacation, they will know you are living there on a permanent basis.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I can remember when I was brought in for my appendix surgery, they wanted to know what an american was doing in Chile and how long I was going to be "visiting". Once my friends and those that brought me in informed the staff that I had family locally and that I lived in Chile, things seemed to change instantly. Instead of just being seen as a tourist with a medical condition, I was looked at as being "one of them". This went a long way to me getting good treatment. It seems like a small thing, but trust me it is not and can go a long way to helping get that extra special care you may need.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;You never expect to possibly need medical attention when you are abroad or living abroad but it is always best to be prepared for the possibilities. These helpful little tips can go a long way to protecting you medically speaking and making sure you get the kind of good care that you deserve.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; جالینوس نے شقیقہ کا نام دیا اس وقت سے اسی نام سے معروف ہے ۔ مردوں کی نسبت عورتوں میں زیادہ ہوتا ہے ۔ آدھے سر کا درد عموماً یکایک اور اکثر صبح کے وقت طلوع آفتاب کے ساتھ شروع ہوتا ہے جوں جوں تمازت آفتاب میں اضافہ ہوتا ہے ، درد میں بھی اضافہ ہوتا ہے ۔ چنانچہ جب سورج نصف النہار پر ہوتا ہے تو درد میں شدت غیر معمولی ہوتی ہے ۔ زوال آفتاب کے ساتھ ساتھ اس میں کمی آتی جاتی ہے اور غروب آفتاب کے ساتھ ختم ہو جاتا ہے ۔&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="right"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt; Commercial Miswak Products Some of the known commercial toothpastes produced from the Salvadora Persica plant are: Sarkan toothpaste (UK), Quali-Meswak toothpaste (Switzerland), Epident toothpaste (Egypt), Siwak-F toothpaste (Indonesia), Fluroswak miswak (Pakistan), and Dentacare Miswak Plus (Saudi Arabia). How to Use Miswak The method of preparing a miswak for use is to cut a branch or root of the Arak tree into pieces between 10 cm and 20cm in length, and between 4mm and 14mm in diameter. Freshness: Miswak should be freshly cut so that it is supple, easily chewed, and still rich in active constituents. The root should be whitish-brown in color; a dark brown color indicates that the miswak is no longer fresh. If a stick is dry, the end for chewing should initially be soaked in fresh water for 24 hours. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;It should be noted that soaking for unduly long periods causes loss of active constituents and diminishes the therapeutic properties, although the mechanical effects on the teeth can still be expected to occur. The end: Before miswak is used, the end should be washed with water. The cleaning movement should always be directed away from the gingival margin of the teeth (away from the gums) on both the buccal (outer/cheek) and lingual (inner/cheek) surfaces. He created entire world and he knows each and every thing, which is above the sky, between the sky and earth and beneath the earth. He knows what is under the bottom of seas and what is inside the mountain.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;We look to the plants that stand by their roots. The beauty of plants comes by its stems, leaves, flowers. These are not useless; Allah gave healing effect on them. It is up to us how much knowledge we have about Natural things and how much we understand Allah's power.&lt;br /&gt;Herbal and Nutritional products have a very important role on our health. They nourish the body, so that the body can heal itself.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Allah created plants, animals and minerals for benefit of human being and Allah also gave healing effect through them. He gave healing effect in Honey. Allah says in Holly Qur'an in Surah An Nahl Chapter 16 Verses 68 &amp;amp; 69 more or less meaning is that:&lt;br /&gt;And thy Lord taught the Bee to build its cells in hills, on trees, and in men's habitations. Then to eat of all the produce (of the earth), and find with skill the spacious paths of its Lord: there issues from within their bodies a drink of (varying colors, wherein is healing for men: verily in this is a Sign for those who give thought.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;At the time of Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) there was no modern Medical Technology, but people of those days were healthy, because they were living their lives in a natural way, obeying the orders of Allah and following the life styles of Prophet Mohammad (SAW).&lt;br /&gt;If we maintain our daily life according to Allah's Health Rule, we will be healthy. Living our lives in a simple way will protect us from many diseases. Eat those things which Allah allows to eat, avoid those things which Allah prohibits.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Manners of eating and sleeping: Before and after eating food, first we should wash our hands, sit for eating in such a manner as Prophet Mohammad (SAW) mentioned, and start eating by saying:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;I begin with the name of Allah and with the barakah (blessings) of Allah.&lt;br /&gt;Eat in such a way as Prophet Mohammad (SAW) said. Eat by using fingers instead of spoon and fork. Because by the order of Allah, fingers secrete enzymes during eating, which helps in digestion. During eating make 3 parts of stomach: One for food, second for water and 3rd empty. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;After finishing eating praise Allah by saying:&lt;br /&gt;All praise is for Allah, the one who fed us, who gave us drink, and made us among the Muslims.&lt;br /&gt;If we follow these rules of eating, we will never be getting any Indigestion or stomach problems.&lt;br /&gt;During sleeping if we sleep in such a way as. Prophet Mohammad (SAW) said, we will take sound sleep; never get any anxiety and tension. Before sleep we should recite the doua given by Allah through Prophet Mohammad (SAW):&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Oh Allah! With Your name do I die and live&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;If we follow the rule of Sleeping given by Allah, we will never need to take tranquilizer during sleep. In the morning when we get up from bed, we should recite:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;All praise is for Allah, the one who gave us life after death and to Him is our return.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;These are called Tib-e-Nabvi, means medical Knowledge given by Prophet Mohammad (SAW). This is also Sunnah (tradition and practice of our Prophet SAW). We eat because we feel hungry; we sleep because we need body rest. But eating and sleeping according to Tib-e-Nabvi (Medical knowledge given by Prophet SAW) can become Ebada (worship).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Although we are eating and sleeping for our own desire, but we will get Baraka (blessings) from Allah, because we are following Sunnah (tradition and practice of our Prophet SAW). Don't eat carelessly, thoughtlessly and greedily. Eat in a balanced manner.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Those who do not believe or follow Allah's Health Rule or Natural Health Code are seen facing many health problems. For example: Anxiety and Tension: It is a disease of modern World and developed in Western Countries.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;If we pass our lives by following Allah's Health Rule, we will take sound sleep and there will be no anxiety and Tension.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Skin Disease: Clean and wash the organ of body with water after Urination and after passing the waste materials from the body. It is very important to protect ourselves from skin diseases and other Critical problems. Those who are not following Allah's Health Rule or Health Code face many skin and other health ailments.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;As we all know in the Western countries in Rest Rooms, there is concept to clean the organ and body part after Urination and passing the waste materials from body by Toilet papers, but there is no concept of washing with water, so we are seeing that Skin Diseases and other diseases related to lack of proper Hygienic Care are on increase.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Liver Disease: Use of alcohol is not allowed in Allah's health Rule. It's intoxication that brings lose of sense of well being and also its continuous use damage the liver and kidney. So those, who don't follow Allah's Health Rule, suffer in these areas and we are witnessing the percentage of kidney damage and Liver Diseases for this harmful habit which are on increase.&lt;br /&gt;Its very unfortunate, people ferment the fruits, vegetables and herbs and make wine &amp;amp; liquor. It’s sheer abuse of Vegetations. Use the herbs and natural form and do not abuse it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;So to protect ourselves from diseases, to keep ourselves healthy, we must obey Allah's order, and implement it in every field of life. By following the example of Prophet Mohammad (S.A.W) we can not only have a healthy life, but make our all activities a part of Ebada (worship).
